Genomic profiling and the impact of MUC19 mutation in hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach显示文摘Dear Editor,Hepatoid adenocarcinoma(HAC)is a rare pathological subtype of extrahepatic tumor, featured by hepatoid differentiation andα-fetoprotein(AFP)-production[1,2].Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach(HAS),accounting for 0.3%to 1.0%of all gastric cancers(GCs),has attracted increasing attention due to its high degree of malignancy[3].Compared with classic GC,HAS showed a higher rate of vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis, and liver metastasis, with only 9.0%survival rate at 5 years[4].Currently,there is no effective treatment for HAS,and little is known about its pathogenesis.Herein,we investigated the molecular features of HAS and identified potential therapeutic targets for HAS. | Mengxuan Zhu Erbao Chen Shan Yu Chen Xu Yiyi Yu Xin Cao Wei Li Pengfei Zhang Yan Wang Baofeng Lian Shuirong Zhang Yueting Qu Lujia Huang Weiwei Shi Yuehong Cui Li Qian Tianshu Liu | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,10: | 3
Ethical Dimensions of Payment for Forest Environmental Services显示文摘The market-based incentive mechanism of payments for forest environmental services (PFES) seeks to capture part of the benefits derived from forest environmental services and channels them to forest resource owners/managers who generate these services, thus increases their incentives to conserve and manage forest resources. This paper examines some of the most important ethical issues entailed by PFES mechanism. The analysis shows that PFES may not always benefit the poor due to the comparative disadvantages of the poor and the complicated characteristics of forest ecosystem services. It is important and urgent to take ethical dimensions into account in the PFES approaches and design and develop the pro- poor payment mechanism in order to achieve the two objectives of forest conservation and economic development. | WU Shuirong | 2007 | Chinese Forestry Science and Technology2007,6,1: | 1

Soil Physical and Chemical Properties of Pure Pinus massoniana and Its Mixed Forests in Different Ages in Southern Guangxi显示文摘Six forest stands of 59,34 and 24 year-old Pinus massoniana forests and their mixed forests were selected at the Experimental Center of Tropical Forestry of Chinese Academy of Forestry, and 20 m × 20 m plot was set up and soil samples were taken from 0-60 cm soil layers,to analyze the changes of soil nutrient content under different forest stands and forest ages. The results showed that soil moisture and the bulk density in the mesophytic forest land were higher than those of other forest lands. The highest soil porosity value was observed in the early forest land. Soil p H of different forest was 4. 45-4. 75,indicating the variation was small. Besides,it indicated that the mixed forest was more able to increase the soil fertility than the pure forest because that the variation of soil acidity, organic matter content and total P and K in 34 and24 year-old mixed forests were higher than those in pure forests of the same year old. However, the content of soil available P and K decreased with the increase of soil depth, and varied in terms of forest ages. From the changes of soil indicators in different forest lands, soil nutrients in the 34 year-old P. massoniana forest was superior to that of other forest stands. | Zhongming HAO Shuirong WU Lin QIN Ling TAN Wenfu GUO | 2018 | Asian Agricultural Research2018,10,8: | 1

Homogenous metallic deposition regulated by abundant lithiophilic sites in nickel/cobalt oxides nanoneedle arrays for lithium metal batteries显示文摘Although lithium(Li)metal delivers the highest theoretical capacity as a battery anode, its high reactivity can generate Li dendrites and'dead'Li during cycling, resulting in poor reversibility and low Li utilization.Inducing uniform Li plating/stripping is the core of solving these problems.Herein,we design a highly lithiophilic carbon film with an outer sheath of the nanoneedle arrays to induce homogeneous Li plating/stripping.The excellent conductivity and 3D framework of the carbon film not only offer fast charge transport across the entire electrode but also mitigate the volume change of Li metal during cycling. The abundant lithiophilic sites ensure stable Li plating/stripping,thereby inhibiting the Li dendritic growth and'dead'Li formation. The resulting composite anode allows for stable Li stripping/plating under 0.5 mA cm^(-2) with a capacity of 0.5 mA h cm^(-2) for 4000 h and 3 mA cm^(-2) with a capacity of3 mA h cm^(-2) for 1000 h.The Ex-SEM analysis reveals that lithiophilic property is different at the bottom, top,or channel in the structu re,which can regulate a bottom-up uniform Li deposition behavior.Full cells paired with LFP show a stable capacity of 155 mA h g^(-1) under a current density of 0.5C.The pouch cell can keep powering light-emitting diode even under 180°bending,suggesting its good flexibility and great practical applications. | Fenqiang Luo Dawei Xu Yongchao Liao Minghao Chen Shuirong Li Dechao Wang Zhifeng Zheng | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2: | 0
Forest Policies Addressing Climate Change in China显示文摘As a developing country with a large population and a fragile ecological environment, China is particularly vulnerable to the adverse effects of climate change. Beginning with the Rio Conference of 1992 China has played a progressively enhanced role in combating climate change. A series of policies and measures to address climate change have been taken in the overall context of national sustainable development strategy, making positive contributions to the mitigation and adaptation to climate change, among which forestry linked policies have been given increasing priority to over the years. At the UN Summit on Climate Change in September 2009, China's President committed the country to an unprecedented increase in forest carbon sink through augmenting forest coverage by 40 million ha and forest stock volume by 1.3 billion m3 by 2020 compared to the 2005 level. For realizing it China has evolved the Forestry Action Plan to Cope with Climate Change that sets forth five basic principles that include combining the targets of forestry development with the national strategies on climate change, increasing forest size and improving forest quality, increasing carbon trading and controlling emissions, combining government guidance with social participation, slowing down climate change, and adapting to the change. Further, in order to make it people's program rather than a top-down government initiative, China is speeding up the trend of decentralization and privatization of forest management through collective forest tenure reform that are geared towards releasing direct governmental control over forest management, decentralizing the powers of forest administrations to lower levels and promoting community participation in forest management. These comprehensive steps have changed the face of forestry in the country but both the government and the scientific community realize that this is merely a beginning in the long and arduous task of combating climate change. | WU Shuirong LI Zhiyong YU Tianfei Institute of Forestry Policy and Information, Chinese Academy of Forestry, Beijing 100091, P. | 13 | Analysis of Ground-state Zero-field Splitting for Mn^(2+) Ions in[Co(H_(2)O)]XY_(6) (X=Si,Sn,Pt;Y=F,Cl)显示文摘The electron paramagnetic spectra of trigonal Mn^(2+) centers in[Co(H_(2)O)_(6)]SiF6,[Co(H_(2)O)_(6)]SnF6,and[Co(H_(2)O)_(6)]PtCl6 crystals were studied on the basis of the complete energy matrices for a d5 configuration ion in a trigonal ligand field. When Mn^(2+) is doped in the[Co(H_(2)O)_(6)]SiF6,[Co(H_(2)O)_(6)]SnF6,and[Co(H_(2)O)_(6)]PtCl6 crystals crystals, there is a similar local distortion. The experimental results show that the local lattice structure around a trigonal Mn^(2+) center has an elongation distortion along the crystalline C3 axis. From the EPR calculation, the local lattice structure parameters R=2.278A,θ=52.6406? for[Co(H_(2)O)_(6)]SiF6,R=2.280,θ=52.4936° for[Co(H_(2)O)_(6)]SnF6 and R=2.244A,θ=53.0616? for[Co(H_(2)O)_(6)]PtCl6 were determined. | 李菊芬 SU Juan YI Xuebin TANG Bin WU Xinhui ZHONG Shuirong | 2021 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2021,36,4: | 0
Hot Issues and Trends of Global Forestry Development显示文摘With acceleration of economic globalization, ecological problem becomes increasingly prominent, and forestry and forest issues become world concerns.Since 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, sustainable forest management(SFM)becomes a subject of times, and hot issues, such as climate change, assessment of forest resource, biomass energy of forestry, combating illegal timber and relevant international forest product trade, gradually become world concerns. This paper sum up these hot issues, analyzes background and current situations of forestry development, and discusses the development trends of global forestry. | Bin XU Decheng ZHANG Yanjie HU Shuirong WU Yong CHEN | 2013 | Asian Agricultural Research2013,5,10: | 0
Extension Strategies in Sloping Land Conversion Program in China: An Analysis of Strengths and Limitations显示文摘The Sloping Land Conversion Program (SLCP) is one of the biggest ecological rehabilitation efforts in China covering an area of 15.04 million hectares (ha) and involving 20.19 million rural households and 97.53 million farmers. Forestry extension plays a crucial role in the process of SLCP implementation as the program seeks to promote planting and conservation of soils even in the face of economic losses in the short run. This paper summarizes the extension schemes and methodologies adopted, lessons learnt and specific case analysis is presented. The analysis shows that there is a need to combine the traditional, top-bottom approach with bottom-top “problem solving” approach and strengthen the involvement and bi-directional communications of multiple stakeholders and sectors. This has significant implications for extension strategies to promote the participation of rural masses in ecological rehabilitation efforts that demand some sacrifices from them in the short run. | WU Shuirong | 2005 | Chinese Forestry Science and Technology2005,4,4: | 0
