| 1 | Tracing the major source area of the mountainous runoff generation of the Heihe River in northwest China using stable isotope technique显示文摘Based on the data of δ18O in precipitation during the period of April 2006 through May 2007 in the upper catchment of the main stream of the Heihe River in the Qilian Mountains, we found that there existed an evident altitude effect on δ18O in precipitation, and the δ18O-altitude gradient was _0.18‰/100 m. When δ18O in river water at the outlet of the mountainous drainage area of the main stream of the Heihe River was combined with the δ18O-altitude relation, it was realized that the mountainous runoff was generated mostly at high altitudes. | 4 | Sedimentary Evolution and Transgressions of the Western Subei Basin in Eastern China since the Late Pliocene显示文摘Sedimentary sequences in the Subei Basin are complex and have been affected by interactions between the ocean and rivers since the Late Pliocene, including the Yellow River, Huaihe River, and the Yangtze River. This sedimentary evolution, in particular the timing of Pleistocene transgressions, has long been a matter of controversy owing to the lack of precise chronological evidence. The aim of this study is to explore the evolution of the sedimentary environment throughout the past 3.00 Ma in this region on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of particle size and foraminifera and ostracods collected in the TZK9 core from the Subei Basin combined with geochronological studies of magnetostratigraphy, AMS^(14)C and optically stimulated luminescence(OSL). The results show that fluvial facies in the sedimentary environment from 3.00 to 1.01 Ma. There were fluvial facies and reflects six sea-level high stands from 1.01 to 0.25 Ma. The study area was affected by four large-scale transgressions since 0.25 Ma. The four marine sedimentary layers known as DU7(buried at 48–52 m), DU5(buried at 35–41 m), DU3(buried at 16–23 m), and DU1(buried at 2–4 m) are recorded in the MIS7(210–250 ka), MIS5, MIS3, and Holocene, respectively. The magnitude of the DU5 transgression was identical to that of the DU3 transgression, both were larger than the DU7 transgression, and the DU1 transgression was the weakest. The variation of transgression strength reflects the influence of global changes in sea level, tectonic subsidence, shell ridges, and sand dams. In the TZK9 core, we found evidence of seven sea-level high stands from the Early–Middle Pleistocene, and the first one caused by regional rapid subsidence and could be traced back to 0.83-0.84 Ma. The sea-level high stands and the age of the first one recorded above was different from other cores in eastern China, this was caused by the lack of absolute age control and the differences in paleotopography during this period. This study reconstructs sedimentary evolution, determines the transgression and its age, establishes the chronology since the Late Pliocene, and provides a scientific framework for further paleoenvironmental and tectonic studies. | 7 | Last Deglaciation Climatic Fluctuation Record by the Palaeo-Daocheng Ice Cap, Southeastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The last deglaciation, a key period for understanding present and future climate changes, has long been the hot topic for palaeoclimatological study. The Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau(QTP) is often a target study area for understanding hemispheric, or even global environment changes. The glacial landforms on the QTP provide a unique perspective for its climate change. In order to investigate the onset of the last deglaciation at the QTP and its regional correlation, the terrestrial cosmogenic nuclides(TCN) 10 Be and 26 Al surface exposure dating was chosen to date the roche moutonnée, the polished surface and the moraine debris located at the palaeo-Daocheng Ice Cap(pDIC), southeastern QTP. Our results show that the onset of the last deglaciation is at about 19 ka, followed by another warming event occurring around 15 ka in the p-DIC area. These timings agree well with other records, e.g. equivalent with a rapid sea level rise at 19 ka and the onset of B?lling warming event at about 15 ka. | 8 | Cosmogenic ^(10)Be and ^(26)Al Chronology of the Last Glaciation of the Palaeo-Daocheng Ice Cap,Southeastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The glacial landforms of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau(QTP) provide a unique opportunity to research hemispheric and global environmental changes. In this study,we focus on the glacial history of the palaeo-Daocheng Ice Cap(p-DIC) in the southeastern QTP during the last glacial cycle. Based on field investigations,morphostratigraphy,and surface exposure dating of roche moutonnée,polished surface and moraine debris through the terrestrial cosmogenic nuclides(TCN) 10 Be and 26 Al. We identify glacial deposits of the last deglaciation,with minimum ages of 14.9±1.3–18.7±1.7 ka,the Last Glacial Maximum(LGM) of 24.7±2.2 ka,and the early part of the last glacial period(marine oxygen isotope stage(MIS) 3) of 37.1±3.4–45.2±3.9 ka. Our results show that in this region,the extent of the glacial advance during MIS 3 was larger than that during the traditional LGM(MIS 2). These ages are consistent with prior chronologies,and the 10 Be age is consistent with the 26 Al age for the same sample. Both point spread function and modulation transfer function (MTF) were presented. The factors that influence the spatial resolution were also discussed. | 10 | Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AlSi10Mg Alloy Manufactured by Laser Powder Bed Fusion Under Nitrogen and Argon Atmosphere显示文摘In order to study the effect of gas atmosphere on forming performance of laser powder bed fusion(LPBF),AlSi10 Mg alloy was prepared by direct forming and in situ laser remelting under the shielding gas of argon and nitrogen in this study,and its micro structure and properties were characterized and tested,respectively.The results show that the forming performance of AlSi10 Mg under nitrogen atmosphere is better than that of argon.Moreover,in situ laser remelting method can effectively enhance the relative density and mechanical properties of AlSi10 Mg,in which the densification is increased to 99.5%.In terms of mechanical properties,after in situ remelting,ultimate tensile strength under argon protection increased from444.85±8.73 to 489.45±3.20 MPa,and that under nitrogen protection increased from 459.21±13.77 to 500.14±5.15 MPa.In addition,the elongation is nearly doubled and the micro-Vickers hardness is increased by 20%.The research results provide a new regulation control method for the customization of AlSi10 Mg properties fabricated by LPBF. | Yunmian Xiao Yongqiang Yang Shibiao Wu Jie Chen Di Wang Changhui Song | 2022 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,3: | 2 |
| 11 | Field test on temperature field and thermal stress for prestressed concrete box-girder bridge显示文摘A field test was conducted to investigate the distribution of temperature field and the variation of thermal stress for a prestressed concrete(PC)box-girder bridge.The change of hydration heat temperature consists of four periods:temperature rising period,constant temperature period,rapid temperature fall period and stow temperature fall period.The peak value of hydration heat temperature increases with the increasing casting temperature of concrete;the relation between them is approximately linear.According to field tests,the thermal stress incurred by hydration heat may induce temperature cracks on the PC box-girder.Furthermore,the nonlinear distribution of temperature gradient and the fluctuation of thermal stress induced by exposure to sunlight were also obtained based on continuous in-situ monitoring.Such results show that the prevailing Chinese Code(2004)is insufficient since it does not take into account the temperature gradient of the bottom slab.Finally,some preventive measures against temperature cracks were proposed based on related studies.The conclusions can provide valuable reference for the design and construction of PC box-girder bridges. | Baoguo CHEN Rui DING Junjie ZHENG Shibiao ZHANG | 2009 | Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2009,3,2: | 2 |

In this paper,GEANT4 Monte Carlo simulation tool was used to obtain some radiation effects of PSF under high-energy neutron irradiation. BCF-20,a plastic fiber material,produced by Saint-Gobain,was used in the simulation. The fiber consists of a core scintillating material of polystyrene and an acrylic outer cladding. Incident neutrons produce energy deposition in fiber through neutron induced recoil proton events. The relationships between energy deposition efficiency and fiber length,fiber radius and incident neutron energy are presented. | 13 | Graphene metalens for particle nanotracking显示文摘Particle nanotracking(PNT)is highly desirable in lab-on-a-chip systems for flexible and convenient multiparameter measurement.An ultrathin flat lens is the preferred imaging device in such a system,with the advantage of high focusing performance and compactness.However,PNT using ultrathin flat lenses has not been demonstrated so far because PNT requires the clear knowledge of the relationship between the object and image in the imaging system.Such a relationship still remains elusive in ultrathin flat lens-based imaging systems because they operate based on diffraction rather than refraction.In this paper,we experimentally reveal the imaging relationship of a graphene metalens using nanohole arrays with micrometer spacing.The distance relationship between the object and image as well as the magnification ratio is acquired with nanometer accuracy.The measured imaging relationship agrees well with the theoretical prediction and is expected to be applicable to other ultrathin flat lenses based on the diffraction principle.By analyzing the high-resolution images from the graphene metalens using the imaging relationship,3D trajectories of particles with high position accuracy in PNT have been achieved.The revealed imaging relationship for metalenses is essential in designing different types of integrated optical systems,including digital cameras,microfluidic devices,virtual reality devices,telescopes,and eyeglasses,and thus will find broad applications. | XUEYAN LI SHIBIAO WEI GUIYUAN CAO HAN LIN YUEJIN ZHAO BAOHUA JIA | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,8: | 2 |
| 14 | Microstructure and Property of AlN Joint Brazed with Au–Pd–Co–Ni–V Brazing Filler显示文摘An Au–Pd–Co–Ni–V brazing alloy was designed for Al N ceramic joining. Its wettability on Al N was studied with the sessile drop method. The results showed that the contact angle was decreased gradually with increasing temperature and the prolonging of holding time. Sound Al N/Al N joints were achieved with the brazing alloy at 1170 °C for 10 min. The microstructure of the Al N/Al N joints was examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). It was found that element V played the active role in the interfacial reaction between the ceramic and the brazing alloy. V reacted with N decomposed from Al N, resulted in the formation of V–N compound. Based on the energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis results, the V–N reaction product was verified as V2 N.
