1Discovery of eclogite at northern margin of Qaidam Basin,NW China显示文摘Eclogite was first discovered at the northern margin of the Qaidam Basin in this study. It occurs as pods in the gneiss sequence of Middle to Upper Proterozoic age and is mainly composed of garnet, omphacite, phengite and rutile. The garnets contain 44%-62% of almandine, 15%-33% of grossular and 12%-30% of pyrope molecules, and the omphacites contain 40%-46% of jadeite. 2Impacts of the Fukushima nuclear accident on the China Seas: Evaluation based on anthropogenic radionuclide 137Cs显示文摘In order to evaluate the impact of the Fukushima nuclear accident on the China Seas, seawater samples from the South China Sea (SCS), the East China Sea (ECS) and the Yellow Sea (YS) were collected in April-June 2011, and their 137 Cs activities were measured using low-background -spectrometry. 137Cs activities in the study area ranged from 0.75±0.07 to 1.43±0.08 Bqm 3 with an average of 1.12±0.08 Bq m 3 . 137Cs activities initially increased from the nearshore to the inner shelf, and subsequently decreased from the inner shelf to the outer shelf. Vertical profiles showed higher 137Cs activities at the surface but lower activities at depth in the ECS, suggesting atmospheric input of 137Cs. As such, the distribution pattern of 137Cs in the region was presumably determined by a combination of atmospheric deposition and subsequent mixing between different water masses including the coastal currents, the Yangtze River plume and the Taiwan Warm Currents. Based on the inventory of 93 Bq m2 and the atmospheric deposition flux of 137Cs in the ECS of 32.2 mBq m2 d1 (5.4-42.9 mBq m 2 d1 ) which we estimated, we derived the residence time of 137Cs in the upper water column to be 66d (45-95 d). We concluded that in terms of 137Cs, the ECS was less impacted by the Fukushima accident as compared to the Chernobyl accident. 3A unified model for the formation and distribution of both conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs显示文摘The discovery and large-scale exploration of unconventional oil/gas resources since 1980s have been considered as the most important advancement in the history of petroleum geology;that has not only changed the balance of supply and demand in the global energy market,but also improved our understanding of the formation mechanisms and distribution characteristics of oil/gas reservoirs.However,what is the difference of conventional and unconventional resources and why they always related to each other in petroliferous basins is not clear.As the differences and correlations between unconventional and conventional resources are complex challenging issues and very critical for resources assessment and hydrocarbon exploration,this paper focused on studying the relationship of formations and distributions among different oil/gas reservoirs.Drilling results of 12,237 exploratory wells in 6 representative petroliferous basins of China and distribution characteristics for 52,926 oil/gas accumulations over the world were applied to clarify the formation conditions and genetic relations of different oil/gas reservoirs in a petroliferous basin,and then to establish a unified model to address the differences and correlations of conventional and unconventional reservoirs.In this model,conventional reservoirs formed in free hydrocarbon dynamic field with high porosity and permeability located above the boundary of hydrocarbon buoyancy-driven accumulation depth limit.Unconventional tight reservoirs formed in confined hydrocarbon dynamic field with low porosity and permeability located between hydrocarbon buoyancy-driven accumulation depth limit and hydrocarbon accumulation depth limit.Shale oil/gas reservoirs formed in the bound hydrocarbon dynamic field with low porosity and ultra-low permeability within the source rock layers.More than 75%of proved reserves around the world are discovered in the free hydrocarbon dynamic field,which is estimated to contain only 10%of originally generated hydrocarbons.Most of undiscovered resources distributed in the confined hydrocarbon dynamic field and the bound hydrocarbon dynamic field,which contains 90%of original generated hydrocarbons,implying a reasonable and promising area for future hydrocarbon explorations.The buried depths of hydrocarbon dynamic fields become shallow with the increase of heat flow,and the remaining oil/gas resources mainly exist in the deep area of“cold basin”with low geothermal gradient.Lithology changing in the hydrocarbon dynamic field causes local anomalies in the oil/gas dynamic mechanism,leading to the local formation of unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs in the free hydrocarbon dynamic field or the occurrence of oil/gas enrichment sweet points with high porosity and permeability in the confined hydrocarbon dynamic field.The tectonic movements destroy the medium conditions and oil/gas components,which leads to the transformation of conventional oil/gas reservoirs formed in free hydrocarbon dynamic field to unconventional ones or unconventional ones formed in confined and bound hydrocarbon dynamic fields to conventional ones.Xiongqi Pang Chengzao Jia Junqing Chen Maowen Li Wenyang Wang Qinhong Hu Yingchun Guo Zhangxin Chen Junwen Peng Keyu Liu Keliu Wu 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,2:8
4Growth Inhibition, Induction of Apoptosis by Green Tea Constituent (-)-Epigallocatechin-3-gallate in Cultured Rabbit Lens Epithelial Cells显示文摘Purpose: To evaluate effect of green tea extract (-)-Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) in cultured rabbit lens epithelial cells in order to pave a new way to postcapsular opacity (PCO) prevention.Methods: Cell survival rate was measured by 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) coloimetric assay. Cell apoptosis was detected by electron microscopy, Hochest 33258 stain and flow cytometer. DNA fragment was detected using agarose gel electrophoresis.Result: Proliferation of the cultured rabbit lens epithelia cells was inhibited by EGCG in a dose and time dependent manner. Morphologic study showed that the cells became shrunk, round shaped with their nuclei condensed and broken. Apoptotic bodies were also seen under electron microscope and in Hochest 33258 stain assay 24 hours after EGCG was added to the medium. DNA ladders were shown in agarose gel eletrophoresis. 5Si-substrate vertical-structure InGaN/GaN micro-LED-based photodetector for beyond 10 Gbps visible light communication显示文摘Visible light communication(VLC)has emerged as a promising communication method in 6G.However,the development of receiving devices is much slower than that of transmitting devices,limited by materials,structures,and fabrication.In this paper,we propose and fabricate an InGaN/GaN multiple-quantum-well-based vertical-structure micro-LED-based photodetector(μPD)on a Si substrate.A comprehensive comparison of the photoelectrical performance and communication performance of three sizes ofμPDs,10,50,and 100μm,is presented.The peak responsivity of all threeμPDs is achieved at 400 nm,while the passband full-widths at half maxima are 87,72,and 78 nm for 10,50,and 100μmμPDs,respectively.The−20 dB cutoff bandwidth is up to 822 MHz for 50μmμPD.A data rate of 10.14 Gbps is experimentally demonstrated by bit and power loading discrete multitone modulation and the proposed digital pre-equalizer algorithm over 1 m free space utilizing the self-designed 4×450μmμPD array as a receiver and a 450 nm laser diode as a transmitter.This is the first time a more than 10 Gbps VLC system has been achieved utilizing a GaN-based micro-PD,to the best of our knowledge.The investigation fully demonstrates the superiority of Si substrates and vertical structures in InGaN/GaNμPDs and shows its great potential for high-speed VLC links beyond 10 Gbps.JIANYANG SHI ZENGYI XU WENQING NIU DONG LI XIAOMING WU ZIWEI LI JUNWEN ZHANG CHAO SHEN GUANGXU WANG XIAOLAN WANG JIANLI ZHANG FENGYI JIANG SHAOHUA YU NAN CHI 2022Photonics Research2022,10,10:5

7The Effect of Liposome Encapsulated Daunorubicin on Rabbit Eyes after Extracapsular Lens Extraction显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the effect of liposome encapsulated daunorubicin (DNR) on rabbit eyes when it was used in prevention of posterior capsule opacification (PCO). Methods: The liposome encapsulated DNR was prepared by modified freeze-thawing method. Each eye was injected with 0. 1 ml liposomes (0. 2 mg/ml and 20 μg/ml DNR) into the capsular bag during the extracapsular lens extraction (ECLE) in 10 rabbit eyes respectively. The phosphate buffer solution (PBS) was injected as control. Besides biomicroscope observation and histology examination of all eyes, the concentration of DNR in aqueous humor was also determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results: The morphology of liposome encapsulated DNR were similar to the blank liposome with round or ellipse shape. The encapsulated effeciency of liposome encapsulated DNR was 45. 1%. The inflammatory response was much more severe both in 0. 2 mg/ml and 20μg/ml DNR group than the control after liposome injection. 8Paleocurrent Analysis on the Basal Conglomerate of the Model Changzhougou Formation in Qian'an显示文摘The paleoflow direction of the basal conglomerate of the Changzhougou formation is obtained by the paleocurrent analysis of certain sedimentary structures, and the ancient sedimentary environment of the Qian'an Region is determined by observing the psephicity and gradation of gravel in conglomerate. The results show that the paleoflow direction is from northwest to southwest, and the paleocurrent data manifest a single-peak style in a rose diagram. The average paleoflow direction in the Qian'an region is 265°. 9QTL mapping for fiber quality and yieldrelated traits across multiple generations in segregating population of CCRI 70显示文摘Background:Cotton is a significant economic crop that plays an indispensable role in many domains.Gossypium hirsutum L.is the most important fiber crop worldwide and contributes to more than 95%of global cotto n production.Identifying stable quantitative trait locus(QTLs)controlling fiber quality and yield related traits are necessary prerequisites for marker-assisted selection(MAS).Results:A genetic linkage map was constructed with 312 simple sequence repeat(SSR)loci and 35 linkage groups using JoinMap 4.0;the map spanned 1 929.9 cM,with an average interval between two markers of 6.19 cM,and covered approximately 43.37%of the cotton genome.A total of 74 QTLs controlling fiber quality and 41 QTLs controlling yield-related traits were identified in 4 segregating generations.These QTLs were distributed across 20 chromosomes and collectively explained 1.01%?27.80%of the observed phenotypic variations.In particular,35 stable QTLs could be identified in multiple generations,25 common QTLs were con sistent with those in previous studies,and 15 QTL clusters were found in 11 chromosome segments.Conclusion:These studies provide a theoretical basis for improving cotton yield and fiber quality for molecular marker-assisted selection.DENG Xiaoying GONG Juwu LIU Aiying SHI Yuzhen GONG Wankui GE Qun LI Junwen SHANG Haihong WU Yuxiang YUAN Youlu 2019Journal of Cotton Research2019,2,2:3

14Medical Knowledge Graph:Data Sources,Construction,Reasoning,and Applications显示文摘Medical knowledge graphs(MKGs)are the basis for intelligent health care,and they have been in use in a variety of intelligent medical applications.Thus,understanding the research and application development of MKGs will be crucial for future relevant research in the biomedical field.To this end,we offer an in-depth review of MKG in this work.Our research begins with the examination of four types of medical information sources,knowledge graph creation methodologies,and six major themes for MKG development.Furthermore,three popular models of reasoning from the viewpoint of knowledge reasoning are discussed.A reasoning implementation path(RIP)is proposed as a means of expressing the reasoning procedures for MKG.In addition,we explore intelligent medical applications based on RIP and MKG and classify them into nine major types.Finally,we summarize the current state of MKG research based on more than 130 publications and future challenges and opportunities.Xuehong Wu Junwen Duan Yi Pan Min Li 2023Big Data Mining and Analytics2023,6,2:1

19Projectile and target excitation in He^(+)+He collisions at intermediate energies显示文摘We present ab initio calculations of cross sections for projectile and target excitation occurring in the course of He^(+)+He collisions using a threeactive-electron semiclassical nonperturbative approach.Intermediate impact energies ranging from 1 keV to 225 keV/u are considered.The results of our calculations agree well with available measurements for both projectile and target excitation in the respective overlapping energy regions.A comparison of our results with those of other theoretical calculations further demonstrates the importance of a nonperturbative approach that includes a sufficient number of channels.Furthermore,it is found that the cross sections for target excitation into singlet states show a valley centered at about 25 keV/u,resulting from competition with electron transfer to singlet projectile states.By contrast,the cross sections for target excitation into triplet states do not exhibit any such structures.Junwen Gao Zhimin Hu Yong Wu Jianguo Wang Nicolas Sisourat Alain Dubois 2021Matter and Radiation at Extremes2021,6,1:0
20Comparative analysis of plastomes in Oxalidaceae:Phylogenetic relationships and potential molecular markers显示文摘The wood sorrel family,Oxalidaceae,is mainly composed of annual or perennial herbs,a few shrubs,and trees distributed from temperate to tropical zones.Members of Oxalidaceae are of high medicinal,ornamental,and economic value.Despite the rich diversity and value of Oxalidaceae,few molecular markers or plastomes are available for phylogenetic analysis of the family.Here,we reported four new whole plastomes of Oxalidaceae and compared them with plastomes of three species in the family,as well as the plastome of Rourea microphylla in the closely related family Connaraceae.The eight plastomes ranged in length from 150,673 bp(Biophytum sensitivum)to 156,609 bp(R.microphylla).Genome annotations revealed a total of 129e131 genes,including 83e84 protein-coding genes,eight rRNA genes,37 tRNA genes,and two to three pseudogenes.Comparative analyses showed that the plastomes of these species have minor variations at the gene level.The smaller plastomes of herbs B.sensitivum and three Oxalis species are associated with variations in IR region sizes,intergenic region variation,and gene or intron loss.We identified sequences with high variation that may serve as molecular markers in taxonomic studies of Oxalidaceae.The phylogenetic trees of selected superrosid representatives based on 76 protein-coding genes corroborated the Oxalidaceae position in Oxalidales and supported it as a sister to Connaraceae.Our research also supported the monophyly of the COM(Celastrales,Oxalidales,and Malpighiales)clade.Xiaoping Li Yamei Zhao Xiongde Tu Chengru Li Yating Zhu Hui Zhong Zhong-Jian Liu Shasha Wu Junwen Zhai 2021Plant Diversity2021,43,4:0
