| 5 | Propane Aromatization over Mo/HZSM-5 Catalysts显示文摘Impregnation, mechanical mixing and hydrothermal treatment methods were used to introducemolybdenum species into the HZSM-5 zeolite. The structure and surface acidity of the catalysts werestudied by means of XRD, FT-IR, NH3-TPD, TPR and XPS. The effects of Mo content and reaction timeon stream on the aromatization of propane were investigated. It was found that the performance of theMo/HZSM-5 catalyst prepared by the hydrothermal treatment method was much better than that of theother two catalysts. For example, under the reaction conditions of 823 K and 600 h-1, propane conversionand aromatics selectivity over the catalyst prepared by hydrothermal pretreatment could reach 89.17%and 78.56%, respectively. XRD and XPS results showed that the Mo species in the catalysts preparedby hydrothermal treatment were highly dispersed on the surface of the HZSM-5, and larger amounts ofthem could penetrate into the HZSM-5 channel, as compared with the other two kinds of catalysts. Thesefactors may be responsible for their high activities for propane aromatization. | 8 | A novel high-strength Al-La-Mg-Mn alloy for selective laser melting显示文摘Developing high-strength Al-(La,Ce)alloys for additive manufacturing(AM)would entail considerable economic benefits.In this work,a novel near-eutectic Al-La alloy containing 5.50 wt.%Mg and 0.60 wt.%Mn was designed and fabricated via selective laser melting(SLM).Submicron Al_(11)La_(3)intermetallics with 3D continuous cellular-dendritic and granular morphologies were observed at the interior and boundary of the melt pool,respectively.Interestingly,these intermetallics are hierarchical and contained numerous Al_(6)Mn and Mg_(2)Si secondary nanoprecipitates.The as-fabricated alloy exhibited a tensile yield strength(YS)of 334 MPa and ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 588 MPa at room temperature,which is the high-est UTS reported for Al-(La,Ce)alloys with an appreciable failure strain of∼6.4%.The 3D continuous cellular dendritic intermetallic and high Mg content afford significant strengthening and work harden-ing ability.In addition,the hierarchical feature of the intermetallics generated additional microcracks to coordinate the deformation. | Xinkui Zhang Liejun Li Zhi Wang Hanlin Peng Jixiang Gao Zhengwu Peng | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6: | 1 |

| 10 | Genesis of S-type Granites in the Pengshan Sn-polymetallic Ore Field, Northern Jiangxi Province and its Implications显示文摘The Pengshan Sn-polymetallic ore field is located in the southeastern part of the Yangtze block,spanning the southeast edge of the MLYDZ and the northern edge of the mid-segment of the Jiangnan Uplift,and on one side of the MLYDZ.The studies of LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb chronology and petrogeochemistry for Early Cretaceous acid granites from the Pengshan ore field were carried out in this paper.We report zircon U-Pb geochronology and whole-rock geochemistry for acid granites in the Pengshan ore field.The zircon U-Pb ages of the muscovite-granite,biotite adamellite and granite-porphyry are 127.6±1.7 Ma,126.9±1.6 Ma and 126.6±2.0 Ma,respectively.The granites in Pengshan are characterized by a high silicon content and are rich in alkali.They belong to high-potassium,calc-alkaline,peraluminous granite.The rocks have a relatively high Rb/Ba ratio,and the data points for muscovite-granite and biotite adamellite all fall within the clay-rich sources region,near the pelite-derived end-member,showing that the Pengshan muscovite-granite and biotite adamellite mainly originated from the partial melting of metapelites with high maturity.The transformation of the compressional and extensional tectonics in this region approximately 128 Ma obviously lags behind that in the mid-segment of the Jiangnan Uplift(135 Ma),but occurred earlier than the MLYDZ(126 Ma).The Pengshan ore field extends from the mid-segment of the Jiangnan Uplift to the MLYDZ.Although the tectonic stress field is constrained by the combination of the two secondary tectonic units,the time of tectonic system transformation is closer to the MLYDZ because the spatial orientation of the area is enclosed in the MLYDZ.Relevant geophysical and drilling data confirm the rationality of Pengshan-Ao'xia as a multi-center vertical zoning ore field,and show the scientificity of the prospecting idea of abutting joint between the north-west of Pengshan area and the south-east of Ao'xia area. | YIN Qingqing XIANG Xinkui YU Zhendong YANG Xiufeng WANG Tianchen ZHONG Bo TAN Rong LIAO Jianhai ZHU Yuansong | 2020 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,6: | 0 |

| 13 | Immunogenicity of mucosal COVID-19 vaccine candidates based on the highly attenuated vesicular stomatitis virus vector(VSV_(MT))in golden syrian hamster显示文摘COVID-19 is caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.Current systemic vaccines generally pro-vide limited protection against viral replication and shedding within the airway.Recombinant VSV(rVSV)is an effective vector which inducing potent and comprehensive immunities.Currently,there are two clinical trials investigating COVID-19vaccines based on VSV vectors.These vaccines were developed with spike protein of WA1 which administrated intramuscularly.Although intranasal route is ideal for activating mucosal immunity with VSV vector,safety is of concern.Thus,a highly attenuated rVSV with three amino acids mutations in matrix protein(VSV_(MT))was developed to construct safe mucosal vaccines against multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern.It demonstrated that spike protein mutant lacking 21 amino acids in its cytoplasmic domain could rescue rVSV efficiently.VSV_(MT) indicated improved safeness compared with wild-type VSV as the vector encoding SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.With a single-dosed intranasal inoculation of rVSV_(ΔGMT)-S_(Δ21),potent SARS-CoV-2specific neutraliza-tion antibodies could be stimulated in animals,particularly in term of mucosal and cellular immunity.Strikingly,the chimeric VSV encoding S_(Δ21) of Delta-variant can induce more potent immune responses compared with those encoding S_(Δ21) of Omicron-or WA1-strain.VSV_(MT) is a promising platform to develop a mucosal vaccine for countering COVID-19. | Yong Ke En Zhang Jianming Guo Xiaoxiao Zhang Lei Wang Duo Chen Xinkui Fang Jianwei Zhu Feng Li Tao Sun Baohong Zhang | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12: | 0 |
