2Thermal Expansion and Mechanical Properties of Middle Reinforcement Content SiCp/Al Composites Fabricated by PM Technology显示文摘Middle reinforcement content SiCp/Al composites(Vp=30%, 35% and 40%) for precision optical systems applications were fabricated by powder metallurgy technology. The composites were free of porosity and SiC particles distributed uniformly in the composites. The mean linear coefficients of thermal expansion(20-100 ℃) of SiCp/Al composites ranged from 11.6×10-6 to 13.3×10-6 K-1 and decreased with an increase in volume fraction of SiC content. The experimental coeffi cients of thermal expansion agreed well with predicted values based on Kerner's model. The Brinell hardness increased from 116 to 147, and the modulus increased from 99 to 112 GPa for the corresponding composites. 3Bioprosthetic Valve Size Selection to Optimize Aortic Valve ReplacementSurgical Outcome: A Fluid-Structure Interaction Modeling Study显示文摘Aortic valve replacement(AVR)remains a major treatment option for patients with severe aortic valve disease.Clinical outcome of AVR is strongly dependent on implanted prosthetic valve size.Fluid-structure interaction(FSI)aortic root models were constructed to investigate the effect of valve size on hemodynamics of the implanted bioprosthetic valve and optimize the outcome of AVR surgery.FSI models with 4 sizes of bioprosthetic valves(19(No.19),21(No.21),23(No.23)and 25 mm(No.25))were constructed.Left ventricle outflow track flow data from one patient was collected and used as model flow conditions.Anisotropic Mooney–Rivlin models were used to describe mechanical properties of aortic valve leaflets.Blood flow pressure,velocity,systolic valve orifice pressure gradient(SVOPG),systolic cross-valve pressure difference(SCVPD),geometric orifice area,and flow shear stresses from the four valve models were compared.Our results indicated that larger valves led to lower transvalvular pressure gradient,which is linked to better post AVR outcome.Peak SVOPG,mean SCVPD and maximum velocity for Valve No.25 were 48.17%,49.3%,and 44.60%lower than that from Valve No.19,respectively.Geometric orifice area from Valve No.25 was 52.03%higher than that from Valve No.19(1.87 cm2 vs.1.23 cm2).Implantation of larger valves can significantly reduce mean flow shear stress on valve leaflets.Our initial results suggested that larger valve size may lead to improved hemodynamic performance and valve cardiac function post AVR.More patient studies are needed to validate our findings.Caili Li Dalin Tang Jing Yao Christopher Baird Haoliang Sun Chanjuan Gong Luyao Ma Yanjuan Zhang Liang Wang Han Yu Chun Yang Yongfeng Shao 2021Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,4:1
4Improved methodology for efficient establishment of the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model in pigs through the median thoracic incision显示文摘To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of establishing porcine ischemia-reperfusion models by ligating the left anterior descending(LAD)coronary artery,we first randomly divided 16 male Bama pigs into a sham group and a model group.After anesthesia,we separated the arteries and veins.Subsequently,we rapidly located the LAD coronary artery at the beginning of its first diagonal branch through a mid-chest incision.Then,we loosened and released the ligation line after five minutes of pre-occlusion.Finally,we ligated the LAD coronary artery in situ two minutes later and loosened the ligature 60 min after ischemia.Compared with the sham group,electrocardiogram showed multiple continuous lead ST-segment elevations,and ultrasound cardiogram showed significantly lower ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening at one hour and seven days post-operation in the model group.Twenty-four hours after the operation,cardiac troponin T and creatine kinase-MB isoenzyme levels significantly increased in the model group,compared with the sham group.Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed the presence of many inflammatory cells infiltrating the interstitium of the myocardium in the model group but not in the sham group.Masson staining revealed a significant increase in infarct size in the ischemia/reperfusion group.All eight pigs in the model group recovered with normal sinus heart rates,and the survival rate was 100%.In conclusion,the method can provide an accurate and stable large animal model for preclinical research on ischemia/reperfusion with a high success rate and homogeneity of the myocardial infarction area.Liuhua Zhou Jiateng Sun Tongtong Yang Sibo Wang Tiankai Shan Lingfeng Gu Jiawen Chen Tianwen Wei Di Zhao Chong Du Yulin Bao Hao Wang Xiaohu Lu Haoliang Sun Meng Lv Di Yang Liansheng Wang 2023The Journal of Biomedical Research2023,37,4:1
5Research on MLChecker Plagiarism Detection System显示文摘Plagiarism detection system plays an essential role in education quality improvement by helping teachers to detect plagiarism.Using a number of measures customized to determine occurrences of plagiarism is the most common approach for plagiarism detection tool.It is simple and effective,while it lacks flexibility when applied in more complicated situations.This paper proposes the MLChecker,a smart plagiarism detection system,to provide more flexible detection tactics.An automatic plagiarism dataset construction method was exploited in MLChecker to dynamically update the plagiarism detection algorithms according to different detection tasks.And the full-process quality management functions were also provided by MLChecker.The result shows that the detection accuracy is raised by 56%.Compared with traditional plagiarism detection tools,MLChecker is with higher accuracy and efficiency.Haihao Yu Chengzhe Huang Leilei Kong Xu Sun Haoliang Qi Zhongyuan Han 2020国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2020,,2:0
6Regulating Li transport in Li-magnesium alloy for dendrite free Li metal anode显示文摘Li metal has become a strong candidate for anode due to its high theoretical specific capacity and lowest electrochemical potential.However,the poor reversibility caused by continuous chemical and electrochemical degradation hinders the practical application of Li metal.Solid-solution-based metal alloy phases have been proposed as hosts for regulating the non-dendrite electrodeposition,but the fundamental understanding remains unclear due to the drastically different deposition behaviors of Li on them.Here we found the difference in the diffusion coefficient of Li atoms on solid-solution-based metal alloy phases(Li-Mg and Li-Ag alloys)was a major contributor to the different deposition behaviors.The low Li atom diffusion coefficient of Li-Mg alloy showed a preferential Li accumulation on the upper surface rather than the inward-growth plating of Li atoms into alloy foil in Li-Ag alloy.By the process of secondary recrystallization,we improved the diffusion coefficient of Li atoms in Li-Mg alloy that facilitates the inward transfer rather than surface plating of Li atoms.In this case,the recrystallized Li-Mg alloy underwent a solidsolution phase change in the delithiation-lithiation cycles which yielded a high Coulombic efficiency of 99.3%with a reversible gravimetric capacity of 2,874 mAh·g−1 and superior cycling stability over 5,000 h without dendrite growth.Jinxi Wang Yadong Ye Hongmin Zhou Wei Zhang Zhaowei Sun Jiawen Zhu Hongchang Jin Huanyu Xie Haoliang Huang Yi Cui Rong Huang Zezhong Li Song Jin Hengxing Ji 2023Nano Research2023,16,6:0
7Simultaneous regulation on coordination environment and interfacial chemistry via taurine for stabilized Zn metal anode显示文摘Aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs)are the potential options for the next-generation energy storage scenarios due to the cost effectiveness and intrinsic safety.Nevertheless,the industrial application of AZIBs is still impeded by a series of parasitic reactions and dendrites at zinc anodes.In this study,taurine(TAU)is used in electrolyte to simultaneously optimize the coordination condition of the ZnSO4electrolyte and interfacial chemistry at the anode.TAU can preferentially adsorb with the zinc metal and induce an in situ stable and protective interface on the anode,which would avoid the connection between H_(2)O and the zinc metal and promote the even deposition of Zn^(2+).The resulting Zn//Zn batteries achieve more than 3000 hours long cyclic lifespan under 1 mA cm^(-2)and an impressive cumulative capacity at 5 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,Zn//Cu batteries can realize a reversible plating/stripping process over 2,400cycles,with a desirable coulombic efficiency of 99.75%(1 mA cm^(-2)).Additionally,the additive endows Zn//NH_(4)V_(4)O_(10)batteries with more stable cyclic performance and ultrafast rate capability.These capabilities can promote the industrial application of AZIBs.Xin Xu Junyi Yin Ruimin Qin Haoliang Liu Xiang Feng Minghui Wang Mingyan Li Weiyu Sun Weichen Shi Bing Xiao Yaqiong Su Yonghong Cheng 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,11:0
8Geo-environmental properties and microstructural characteristics of sustainable limestone calcined clay cement(LC3)binder treated Zn-contaminated soils显示文摘Limestone calcined clay cement(LC3)is an environment-friendly and sustainable cementitious material.It has recently gained considerable attention for the stabilization/solidification(S/S)of soils contaminated by heavy metals.However,the existing studies on S/S of Zn-contaminated soils using LC3 in terms of hydraulic conductivity and microstructural properties as compared to ordinary Portland cement(OPC)are limited.This study focuses on the evaluation of the mechanical,leaching,and microstructural characteristics of Zn-contaminated soils treated with different contents(0%,4%,6%,8%,and 10%)of low-carbon LC3.The engineering performance of the treated Zn-contaminated soils is assessed over time using unconfined compressive strength(UCS),hydraulic conductivity(k),toxicity characteristic leaching procedure(TCLP),and synthetic precipitation leaching procedure(SPLP)tests.Experimental results show that the UCS of Zn-contaminated soils treated with LC3 ranged from 1.47 to 2.49 MPa,which is higher than 1.63%–13.07%for those treated with OPC.The k of Zn-contaminated soils treated with LC3 ranged from 1.16×10^(−8)to 5.18×10^(−8)cm/s as compared to the OPC treated samples.For the leaching properties,the leached Zn from TCLP and SPLP is 1.58–321.10 mg/L and 0.52–284.65 mg/L as the LC3 contents ranged from 4%to 10%.Further,the corresponding pH modeling results indicate that LC3 promotes a relatively suitable dynamic equilibrium condition to immobilize the higher-level Zn contamination.In addition,microscopic analyses demonstrate that the formations of hydration products,i.e.,Zn(OH)_(2),Zn_(2)SiO_(4),calcium silicate hydrate(C–S–H),calcium silicate aluminate hydrate(C–A–S–H)gel,ettringite,and CaZn(SiO_(4))(H_(2)O),are the primary mechanisms for the immobilization of Zn.This study also provides an empirical formula between the UCS and k to support the application of LC3-solidified Zn-contaminated soils in practical engineering in the field.Haoliang WU Heng SONG Xinpo SUN Yuzhang BI Shenjing FU Ning YANG 2023Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2023,24,10:0

10A Method to Prepare Nano-sized Copper Particles and Rods on the Surface of Cu Composite Films显示文摘Nano-sized Copper(Cu)particles and rods were prepared by annealing Cu-Zr,and Cu-Al-Zr composite films on polyimide substrates.XRD,FESEM and EDS were used to characterize their microstructure and composition.Results show that faceted Cu particles are regular and pure Cu element.Furthermore,it was interesting to find that Cu nanorods might appear on the surface of annealed Cu-Al-Zr composite thin films.Based on the experimental results and analysis,it were speculated that these Cu particles are single crystals.The particle average sizes are closely related to the content of Zr as well as annealing temperature and atmosphere.This work may provide a new approach to prepare metal particles and nanorods on the surface of Cu composite films on polyimide substrates.Sun Haoliang Ming, Wei Zhan Jingmei Song Zhongxiao Fei, Ma Xu Kewei 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:0

12Influence of Fe-rich phases and precipitates on the mechanical behaviour of Al-Cu-Mn-Fe-Sc-Zr alloys studied by synchrotron X-ray and neutron显示文摘A multiscale methodology using scanning and transmission electron microscope,synchrotron X-ray nano-tomography and micro-tomography,small angle neutron scattering,and in situ synchrotron X-ray diffrac-tion has been used,to reveal the effect of Fe-rich phases and precipitates on the mechanical behaviour of an Al-Cu-Mn-Fe-Sc-Zr alloy.Theα-Al grains size is reduced from 185.1μm(0 MPa)and 114.3μm(75 MPa)by applied pressure.Moreover,it has been demonstrated that suitable heat treatments modify the 3D morphology of Fe-rich phases from interconnected to a disaggregated structure that improves the mechanical properties of the alloy.The size and morphology evolution of fine precipitates under differ-ent ageing temperature and time are revealed.At ageing temperature of 160℃,the precipitates change from GP zones toθ’(around 75 nm in length)with ageing time increasing from 1 h to 24 h;the Vick-ers hardness increases from 72.0 HV to 110.7HV.The high ductility of the Sc,Zr modified Al-Cu alloy is related to the complex shape and the loss of interconnectivity of the Fe-rich particles due to the heat treatment.The evolution of the crystal lattice strains inα-Al,andβ-Fe calculated during tensile test us-ing in-situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction corroborates the influence of the microstructure in the ductility of the modified alloy.Yuliang Zhao Dongfu Song Shengchuan Wu Shunfu Xie Haoliang Wang Mengmeng Wang Weiwen Zhang Zhenzhong Sun Yubin Ke Shanfeng Wang Wanxia Huang Ricardo Fernández 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,27:0
13Electrical Sliding Wear Properties of Mo-Reinforced MoS_2/Cu Composites显示文摘An adequate hardness of MoS2/Cu composites has not been achieved if these materials are applied under the extreme wear conditions. Therefore, Mo-reinforced MoS2/Cu composites were prepared by powder metallurgy(P/M) methods. The electrical sliding wear properties in the absence or presence of Moreinforced MoS2/Cu composites were tested by HST-100 high speed electric-tribometer. The hardness, electrical conductivity, density, and microstructure of MoS2/Cu composites were observed. Mo-reinforcement MoS2/Cu composites are of good electrical conductivity, while the hardness of Mo-reinforcedment MoS2/Cu composites is about 33.3% higher than that of MoS2/Cu composites. With the addition of Mo, composites show better wear properties under high speed and large electric current due to the improvement of hardness.
