| 1 | Is graphite lithiophobic or lithiophilic?显示文摘Graphite and lithium metal are two classic anode materials and their composite has shown promising performance for rechargeable batteries.However,it is generally accepted that Li metal wets graphite poorly,causing its spreading and infiltration difficult.Here we show that graphite can either appear superlithiophilic or lithiophobic,depending on the local redox potential.By comparing the wetting performance of highly ordered pyrolytic graphite,porous carbon paper(PCP),lithiated PCP and graphite powder,we demonstrate that the surface contaminants that pin the contact-line motion and cause contact-angle hysteresis have their own electrochemical-stability windows.The surface contaminants can be either removed or reinforced in a time-dependent manner,depending on whether the reducing agents(C6→Li C6)or the oxidizing agents(air,moisture)dominate in the ambient environment,leading to bifurcating dynamics of either superfast or superslow wetting.Our findings enable new fabrication technology for Li–graphite composite with a controllable Li-metal/graphite ratio and present great promise for the mass production of Li-based anodes for use in high-energy-density batteries. | Jian Duan Yuheng Zheng Wei Luo Wangyan Wu Tengrui Wang Yong Xie Sa Li Ju Li Yunhui Huang | 2020 | National Science Review2020,7,7: | 8 |

| 3 | First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). | 4 | Preparation and evaluation of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release pellets modified by two-layered membrane techniques显示文摘The aim of the present study was to develop tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release pellets using two-layered membrane techniques.Centrifugal granulator and fluidizedbed coater were employed to prepare drug-loaded pellets and to employ two-layered membrane coating respectively.The prepared pellets were evaluated for physicochemical characterization,subjected to differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and in vitro release of different pH.Different release models and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were utilized to analyze the release mechanism of Harnual■ and home-made pellets.By comparing the dissolution profiles,the ratio and coating weight gain of Eudragit■ NE30D and Eudragit■ L30D55 which constitute the inside membrane were identified as 18:1 and 10%-11%.The coating amount of outside membrane containing Eudragit■ L30D55 was determined to be 0.8%.The similarity factors(f_(2))of home-made capsule and commercially available product(Harnual■)were above 50 in different dissolution media.DSC studies confirmed that drug and excipients had good compatibility and SEM photographs showed the similarities and differences of coating surface between Harnual■ and self-made pellets before and after dissolution.According to Ritger-Peppas model,the two dosage form had different release mechanism. | Jingmin Wang Yinghua Sun Bo Li Rui Fan Bing Li Tengrui Yin Ling Rong Jin Sun | 2015 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2015,10,1: | 2 |

| 6 | Highly catalytic metal–organic framework coating enabled by liquid superwetting and confinement显示文摘In this work,we report that high catalytic performance of metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)can be obtained through a synergistic effect of postsynthetic modification of MOF nanoparticles and liquid superwetting and confinement in the MOF coating.Specifically,2-ureido-4[1H]pyrimidinone(UPy)functionalized polysiloxanes were covalently appended onto the UiO-66 nanoparticles via a postsynthetic approach,which were further anchored onto different porous films through multivalent hydrogen bonding of the UPy motifs.The hydrophobic MOF coating can preserve the porosity of the solid substrates,enable rapid liquid superwetting and confinement within the porous substrates.Using the Knoevenagel condensation as a modeled system,robust and highly catalytic performances of the MOF coating were observed on a range of aldehyde substrates.Gram-scale production of chromene,a pharmaceutical which is typically synthesized via expensive catalysis,was successfully demonstrated on the MOF coating with high yielding rates,demonstrating the great potential of the MOF coating in pharmaceutical synthesis. | Bo Yi Yan-Lung Wong Kedi Li Changshun Hou Tengrui Ma Zhengtao Xu Xi Yao | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,5: | 1 |

| 14 | LCeMS/MS assay for pitavastatin in human plasma and subsequent application to a clinical study in healthy Chinese volunteers显示文摘Arapid,selective and sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem massspectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method has been developed and validated for the determination of pitavastatin in humanplasma.Following a liquid-liquid extraction,both the analytes and internal standard telmisartan were separated on a Luna C_(18) column with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-1% formic acid in water(50:25:25,v/v/v).Mass spectrometric detection involved electrospray ionization in the positive ion mode followed by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)of the transitions at m/z 421.9→290.1 for pitavastatin and m/z 515.2→276.2 for the IS.The assay for pitavastatin showed good linearity(r≥0.99)over the ranges 0.2-400 ng/ml,with a lower limit of quantitation of 0.2 ng/ml.Accuracy and precision for the assay were determined by calculating the intra-and inter-batch variation of quality control(QC)samples at three concentration levels,with relative standard deviations(RSD)of less than 15%for both analytes.The mean extraction recovery of pitavastatin and IS were both above 70%.Matrix effect hasn't been found in this method.The method has been successfully applied to a clinic pharmacokinetic study of pitavastatin administered. | Tengrui Yin Qian Liu Hui Zhao Lirong Zhao Hui Liu Miao Li Meilan Cui Wengang Ren | 2014 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2014,9,6: | 0 |

| 16 | Problems on the application of geographic information systems to urban environmental management显示文摘Geographic information systems (GIS) are a widely used tool in urban planning and management. More and more cities and decision-makers require its attributes of promptness, precision and visualization. But the application of GIS in urban environmental management is still a new field and relevant researches are getting on tardily. As a subsystem of GIS, an urban environmental management geographic information system (UEMGIS) should be a complex multi-discipline and multi-objective tool to perform quantitative multi-dimension analysis and to transfer the results into an expression legible to an ordinary user. It should be a dynamic system of prompt functions based on upgradable databases, and be composed of many subsystems respectively specialized in items about water, air, waste and noise as well as relative standards and regulations. However, existing UEMGISs mostly rely on the basic GIS too much to design the actual requirements of applications and managements in themselves, and the unavailability of sufficient fundamental data has retarded their improvement. In the design of a UEMGIS, the standardization of data classification should be taken into consideration to make the data exchangeable and shareable among its subsystems and within every subsystem, and the applicable error limits for input data should be defined in accordance with the user抯 required precision of data out. Data acquisition can be easy and quick if remote sensing, global positioning system (GPS) and other technologies are combined with GIS.
