| 4 | Comparing dark-and photo-Fenton-like degradation of emerging pollutant over photo-switchable Bi2WO6/CuFe2O4: Investigation on dominant reactive oxidation species显示文摘The extensive use of tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH)poses a threat to human health and the aquatic environment.Here,magnetic p-n Bi2WO6/CuFe2O4 catalyst was fabricated to efficiently remove TCH.The obtained Bi2WO6/CuFe2O4 exhibited 92.1%TCH degradation efficiency and 50.7%and 35.1%mineralization performance for TCH and raw secondary effluent from a wastewater treatment plant in a photo-Fenton-like system,respectively.The remarkable performance was attributed to the fact that photogenerated electrons accelerated the Fe(III)/Fe(II)and Cu(II)/Cu(I)conversion for the Fenton-like reaction between Fe(II)/Cu(I)and H2O2,thereby generating abundant·OH for pollutant oxidation.Various environmental factors including H2O2 concentration,initial pH,catalyst dosage,TCH concentration and inorganic ions were explored.The reactive oxidation species(ROS)quenching results and electron spin resonance(ESR)spectra confirmed that·O2-and·OH were responsible for the dark and photo-Fenton-like systems,respectively.The degradation mechanisms and pathways of TCH were proposed,and the toxicity of products was evaluated.This work contributes a highly efficient and environmentally friendly catalyst and provides a clear mechanistic explanation for the removal of antibiotic pollutants in environmental remediation. | Jingjing Jiang Jiaying Gao Shu Niu Xingyue Wang Tianren Li Shengda Liu Yanhong Lin Tengfeng Xie Shuangshi Dong | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,8: | 1 |

| 15 | Boosting Photocatalytic Oxygen Evolution:Purposely Constructing Direct Z-Scheme Photoanode by Modulating the Interface Electric Field显示文摘Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode has received widespread attention in photoelectrochemical(PEC)water spilling because of its optimized oxidative and reductive capability of composites catalyst.However,its low efficiency could limit its development.Herein,in order to improve the efficiency of PEC water spilling,the all-solid-state direct Z-scheme Ti-ZnFe2O4/Ti-Fe2O3(TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3)nanorod arrays composited with the ideal energy band structure are synthesized by modulating the Fermi level of TZFO for PEC water splitting.The photophysical methods in this work,including the Kelvin probe measurement and transient photovoltage spectroscopy(TPV)measurement,are applied to explore the migration behavior of electric charges at the enhanced interface electric field.Finally,the Z-scheme charge transfer mechanism of TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode is proved successfully.Benefiting from the desirable charge transfer at interface electric field,the TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3 exhibits the outstanding photocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance,and the photocurrent of 60TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode reaches 2.16 mA/cm^2 at 1.23 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),which is three times higher than that of pure Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode.This work provides a facile approach of modulating interface electric field to optimize the Z-scheme charge-transfer process. | LI Yinyin WU Qiannan ZHANG Kai HU Bin LIN Yanhong WANG Dejun XIE Tengfeng | 2020 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,6: | 0 |
