| 1 | Hydrate agglomeration modeling and pipeline hydrate slurry flow behavior simulation显示文摘Dynamic modeling and numerical simulation of hydrate slurry flow behavior are of great importance to offshore hydrate management.For this purpose, a dynamic model of hydrate agglomeration was proposed in this paper.Based on population balance equation, the frame of the dynamic model was established first, which took both hydrate agglomeration and hydrate breakage into consideration.Then, the calculating methods of four key parameters involved in the dynamic model were given according to hydrate agglomeration dynamics.The four key parameters are collision frequency, agglomeration efficiency, breakage frequency and the size distribution of sub particles resulting from particle breakage.After the whole dynamic model was built, it was combined with several traditional solid–liquid flow models and then together solved by the CFD software FLUENT 14.5.Finally, using this method, the influences of flow rate and hydrate volume fraction on hydrate particle size distribution, hydrate volume concentration distribution and pipeline pressure drop were simulated and analyzed. | Guangchun Song Yuxing Li Wuchang Wang Kai Jiang Zhengzhuo Shi Shupeng Yao | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,1: | 6 |
| 2 | XCO_2 satellite retrieval experiments in short-wave infrared spectrum and ground-based validation显示文摘Based on the optimal estimation method, a satellite XCO2 retrieval algorithm was constructed by combining LBLRTM with VLIDORT. One-year GOSAT/TANSO observations over four TCCON stations were tested by our algorithm, and retrieval results were compared with GOSAT L2 B products and ground-based FTS measurements. Meanwhile, the influence of CO2 line mixing effect on retrieval was estimated, and the research showed that neglecting CO2 line mixing effect could result in approximately 0.25% XCO2 underestimation. | 3 | Mapping Near-surface Air Temperature, Pressure, Relative Humidity and Wind Speed over China's Mainland with High Spatiotemporal Resolution显示文摘As part of a joint effort to construct an atmospheric forcing dataset for China's Mainland with high spatiotemporal resolution, a new approach is proposed to construct gridded near-surface temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and surface pressure with a resolution of 1 km×1 km. The approach comprises two steps:(1) fit a partial thin-plate smoothing spline with orography and reanalysis data as explanatory variables to ground-based observations for estimating a trend surface;(2)apply a simple kriging procedure to the residual for trend surface correction.The proposed approach is applied to observations collected at approximately 700 stations over China's Mainland. The generated forcing fields are compared with the corresponding components of the National Centers for Environmental Prediction(NCEP) Climate Forecast System Reanalysis dataset and the Princeton meteorological forcing dataset. | 7 | Experimental study on enhancement of the metastatic potential of portal vein tumor thrombus-originated hepatocellular carcinoma cells using portal vein serum显示文摘Objective: Portal vein metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) results in a poor prognosis and seriously affects the survival rate of patients. The mechanism underlying the formation of portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT) is complex and is not yet fully understood. This study was conducted to investigate the impact of portal vein blood on the proliferation, metastasis, invasion and apoptosis of PVTT cells and to explore its possible mechanisms, which was expected to lay a foundation for ascertaining the mechanism underlying the portal vein metastasis of HCC.Methods: Peripheral blood and portal vein blood were collected from patients with HCC, and the sera from these two sources were used to culture the PVTT-originated HCC cell line CSQT-2. The cells were collected after 24 h, and flow cytometry was performed to detect cell proliferation, cell cycle stages and apoptosis. Transwell migration and invasion assays were applied to detect the metastasis and invasion of the cells in each group. The changes in the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in cells were detected via Western blotting. The contents of IL-12, IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-2 and TNF-α in the two groups of sera were quantified using corresponding kits. Results: Compared with the group of cells cultured with peripheral serum, the cells cultured with portal vein serum showed significantly lower apoptosis(P<0.01), significantly enhanced cell metastasis and invasion(P<0.01), whereas cell proliferation and the stages of the cell cycle did not differ significantly(P>0.05). A significantly increased expression level of MMP-2 has been observed in tumor cells treated portal vein serum. In addition, compared with peripheral serum, the content of IL-12 was significantly decreased in portal vein serum(P<0.05), while the contents of IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-2, and TNF-α did not differ significantly(P>0.05). Conclusions: Portal vein serum from HCC patients could inhibit the apoptosis of PVTT-originated HCC cells and promote cell metastasis and invasion. | 16 | Satisfactory surgical outcome of T2 gastric cancer after modified D2 lymphadenectomy显示文摘Objective: Though D2 lymphadenectomy has been increasingly regarded as standard surgical procedure for advanced gastric cancer(GC), the modified D2(D1 + 7, 8a and 9) lymphadenectomy may be more suitable than D2 dissection for T2 stage GC. The purpose of this study is to elucidate whether the surgical outcome of modified D2 lymphadenectomy was comparable to that of standard D2 dissection in T2 stage GC patients.Methods: A retrospective cohort study with 77 cases and 77 controls matched for baseline characteristics was conducted. Patients were categorized into two groups according to the extent of lymphadenectomy: the modified D2 group(m D2) and the standard D2 group(D2). Surgical outcome and recurrence date were compared between the two groups.Results: The 5-year overall survival(OS) rate was 71.4% for patients accepted m D2 lymphadenectomy and70.1% for those accepted standard D2, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant. Multivariate survival analysis revealed that curability, tumor size, TNM stage and postoperative complications were independently prognostic factors for T2 stage GC patients. Patients in the m D2 group tended to have less intraoperative blood loss(P=0.001) and shorter operation time(P<0.001) than those in the D2 group. | 20 | Clinical Study on Adjuvant Chemotherapy of Cinobufacin Injection in Senior Patients with Colorectal Cancer显示文摘To investigate the clinical efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy of cinobufacin injection in the treatment of senior patients with colorectal cancer and its influence on serum tumor markers and immune function,from November 2018 to November 2019,84 senior colorectal cancer patients in author's hospital were al randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with routine chemotherapy,the observation group was treated with routine chemotherapy and intravenous injection of cinobufacin,the two groups were all treated for 4 cycles,then the short-term efficacy,serum tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)]and immune function indexes(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+),as well as the unward reaction of chemotherapy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.As results,Short-term efficacy:the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(78.57%vs 47.62%,P<0.05).Tumor markers:after treatment,the levels of CA19-9,CA724 and CEA in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the levels of each index in observation group were lower(P<0.05).Immune function after treatment the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment while the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in control group were significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the above each index in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Untoward reaction:the incidence of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,gastrointestinal response,fatigue and myelosuppresion in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The results show that cinobufacin injection in the adjuvant treatment of senior patients with colorectal cancer can improve the shortterm efficacy of chemotherapy,reduce the untoward reaction,and reduce the serum levels of CA19-9,CA724 and CEA,improve the immune function of the body,thus with high clinical application value. | Shupeng Wang | 2020 | Advances in Modern Oncology Research2020,6,3: | 0 |
