1Anlotinib has good efficacy and low toxicity: a phase Ⅱ study of anlotinib in pre-treated HER-2 negative metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Objective:Anlotinib is a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor blocking angiogenesis.This study was performed to assess the efficacy and safety of anlotinib in patients with metastatic breast cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-negative breast cancer,who were pre-treated with anthracycline or taxanes in a neoadjuvant,adjuvant,or metastatic setting,and had treatment failure after at least one prior chemotherapy regimen in the metastatic setting were enrolled.Anlotinib was administered at 12 mg daily for 14 days in a 21-day cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurred.Simultaneously,5–10 m L of venous blood was collected to perform circulating tumor DNA(ct DNA)testing every 2 treatment cycles.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR).Secondary endpoints included the disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival,safety,and biomarkers.Results:Twenty-six eligible patients were enrolled,with a median age of 56(30–75)years.The median follow-up time was 10.5 months.The ORR was 15.4%,the DCR was 80.8%,and the median PFS was 5.22 months(95%confidence interval 2.86–6.24).Fourteen(53.8%)patients survived for more than 10 months.The changes in the detectable ct DNA variant allele frequency were consistent with the tumor response.The most common treatment-related adverse events were hypertension(57.7%),thyroidstimulating hormone elevation(34.6%),and hand-foot syndrome(23.1%).Conclusion:Anlotinib showed objective efficacy with tolerable toxicity in heavily pre-treated,metastatic HER2-negative breast cancer.The dynamic changes in the ct DNA variant allele fraction may be predictive of the tumor response.Nanlin Hu Yiran Si Jian Yue Tingting Sun Xue Wang Zhuqing Jia Songlin Gao Qiao Li Yang Shao Jiayu Wang Yang Luo Fei Ma Binghe Xu Peng Yuan 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:11
2Phase Ⅱ study of apatinib in combination with oral vinorelbine in heavily pretreated HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer and clinical implications of monitoring ctDNA显示文摘Objective:Apatinib is an oral TKI targeting VEGFR-2.Single-agent apatinib treatment has been shown to produce an objective response in patients with pretreated m BC.Oral vinorelbine also holds promise as a treatment of choice in patients with m BC.This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of the oral vinorelbine-apatinib combination in patients with pretreated m BC.In addition,we detected gene variants in ct DNA to explore the therapeutic implications.Methods:This study enrolled patients with HER2-negative m BC who were pretreated with anthracycline/taxanes.Patients were treated with apatinib at 500 mg/425 mg daily plus oral vinorelbine 60 mg/m2 on days 1,8,and 15 of every cycle(3 weeks).The primary endpoint was PFS.The secondary endpoints were ORR,CBR,OS,and safety.Patients eligible for ct DNA detection were evaluated before and during treatment.Results:Forty patients were enrolled.The median PFS was 5.2 months(95%CI,3.4–7.0 months),and the median OS was 17.4 months(95%CI,8.0–27.0 months).The ORR was 17.1%(6/35),and the CBR was 45.7%(16/35).The most common AEs included gastrointestinal reaction,myelosuppression,and hypertension.In 20 patients,ct DNA was detected at baseline and during treatment.A significant difference was found in PFS for undetected vs.detected baseline ct DNA(13.9 months vs.3.6 months,P=0.018).Conclusions:All-oral therapy with apatinib plus vinorelbine displayed objective efficacy in patients with heavily pretreated HER2-negative m BC,with acceptable and manageable toxicity profiles.Patients with no gene variant detected and lower variant allele frequencies in ct DNA at baseline showed longer PFS.Anjie Zhu Peng Yuan Nanlin Hu Mingzhou Li Wenmiao Wang Xue Wang Jian Yue Jiayu Wang Yang Luo Fei Ma Pin Zhang Qing Li Binghe Xu Shanbo Cao Giuseppe Lippi Yoichi Naito Mohammed A.Osman Gustavo N.Marta Gianluca Franceschini Armando Orlandi 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:4

4Very high upper critical fields of F-doped Fe-based layered superconductors NdO_(0.88)F_(0.12)FeAs and CeO_(0.88)F_(0.12)FeAs显示文摘Using the solid state reaction method, we have synthesized the polycrystalline F-doped NdO0.88F0.12FeAs and CeO0.88F0.12FeAs with the superconducting transition temperatures at about 48 and 40 K, respectively. To obtain the upper critical field Hc2 of Nd(Ce)O0.88F0.12FeAs samples, we measured the electrical resistivity under magnetic field up to 14 T. 6Band structure reconstruction across nematic order in high quality FeSe single crystal as revealed by optical spectroscopy study显示文摘We perform an in-plane optical spectroscopy measurement on high quality Fe Se single crystals grown by a vapor transport technique. Below the structural transition at Ts 90 K, the reflectivity spectrum clearly shows a gradual suppression around 400 cm 1and the conductivity spectrum shows a peak at higher frequency. The energy scale of this gap-like feature is comparable to the width of the band splitting observed by ARPES. The low-frequency conductivity consists of two Drude components and the overall plasma frequency is smaller than that of the Fe As based compounds, suggesting a lower carrier density or stronger correlation effect. The plasma frequency becomes even smaller below Tswhich agrees with the very small Fermi energy estimated by other experiments. 11Revealing the frequency-dependent oscillations in the nonlinear terahertz response induced by the Josephson current显示文摘Nonlinear responses of superconductors to intense terahertz radiation has been an active research frontier.Using terahertz pump-terahertz probe spectroscopy,we investigate the c-axis nonlinear optical response of a high-temperature superconducting cuprate.After excitation by a single-cycle terahertz pump pulse,the reflectivity of the probe pulse oscillates as the pump-probe delay is varied.Interestingly,the oscillatory central frequency scales linearly with the probe frequency,a fact widely overlooked in pump-probe experiments.By theoretically solving the nonlinear optical reflection problem on the interface,we show that our observation is well explained by the Josephson-type third-order nonlinear electrodynamics,together with the emission coefficient from inside the material into free space.The latter results in a strong enhancement of the emitted signal whose physical frequency is around the Josephson plasma edge.Our result offers a benchmark for and new insights into strong-field terahertz spectroscopy of related quantum materials.Sijie Zhang Zhiyuan Sun Qiaomei Liu Zixiao Wang Qiong Wu Li Yue Shuxiang Xu Tianchen Hu Rongsheng Li Xinyu Zhou Jiayu Yuan Genda Gu Tao Dong Nanlin Wang 2023National Science Review2023,10,11:0
12Ultrafast quasiparticle dynamics in spin-density-wave LaOFeAs single crystal显示文摘Ultrafast quasiparticle dynamics of single crystalline LaOFeAs were investigated by pump-probe measurement.The compound experiences structural and spin-density-wave(SDW)phase transitions at 150 K(TS1)and 130 K(TS2),respectively.The relaxation time of quasiparticles was somewhat temperature independent at high temperature but exhibited a sharp upturn at TS1and reached the maximum at approximately TS2.The remarkable slowing down of quasiparticle relaxation time is caused by the formation of energy gap.By employing the Rothwarf-Taylor model analysis,we found that there should be already energy gaps opening just below the structural transition.The magnitude of SDW gap was identified to be 72 meV.CHEN RongYan DONG Tao WANG HaiPeng WANG NanLin 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,12:0
13Diffusion effect on the decay of time-resolved photoluminescence under low illumination in lead halide perovskites显示文摘Time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL)has been extensively used to measure the carrier lifetime in lead halide perovskites.The TRPL curves of perovskite materials are usually fitted with a multi-exponential function,instead of a single exponential one.This was considered to be a result of the surface and the bulk recombination or the additional radiative recombination caused by the high excited carrier density.Here,a new model considering the diffusion and the trap-assisted recombination of carriers is proposed to explain the TRPL curves.The expressions of the TRPL curves and the transient absorption(TA)dynamic curves are theoretically derived,demonstrating that the TRPL curve is an infinite exponential series,regardless of the presence of surface recombination or not.Our newly developed highly sensitive nanosecond TA and TRPL were employed to measure the carrier dynamics of the same sample under low illumination in the linear response region of TA,thereby experimentally verifying our model.These results suggest that the decay of the TRPL is not only a consequence of the carrier recombination but also the carrier diffusion.TRPL cannot provide a direct measurement of the carrier lifetime,whereas TA spectroscopy can.Furthermore,the surface and the bulk recombination can be resolved and the average diffusion coefficient(D)can also be correctly obtained by combining TRPL and TA measurements.We also propose an approximate method for calculating the carrier lifetime and diffusion coefficient of high-quality perovskite films.Our model provides not only a new interpretation of the dynamics of the PL decay but also a deep insight into the carrier dynamics in the nanosecond time scale under working condition of perovskites solar cells.Huang Li Haipeng Di Xingan Wang Zefeng Ren Ming Lu An-An Liu Xueming Yang Nanlin Wang Yiying Zhao Bohan Li 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,8:0
14Understanding the drivers of woody plant diversity in urban parks in a snow climate city of China显示文摘Urban parks are an important part of urban ecosystems and play an important role in biodiversity conservation.However,it is still unclear how park characteristics aff ect plant diversity which could hinder the conservation of urban biodiversity due to the ineff ective design of urban parks.The diversity of woody plants in 33 parks of Changchun,China,was measured with plot measurements and linked with urban park characteristics(e.g.,size and age of the park)to uncover the relationship between them.The results show that urban woody plant species were abundant,with 98 species belonging to 51 genera and 26 families in the snow climate city of Changchun.The variation in woody plant diversity was largely explained by internal patch characteristics(e.g.,size,age,shape),and external factors surrounding the park(e.g.,land use type and socioeconomic level)accounted for only 16.0%in our study.For internal patch characteristics,older urban parks with larger areas demonstrated a richer level of plant diversity and increased nonlinearly with increasing park area.The threshold size signifi cantly aff ecting plant diversity variation was approximately 30 ha.Plant diversity had positive linear relationships with the ages of urban parks,supporting the legacy eff ect.In addition,woody plant diversity nonlinearly decreased with increasing park shape index,which suggested that the plant diversity could also be increased by optimizing the park shape.Regarding the external factors surrounding parks,the spatial distribution of woody plant diversity varied greatly from the urban center to the suburbs.House prices around the park had positive linear relationships with woody plant diversity in parks,supporting the luxury eff ect.However,building and road proportions,and green space proportion had no relationship with plant diversity in parks.This study can provide a robust reference for enriching plant diversity in urban parks,thus improving the development of urban sustainable cities.Zijun Ma Peng Zhang Nanlin Hu Guodong Wang Yulin Dong Yujie Guo Chengcong Wang Yao Fu Zhibin Ren 2023Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,4:0
