1AA5083铝合金的搅拌摩擦焊接工艺参数对搅拌头受力和热输入的影响(英文)显示文摘采用系统实验设计方法研究AA5083铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接工艺参数对搅拌头受力和热量输入的影响,得到了用来设计搅拌摩擦焊搅拌头和焊机的经验模型。当采用计算机来控制搅拌摩擦焊接时,这些模型可用来确定AA5083这类铝合金的摩擦焊接工艺参数、编制焊接程序及工艺参数控制。结果表明:影响轴向力和热量输入的重要参数是搅拌头转速、焊接速度和搅拌头轴肩直径,而影响纵向应力的重要参数是焊接速度和探头直径。Rajneesh KUMAR Kanwer SINGH Sunil PANDEY 2012Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2012,22,2:10
2Biomedical Perspective of Electrochemical Nanobiosensor显示文摘Electrochemical biosensor holds great promise in the biomedical area due to its enhanced specificity, sensitivity, label-free nature and cost effectiveness for rapid point-of-care detection of diseases at bedside. In this review, we are focusing on the working principle of electrochemical biosensor and how it can be employed in detecting biomarkers of fatal diseases like cancer, AIDS, hepatitis and cardiovascular diseases. Recent advances in the development of implantable biosensors and exploration of nanomaterials in fabrication of electrodes with increasing the sensitivity of biosensor for quick and easy detection of biomolecules have been elucidated in detail. Electrochemical-based detection of heavy metal ions which cause harmful effect on human health has been discussed. 4Metallurgical Behaviour and Carbon Diffusion in Buttering Deposits Prepared With and Without Buffer Layers显示文摘Use of a buttering deposit on ferritic steel in dissimilar metal weld(DMW) joint is a common practice in nuclear plants to connect pressure vessel components(ferritic steel) to pipelines(austenitic stainless steel).Carbon migration and metallurgical changes near fusion interface(ferritic steel–austenitic stainless steel) lead to a steeper gradient in material properties,and minimizing this gradient is the major challenge in the manufacturing of DMW joints.Inconel 82 is often deposited on ferritic steel material as buttering to reducing the gradient of physical and attaining material compatibility.Inconel 82/182 fillers are used to minimize the carbon migration,but the results are not truly adequate.In this paper,Ni–Fe alloy(chromium-free) has been used as the intermediate buffer layer in the weld buttering deposit to address the issue of carbon migration and subsequent metallurgical deterioration.The weld pads with and without buffer layers of Ni–Fe alloy have been investigated and compared in detail for metallurgical properties and carbon diffusivities.Ni–Fe buffer layer can significantly control the carbon migration which resists the metallurgical deterioration.It showed the better results in postweld heat treatment and thermally aged conditions.The buttering deposit with Ni–Fe buffer layer could be the better choice for DMW joints requirements.Dinesh W.Rathod Sunil Pandey Sivanandam Aravindan Pavan Kumar Singh 2017Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2017,30,2:2

9Modified skin bridge technique for ilio-inguinal lymph node dissection:A forgotten technique revisited显示文摘Ilio-inguinal lymph node dissection(IILD) is a commonly performed surgical procedure for a number of malignant conditions involving mainly the male and female genitalia, and the skin; however the postoperative morbidity of IILD, due to high frequency of flap necrosis, wound infection and seroma formation, has always been a major concern for the surgeons. The aim of the study is to highlight a modified skin bridge technique of IILD using two parallel curvilinear incisions to minimize postoperative skin flap necrosis. This technique was successfully employed in 38 IILD during May 2012 to November 2013. None of the patient had flap necrosis. Two patients developed seroma while another two patients had superficial surgical site infection; they were managed conservatively. 10AI-Based Hybrid Models for Predicting Loan Risk in the Banking Sector显示文摘Every real-world scenario is now digitally replicated in order to reduce paperwork and human labor costs.Machine Learning(ML)models are also being used to make predictions in these applications.Accurate forecasting requires knowledge of these machine learning models and their distinguishing features.The datasets we use as input for each of these different types of ML models,yielding different results.The choice of an ML model for a dataset is critical.A loan risk model is used to show how ML models for a dataset can be linked together.The purpose of this study is to look into how we could use machine learning to quantify or forecast mortgage credit risk.This phrase refers to the process of evaluating massive amounts of data in order to derive useful information for making decisions in a variety of fields.If credit risk is considered,a method based on an examination of what caused and how mortgage credit risk affected credit defaults during the still-current economic crisis of 2021 will be tried.Various approaches to credit risk calculation will be examined,ranging from the most basic to the most complex.In addition,we will conduct a case study on a sample of mortgage loans and compare the results of three different analytical approaches,logistic regression,decision tree,and gradient boost to see which one produced the most commercially useful insights.Vikas Kumar Shaiku Shahida Saheb Preeti Atif Ghayas Sunil Kumari Jai Kishan Chandel Saroj Kumar Pandey Santosh Kumar 2023Big Data Mining and Analytics2023,6,4:0

12Direct detection of rpoB and katG gene mutations of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in clinical samples显示文摘Objectives: To study the rpoB and katG gene mutation rate and its markers.Methods: Cross-sectional study methods were used to study Tuberculosis. A total of 45 sputum samples were collected from Annapurna Neurological Institute and Allied sciences. Then, acid fast bacilli staining were performed. Positive and negative samples were carried for conventional polymerase chain reaction identification and electrophoresis.Results: Out of 45 samples, 3 were acid fast bacilli positive and the rest were negative.Male participants were more as compare to female participants and the mutation in rpoB and katG gene was found similar i.e. 6.66% among the total samples.Conclusions: We can conclude that genetic mutation in Mycobacterium tuberculosis can be identified directly from the clinical samples.
