| 1 | Bioaccumulation, subcellular distribution and chemical forms of yttrium in rice seedling显示文摘Yttrium(Y) accumulation in soil is a serious environment problem in China. To understand the mechanisms involved in Y tolerance and detoxification in rice seedling, the bioaccumulation, subcellular distribution, and chemical forms of Y was investigated in the present study. The results show that the content of Y both in roots and shoots increases with the increasing concentration of Y, and a large amount of Y is stored in roots. Subcellular distribution of Y in rice indicates that the majority of Y is bound to cell wall. Meanwhile, various chemical forms of Y is absorbed by rice. The greatest amount of Y is extracted by 2% hydrate acetic acid(HAc) and 0.6 mol/L HCl(particularly 2% HAc), which indicates that most of Y is combined with un-dissolved phosphate and oxalate(particularly phosphate). Cluster analysis, based on Y abundance levels, reveals the relationship between Y distribution patterns and chemical forms. | 2 | Genetic architecture and key genes controlling the diversity of oil composition in rice grains显示文摘Rice grain oil is a valuable nutrient source.However,the genetic basis of oil biosynthesis in rice grains remains unclear.In this study,we performed a genome-wide association study on oil composition and oil concentration in a diverse panel of 533 cultivated rice accessions.High variation for 11 oil-related traits was observed,and the oil composition of rice grains showed differentiation among the subpopulations.We identified 46 loci that are significantly associated with grain oil concentration or composition,16 of which were detected in three recombinant inbred line populations.Twenty-six candidate genes encoding enzymes involved in oil metabolism were identified from these 46 loci,four of which(PAL6,LIN6,MYR2,and ARA6)were found to contribute to natural variation in oil composition and to show differentiation among the subpopulations.Interestingly,population genetic analyses revealed that specific haplotypes of PAL6 and LIN6 have been selected in japonica rice.Based on these results,we propose a possible oil biosynthetic pathway in rice grains.Collectively,our results provide new insights into the genetic basis of oil biosynthesis in rice grains and can facilitate marker-based breeding of rice varieties with enhanced oil and grain quality. | Hao Zhou Duo Xia Pingbo Li Yiting Ao Xiaodong Xu Shanshan Wan Yanhua Li Bian Wu Huan Shi Kaiyue Wang Guanjun Gao Qinglu Zhang Gongwei Wang Jinghua Xiao Xianghua Li Sibin Yu Xingming Lian Yuqing He | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,3: | 4 |

| 13 | Cytoreductive Surgery and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy for Pseudomyxoma Peritonei of Appendiceal Origin-801 Cases from a Single Institution in China显示文摘Aim:As more and more centers has published their treatment results of pseudomyxoma peritonei(PMP)with cytoreductive surgery(CRS)and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC),the data from China is missing.Myxoma Department of Aerospace Hospital is the biggest center treating PMP in China.The purpose of this study is to report the early and long-term outcomes for PMP from this single center.Methods:801 appendix-derived PMP out of 1008 consecutive patients treated in Myxoma Department of Aerospace Hospital between 2008 and 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Complete cytoreductive surgery(CCRS)was achieved in 240(30%)patients with median PCI of 14(1~39),and the rest had maximal tumor debulking(MTD),HIPEC was implemented in 96.3%of CCRS and 78.6%of MTD.The major morbidity(grade III/IV)was 11.4%and the 30-day operative mortality is 0.7%.The 5-and 10-year OS of CCRS was 76.9%and 64.1%,which is significantly higher than MTD(5-,10-year OS as 36.1%,27.1%;p<0.001).On the univariate analysis,all prognostic factors(gender,PSS,interval time,prior chemotherapy,prior HIPEC,Peritoneal Cancer Index(PCI),completeness of cytoreduction(CC),HIPEC,pathology,present of serous ascites)were found to be associated with overall survival except for age.On multivariate analysis,only PCI>20,MTD,high pathologic grade and without HIPEC were independent factors predicting poorer prognosis.Conclusions:CCRS+HIPEC can benefit PMP well with controllable risks.MTD+HIPEC may benefit PMP as well when CCRS cannot be achieved after fully asscessment by an experienced peritoneal maglignacy center,but the surgery should be performed as limited as possible. | Ao Xia Xichao Zhai Lubiao An Bing Wang Guanjun Shi Ying Cai Yiyan Lu Shaojun Pang Feng Chen Hongbin Xu Ruiqing Ma | 2020 | Journal of Oncology Research2020,2,2: | 0 |

| 16 | Recognition System for Diagnosing Pneumonia and Bronchitis Using Children’s Breathing Sounds Based on Transfer Learning显示文摘Respiratory infections in children increase the risk of fatal lung disease,making effective identification and analysis of breath sounds essential.However,most studies have focused on adults ignoring pediatric patients whose lungs are more vulnerable due to an imperfect immune system,and the scarcity of medical data has limited the development of deep learning methods toward reliability and high classification accuracy.In this work,we collected three types of breath sounds from children with normal(120 recordings),bronchitis(120 recordings),and pneumonia(120 recordings)at the posterior chest position using an off-the-shelf 3M electronic stethoscope.Three features were extracted from the wavelet denoised signal:spectrogram,mel-frequency cepstral coefficients(MFCCs),and Delta MFCCs.The recog-nition model is based on transfer learning techniques and combines fine-tuned MobileNetV2 and modified ResNet50 to classify breath sounds,along with software for displaying analysis results.Extensive experiments on a real dataset demonstrate the effectiveness and superior performance of the proposed model,with average accuracy,precision,recall,specificity and F1 scores of 97.96%,97.83%,97.89%,98.89%and 0.98,respectively,achieving superior performance with a small dataset.The proposed detection system,with a high-performance model and software,can help parents perform lung screening at home and also has the potential for a vast screening of children for lung disease. | Jianying Shi Shengchao Chen Benguo Yu Yi Ren Guanjun Wang Chenyang Xue | 2023 | Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,37,9: | 0 |
