1Wrist-ankle acupuncture and Fluoxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression: a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of WAA combined with fluoxetine in the clinical treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).METHODS: In this randomized, controlled and single-blind trial, 105 PSD patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three equal groups: Thin wrist-ankle acupuncture(WAA)group(Thin WAA needle + Fluoxetine), Thick WAA group(Thick WAA needle + Fluoxetine), and Sham WAA group(sham WAA needle + Fluoxetine). In this trial, the primary outcome was Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), while the secondary outcomes included Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS) and World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF(QQL).RESULTS: Ninety nine PSD patients completed all the treatment. The HAMD scores and SDS scores of all the three groups decreased after treatment(P <0.05);thick WAA group and thin WAA group decreased more obviously than the sham WAA group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the QQL scores of the three groups(P >0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of the three scales between the thick wrist ankle needles and the thin wrist ankle needles(P >0.05).CONCLUSION: The present study showed that WAA combined with fluoxetine can relieve the symptoms of depression after stroke. 4Association between physical activity and digestive-system cancer: An updated systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background:Physical activity(PA)may have an impact on digestive-system cancer(DSC)by improving insulin sensitivity and anticancer immune function and by reducing the exposure of the digestive tract to carcinogens by stimulating gastrointestinal motility,thus reducing transit time.The current study aimed to determine the effect of PA on different types of DSC via a systematic review and meta-analysis.Methods:In accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guidelines,we searched for relevant studies in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure.Using a random effects model,the relationship between PA and different types of DSC was analyzed.Results:The data used for meta-analysis were derived from 161 risk estimates in 47 studies involving 5,797,768 participants and 55,162 cases.We assessed the pooled associations between high vs.low PA levels and the risk of DSC(risk ratio(RR)=0.82,95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.79-0.85),colon cancer(RR=0.81,95%CI:0.76-0.87),rectal cancer(RR=0.88,95%CI:0.80-0.98),colorectal cancer(RR=0.77,95%CI:0.69-0.85),gallbladder cancer(RR=0.79,95%CI:0.64-0.98),gastric cancer(RR=0.83,95%CI:0.76-0.91),liver cancer(RR=0.73,0.60-0.89),oropharyngeal cancer(RR=0.79,95%CI:0.72-0.87),and pancreatic cancer(RR=0.85,95%CI:0.78-0.93).The findings were comparable between case-control studies(RR=0.73,95%CI:0.68-0.78)and prospective cohort studies(RR=0.88,95%CI:0.80-0.91).The meta-analysis of 9 studies reporting low,moderate,and high PA levels,with 17 risk estimates,showed that compared to low PA,moderate PA may also reduce the risk of DSC(RR=0.89,95%CI:0.80-1.00),while compared to moderate PA,high PA seemed to slightly increase the risk of DSC,although the results were not statistically significant(RR=1.11,95%CI:0.94-1.32).In addition,limited evidence from 5 studies suggested that meeting the international PA guidelines might not significantly reduce the risk of DSC(RR=0.96,95%CI:0.91-1.02).Conclusion:Compared to previous research,this systematic review has provided more comprehensive information about the inverse relationship between PA and DSC risk.The updated evidence from the current meta-analysis indicates that a moderate-to-high PA level is a common protective factor that can significantly lower the overall risk of DSC.However,the reduction rate for specific cancers may vary.In addition,limited evidence suggests that meeting the international PA guidelines might not significantly reduce the risk of DSC.Thus,future studies must be conducted to determine the optimal dosage,frequency,intensity,and duration of PA required to reduce DSC risk effectively.Fangfang Xie Yanli You Jihan Huang Chong Guan Ziji Chen Min Fang Fei Yao Jia Han 2021Journal of Sport and Health Science2021,10,1:3

7The changing process and trend of ground temperature around tower foundations of Qinghai-Tibet Power Transmission line显示文摘After the construction of Qinghai-Tibet Highway and Railway, the Qinghai-Tibet Power Transmission(QTPT) line is another major permafrost engineering project with new types of engineering structures. The changing process and trend of ground temperature around tower foundations are crucial for the stability of QTPT. We analyzed the change characteristics and tendencies of the ground temperature based on field monitoring data from 2010 to 2014. The results reveal that soil around the tower foundations froze and connected with the artificial permafrost induced during the construction of footings after the first freezing period, and the soil below the original permafrost table kept freezing in subsequent thawing periods. The ground temperature lowered to that of natural fields, fast or slowly for tower foundations with thermosyphons,while for tower foundations without thermosyphons, the increase in ground temperature resulted in higher temperature than that of natural fields. Also, the permafrost temperature and ice content are significant factors that influence the ground temperature around tower foundations. Specifically, the ground temperature around tower foundations in warm and ice-rich permafrost regions decreased slowly, while that in cold and ice poor permafrost regions cooled faster. Moreover, foundations types impacted the ground temperature, which consisted of different technical processes during construction and variant of tower footing structures. 16Synthesis of mesoporous core-shell structured GdPO:Eu@SiO@mSiO nanorods for drug delivery and cell imaging applications显示文摘Mesoporous GdPO4:Eu@SiO2@mSiO2 core-shell nanorods(NRs) were prepared by a facile two-step method.First,the monodispersed GdPO4:Eu NRs were obtained on a large scale via a facile precipitation method,then mesoporous silica was wrapped onto their surface through hydrolysis of tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS).The XRD result indicates that the as-prepared GdPO4:Eu NRs core has hexagonal phase.The FTIR and the N2 adsorption/desorption isotherm analysis confirm the successful coating of mesoporous silica.The TEM images show that the obtained GdPO4:Eu@SiO2@mSiO2 NRs exhibit uniform monodisperse core-shell structure with a nanorod core(length of 200 nm;width of 20 nm),and mesoporous silica shell of 15 nm.Under excitation of 274 nm,GdPO4:Eu@SiO2@mSiO2 NRs show strong red luminescence from 5 D0→7 FJ(J=1,2,3 and 4) transitions of Eu3+.Furthermore,the GdPO4:Eu@-SiO2@mSiO2 NRs exhibit obvious T1 enhancement effect due to paramagnetism of Gd3+.The drug loading capacity and pH-sensitive releasing behavior of the as-prepared GdPO4:Eu@SiO2@mSiO2 NRs were studied by using doxorubicin(DOX) as model drug.The excellent biocompatibility of GdPO4:Eu@-SiO2@mSiO2 NRs was demonstrated by MTT assay.Taken together,the mesoporous GdPO4:Eu@-SiO2@mSiO2 NRs may be potentially applied in fields of drug delivery and dual-modal imaging.Yanli Wu Xianzhu Xu Xiuli You Qiang Xiao 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,10:1

18ω_o phase precipitation in annealed high Nb containing TiAl alloys显示文摘The ordered ω phases in high Nb containing Ti Al(Nb-Ti Al) alloys have been garnering increasing attention in the recent years. However, the investigations on the Nb dependence on the ωoprecipitation are scarce. In this study, the effect of Nb content on the ωoprecipitation in high Nb(6–10 at%) containing Ti Al alloys after long-time annealing at 850 1C has been studied. The results show that small ordered ω particles in the retained βophase cannot be discerned under scanning electron microscope(SEM) but can be observed using transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Although the Nb segregation can be eliminated after the homogenization heat treatment, the ωophase precipitated in all the alloys studied after annealing at 850 1C. TEM examination reveals that the orientation relationship between the ωoand α2phases can be derived as: [0001]ωo//[1120]α2;(1120)ωo//(0001)α2, which indicates that the ωophase is directly transformed from the parent α2phase. Small γ particles are also observed within the ωoareas. The α2-ωot γ decomposition process is expected during annealing.
