1Joint Antenna Selection and Robust Beamforming Design in Multi-cell Distributed Antenna System显示文摘Most of studies on Distributed Antenna System(DAS) focus on maximizing the sum capacity and perfect channel state information at transmitter(CSIT).However,CSI is inevitable imperfect in practical wireless networks.Based on the sources of error,there are two models.One assumes error lies in a bounded region,the other assumes random error.Accordingly,we propose two joint antenna selection(AS) and robustbeamforming schemes aiming to minimize the total transmit power at antenna nodes subject to quality of service(QoS) guarantee for all the mobile users(MUs) in multicell DAS.This problem is mathematically intractable.For the bounded error model,we cast it into a semidefinite program(SDP) using semidefinite relaxation(SDR) and S-procedure.For the second,we first design outage constrained robust beamforming and then formulate it as an SDP based on the Bernstein-type inequality,which we generalize it to the multi-cell DAS.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.CHEN Jun FENG Suili HUANG Miaona 2014China Communications2014,11,4:2
2Analysis of length distribution of short DNA fragments induced by ^(7)Li ions using the random-breakage model显示文摘Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is an important bio-macromolecule. DNA double strand breaks (DSBs) are considered to be the most important initial damage responsi- ble for all biological effects induced by ionizing radiation. In this paper the length distribution of DNA fragments induced by 7Li ionizing radiation is fitted with the random breakage model. In this model, the parameter u is the average number of DSBs on every DNA molecule induced by ionizing radia- tion. The fitting result shows that the random breakage model cannot describe the distribution of DNA fragments in lower doses, while the random breakage model is in better accordance with the experimental data in higher doses. It is shown that the length distribution of DNA fragments has random statistical feature in higher doses. 13Archaeological Observation on the Layout of the Three Courts and Five Gates of the Daming Palace of the Tang Dynasty显示文摘The system of Three Courts and Five Gates is an essential content of the designs of the capitals and palaces of ancient China.The Three Courts and Five Gates planning of the Daming Palace is the adoption of this rule and the application to the spatial designing of the palace city.The archaeological fieldwork revealed that within the Daming Palace,the Three Courts pattern with three walls as the borders,and Hanyuan Hall,Xuanzheng Hall,and Zichen Hall as the centers formed the outer court,middle court,and inner court plan,which was the embodiment of the new interpretation of the Tang Dynasty to the traditional Three Courts and Five Gates ritual system.Through the trimming of the archaeological data fetched in the past 60 years about the southern part,which is the official affair zone,of the Daming Palace,this paper discusses the spatial structure of the Three Courts and Five Gates pattern of the Daming Palace,and analyzes the substantial relationship between this pattern and the political demands of the ruling class.He Suili 2022Frontiers of History in China-Selected Publications from Chinese Universities2022,17,4:0
14Swertiamarin ameliorates diet-induced obesity by promoting adipose tissue browning and oxidative metabolism in preexisting obese mice显示文摘Obesity is a risk factor for many metabolic diseases.Efficient therapeutic strategies are urgently needed.Swertiamarin(STM)prevents obesity and the associated insulin resistance and inflammation.However,the therapeutic effects of STM on preexisting obesity remain unclear.Therefore,in this study we aim to investigate the effects of STM on energy expenditure and fat browning in mice with preexisting obesity.C57BL/6J mice are fed with a high-fat diet(HFD)for 8 weeks to induce obesity and then gavaged(or not)with STM for 10 weeks.The whole-body energy metabolism of mice is examined by indirect calorimetry.The results show that after 10 weeks of treatment,STM markedly prevents HFD-induced weight gain,chronic inflammation,insulin resistance,and hepatic steatosis.STM promotes oxygen consumption and energy expenditure.The level of uncoupling protein 1 is enhanced in the brown and white adipose tissues of STM-treated mice.STM increases the phosphorylation of AMP-activated protein kinase and the expressions of genes involved in fat oxidation,reducing fat deposition in skeletal muscles.Meanwhile,STM does not affect the intestinal microbiotic composition.Overall,STM supplementation may serve as a potential therapy for obesity.Yuqin Zhu Haoran Li Mengchen Ma Dandan Li Ouyang Zhang Suili Cai Yajiao Wang Dandan Chen Shengnan Jin Chunming Ding Liang Xu 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,1:0
