| 1 | Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study of Heat-fluid-solid Coupling of Double Flapper-nozzle Servo Valve显示文摘The double flapper-nozzle servo valve is widely used to launch and guide the equipment. Due to the large instantaneous flow rate of servo valve working under specific operating conditions, the temperature of servo valve would reach 120℃ and the valve core and valve sleeve deform in a short amount of time. So the control precision of servo valve significantly decreases and the clamping stagnation phenomenon of valve core appears. In order to solve the problem of degraded control accuracy and clamping stagnation of servo valve under large temperature difference circumstance, the numerical simulation of heat-fluid-solid coupling by using finite element method is done. The simulation result shows that zero position leakage of servo valve is basically impacted by oil temperature and change of fit clearance. The clamping stagnation is caused by warpage-deformation and fit clearance reduction of the valve core and valve sleeve. The distribution rules of the temperature and thermal-deformation of shell, valve core and valve sleeve and the pressure, velocity and temperature field of flow channel are also analyzed. Zero position leakage and electromagnet's current when valve core moves in full-stroke are tested using Electro-hydraulic Servo-valve Characteristic Test-bed of an aerospace sciences and technology corporation. The experimental results show that the change law of experimental current at different oil temperatures is roughly identical to simulation current. The current curve of the electromagnet is smooth when oil temperature is below 80℃, but the amplitude of current significantly increases and the hairy appears when oil temperature is above 80℃. The current becomes smooth again after the warped valve core and valve sleeve are reground. It indicates that clamping stagnation is caused by warpage-deformation and fit clearance reduction of valve core and valve sleeve. | 2 | Anlotinib has good efficacy and low toxicity: a phase Ⅱ study of anlotinib in pre-treated HER-2 negative metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Objective:Anlotinib is a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor blocking angiogenesis.This study was performed to assess the efficacy and safety of anlotinib in patients with metastatic breast cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-negative breast cancer,who were pre-treated with anthracycline or taxanes in a neoadjuvant,adjuvant,or metastatic setting,and had treatment failure after at least one prior chemotherapy regimen in the metastatic setting were enrolled.Anlotinib was administered at 12 mg daily for 14 days in a 21-day cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurred.Simultaneously,5–10 m L of venous blood was collected to perform circulating tumor DNA(ct DNA)testing every 2 treatment cycles.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR).Secondary endpoints included the disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival,safety,and biomarkers.Results:Twenty-six eligible patients were enrolled,with a median age of 56(30–75)years.The median follow-up time was 10.5 months.The ORR was 15.4%,the DCR was 80.8%,and the median PFS was 5.22 months(95%confidence interval 2.86–6.24).Fourteen(53.8%)patients survived for more than 10 months.The changes in the detectable ct DNA variant allele frequency were consistent with the tumor response.The most common treatment-related adverse events were hypertension(57.7%),thyroidstimulating hormone elevation(34.6%),and hand-foot syndrome(23.1%).Conclusion:Anlotinib showed objective efficacy with tolerable toxicity in heavily pre-treated,metastatic HER2-negative breast cancer.The dynamic changes in the ct DNA variant allele fraction may be predictive of the tumor response. | Nanlin Hu Yiran Si Jian Yue Tingting Sun Xue Wang Zhuqing Jia Songlin Gao Qiao Li Yang Shao Jiayu Wang Yang Luo Fei Ma Binghe Xu Peng Yuan | 2021 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3: | 11 |

| 4 | Microelement analysis of source of raw materials of terracotta warriors and horses of Qin's Mausoleum in pits No.1 and No.2显示文摘In order to search for sources of the raw material of the Qin’s terracotta warriors and horses, we selected 20 samples of pottery warriors and pottery horses of the Qin’s Mausoleum from pit No. 1,19 samples of pottery warriors and brick from pit No. 2, 20 samples of clays near the Qin’s Mausoleum and 2 samples of Yaozhou porcelain bodies. The 32 kinds of element content of each sample were measured by neutron activation analysis (NAA). These data were analyzed by fuzzy cluster analysis, the trend cluster analysis diagram was obtained. The results showed that samples of terracotta warriors and horses from pits No.1 and No. 2 were closely related to the loam layer near Qin’s Mausoleum, but their relations with the loess layers were not so close, and they were out of all relation to Yaozhou porcelain bodies. | 7 | Neutron activation analysis and Mossbauer spectroscopy research on coloring mechanism of Chinese Ru porcelain显示文摘The characteristic spectrum and its main wavelength of Ru porcelain glaze are measured by color difference instrument to determine the relations between glaze color and its main wavelength. The content of the 30 coloring elements in Ru porcelain is determined by neutron activation analysis (NAA), which showed that iron is the major coloring element. Mossbauer spectroscopy analysis shows that the iron element in the glaze exists in the form of structural iron (Fe2+, Fe3+). The quantitative relationship between the main wavelength of glaze in various colors and the relative content of structural iron (Fe2+/Fe3+) is determined. | 10 | Research on valve core’s clamping stagnation of double flapper-nozzle servo valve显示文摘Due to great changing of instantaneous temperature of hydraulic oil of double flapper-nozzle servo valve, thermal deformation between valve core and valve sleeve may result in catching phenomenon of valve core, and then the reliability of servo valve could be affected seriously. The work focuses on a particular model of double flapper-nozzle servo valve and establishes three dimension couple models of liquid-solid-thermal under extreme operating condition. The transmission route and dissipative mechanism of heat is revealed and thermal deformation behavior of valve core and valve sleeve is researched. A change law of the key fit clearance under the effect of thermal expansion and warp deformation is explored, the source of catching phenomenon of valve core is identified, and then preventive measure and improvement can be proposed. In order to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis, the moving smoothness of deformed valve core and reground valve core under the circumstance of high-temperature hydraulic oil on electrohydraulic servo valve static characteristics test table is compared and tested. The results show that as oil temperature rises, relative deformations between valve core and valve sleeve in different direction at a same cross-section are not equal, and then the key fit clearance is less than the initial value. Relative deformations in the same direction at different axial position are not equal, the deformations of middle and two ends are maximum and minimum values respectively, and then warp deformation of valve core occurs. When oil temperature is higher, the relative deformations between valve core and valve sleeve is larger, the moving smoothness of valve core gets worse, and the catching phenomenon of valve core occurs. Axial deformation of valve sleeve and valve core at different axial position is different, and the opening coefficient and stability of servo valve could be affected, especially the operation circumstance of small opening. | 11 | Comparative transcriptomic analysis highlights contrasting levels of resistance of Vitis vinifera and Vitis amurensis to Botrytis cinerea显示文摘Botrytis cinerea is a major grapevine(Vitis spp.)pathogen,but some genotypes differ in their degree of resistance.For example,the Vitis vinifera cultivar Red Globe(RG)is highly susceptible,but V.amurensis Rupr Shuangyou(SY)is highly resistant.Here,we used RNA sequencing analysis to characterize the transcriptome responses of these two genotypes to B.cinerea inoculation at an early infection stage.Approximately a quarter of the genes in RG presented significant changes in transcript levels during infection,the number of which was greater than that in the SY leaves.The genes differentially expressed between infected leaves of SY and RG included those associated with cell surface structure,oxidation,cell death and C/N metabolism.We found evidence that an imbalance in the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and redox homeostasis probably contributed to the susceptibility of RG to B.cinerea.SY leaves had strong antioxidant capacities and improved ROS homeostasis following infection.Regulatory network prediction suggested that WRKY and MYB transcription factors are associated with the abscisic acid pathway.Weighted gene correlation network analysis highlighted preinfection features of SY that might contribute to its increased resistance.Moreover,overexpression of VaWRKY10 in Arabidopsis thaliana and V.vinifera Thompson Seedless enhanced resistance to B.cinerea.Collectively,our study provides a high-resolution view of the transcriptional changes of grapevine in response to B.cinerea infection and novel insights into the underlying resistance mechanisms. | Ran Wan Chunlei Guo Xiaoqing Hou Yanxun Zhu Min Gao Xiaoyan Hu Songlin Zhang Chen Jiao Rongrong Guo Zhi Li Xiping Wang | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 1 |

| 17 | Nomogram for predicting the overall survival of patients after D2/R0 resection and chemoradiotherapy for stage Ⅲ gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction cancer显示文摘Objective:To explore the independent factors associated with the overall survival(OS)after D2/R0 resection and adjuvant chemoradiotherapy(CRT)for stage Ⅲ gastric cancer(GC)and gastroesophageal junction(GEJ)cancer,and establish and validate a nomogram model to predict the OS in this patient population.Methods:A total of 569 stage Ⅲ GC or GEJ cancer patients who underwent D2/R0 resection and adjuvant CRT at our center from January 2013 to May 2018 were retrospectively enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into training and validation cohorts in a 3:1 ratio.In the training cohort,univariate and multivariate analysis were conducted to identify clinical factors associated with OS,and a nomogram model was established on the basis of the independent factors.The concordance index(C-index)and the calibration curve were used to validate the prediction power of the nomogram.Results:Overall,427 and 142 patients were enrolled in the training and validation cohorts,respectively.In the univariate and multivariate analyses,age,Lauren's classification,TNM stage,and administration of adjuvant CRT were independent factors for OS to construct the nomogram.The C-index values were 0.654 and 0.613 in the training and validation cohorts,respectively.The calibration curves were identical to the actual OS.Risk stratification based on the nomogram model showed good risk stratification for OS in both groups.Conclusion:Our study included adjuvant CRT as a predictive factor and established a nomogram model for predicting the OS in patients with stage III GC or GEJ after D2/R0 resection and adjuvant therapy.This nomogram could facilitate more individualized prediction of OS in clinical practice. | Jinming Shi Wenzhe Kang Songlin Gao Wenyang Liu Yuan Tang Ning Li Qiang Zeng Huiying Ma Haoyue Li Yantao Tian Jing Jin | 2023 | Radiation Medicine and Protection2023,4,3: | 0 |
| 18 | Terahertz wave avalanche breakdown transistor for high-performance switching显示文摘There is still a lack of high-performance terahertz(THz) modulators with wide operation bandwidth and large modulation depth due to the underlying physics limitation behind existing approaches. Meanwhile, for many applications, simple compact THz modulators working straightforward in the transmission mode are also highly desired. Here, we demonstrate a THz modulator with a maximal transmission-amplitude modulation depth of 99.9%(switching ratio of 1000) based on a commonly used silica-on-silicon structure. Different from those reported graphene or metamaterials enhanced proposals, the device we proposed works within a reversible avalanche breakdown region of silicon that has not been studied yet and has the potential to modulate/switch THz waves efficiently. Further, we proved that the modulation depth exceeds 97% in the frequency range from 0.2 to 1 THz in the experiment. | 19 | DropLab:an automated magnetic digital microfluidic platform for sample-to-answer point-of-care testing—development and application to quantitative immunodiagnostics显示文摘In point-of-care testing(POCT),tests are performed near patients and results are given rapidly for timely clinical decisions.Immunodiagnostic assays are one of the most important analyses for detecting and quantifying protein-based biomarkers.However,existing POCT immunodiagnostics mainly rely on the lateral flow assay(LFA),which has limited sensitivity or quantification capability.Although other immunodiagnostic assays,such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISAs),offer more sensitive and quantitative results,they require complex liquid manipulations that are difficult to implement in POCT settings by conventional means.Here,we show the development of DropLab,an automated sample-in-answer-out POCT immunodiagnostic platform based on magnetic digital microfluidic(MDM)technology.DropLab performs microbead-based ELISA in droplets to offer more sensitive and quantitative testing results.The intricate liquid manipulations required for ELISA are accomplished by controlling droplets with magnetic microbeads using MDM technology,which enables us to achieve full automation and easy operations with DropLab.Four ELISAs(the sample in triplicates and a negative control)can be run in parallel on the thermoformed disposable chip,which greatly improves the throughput and accuracy compared to those of other POCT immunodiagnostic devices.DropLab was validated by measuring two protein targets and one antibody target.The testing results showed that the limit of detection(LOD)of DropLab matched that of the conventional ELISA in a microwell plate.DropLab brings MDM one step closer to being a viable medical technology that is ready for real-world POCT applications. | Xuyang Hu Xiangyu Gao Songlin Chen Jinhong Guo Yi Zhang | 2023 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,1: | 0 |
