| 1 | CD30 expression in extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type among 622 cases of mature T-cell and natural killer-cell lymphoma at a single institution in South China显示文摘Background:Mature T-cell and natural killer(NK)-cell lymphomas compose a heterogeneous group of non-Hodgkin lymphomas,and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type(ENKTL) is an aggressive subtype with sporadic CD30 expression.However,the significance of CD30 expression in ENKTL is controversial.We aimed to classify a large cohort of patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas according to the 2016 World Health Organization(WHO) classification guidelines and to study the association between CD30 expression and prognosis of patients with ENKTL.Methods:We selected consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas who attended our institution between September 1,2009 and August 31,2013.We classified the lymphomas according to the 2016 revision of the WHO classification of lymphoid neoplasms,analyzed the associations between CD30 expression and clinicopathologic features of ENKTL patients,and evaluated the prognostic implications of CD30 expression.Results:We identified 622 consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas,including 317(51.0%)patients with ENKTL.In addition,CD30 expression was detected in 43(47.3%) of a subset of 91 patients with ENKTL.No clinicopathologic features were associated with CD30 expression,and CD30 positivity showed no prognostic significance in patients with ENKTL.Conclusions:ENKTL is the most common type of mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphoma diagnosed at our institution.CD30 is frequently expressed in ENKTL and represents a therapeutic target;however,it may not be a prognostic marker. | Yanfen Feng Huilan Rao Yiyan Lei Yuhua Huang Fang Wang Yu Zhang Shaoyan Xi Qiuliang Wu Jianyong Shao | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer2017,36,6: | 10 |
| 2 | Hierarchical peony-like FeCo-NC with conductive network and highly active sites as efficient electrocatalyst for rechargeable Zn-air battery显示文摘Carbon materials featuring hierarchical pores and atomically dispersed metal sites are promising catalysts for energy storage and conversion applications.Herein,we developed a facile strategy to construct functional carbon materials with a fluffy peony-like structure and dense binary FeCo-Nx active sites(termed as f-FeCo-CNT).By regulating the metal content in precursors,a three-dimensional(3D)interconnected conductive carbon nanotubes network was in-situ formed throughout the atomically dispersed FeCo-NC matrix during pyrolysis.Taking advantage of rich pore hierarchy and co-existence of highly active FeCo-Nx sites and beneficial FeCo alloy nanoparticles,the f-FeCo-CNT material exhibited excellent bifunctional performance towards oxygen reduction reaction/oxygen evolution reactions(ORR/OER)with respect to the atomically dispersed FeCo-NC(SA-f-FeCo-NC)and commercial Pt/C+Ru02 mixture,surpassing the SA-f-FeCo-NC with a 20 mV higher ORR half-wave potential and a 100 mV lower OER overpotential(at 10.0 mA/cm^2).Remarkably,the f-FeCo-CNT-assembled Zn-air battery(ZAB)possessed a maximum specific power of 195.8 mW/cm^2,excellent rate capability,and very good cycling stability at large current density of 20.0 mA/cm^2.This work provides a facile and feasible synthetic strategy of constructing low-cost cathode materials with excellent comprehensive ZAB performance. | Yiyan Wang Anuj Kumar Mang Ma Yin Jia Yu Wang Ying Zhang Guoxin Zhang Xiaoming Sun Zifeng Yan | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,4: | 5 |
| 3 | OTFS Enabled NOMA for MMTC Systems over LEO Satellite显示文摘As a complement of terrestrial networks,non-terrestrial networks(NTN)have ad⁃vantages of wide-area coverage and service continuity.The NTN is potential to play an impor⁃tant role in the 5G new radio(NR)and beyond.To enable the massive machine type communi⁃cations(mMTC),the low earth orbit(LEO)satellite is preferred due to its lower transmission delay and path loss.However,the LEO satellite may generate notable Doppler shifts to de⁃grade the system performance.Recently,orthogonal time frequency space(OTFS)modulation has been proposed.It provides the opportunity to allocate delay Doppler(DD)domain resourc⁃es,which is promising for mitigating the effect of high mobility.Besides,as the LEO satellite constellation systems such as Starlink are thriving,the space spectrum resources have become increasingly scarce.Therefore,non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)is considered as a candidate technology to realize mMTC with limited spectrum resources.In this paper,the ap⁃plication of OTFS enabled NOMA for mMTC over the LEO satellite is investigated.The LEO satellite based mMTC system and the OTFS-NOMA schemes are described.Subsequently,the challenges of applying OTFS and NOMA into LEO satellite mMTC systems are discussed.Fi⁃nally,the potential technologies for the systems are investigated. | MA Yiyan MA Guoyu WANG Ning ZHONG Zhangdui AI Bo | 2021 | ZTE Communications2021,19,4: | 2 |

| 8 | Characteristics of plankton Hg bioaccumulations based on a global data set and the implications for aquatic systems with aggravating nutrient imbalance显示文摘The bioaccumulation of mercury(Hg)in aquatic ecosystem poses a potential health risk to human being and aquatic organism.Bioaccumulations by plankton represent a crucial process of Hg transfer from water to aquatic food chain.However,the current understanding of major factors affecting Hg accumulation by plankton is inadequate.In this study,a data set of 89 aquatic ecosystems worldwide,including inland water,nearshore water and open sea,was established.Key factors influencing plankton Hg bioaccumulation(i.e.,plankton species,cell sizes and biomasses)were discussed.The results indicated that total Hg(THg)and methylmercury(MeHg)concentrations in plankton in inland waters were significantly higher than those in nearshore waters and open seas.Bioaccumulation factors for the logarithm of THg and MeHg of phytoplankton were 2.4–6.0 and 2.6–6.7 L/kg,respectively,in all aquatic ecosystems.They could be further biomagnified by a factor of 2.1–15.1 and 5.3–28.2 from phytoplankton to zooplankton.Higher MeHg concentrations were observed with the increases of cell size for both phyto-and zooplankton.A contrasting trend was observed between the plankton biomasses and BAF_(MeHg),with a positive relationship for zooplankton and a negative relationship for phytoplankton.Plankton physiologic traits impose constraints on the rates of nutrients and contaminants obtaining process from water.Nowadays,many aquatic ecosystems are facing rapid shifts in nutrient compositions.We suggested that these potential influences on the growth and composition of plankton should be incorporated in future aquatic Hg modeling and ecological risk assessments. | Zhike Li Jie Chi Zhenyu Wu Yiyan Zhang Yiran Liu Lanlan Huang Yiren Lu Minhaz Uddin Wei Zhang Xuejun Wang Yan Lin Yindong Tong | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,3: | 1 |

| 11 | Effects of a Potential Autochthonous Probiotic Bacillus subtilis 2-1 on the Growth and Intestinal Microbiota of Juvenile Sea Cucumber,Apostichopus japonicus Selenka显示文摘The effects of Bacillus subtilis 2-1 from the intestine of healthy sea cucumber on the growth, digestive enzyme activities and intestinal microbiota of juvenile sea cucumber(Apostichopus japonicus) were determined in the present study. Sea cucumber was fed with Sargassum thunbergii powder supplemented with B. subtilis 2-1 at different concentrations varying among 0(control), 10~5, 10~7, and 10~9 CFU g^(-1) for 8 weeks. Results showed that the growth performance and intestinal amylase and trypsin activities were significantly increased by dietary B. subtilis 2-1 at 10~9 CFU g^(-1)(P < 0.05). However, dietary B. subtilis 2-1 had no significant influence on the lipase activity in sea cucumber(P > 0.05). The polymerase chain reaction denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis and 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis indicated that dietary B. subtilis 2-1 at 105 and 107 CFU g^(-1) inhibited most of the Proteobacteria including those in genus Vibrio. Dietary B. subtilis 2-1 at 10~9 CFU g^(-1) not only decreased the abundance and species of genus Vibrio, but also increased the intensity of genera Psychrobacter and Bacillus. | 19 | New insight into the design of highly dispersed Pt supported CeO_(2)-TiO_(2) catalysts with superior activity for VOCs low-temperature removal显示文摘A series of CeO_(2)-TiO_(2)mixed oxides supports with various Ce/Ti molar ratio were synthesized by modified coprecipitation method. The corresponding Pt loaded(0.5 wt% Pt) catalysts were prepared by electronless deposition method and evaluated for the deep oxidation of n-hexane as a model VOCs. The results show that the CeO_(2)and TiOxnanoparticles can highly disperse into each other and form Ce_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7)solid solution with appropriate Ce/Ti molar ratio, which significantly improves their redox ability by enhancing the interaction between CeO_(2)and TiO_(x). The dispersibility of Pt species can also be adjusted by altering the Ce/Ti molar ratio, and Pt/CeTi-2/1 catalyst with Ce/Ti molar ratio of 2:1 exhibits the best Pt dispersibility that Pt species mainly exist as Pt single atoms. The high dispersion of Pt species in the Pt/CeO_(2)-TiO_(2)catalysts would promote the catalytic activity of VOCs oxidation with low T90% values(1000 ppm, GHSV = 15,000 h^(-1)), such as for n-hexane degradation with T90% of 139℃. The characterizations reveal that the superior activity is mainly related to possessing the more Pt2+species,adsorbed oxygen species and higher low-temperature reducibility owing to the strong interaction between highly dispersed Pt species and CeO_(2)-TiO_(2)as well as the promoted migration of lattice oxygen by the formation of more Ce_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7)species. | 20 | Cytoreductive Surgery and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy for Pseudomyxoma Peritonei of Appendiceal Origin-801 Cases from a Single Institution in China显示文摘Aim:As more and more centers has published their treatment results of pseudomyxoma peritonei(PMP)with cytoreductive surgery(CRS)and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC),the data from China is missing.Myxoma Department of Aerospace Hospital is the biggest center treating PMP in China.The purpose of this study is to report the early and long-term outcomes for PMP from this single center.Methods:801 appendix-derived PMP out of 1008 consecutive patients treated in Myxoma Department of Aerospace Hospital between 2008 and 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Complete cytoreductive surgery(CCRS)was achieved in 240(30%)patients with median PCI of 14(1~39),and the rest had maximal tumor debulking(MTD),HIPEC was implemented in 96.3%of CCRS and 78.6%of MTD.The major morbidity(grade III/IV)was 11.4%and the 30-day operative mortality is 0.7%.The 5-and 10-year OS of CCRS was 76.9%and 64.1%,which is significantly higher than MTD(5-,10-year OS as 36.1%,27.1%;p<0.001).On the univariate analysis,all prognostic factors(gender,PSS,interval time,prior chemotherapy,prior HIPEC,Peritoneal Cancer Index(PCI),completeness of cytoreduction(CC),HIPEC,pathology,present of serous ascites)were found to be associated with overall survival except for age.On multivariate analysis,only PCI>20,MTD,high pathologic grade and without HIPEC were independent factors predicting poorer prognosis.Conclusions:CCRS+HIPEC can benefit PMP well with controllable risks.MTD+HIPEC may benefit PMP as well when CCRS cannot be achieved after fully asscessment by an experienced peritoneal maglignacy center,but the surgery should be performed as limited as possible. | Ao Xia Xichao Zhai Lubiao An Bing Wang Guanjun Shi Ying Cai Yiyan Lu Shaojun Pang Feng Chen Hongbin Xu Ruiqing Ma | 2020 | Journal of Oncology Research2020,2,2: | 0 |
