| 1 | Distributed antenna wireless communication system coverage design and field trial over higher frequency band显示文摘This paper aims to examine the architecture design of a distributed antenna based Gbps wireless communication system using the high frequency band.In order to analyze the feasibility of the higher frequency band applications,the cumulative distribution of simulated user throughput in a cellular is investigated firstly.It shows that capacity improvement can be obtained using higher operating frequency band,especially in hotspot scenarios.Secondly,the architecture of the distributed antenna system(DAS) is introduced to overcome the disadvantages of weak coverage and rank deficient for the traditional multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) systems using higher frequency bands in line-of-sight(LOS)environments.In addition,a software-defined-radio(SDR) based Gbps wireless transmission system with scalable hardware architecture is designed and implemented.Finally,a demo of outdoor DAS coverage for high data throughput application is given.Field trials show that 1 Gbps data rate and a large coverage in outdoor environments can be achieved over 6.05 GHz.It is proved that the Gbps DAS system at a higher frequency band can be a successful model for future wireless broadband coverage in hotspot scenarios. | Xu Zhan Liu Jienan Zhou Shidong Chen Xiang Wang Wenqi | 2016 | 仪器仪表学报2016,37,S1: | 4 |
| 2 | Responses of Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass to Typhoon Bolaven显示文摘A two-month seabed-mounted observation(YSG1 area) was carried out in the western Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass(YSCWM) using an RDI-300 K acoustic Doppler current profiler(ADCP) placed at a water depth of 38 m in late summer, 2012. On August 2012, Typhoon Bolaven passed east of YSG1 with a maximum wind speed of 20 m s-1. The water depth, bottom temperature, and profile current velocities(including u, v and w components) were measured, and the results showed that the typhoon could induce horizontal current with speed greater than 70 cm s-1 in the water column, which is especially rare at below 20 meters above bottom(mab). The deepening velocity shear layer had an intense shear velocity of around 10 cm s-1 m-1, which indicated the deepening of the upper mixed layer. In the upper water column(above 20 mab), westward de-tide current with velocity greater than 30 cm s-1 was generated with the typhoon's onshore surge, and the direction of current movement shifted to become southward. In the lower water column, a possible pattern of eastward compensation current and delayed typhoon-driven current was demonstrated. During the typhoon, bottom temperature variation was changed into diurnal pattern because of the combined influence of typhoon and tidal current. The passage of Bolaven greatly intensified local sediment resuspension in the bottom layer. In addition, low-density particles constituted the suspended particulate matter(SPM) around 10 mab, which may be transported from the central South Yellow Sea by the typhoon. | 3 | Elevated pretreatment plasma fibrinogen level is associated with metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)显示文摘Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between pretreatment fibrinogen levels and metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The study included 503 NSCLC patients with a clear pathological diagnosis and 168 patients diagnosed with benign lung diseases by histological examination.Pretreatment plasma fibrinogen values were quantified,and the relationship between plasma fibrinogen level and clinical variables comprising tumor size,metastasis,and clinical stage was examined using Kruskal-Wallis test,Wilcoxon rank sum test,and Chi-square test.Results The median plasma fibrinogen values were statistically higher in NSCLC patients with metastasis than patients with benign lung diseases and NSCLC patients without metastasis(Kruskal-Wallis test;P<0.001).Plasma fibrinogen values were also significantly higher in advanced clinical stages(Wilcoxon rank sum test;P<0.001).A significant relationship was observed between elevated fibrinogen(>2.974 g/L)and metastasis,clinical stage,and tumor size(Chi-square test;P<0.001).Conclusion This correlation suggests that elevated pretreatment plasma fibrinogen levels can predict metastasis and advanced tumor stage in NSCLC patients. | Bowen Shi Jianlong Bu Yanbo Wang Lantao Chen Shidong Xu | 2020 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2020,6,5: | 2 |

| 7 | Relationship between the Expression of NF-kappa B and Apoptosis in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE To study the expression of the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappa B) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),to explore the apoptotic ratio in NSCLC related to different NF-kappa Bs,and to understand the clinical significance of NF-kappa B in NSCLC apoptosis. METHODS NF-kappa B expression in 45 new samples of NSCLC,collected during a period from October to December,2005,was assayed using Western blots,and the apoptotic ratio of NSCLC was determined by the Tunel method. RESULTS Of the 45 patients,the average relative expression of NF-kappa B was 0.6047±0.3572.The expression of NF-kappa B was higher in the poorly differentiated lung cancer cells than in the well-differentiated tumors(P<0.05).The apoptotic ratio was 56.4% in the lung cancer cells with higher NF-kappa B expression,and was 76.7% in those with lower NF-kappa B expression(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The expression of NF-kappa B is correlated with the differentiation of NSCLC.NF-kappa B inhibits apoptosis in NSCLC.As a transcription factor,NF-kappa B plays a very important role both in formation and in development of NSCLC. | 12 | Sectorization based pilot reuse for improving net spectral efficiency in the multicell massive MIMO system显示文摘A sectorization method using the uniform circular array(UCA) is proposed to improve the net spectral efficiency(SE) of the multicell massive MIMO system, which is an important index for evaluating the performance of a communication system. We derive the ergodic achievable uplink net SE per cell of a general sectorized system and obtain its deterministic approximation based on the large random matrix theory.Different weight matrices are considered for the sectorized system and the one with the best performance is utilized for further analysis. The consistency of the deterministic approximation with the result of Monte-Carlo simulation is proved at the same time. At last, numerical results indicate that the net SE per cell can be greatly improved compared to the conventional multicell massive MIMO system, which validates the effectiveness of the sectorization method.
