| 2 | Optimization of mechanical properties, biocorrosion properties and antibacterial properties of wrought Ti-3Cu alloy by heat treatment显示文摘Previous study has shown that Ti-3Cu alloy shows good antibacterial properties(>90%antibacterial rate),but the mechanical properties still need to be improved.In this paper,a series of heat-treatment processes were selected to adjust the microstructure in order to optimize the properties of Ti-3Cu alloy.Microstructure,mechanical properties,biocorrosion properties and antibacterial properties of wrought Ti-3Cu alloy at different conditions was systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscopy,electrochemical measurements,tensile test,fatigue test and antibacterial test.Heat treatment could significantly improve the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and antibacterial rate due to the redistribution of copper elements and precipitation of Ti2Cu phase.Solid solution treatment increased the yield strength from 400 to 740MPa and improved the antibacterial rate from 33%to 65.2%while aging treatment enhanced the yield strength to 800e850MPa and antibacterial rate(>91.32%).It was demonstrated that homogeneous distribution and fine Ti2Cu phase plays a very important role in mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties. | Mianmian Bao Ying Liu Xiaoyan Wang Lei Yang Shengyi Li Jing Ren Gaowu Qin Erlin Zhang | 2018 | Bioactive Materials2018,3,1: | 7 |
| 3 | Lipids of sulfate-reducing bacteria and sulfur-oxidizing bacteria found in the Dongsheng uranium deposit显示文摘U-bearing sandstones from the Dongsheng deposit in Ordos Basin contain abundant C15-C18 fatty acids. The fatty acids may have been derived from modern and ancient organisms including organisms from the intervals of U mineralization. A certain amount of i15:0, a15:0, a17:0 fatty acids coexist with small amounts of i17:1ω7c and 10me16:0, characteristic biomarkers of Desulfovibrio and Desulfobacter sp., respectively. This indicates the existence of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in the sandstones. The presence of sulfur-oxidizing bacteria (SOB), such as Beggiatoa and Thioploca, is indicated by significant amounts of 16:1ω7c and 18:1ω7c fatty acids. The existence of the SRB in the deposit, as inferred from the fatty acids, is consistent with results from fossilized microorganisms and isotopic compositions of ore-stage pyrite. This suggests that the environment may have been favorable for the SRB to grow since ore formation (9.8-22 Ma). The bacteria may have degraded hydrocarbons directly, or indirectly utilized hydrocarbons degraded by oxic microbes in the deposits. This process may have produced 12C-rich calcite and prominent baseline humps of unresolved complex mixtures (UCM), and 25-demethylated hopanes and tricyclic terpanes. The existence of sulfur-oxidizing bacteria and sulfate-reducing bacteria in the deposit may have resulted in bacterial sulfate reduction to sulfide, re-oxidization of the sulfide to sulfate and subsequent reduction of the sulfate to sulfide. | 4 | Pollen-mediated gene flow in Chinese commercial fields of glufosinate-resistant canola (Brassica napus)显示文摘One of the most pressing issues surrounding transgenic oilseed rape cultivation is the potential impact of GM genes entering neighboring non-GM oilseed rape plants, related weeds or closely related wild relatives. Following the principle of a case-by-case for transgenic crop safety assessment, we designed experiments to study pollen-mediated gene flow from herbicide-resistant transgenic oilseed rape to Chinese commercial varieties. The pollen dispersal was detected as the progeny of recipient plants that were identified as glufosinate resistant. The results indicated that pollen dispersal occurred up to 2000 m and its rate sharply decreased as the distance from the pollen source increased. However, the rate of long-distance pollen dispersal from 33 to 2000 m was less than 0.015% and did not present a gradual decrease, indicating the randomization of dispersal and pollination. Most pollen dispersed within a 4.5 m area around the transgenic pollen source plot, with a maximum of 1.19% at the sampling site of 1.4 m. Wind direction significantly affected the direction and the distance of pollen dispersal, resulting in the more and farther dispersal in southwest direction. However, the number of potentially pollinating bees was not correlated with direction and distance from the pollen source plot, suggesting that bee density and distribution would not contribute to the differences in pollen dispersal among different directions. This paper is the first report on research in a large-scale experiment of pollen-mediated gene flow un-der the China’s environmental conditions and provided scientific evidence for the effective commer-cialization of transgenic oilseed rape and its safe management. | 5 | Restraint of mid-spatial frequency error in magnetorheological finishing (MRF) process by maximum entropy method显示文摘In order to restrain the mid-spatial frequency error in magnetorheological finishing (MRF) process, a novel part-random path is designed based on the theory of maximum entropy method (MEM). Using KDMRF-1000F polishing machine, one flat work piece (98 mm in diameter) is polished. The mid-spatial frequency error in the region using part-random path is much lower than that by using common raster path. After one MRF iteration (7.46 min), peak-to-valley (PV) is 0.062 wave (1 wave =632.8 nm), root-mean-square (RMS) is 0.010 wave and no obvious mid-spatial frequency error is found. | 7 | Seedling-lump integrated non-destructive monitoring for automatic transplanting with Intel RealSense depth camera显示文摘Non-destructive plant growth parameters measurement is an important concern in automatic-seedling transplanting.Recently,several image-basedmonitoring approaches have been proposed and potentially developed for several agricultural applications.The presented study proposed and developed a RealSense-based machine vision system for the close-shot seedling-lump integrated monitoring.The strategy was based on the close-shot depth information.Further,the point cloud clustering and suitable algorithms were applied to obtain the segmentation of 3D seedling models.In addition,the data processing pipeline was developed to assess the differentmorphological parameter of 4 different seedling varieties.The experiments were carried out with 4 different seedling varieties(pepper,tomato,cucumber,and lettuce)and trained under different light conditions(light and dark).Moreover,analysis results showed that therewas not significantly different(p<0.05)found towards light and dark environments due to close-shot near-infrared detection.However,the results revealed that the stem diameter relationship between RealSense and the manual method was found for R^2=0.68 cucumber,R^2=0.54 tomato,R^2=0.35 pepper,and R^2=0.58 lettuce seedlings.Whereas,the seedling height relationship between RealSense and the manual methodwas found higher than R^2=0.99,0.99,0.99,and 0.99 for pepper,tomato,cucumber,and lettuce,respectively.Based on the experiment results,it was concluded that the RGB-D integrated monitoring system with the purposed method could be practiced for nursery seedlings most promisingly without high labour requirements in terms of ease of use.The system revealed a good sturdiness and relevance for plant growth monitoring.Additionally,it has the perspective for future practical value to real-time vision servo operations for transplanting robots. | Tabinda Naz Syed Liu Jizhan Zhou Xin Zhao Shengyi Yuan Yan Sami Hassan Ahmed Mohamed Imran Ali Lakhiar | 2019 | Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2019,,3: | 4 |

| 9 | Preparation and photoelectrochemical performance of TiO_2/Ag_2Se interface composite film显示文摘Coupling TiO2 with a narrow band gap semiconductor acting as the photosensitizer has attracted much attention in solar energy exploitation. In this work,the porous TiO2 film was first formed on the conducting glass plate (CGP) substrate by the decomposition of polyethylene glycol (PEG) mixing in titanium hydroxide sol at 450℃. Then,the TiO2/Ag2Se interface composite film was fabricated by interface reaction of AgNO3 with NaSeSO3 on the activated surface of porous TiO2 film. The results of SEM and XRD analyses indicated that the porous TiO2 layer was made up of the anatase crystal,and the Ag2Se layer was made up of congregative small particles that have low-temperature α-phase structure. | 10 | Mutation of the PHYTOENE DESATURASE 3 gene causes yellowish-white petals in Brassica napus显示文摘Oilseed rape (Brassica napus) with yellow flowers is an attractive ornamental landscape plant during the flowering period,and the development of different petal colors has become a breeding objective.Although yellowish flower color is a common variant observed in field-grown oilseed rape,the genetics behind this variation remains unclear.We obtained a yellowish-white flower (ywf) mutant from Zhongshuang 9 (ZS9) by ethyl methanesulfonate mutagenesis (EMS) treatment.Compared with ZS9,ywf exhibited a lower carotenoid content with a reduced and defective chromoplast ultrastructure in the petals.Genetic analysis revealed that the yellowish-white trait was controlled by a single recessive gene.Using bulked-segregant analysis sequencing (BSA-seq) and kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP),we performed map-based cloning of the ywf locus on chromosome A08 and found that ywf harbored a C-to-T substitution in the coding region,resulting in a premature translation termination.YWF,encoding phytoene desaturase 3 (PDS3),was highly expressed in oilseed rape petals and involved in carotenoid biosynthesis.Pathway enrichment analysis of the transcriptome profiles from ZS9 and ywf indicated the carotenoid biosynthesis pathway to be highly enriched.Further analyses of differentially expressed genes and carotenoid components revealed that the truncated Bna A08.PDS3 resulted in decreased carotenoid biosynthesis in the mutant.These results contribute to an understanding of the carotenoid biosynthesis pathway and manipulation of flower-color variation in B.napus. | Chuanji Zhao Luqman Bin Safdar Meili Xie Meijuan Shi Zhixue Dong Li Yang Xiaohui Cheng Yueying Liu Zetao Bai Yang Xiang Chaobo Tong Junyan Huang Lijiang Liu Shengyi Liu | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,5: | 3 |

Problems that should be dealt with in the stitching process such as shaping principle,algorithm for dwell time calculation,parameter identification and compensation for positioning errors are discussed. | 13 | A novel hydrogen peroxide biosensor based on the BPT/AuNPs/graphene/HRP composite显示文摘A novel hydrogen peroxide biosensor based on the BPT/AuNPs/graphene/HRP composite was developed. Firstly, graphene was prepared under the protection of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), and then the AuNPs/graphene composite was synthesized via in situ decoration. Using biphenyldimethanethiol (BPT) as a connector, the AuNPs/graphene composite was immobilized on the surface of the Au electrode, and whereafter the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was decorated on the surface of the composite by adsorption. The morphology and structure of the products were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and UV-visible spectroscopy. The electrocatalytic performance of the resulting BPT/AuNPs/grapheme/HRP composite (namely, biosensor) was studied by electrochemical instrument. The results show that the biosensor has high sensitivity and fast response to H2O2. | 14 | Syntenic quantitative trait loci and genomic divergence for Sclerotinia resistance and ?owering time in Brassica napus显示文摘Oilseed rape(Brassica napus) is an allotetraploid with two subgenomes descended from a common ancestor. Accordingly, its genome contains syntenic regions with many duplicate genes, some of which may have retained their original functions, whereas others may have diverged. Here, we mapped quantitative trait loci(QTL) for stem rot resistance(SRR), a disease caused by the fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and flowering time(FT) in a recombinant inbred line population. The population was genotyped using B.napus 60 K single nucleotide polymorphism arrays and phenotyped in six(FT) and nine(SSR) experimental conditions or environments. In total, we detected 30 SRR QTL and 22 FT QTL and show that some of the major QTL associated with these two traits were co-localized,suggesting a genetic linkage between them. Two SRR QTL on chromosome A2 and two on chromosome C2 were shown to be syntenic, suggesting the functional conservation of these regions. We used the syntenic properties of the genomic regions to exclude genes for selection candidates responsible for QTL-associated traits. For example, 152 of the 185 genes could be excluded from a syntenic A2–C2 region. | 15 | Infrared-transmission spectra and hydrogen content of hydrogenated amorphous silicon显示文摘In this paper, two kinds of methods of calculating the hydrogen content of a-Si:H thin film by means of the wagging mode and the stretching modes of infrared-transmission spectra , are investigated. The reason for the difference in these two calculation results is analyzed. If the contents of SiH2 and (SiH2)n are indicated in terms of a structure factor F=(I840+I880)/I2000, it is shown that the calculation results obtained from the two different methods are almost equal when the refractive index n is approximately 3.4 or the fitting thickness is between 0.71 and 0.89 mm in the case of a small F. It is shown that the ways of fabrication of thin film can influence silicon-hydrogen bonding configuration of a-Si:H film, and different ways of fabrication can lead to different contents of SiH2 and (SiH2)n. The uniformity of the thin film with a big F is bad. In this case, there is great difference between the thickness measured by the SurfCom408A surface profile apparatus and the thickness obtained by fitting the fringes; and the hydrogen contents of a-Si:H films obtained by means of the wagging mode and the stretching modes are different, too. | 18 | Analysis of Chang’e-5 lunar core drilling process显示文摘Chang’e-5 explorer successfully acquired lunar regolith core samples from depths of greater than 1 m of lunar surface.This study analyzed the lunar core drilling process based on the telemetry data,image information,and returned samples to optimize the sampling device design and enhance the understanding of the lunar regolith.In particular,a prediction method for the projected drilling path and local terrain fitting of drilling dip angle was proposed based on the flight events recorded during the core drilling process and the image information acquired before,during,and after sampling.The results revealed that the drilling dip angle of Chang’e-5 was approximately2.3.,and the deviation of the drilling length and depth was less than 2 mm.For continuous drilling,a fusion method based on telemetry data and image information was applied to determine the demarcation point of drilling with and without the lunar soil.The position of the demarcation point implied that the drilling point remained at approximately 6 mm loose soil,thereby lagging the action of the force response.Additionally,a characteristic parameter comparison method was proposed for the lunar and ground drilling to analyze the status of the lunar soil.Furthermore,the analysis results revealed that the majority of the Chang’e-5 drilling samples were derived from 0–73.8 cm below the lunar surface and few samples were extracted below 73.8 cm,as the drilling encountered several rocky regions.Moreover,the drilling point exhibited two prominent stratification variations at~28.7 cm and~70 cm below the lunar surface.Ultimately,the preliminary relationship between sample dissected position in soft tube and drilling displacement was analyzed.The segmented estimation results can support research on subsurface lunar soil. | Yanhong ZHENG Mengfei YANG Xiangjin DENG Shengyi JIN Jing PENG Yan SU Zheng GU Liping CHEN Yong PANG Nai ZHANG | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,2: | 3 |
| 19 | Frequency-domain analysis of computer-controlled optical surfacing processes显示文摘Mid-high spatial frequency errors are often induced on optical surfaces polished by computer-controlled optical surfacing (CCOS) processes. In order to efficiently remove these errors, which would degrade the performances of optical systems, the ability of a CCOS process to correct the errors have been investigated based on the convolution integral model in view of the availability of material removal. To quantify the ability, some conceptions, such as figure correcting ability and material removal availability (MRA), have been proposed. The research result reveals that the MRA of the CCOS process to correct a single spatial frequency error is determined by its tool removal function (TRF), and it equals the normalized amplitude spectrum of the Fourier transform of its TRF. Finally, three sine surfaces were etched using ion beam figuring (IBF), which is a typical CCOS process. The experimental results have verified the theoretical analysis.
