3Reliability analysis of Lan Chengyu corroded pipeline with associated defects显示文摘Traditional reliability evaluation method for corroded pipeline exists the problem of not considering the associated defects.We therefore propose a new calculation method considering the associated defects.In this paper,the traditional and new methods are respectively used to calculate and contrastively analyze the failure probability of corroded pipeline;we then perform the research of residual life prediction for the corroded pipeline,followed by the sensitivity calculation of all random evaluation parameters.And then the Monte Carlo method(MCS)is applied to verify the rationality of the new method.The research results show that:the method considering associated defect is more objective,and truly react corroded pipeline's dynamic reliability changes;obtain new method to predict residual life of corroded pipeline;corrosion depth,radial corrosion rate have a significant impact on reliability of corroded pipeline considering associated defects.The calculation results of the method are more accurate,more time-saving.Qin Li Chunmei Sun Zhiqiang Huang Xiang Xiao Haiping Thang Shiying Zhao 2015Petroleum2015,1,3:6
4巨峰和无核早红葡萄在越南谅山试种观察显示文摘[目的]观察巨峰、无核早红葡萄在越南谅山省的引种表现,为其在越南推广种植提供参考依据.[方法]2009年春从中国南宁引入巨峰、无核早红两个鲜食葡萄品种在越南谅山省试种,调查其枝蔓生长量、物候期、果实性状、产量等相关指标.[结果]至第1年抚育冬季,巨峰葡萄枝蔓总长234.5 cm,上架茎粗0.84 cm;无核早红葡萄枝蔓总长294.1 cm,上架茎粗0.86 cm.在物候期方面,巨峰葡萄从萌芽至果实成熟需141~151 d,表现中熟;无核早红从萌芽至果实成熟需142~151 d,未表现其应有的早熟特性.在果实性状方面,巨峰葡萄2010~2012年3年平均单果重8.9 g,种子数1.04粒,可溶性固形物(TSS)含量17.5%;无核早红葡萄2010~2012年3年平均单果重6.8 g,TSS含量13.9%.在产量方面,巨峰葡萄2010~2012年产量分别为13.69、17.50和16.24 t/ha;无核早红葡萄2010~2012年产量分别为10.81、16.02和20.92t/ha.[结论]巨峰葡萄在越南谅山省种植表现丰产稳产优质,具有较好的适栽性,可大面积推广种植;无核早红葡萄表现丰产稳产,但表现低糖低酸,极易裂果,着色困难,不宜在越南大面积发展.黄江流 PHAM Thi Thang 罗瑞鸿 NGUYN Thi Hà 吕荣华 LUONG Dǎng Ning CHU Vǎn DUòng NGUYN Manh Tòng 彭宏祥 Ly Ming Nguyet LU'O'NG i Thuy CHU Xun Tien VI Vǎn Dúc NGUYN Duy Dng Ly Dúc Khiêm 熊俏 2014南方农业学报2014,45,7:5
5Genetic diversity in two threatened species in Vietnam:Taxus chinensis and Taxus wallichiana显示文摘Taxus chinensis and T. wallichiana in have been threatened in their distribution areas in recent decades because of their over-exploitation and reduction and destruction of native habitats. Determining the genetic diversity in populations of the two species will provide guidelines for their protection and preservation. Two hundred and fifteen trees from six populations of T. chinensis and150 sampled trees of T. wallichiana were sampled. Six microsatellite primer pairs selected from 16 primer pairs were used to investigate genetic variation at the population and species levels. Five yielded polymorphic alleles, and among the 13 putative alleles amplified, 11 were polymorphic(accounting for 76.33 %).Shannon's information index(I) and percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB)(I = 0.202 and PPB = 67.22 % for T. chinensis; I = 0.217 and PPB = 65.03 % for T. wallichiana). Both species had low levels of genetic diversity(mean H_o= 0.107, H_e= 0.121 for T. chinensis; H_o= 0.095, H_e= 0.109 for T. wallichiana). Genetic differentiation among populations was higher(FST= 0.189) for T. chinensis and lower(0.156) for T.wallichiana, indicating limited gene flow(Nm) among populations for T. chinensis(0.68) and T. wallichiana(0.65).Variation among individuals of T. chinensis was 63.59 and73.12 % for T. wallichiana. Thus, the threatened status of the two conifers is related to a lack of genetic diversity. All populations are isolated in small forest remnants. 6Hydrodynamics and heat transfer of gas-solid two-phase mixtures flowing through packed beds——a review显示文摘Flow of a gas-solid two-phase mixture through a packed bed is relevant to a number of industrial processes such as heat recovery and filtration of dusty flue gases,iron making in shaft reactors,gas purification,and sorption enhanced reaction processes.In spite of the industrial relevance,little work has been reported in the literature.The limited amount of research work has mainly addressed the mac- roscopic hydrodynamics in terms of pressure drop and solids hold-ups at the ambient temperature.Very little is done,until fairly recent, on solids motion at the single particle level,hydrodynamics at elevated temperatures and heat transfer.This paper reviews the recent development in the field including both the hydrodynamics and heat transfer of gas-solid two-phase mixtures flowing through packed beds,which is believed to represent the state-of-the-art in the field.The review is not aimed to be exhaustive but rather focused on our own work carried out over the past few years in the Institute of Particle Science & Engineering at the University of Leeds.And some of our results are compared with that of other groups.Ngoc Thang Cong 2008Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2008,18,10:3
7城乡空间差异对麻栎林土壤活性有机碳的影响显示文摘【目的】了解城乡空间差异下森林土壤活性有机碳的动态变化和影响因素,为城市森林生态系统的碳循环研究提供数据支撑。【方法】以合肥市城乡空间差异3个森林公园为研究对象,研究城乡麻栎林0~10 cm和≥10~20 cm土层内土壤活性有机碳含量,探讨城乡空间差异对森林土壤有机碳的影响。【结果】城乡空间差异条件下,麻栎林土壤微生物量碳(MBC)和可溶性有机碳(DOC)含量差异显著(P<0.01):中心城区土壤MBC年均值(177.26 mg/kg)显著高于城郊(97.89 mg/kg)和乡村(89.91 mg/kg);中心城区土壤DOC年均值(139.59 mg/kg)>乡村(99.94 mg/kg)>城郊(96.42 mg/kg),不同城乡空间森林表层土壤MBC和DOC含量比≥10~20 cm土层的高。森林土壤MBC具有明显的季节变化,最高值出现在秋季(10月),而土壤DOC未发现显著季节变化。相关分析表明,土壤MBC和DOC与土壤总有机碳(TOC)、全氮(TN)呈极显著相关(P<0.001),土壤DOC与pH呈极显著负相关。【结论】不同城乡空间环境因子与土壤养分共同作用导致了土壤活性有机碳时空格局的差异。范洪旺 BUI Van Thang 陶晓 管致玮 许克福 2020南京林业大学学报(自然科学版)2020,44,4:3
8Nanocomposites for electronic applications that can be embedded for textiles and wearables显示文摘In the present review, we have selected advances in electrospinning nanofibers that we envision to be embedded in textiles and wearables. These nanofibers have been proven to be excellent options for applications such as power generation, sensing, and communication. Their similitude with already known woven meshes makes these fibers perfect for electronically active textiles.These fibers offer well known characteristics such as mechanical flexibility, high surface area-to-volume ratio, light weight and can be tuned by carefully selecting the active materials in the precursor solution. 10Vanadium-based metal-organic frameworks and their derivatives for electrochemical energy conversion and storage显示文摘With the excessive consumption of nonrenewable resources,the exploration of effective and durable materials is highly sought after in the field of sustainable energy conversion and storage system.In this aspect,metalorganic frameworks(MOFs)are a new class of crystalline porous organicinorganic hybrid materials.MOFs have recently been gaining traction in energy-related fields.Owing to the coordination flexibility and multiple accessible oxidation states of vanadium ions or clusters,vanadium-MOFs(V-MOFs)possess unique structural characteristics and satisfactory electrochemical properties.Furthermore,V-MOFs-derived materials also exhibit superior electrical conductivity and stability when used as electrocatalysts and electrode materials.This review summarizes the research progress of V-MOFs(inclusive of pristine V-MOFs,V/M-MOFs,and POVbased MOFs)and their derivatives(vanadium oxides,carbon-coated vanadium oxide,vanadium phosphate,vanadate,and other vanadium doped nanomaterials)in electrochemical energy conversion(water splitting,oxygen reduction reaction)and energy storage(supercapacitor,rechargeable battery).Future possibilities and challenges for V-MOFs and their derivatives in terms of design and synthesis are discussed.Lastly,their applications in energy-related fields are also highlighted.Jing Zhu Xiaoyu Chen Ai Qin Thang Fei‐Long Li Dong Chen Hongbo Geng Xianhong Rui Qingyu Yan 2022SmartMat2022,3,3:2
11城市和郊区麻栎林土壤有机碳组分及管理指数变化特征显示文摘为了解城郊差异背景下森林土壤有机碳及其组分、碳库管理指数差异,揭示城郊差异对森林土壤活性有机碳含量及其稳定性的影响机制,于2017年7月至2018年3月对安徽省合肥市城市蜀山国家森林公园与郊区紫蓬山国家森林公园麻栎(Quercus acutissima)林土壤进行分季节采样,系统比较城市和郊区森林土壤总有机碳(SOC)含量及活性有机碳组分[易氧化碳(EOC)、颗粒有机碳(POC)]含量、全氮(TN)含量季节动态特征及碳库管理指数变化特征。结果显示,城区森林土壤SOC、TN、EOC、POC含量明显高于郊区森林土壤,且0~10 cm土层含量显著大于0~20 cm土层(P<0.05),在0~10 cm土层,城市森林土壤SOC、TN含量分别是郊区的1.67、1.45倍,10~20 cm土层城市森林土壤SOC、TN含量分别是郊区的1.95、1.68倍。EOC占SOC的比例表现为郊区大于城市,POC占SOC的比例表现为城市大于郊区;蜀山森林土壤EOC、POC含量有显著的季节变化(P<0.05),表现为夏季高,春秋低;土层深度及季节的交互作用对EOC、POC含量无显著影响;土壤TN、SOC和EOC、POC含量两两之间呈极显著(P<0.001)相关;与城市森林相比,郊区土壤碳氮比(C/N)较低;城市森林土壤碳库活度(A)低于郊区,土壤碳库指数(CPI)高于郊区。在本研究区域,城市森林土壤储存了较多的碳,碳库相对稳定,具有较强的固碳潜力。许慧 BUI Van Thang 范洪旺 许克福 陶晓 徐小牛 2022江苏农业学报2022,38,2:2

14Effect of three tree species on UV weathering of wood flour-HDPE composites显示文摘Eucalyptus urophylla, Acacia mangium, and Pinus caribaea are the primary species for the wood industry in Vietnam. Wood residues of these species were used to reinforce high-density polyethylene(HDPE) composites. The flexural or bending property, impact strength and surface color were evaluated after exposure to accelerated ultraviolet weathering up to 2000 h. The weathered surface was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy. The results indicate that A. mangium/HDPE composites had the lowest color change and least fading,and remained stable after 1500 h exposure. FTIR spectroscopy showed that the oxidation of the composites increased in parallel with duration of exposure by assessing the concentration of carbonyl groups on the surfaces. SEM showed that all three species reinforced composites exhibited similar severe cracks after 1000 h;however, at the end of the weathering test, E. urophylla and P. caribaea composites were more severely cracked than A. mangium composites. A. mangium also had the highest flexural strength, impact strength and crystallinity duringweathering. 18人类免疫缺陷病毒感染患者中淋巴因子基因表达的动态变化显示文摘在感染性疾病中,淋巴因子与免疫调节机制密切相关。为了解在人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染患者中淋巴因子对多种刺激原的动态变化反应情况,以便进一步弄清HIV感染的病理变化机制,我们采用定量逆转录聚合酶链反应的方法(RT-PCR),对经植物血凝素(PHA)、商陆致丝裂素(PWM)、念珠菌蛋白(candidin)、抗CD3单克隆抗体(Anti-CD3MAb)和重组白介素2(rIL2)刺激后的HIV感染者及对照组外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)中的白介素2(IL2)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素10(IL10)、白介素6(IL6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和IL2受体(IL2R)的动态变化进行了比较。在HIV感染组中,其IL2和IL2R基因表达水平明显低于对照组。IL2和IFN-γ均由T辅助细胞一型(TH1)克隆产生,然而在HIV感染患者中,IFN-γ的水平却明显增高。IL10基因表达情况视刺激原的不同而不同。经PHA、candidin、rIL2(1000U)刺激后,HIV感染组IL10mRNA表达水平明显高于对照组,但经rIL2(10U)和Anti-CD3MAb刺激后却低于对照组。HIV感染组TNF-α基因表达开?范江 陈若延 Thang Nguyen JohnL.Fahey 1996中华皮肤科杂志1996,29,3:2
