1In situ FT-IR investigation on the reaction mechanism of visible light photocatalytic NO oxidation with defective g-C_3N_4显示文摘The g-C_3N_4 with different structures was prepared by heat treatment using urea(CN-U) and thiourea(CN-T) as precursors under the same conditions. The microstructure and optical properties of the photocatalyst were analyzed with advanced tools. The results showed that the CN-U has a porous structure, a high specific surface area and a wide band gap in comparison with CN-T. The in situ FT-IR technique was used to monitor the adsorption and reaction process of visible photocatalytic NO oxidation on g-C_3N_4. The corresponding reaction mechanism was proposed based on the results of reaction intermediate observation and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR) radical scavenging. It was revealed that(1) the presence of defective sites favored the adsorption of gas molecules and electronically compensated it leading to promoted formation of the final products;(2) the high separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs enhanced the production of radicals during the photocatalytic reaction;(3) the hydroxyl radicals(-OH) are not selective for the decomposition of pollutants, which are favorable to the complete oxidation of the reaction intermediates. The above three aspects are the main reasons for the CN-U possessing the efficient visible light photocatalytic activity. The present work could provide new insights and methods for understanding the mechanism of photocatalysis.Hong Wang Wenjie He Xing’an Dong Haiqiang Wang Fan Dong 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,2:10
2Paleoproterozoic Granitoids on Liaodong Peninsula, North China Craton显示文摘Paleoproterozoic granitoids are an important constituent of the Jiao-Liao-Ji Belt(JLJB). The spatial-temporal distribution and types of Paleoproterozoic granitoids are closely related to the evolution of the JLJB. In this paper, we review the field occurrence, petrography, geochronology, and geochemistry of Paleoproterozoic granitoids on Liaodong Peninsula, northeast China. The Paleoproterozoic granitoids can be divided into pre-tectonic(~2.15 Ga;peak age=2.18 Ga) and post-tectonic(~1.85 Ga) granitoids. The pre-tectonic granitoids are magnetite and hornblende-biotite monzogranites and granodiorites. Pre-tectonic monzogranites are widespread in the JLJB and have A2-type affinities. In contrast, pretectonic granodiorites are only present in the Simenzi area and have adakitic affinities. The post-tectonic granitoids consist of porphyritic monzogranite, syenite, diorite, granodiorite, quartz monzonite, monzogranite, and granitic pegmatite, which are adakitic rocks and I-, S-, and A2-type granitoids. The assemblage of pre-tectonic A2-type granitoids and adakitic rocks indicates the initial tectonic setting of the JLJB was a continental back-arc basin. The assemblage of post-tectonic adakitic rocks and I-, S-, and A2-type granitoids indicates a post-collisional setting. The 2.20-2.15 Ga A2-type granitoids and adakitic rocks were associated with the initial stage of back-arc extension, and the peak of back-arc extension is inferred from the subsequent(2.15-2.10 Ga) mafic intrusive activity. The ~1.90 Ga adakitic rocks mark the beginning of the postcollisional stage, which was followed by the intrusion of low-temperature S-and I-type granitoids. High-to low-pressure granitoids(S-type) were generated during the peak of post-collisional lithospheric delamination and asthenospheric upwelling. The emplacement of later granitic pegmatites occurred during the waning of the orogeny.ZHU Kai LIU Zhenghong XU Zhongyuan LIU Jiexun WANG Xing’an 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,5:1
3N_(2)photofixation promoted by in situ photoinduced dynamic iodine vacancies at step edge in Bi_(5)O_(7)I nanotubes显示文摘Heterogeneous photosynthesis is a promising route for sustainable ammonia production, which can utilize renewable energy and water as the hydrogen source under ambient condition. In this study,a series of Bi_(5)O_(7)I(BOI)nanosheets and nanotubes are synthesized, the surface tensile strain is formed by curling the nanosheets into nanotubes to tune the concentration and location of dynamic vacancies.Scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM)with spherical aberration correction confirms the presence of intrinsic areal defects on the surface of the BOI nanotube resulted from surface tensile strain. The presence of areal defects lowers the formation energy of I vacancies(IV)at step edge site, thus the IV with higher concentration would be favorably generated under visible light.Rapid scan in situ Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)analysis in the aqueous media reveals that the IV promotes photocatalytic N_(2) activation and reduction, proceeds through an associative alternating mechanism.Specially, after turning off the light, the surface vacancy sites can be reoccupied by I−ions, which enables the protection and regeneration of photocatalyst surface in an aerobic and dark environment. This work provides an innovative strategy to tune concentration and location of dynamic surface vacancies on photocatalysts by building surface tensile strain for advancing sustainable ammonia production.Xing’an Dong Kaiwen Wang Zhihao Cui Xian Shi Zhiming Wang Fan Dong 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:0

5Effect of nitriding-sulfurizing composite treatment on the tribological behavior of titanium alloys显示文摘A composite layer was prepared on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy by nitriding-sulfurizing composite treatment, and its microstructure and phase structure were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),respectively. The tribological performance was measured to investigate its dependence on the nitriding-sulfurizing composite treatment process. The results indicated that the composite layer was mainly comprised of Ti2N,TiN,and TiS2.It was found that the composite layer exhibited superior tribological properties under dry friction and absolute sliding conditions due to the formation of sulfides with self-lubricating function.WANG Lijie,XING Yazhe,WANG Hongbo, and HAO Jianmin School of Materials Science and Engineering,Chang’an University,Xi’an 710064,China 2010Rare Metals2010,29,6:4
