1Dynamic wheeled motion control of wheel-biped transformable robots显示文摘Most existing biped robots can only walk with their feet or move by wheels.To combine the best of both worlds,this paper introduces the dynamic wheeled control including wheeled locomotion and in-situ wheel-to-foot(WtF)transformation of a full-sized wheel-biped transformable robot SR600-II.It can traverse on flat surfaces by wheels and transform to footed stance through its switching modules when facing obstacles.For wheeled locomotion,the kinematics considering upper-body lumped center-of-mass(CoM)constraint is first derived.Then,the dynamics of wheeled locomotion is modeled as a wheeled inverted pendulum(WIP)with variables related to the pose of upper body.After that,a parameter-varying linear quadratic regulator(LQR)controller is utilized to enable dynamic wheeled locomotion.For WtF transformation,the WtF balance constraints are first revealed.Then,a WtF transformation strategy is proposed to tackle the problem when robot transforms from wheeled balance state to in-situ biped stance state.It enables the robot to pass by the transition stages in which both wheels and feet touch the ground and to maintain its balance at the same time.Simulations and experiments on the SR600-II prototype have validated the efficacy of proposed dynamic wheeled control strategies for both wheeled locomotion and in-situ WtF transformation.Chao Zhang Tangyou Liu Shuang Song Jiaole Wang Max Q-H.Meng 2022Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2022,2,2:1
2Hewei Jiangni granule alleviates visceral hypersensitivity in a rat model of non-erosive reflux disease via transient receptor potential channel signaling显示文摘Objective:To uncover the underlying mechanism of Hewei Jiangni granule(HWJNG)on non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)treatment by examining histological changes,gastrointestinal neurochemicals release and visceral hypersensitivity-related receptor expression in NERD model rats.Methods:A NERD rat model was established via a combination of basal sensitization and acid perfusion.HWJNG treatments at different doses were then administered.Pathological changes to tissues,mast cell(MC)activation,serum levels of esophageal visceral hypersensitivity-related neurochemicals,and transient receptor potential(TRP)receptor mRNA and protein levels were investigated.Results:Compared with the control group,the expression of tryptase in MCs,the changes of intercellular space,and the serum levels of substance P(SP),calcitonin gene-related peptides(CGRP)and proteinaseactivated receptor 2(PAR2)increased in the model group(all P<.05).The expression of TRP vanilloid 1(Trpv1)mRNA decreased in esophagus and dorsal root ganglia(DRG)of the model group(P=.030&P=.013),and the expression of TRP melastatin channel subfamily member 8(Trpm8)mRNA decreased in the esophagus of model group(P<.01).The level of esophageal TRPV1 protein increased in the model group(P<.01)and the level of TRPM8 protein decreased in esophagus and DRG of the model group(both P<.05).Compared with the model group,the serum levels of SP,CGRP,and PAR2 in the mediumdose HWJNG group showed significant decreases(all P<.05).The expression of Trpv1 mRNA in esophagus and DRG of the HWJNG groups and the Omeprazole group remarkably decreased(all P<.05),as was the expression of Trpm8 mRNA in esophagus of the HWJNG groups(all P<.05).Conclusion:HWJNG alleviated visceral hypersensitivity in NERD model rats by regulating TRP-mediated signaling.Our results indicate that HWJNG has potential as a therapeutic agent for NERD.Jiali Liu Fushun Kou Xiang Tan Yi Dai Chune Xie Xiaohong Li Lei Shi Tangyou Mao Xiaojun Shi Junxiang Li 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,2:1

7FAST RECONSTRUCTION METHOD BASED ON COMMON UNIFIED DEVICE ARCHITECTURE(CUDA)FOR MICRO-CT显示文摘Three-dimensional image reconstruction with Feldkamp,Davis,and Kress(FDK)algorithm is the most time consuming part in Micro-CT.The parallel algorithm based on the computer cluster is capable of accelerating image reconstruction speed;however,the hardware is very expensive.In this paper,using the most current graphics processing units(GPU),we present a method based on common unified device architecture(CUDA)for speeding up the Micro-CT image reconstruction process.The most time consuming filtering and back-projection parts of the FDK algorithm are parallelized for the CUDA architecture.The CUDA-based reconstruction speed and image qualities are compared with CPU results for the projecting data of the Micro-CT system.The results show that the 3D image reconstruction speed based on CUDA is ten times faster than the speed with CPU.In conclusion the FDK algorithm based on CUDA for Micro-CT can reconstruct the 3D image right after the end of data acquisition.GUOTAO QUAN TANGYOU SUN YONG DENG 2010Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2010,3,1:0

9Maternal helminth infection protects offspring from high-fat-diet-induced obesity through altered microbiota and SCFAs显示文摘Helminth-induced Th2 immunity and gut microbiota have been recently shown to be highly effective in modulating metabolic syndromes in animal models.This study aimed to determine whether maternal immunity and microbial factors affect the induction and development of obesity in offspring.Here,Heligomosomoides polygyrus(Hp)-infected or control female C57BL/6J mice mated with normal males and their offspring were fed a high-fat diet(HFD)for 9 weeks after weaning.Our results showed that Hp-induced maternal outcomes during gestation and lactation significantly impacted offspring metabolic phenotypes.This was evidenced by results showing that offspring from helminth-infected mothers on an HFD(Hp-offspring+HFD)gained significantly less body weight than those from uninfected mothers(Cont-offspring+HFD).Hp-offspring+HFD exhibited no Th2 phenotype but displayed a pattern of gut microbiota composition similar to that of Hp-infected mothers.Cross-fostering experiments confirmed that the helminth-induced maternal attenuation of offspring obesity was mediated through both prenatal and postnatal effects.Our results further showed that helminth-infected dams and their offspring had a markedly altered gut microbiome composition,with increased production of short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs).Intriguingly,Hp-infected mothers and Hp-offspring+HFD showed increased SCFA receptor(GPR)expression in adipose and colonic tissues compared to noninfected mothers and Cont-offspring+HFD,respectively.Moreover,SCFA supplementation to the pups of uninfected control mothers during lactation protected against HFD-induced weight gain,which corresponded with changes in gut bacterial colonization.Collectively,our findings provide new insights into the complex interaction of maternal immune status and gut microbiome,Hp infection,and the immunity and gut microbiome in obese-prone offspring in infant life.Chien-Wen Su Chih-Yu Chen Tangyou Mao Ning Chen Nicholas Steudel Lefei Jiao Jinggang Lan Alessio Fasano WAllan Walker Hai Ning Shi 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,4:0
10Band-gap tunable(Ga_(x)In_(1−x))_(2)O_(3)layer grown by magnetron sputtering显示文摘Multicomponent oxide(Ga_(x)In_(1−x))_(2)O_(3)films are prepared on(0001)sapphire substrates to realize a tunable band-gap by magnetron sputtering technology followed by thermal annealing.The optical properties and band structure evolution over the whole range of compositions in ternary compounds(Ga_(x)In_(1−x))_(2)O_(3)are investigated in detail.The X-ray diffraction spectra clearly indicate that(Ga_(x)In_(1−x))_(2)O_(3)films with Ga content varying from 0.11 to 0.55 have both cubic and monoclinic structures,and that for films with Ga content higher than 0.74,only the monoclinic structure appears.The transmittance of all films is greater than 86%in the visible range with sharp absorption edges and clear fringes.In addition,a blue shift of ultraviolet absorption edges from 380 to 250 nm is noted with increasing Ga content,indicating increasing band-gap energy from 3.61 to 4.64 eV.The experimental results lay a foundation for the application of transparent conductive compound(Ga_(x)In_(1−x))_(2)O_(3)thin films in photoelectric and photovoltaic industry,especially in display,light-emitting diode,and solar cell applications.Fabi ZHANG Jinyu SUN Haiou LI Juan ZHOU Rong WANG Tangyou SUN Tao FU Gongli XIAO Qi LI Xingpeng LIU Xiuyun ZHANG Daoyou GUO Xianghu WANG Zujun QIN 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,10:0
11Ultra-thin Body Buried In_(0.35)Ga_(0.65)As Channel MOSFETs with Extremely Low Off-current on Si Substrates显示文摘In this paper, we investigated the electrical properties of the Metal-oxide-semiconductor gate stack of Ti/Al_(2)O_(3)/In P under different annealing conditions. A minimum interface trap density of 3×10^(11) cm^(-2) eV^(-1) is obtained without postmetallization annealing treatment.Additionally, utilizing Ti/Al_(2)O_(3)/In P MOS gate stack,we fabricated ultra-thin body buried In0.35 Ga0.65 As channel MOSFETs on Si substrates with optimized on/off trade-off.
