1Rock burst prevention based on dissipative structure theory显示文摘Dynamic collapses of deeply mined coal rocks are severe.In order to explore new ideas for rock burst prevention,the relationship between entropy equations and dissipative structure was studied,and a concept-rock burst activity system(RAS) was proposed and its entropy was analyzed.The energy features of RAS were analyzed,and the relationship between electromagnetic radiation(EMR) intensity E and dissipated energy Ud was initially established.We suggest that rock burst normally happens only when diS deS in RAS;RAS is the dissipative structure before collapse,and after which it become a new orderly structure,i.e.,a ''dead'',a statically orderly structure.We advanced that the effective way to prevent rock burst is to introduce entropy to the system for it keeps the system away from the dissipative structure.E and Ud of RAS are positively related,which is used as a bridge between dissipative structure theory and rock burst prevention engineering applications.Based on this,and using the data of rock burst prevention for working face No.250205up of Yanbei coal mine,an engineering verification for the dissipative structure of RAS was carried out,which showed good results.Song Dazhao Wang Enyuan Li Nan Jin Mingyue Xue Shipeng 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,2:17
2Effect of concentration of cadmium sulfate solution on structural,optical and electric properties of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S thin films显示文摘Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S thin films were deposited by chemical bath deposition(CBD)on the glass substrate to study the influence of cadmium sulfate concentration on the structural characteristics of the thin film.The SEM results show that the thin film surfaces under the cadmium sulfate concentration of 0.005 M exhibit better compactness and uniformity.The distribution diagrams of thin film elements illustrate the film growth rate changes on the trend of the increase,decrease,and increase with the increase of cadmium sulfate concentration.XRD studies exhibit the crystal structure of the film is the hexagonal phase,and there are obvious diffraction peaks and better crystallinity when the concentration is 0.005 M.Spectrophotometer test results demonstrate that the relationship between zinc content x and optical band gap value E_(g) can be expressed by the equation E_(g)(x)=0.59x^(2)+0.69x+2.43.Increasing the zinc content can increase the optical band gap,and the absorbance of the thin film can be improved by decreasing the cadmium sulfate concentration,however,all of them have good transmittance.At a concentration of 0.005 M,the thin film has good absorbance in the 300-800 nm range,80%transmittance,and band gap value of 3.24 eV,which is suitable for use as a buffer layer for solar cells.Yuming Xue Shipeng Zhang Dianyou Song Liming Zhang Xinyu Wang Lang Wang Hang Sun 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,11:3
3Antioxidant and hepatoprotective effect of different extracts of Guizhencao (Herba Bidentis Bipinnatae) against liver injury in hyperlipidemia rats显示文摘OBJEVTIVE: To investigate the antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties of the different extracts Guizhencao (Herba Bidentis Bipinnatae) against liver injury in hyperlipidemia rats. METHODS: The rats were divided into 7 groups, with 10 rats in each. Rats were treated with high-fat diet for 18 weeks besides the normal control group, then rats in both normal control and model groups were received 5 mL/kg -1 · day -1 of saline and those in the positive control group with 2 mg/kg -1 · day -1 of lovastatin. Rats in the positive control group and different Guizhencao (Herba Bidentis Bipinnatae) extracts treatment groups (ethyl acetate extract group, n-hexane extract group, ethanol extract group, and aqueous extract group) were treated with corresponding extract at a concentration of 5 mL/kg -1 · day -1 . After 8 weeks treatment, all rats were sacrificed and total blood samples were collected. Histological analysis of liver was underdone by hematoxylin and eosin. The levels of serum ala-nine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), glouse (GLU), cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol were measured according to standard procedure using auto-analyzer. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in liver were ananlyzed by procedure instruction. RESULTS: The histopathological analysis implied that the administration of Guizhencao (HerbaBidentis Bipinnatae) extracts resulted in hepatoprotective role compared with that of the model group. In addition, the high-fat diet caused a remarkable increase of ALT, AST, GLU, TC, TG, LDL-C and MDA levels. A decline in HDL-C and SOD concentrations and a reversal of effects were observed in different Guizhencao (Herba Bidentis Bipinnatae) extracts groups, especially in the aqueous extract and ethanol extract groups. 5Reliability of online near-infrared spectroscopy analysis of the ex-traction process of Huatan Qushi decoction for phlegm-dampness constitution显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To establish a quantitative model for the online analysis of hesperidin content in the extraction process of Huatan Qushi decoction for individuals with phlegm-dampness constitution by using near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopy and partial least squares(PLS) methods.METHODS: The reference content of hesperidin, an effective ingredient of Huatan Qushi decoction,was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The modeling band was selected using synergy interval PLS(Si PLS) algorithms, and a PLS model demonstrating the relationship between NIR predictive values and HPLC reference values was established. The optimal modeling route was selected through global optimization of process trace parameters.RESULTS: The root mean square error of cross-validation was 9.8410. The coefficients of determination of the calibration set and prediction set were0.9860(R2 cal) and 0.9458(R_(cal)~2), respectively. The residual predictive deviation was 3.0115. The parameters demonstrated high predictive capability and reliability. The band was selected via the Si PLS method. 6Nuclear peripheral chromatin-lamin B1 interaction is required for global integrity of chromatin architecture and dynamics in human cells显示文摘The eukaryotic genome is folded into higher-order conformation accompanied with constrained dynamics for coordinated genome functions.However,the molecular machinery underlying these hierarchically organized three-dimensional(3D)chromatin architecture and dynamics remains poorly understood.Here by combining imaging and sequencing,we studied the role of lamin B1 in chromatin architecture and dynamics.We found that lamin B1 depletion leads to detachment of lamina-associated domains(LADs)from the nuclear periphery accompanied with global chromatin redistribution and decompaction.Consequently,the interchromosomal as well as inter-compartment interactions are increased,but the structure of topologically associating domains(TADs)is not affected.Using live-cell genomic loci tracking,we further proved that depletion of lamin B1 leads to increased chromatin dynamics,owing to chromatin decompaction and redistribution toward nucleoplasm.Taken together,our data suggest that lamin B1 and chromatin interactions at the nuclear periphery promote LAD maintenance,chromatin compaction,genomic compartmentalization into chromosome territories and A/B compartments and confine chromatin dynamics,supporting their crucial roles in chromatin higher-order structure and chromatin dynamics.Lei Chang Mengfan Li Shipeng Shao Chen Li Shanshan Ai Boxin Xue Yingping Hou Yiwen Zhang Ruifeng Li Xiaoying Fan Aibin He Cheng Li Yujie Sun 2022Protein & Cell2022,13,4:0
7UNCONDITIONAL CONVERGENCE AND ERROR ESTIMATES OF A FULLY DISCRETE FINITE ELEMENT METHOD FOR THE MICROPOLAR NAVIER-STOKES EQUATIONS显示文摘In this paper,we consider the initial-boundary value problem(IBVP)for the micropolar Naviers-Stokes equations(MNSE)and analyze a first order fully discrete mixed finite element scheme.We first establish some regularity results for the solution of MNSE,which seem to be not available in the literature.Next,we study a semi-implicit time-discrete scheme for the MNSE and prove L2-H1 error estimates for the time discrete solution.Furthermore,certain regularity results for the time discrete solution are establishes rigorously.Based on these regularity results,we prove the unconditional L2-H1 error estimates for the finite element solution of MNSE.Finally,some numerical examples are carried out to demonstrate both accuracy and efficiency of the fully discrete finite element scheme.Shipeng Mao Jiaao Sun Wendong Xue 2024Journal of Computational Mathematics2024,42,1:0
8PN-ImTLSM facilitates high-throughput low background single-molecule localization microscopy deep in the cell显示文摘When imaging the nucleus structure of a cell,the out-of-focus fluorescence acts as background and hinders the detection of weak signals.Light-sheet fluorescence microscopy(LSFM)is a wide-field imaging approach which has the best of both background removal and imaging speed.However,the commonly adopted orthogonal excitation/detection scheme is hard to be applied to single-cell imaging due to steric hindrance.For LSFMs capable of high spatiotemporal single-cell imaging,the complex instrument design and operation largely limit their throughput of data collection.Here,we propose an approach for high-throughput background-free fluorescence imaging of single cells facilitated by the Im-mersion Tilted Light Sheet Microscopy(ImTLSM).ImTLSM is based on a light-sheet projected off the optical axis of a water immersion objective.With the illumination objective and the detection objective placed opposingly,ImTLSM can rapidly patrol and optically section multiple individual cells while maintaining single-molecule detection sensitivity and resolution.Further,the simplicity and robustness of ImTLSM in operation and maintenance enables high-throughput image collection to establish background removal datasets for deep learning.Using a deep learning model to train the mapping from epi-illumination images to ImTLSM illumination images,namely PN-ImTLSM,we demonstrated crossmodality fluorescence imaging,transforming the epi-illumination image to approach the background removal performance obtained with ImTLSM.We demonstrated that PN-ImTLSM can be generalized to large-field homogeneous illumination imaging,thereby further improving the imaging throughput.In addition,compared to commonly used background removal methods,PN-ImTLSM showed much better performance for areas where the background intensity changes sharply in space,facilitating high-density single-molecule localization microscopy.In summary,PN-ImTLSM paves the way for background-free fluorescence imaging on ordinary inverted microscopes.Boxin Xue Caiwei Zhou YizhiQin Yongzheng Li Yuao Sun Lei Chang Shipeng Shao Yongliang Li Mengling Zhang Chaoying Sun Renxi He Qian Peter Su Yujie Sun 2021Biophysics Reports2021,7,4:0
