| 1 | 宫腔镜在鉴别宫角妊娠和间质部妊娠中的应用价值显示文摘目的探讨宫腔镜在临床上鉴别诊断宫角妊娠和输卵管间质部妊娠中的应用价值。方法总结分析2007年5月~2010年5月该院收治的临床拟诊宫角妊娠或输卵管间质部妊娠、但超声检查不能明确诊断的66例患者临床资料。结果 66例患者中,经宫腔镜检查协助明确诊断为输卵管间质部妊娠25例、宫角妊娠41例;宫角妊娠均在宫腔镜下手术。输卵管间质部妊娠25例中,23例在腹腔镜下手术切除病灶和患侧输卵管,2例因为技术和条件限制行开腹病灶切除及患侧输卵管切除。所有患者术后均痊愈出院。结论在临床上,当超声检查难以鉴别宫角妊娠还是输卵管间质部妊娠时,宫腔镜检查不仅可协助明确诊断,并可同时治疗宫角妊娠;且具有简单、安全、微创等优势。 | 钟晓英 Umme Salma 钟婷婷 李波 徐大宝 | 2011 | 中国内镜杂志2011,17,4: | 13 |

| 6 | Microsponge based drug delivery system for augmented gastroparesis therapy:Formulation development and evaluation显示文摘The intention behind the present work was to develop a microsponge based novel dosage form for sustained delivery of domperidone.Quasi-emulsion solvent diffusion method was employed using Eudragit RS-100 with various drug-polymer ratios for the preparation of microsponges.For optimization purposes,several factors which affect microparticles’physical properties were investigated.Characterization techniques followed for the formed microsponges were DSC,FTIR,SEM,XRD and particle size analysis,along with morphology,drug loading and in vitro drug release.It was found that there were no chemical interactions between drugs and polymers used as per DSC and FTIR results.The drug-polymer ratio showed remarkable impact on drug content,encapsulation efficiency and particle size.SEM micrographs revealed that microsponges were spherical in shape with porous surface,and had 104±0.22μm mean particle size.The microsponges were then loaded in capsules followed by in vitro drug release study;which depicted that microsponges with drug-polymer ratio of 1:2 were more proficient to give extended drug release of 76.38%at the end of 8 h,superior in contrast to conventional marketed formulation Domstal®,which got exhausted incredibly earlier by releasing 82.57%drug at the end of 1⁄2 h only.Hence,the developed microsponge based formulation of domperidone would be an expectant,promising substitute to conventional therapy of gastroparesis,emesis and alike gastric ailments. | Riyaz Ali M.Osmani Nagesh H.Aloorkar Bharati U.Thaware Parthasarathi K.Kulkarni Afrasim Moin Umme Hani Atul Srivastava Rohit R.Bhosale | 2015 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2015,10,5: | 1 |
| 7 | Alkaloids, flavonoids, polyphenols might be responsible for potent antiarthritic effect of Solanum nigrum显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate in vitro and in vivo antiarthritic potential of Solanum nigrum (S. nigrum). METHODS: Aqueous methanolic (70∶30) extract of S. nigrum was prepared. The in vitro antiarthritic effect was evaluated in terms of its inhibition of protein denaturation and membrane stabilization. While, formaldehyde, complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) and Collagen induced arthritis rat models were used to study in vivo antiarthritic activities of S. nigrum at dose level of 200, 400 and 800 mg/kg. RESULTS: The extract exhibited inhibition of protein denaturation and protected red blood cell by stabilizing the membranes in a concentration dependent manner, with maximum effect attained at 800 μg/mL. Moreover, there was a marked reduction in paw edema observed in extract treated animals, when compared to arthritic control animals in all in vivo models and 800 mg/kg dose got maximum reduction of paw edema. | 18 | FLK is an mRNA m^(6)A reader that regulates floral transition by modulating the stability and splicing of FLC in Arabidopsis显示文摘N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A),which is added,removed,and interpreted by m^(6)A writers,erasers,and readers,respectively,is the most abundant modification in eukaryotic mRNAs.The m^(6)A marks play a pivotal role in the regulation of floral transition in plants.FLOWERING LOCUS K(FLK),an RNA-binding protein harboring K-homology(KH)motifs,is known to regulate floral transition by repressing the levels of a key floral repressor FLOWERING LOCUS C(FLC)in Arabidopsis.However,the molecular mechanism underlying FLK-mediated FLC regulation remains unclear.In this study,we identified FLK as a novel mRNA m^(6)A reader protein that directly binds the m^(6)A site in the 3ʹ-untranslated region of FLC transcripts to repressing FLC levels by reducing its stability and splicing.Importantly,FLK binding of FLC transcripts was abolished in vir-1,an m^(6)A writer mutant,and the late-flowering phenotype of the flk mutant could not be rescued by genetic complementation using the mutant FLKm gene,in which the m^(6)A reader encoding function was eliminated,indicating that FLK binds and regulates FLC expression in an m^(6)A-dependent manner.Collectively,our study has addressed a long-standing question of how FLK regulates FLC transcript levels and established a molecular link between the FLK-mediated recognition of m^(6)A modifications on FLC transcripts and floral transition in Arabidopsis. | Umme Amara Jianzhong Hu Jing Cai Hunseung Kang | 2023 | Molecular Plant2023,16,5: | 0 |

| 20 | Etiology of granulomatous inflammation:A retrospective study of 174 children in a tertiary care center显示文摘Objective:To investigate granulomatous inflammation etiology based on clinical history and ancillary tests.Methods:Children aged<18 years with biopsy proven granulomatous lesions in any tissue specimens between January 2014 and January 2022 were included in the study.The diagnosis was based on the results of immunohistochemical staining,molecular tests,culture,serology,radiological and other auxiliary laboratory tests.Diagnoses were categorized into infectious and noninfectious causes.Results:In total,174 patients with granulomatosis inflammation confirmed by histopathology were analyzed.Approximately 59.2%patients were males,and the median age was 4.48(IQR 2.36-6.39)years(range:16 months-18 years).The tissues/organs that were most commonly biopsied were lymph node,bone,skin,and lung(51.1%,17.8%,9.2%,and 5.7%,respectively).Infectious and non-infectious causes were identified in 73.0%and 12.6%patients,respectively,in terms of granulomatosis inflammation etiology;however,no cause was identified in 14.4%patients.The most common infectious cause was tuberculosis(in 51.7%patients),followed by toxoplasmosis,aspergillosis,mucormycosis,leishmaniasis,and cat-scratch disease(in 8.6%,5.7%,1.7%,1.7%,and 1.1%patients,respectively).The common non-infectious cause was chronic granulomatous disease.Histopathological evaluation revealed granulomatosis inflammation in 33.3%patients,necrotizing granulomatosis inflammation in 30.5%patients,and caseating granulomatosis inflammation in 12.1%patients.When the pathology results of patients with and without tuberculosis were compared,the incidence of caseating granulomatosis inflammation(P=0.003)and necrotizing granulomatosis inflammation(P=0.005)was higher in patients with tuberculosis.Conclusions:Chronic granulomatous disease is the most common non-infectious cause in children.Moreover,primary or secondary immune deficiencies may cause granulomatosis inflammation,especially in pediatric patients. | Ummühan Cay Derya Alabaz ÖzlemÖzgür Gündeşlioğlu Aysun Hatice Uguz Hande Yanar | 2022 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2022,15,11: | 0 |
