| 2 | Feasibility study on the use of near-infrared spectroscopy for rapid and nondestructive determination of gossypol content in intact cottonseeds显示文摘Background:Gossypol found in cottonseeds is toxic to human beings and monogastric animals and is a primary parameter for the integrated utilization of cottonseed products.It is usually determined by the techniques relied on complex pretreatment procedures and the samples after determination cannot be used in the breeding program,so it is of great importance to predict the gossypol content in cottonseeds rapidly and nondestructively to substitute the traditional analytical method.Results:Gossypol content in cottonseeds was investigated by near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Partial least squares regression,combined with spectral pretreatment methods including Savitzky-Golay smoothing,standard normal variate,multiplicative scatter correction,and first derivate were tested for optimizing the calibration models.NIRS technique was efficient in predicting gossypol content in intact cottonseeds,as revealed by the root-mean-square error of cross-validation(RMSECV),root-mean-square error of prediction(RMSEP),coefficient for determination of prediction(R_(p)^(2)),and residual predictive deviation(RPD)values for all models,being 0.05∼0.07,0.04∼0.06,0.82∼0.92,and 2.3∼3.4,respectively.The optimized model pretreated by Savitzky-Golay smoothing+standard normal variate+first derivate resulted in a good determination of gossypol content in intact cottonseeds.Conclusions:Near-infrared spectroscopy coupled with different spectral pretreatments and partial least squares(PLS)regression has exhibited the feasibility in predicting gossypol content in intact cottonseeds,rapidly and non destructively.It could be used as an alternative method to substitute for traditional one to determi ne the gossypol content in intact cottonseeds. | LI Cheng SU Bangsong ZHAO Tianlun LI Cong CHEN Jinhong ZHU Shuijin | 2021 | Journal of Cotton Research2021，4，2： | 4 |
| 3 | Facile synthesis of colloidal nitrogen-doped titanium carbide sheets with enhanced electrochemical performance显示文摘Heteroatom nitrogen doping in two-dimensional transition metal carbides,known as MXenes,has been considered as a promising strategy for modulating their electronic structure and electrochemical reactivity.While hightemperature annealing in the presence of a nitrogen source has been one popular method to introduce nitrogen,annealing exfoliated multilayered MXenes typically brings about incomplete delamination and the treatment of delaminated monolayer MXenes often leads to irreversible restacking.Here,starting from the typical carbide precursor,we developed an aqueous colloid containing monolayered nitrogen-doped titanium carbide sheets with excellent dispersity and stability.This achievement is critically dependent on the retaining of the hydrophilic surface of host layers during annealing treatment.The successful realization of nitrogen doping into individual MXene monolayers resulted in enhanced electrical conductivity and redox reactivity,for which the sample exhibited excellent capacitive electrochemical performance(586 F/g at a scan rate of 5mV/s)and cycling stability(capacitance retention of 96.2%after 104 cycles at 5 A/g).This paper presents a feasible and simple strategy for designing nitrogen-doped MXenes colloid,the realization of which promises its facile uses in liquid phase engineering techniques toward versatile applications. | Tianlun Qiu Guohui Li Yuanlong Shao Kun Jiang Fangfang Zhao Fengxia Geng | 2020 | Carbon Energy2020，2，4： | 2 |

| 11 | Structural,Kinematic and Geochronological Study of the Main Tianshan Shear Zone in the Borohoro Ranges,NW China显示文摘The western segment of the Main Tianshan shear zone(MTSZ)branches into three major dextral strike-slip shear zones in the Borohoro Ranges,northwestern China.Mylonitic rocks within these zones exhibit vertical foliations,subhorizontal lineations,and dextral kinematics.The microstructures and CPO patterns of calcite and quartz in the tectonites suggest shearing at temperatures of 200℃ to 500℃ or above.The amount of dextral displacement along the zones is less than 100 km.LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating of zircons from some pre-kinematic granites gave ages of 364-325 Ma and 316 Ma,and zircons from a syn-kinematic leucogranite gave an age of 291 Ma.We propose that dextral shearing along the MTSZ started in the earliest Permian.Our data indicate that collision between the Yili and Junggar plates might have finished before 325 Ma or 316 Ma,with a tectonic transformation from 325 Ma to 300 Ma,resulting in intracontinental transpression from 300 Ma or 291 Ma.We suggest that the formation of the Kazakhstan orocline(KO)took place in two stages,with the early stage of bending driven by convergence related to oblique subduction,and the late stage possibly associated with lateral disarticulation as a result of the dextral strike-slip shear zones. | LIU Tianlun CHEN Siyu ZHANG Bo CAI Keda HAN Baofu QU Junfeng GUO Lei WANG Meng | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021，95，5： | 1 |
