| 1 | 心肺脑复苏研究的现状和对策显示文摘自从40多年前现代心肺复苏术确立以来,已经成功地拯救了无数的生命。尽管如此,当前心跳骤停和心肺脑复苏仍然是医学上的难题之一。国内外的专家们长期以来致力于本领域的研究,以期寻找最佳的方法从而最大限度地提高生存率和减少致残率。在这一探索过程中,以Peter Safar和Max Harry Weil等为首的国际先驱们,分别在各自的研究领域中,对心肺脑复苏做出了巨大的贡献。从1992年的国际心肺复苏指南首次发行到2005年复苏指南的出版,从1975年举办的首届国际Wolf Creek心肺复苏高峰论坛到2005年的第八届Wolf Creek心肺复苏高峰论坛,在这一系列现代心肺脑复苏研究过程中,即便作为有多年深厚感情的好朋友,为了共同目标,他们往往为学术上的分歧激烈争辩。正是他们锲而不舍、严谨治学、无私的科学态度,极大地推动了心肺脑复苏研究的向前发展。在此我们向这些先驱们致以崇高敬意! | Wanchun Tang 方向韶 | 2007 | 中华急诊医学杂志2007,16,1: | 26 |
| 2 | A robust TDOA-based location method and its performance analysis显示文摘Based on time difference of arrive(TDOA) ,the regularized constrained total least square(RCTLS) algo-rithm for passive location is presented in this paper. RCLTS is used to solve the location equations by transforming the nonlinear equations about TDOA into linear equations about parameters of the position and range and expanding the true TDOA in a first-order Taylor series about measurement TDOA. A proper weight is chosen by the least mean square error(MSE) rule to obtain the location solution through analyzing the location error,whose feasibility and effectiveness are well proved by computer simulations. | 3 | Impacts of soil organic matter, pH and exogenous copper on sorption behavior of norfloxacin in three soils显示文摘Norfloxacin sorption and the factors (soil organic matter (SOM), pH, and exogenous copper (Cu) inffluencing the sorption were investigated in a black soil (soil B), a ?uvo-aquic soil (soil F), and a red soil (soil R). With increasing norfloxacin concentrations, sorption amount of norfloxacin increased in both the bulk soils and their SOM-removed soils, but the sorption capacity of SOM-removed soils was higher than that of their corresponding bulk soils, indicating that the process of norfloxacin sorption in soil was influenced by the soil properties including SOM. The sorption data in all bulk soils and SOM-removed soils were fitted to Freundlich and Langmuir models. The correlation coeflcients suggested that the experimental data fitted better to Freundlich equation than to Langmuir equation. Furthermore, the data from soil F and SOM-removed F could not be described by Langmuir equation. The norfloxacin sorption amount decreased in soil B and soil F, whereas it increased in soil R as solution pH increased. The maximum KD and KOC were achieved in soil R when the equilibrium solution pH was 6. The norfloxacin sorption was also influenced by the exogenous Cu2+, which depended on the soil types and Cu2+ concentrations. | 5 | Secondary biogenic coalbed gas in some coal fields of China显示文摘The secondary biogenic coalbed gas, a new genetic and energy source type of coalbed gas in China, has been found in Xinji, Liyazhuang and Enhong areas. The essential characteristics of this type of gas are: (i) the major component of the gas is methane, with C1/C1-5 value higher than 0.99, indicating that the gas is part of dry gas; (ii) theδ13C1 value is in the range of -61.7‰to -47.9‰, mostly lower than -55‰, which is much lower than the estimatedδ13C1 value of thermogenic methane according to the thermal evolution degree of the coal rocks (with R0 value from 0.87% to 1.43%), showing the characteristics of the secondary biogenic gas; (iii) theδ5D value of methane ranges from -244‰to -196‰; (iv)δ13C 2 value ranges from -26.7‰to -15.9‰andδ13C 3 value ranges from -10.8‰to -25.3‰, indicating that the heavier hydrocarbons have a thermogenic origin; (v) the content of CO2 is very low, andδ13CCO2 value changes greatly, reflecting a characteristic of secondary change; (vi)δ15N2 value ranges mainly from -1‰to +1‰, indicating N2 derived significantly from air. The negative linear correlation between the contents of N2 and CH4 reflects the activity of bacteria bearing surface water infiltrating into coal beds. The comprehensive tracing indices show that the coalbed gas in the studied areas is the mixed gas of primarily secondary biogenic gas and a part of remnant thermogenic gas. | 6 | 鹅掌楸主要木材性状早期选择可行性研究(英文)显示文摘邻近江西分宜种源试验林 ,选择一片完整的鹅掌楸 (Liriodendronchinense)近成熟人工林 (1981年栽植 ) ,抽取 33棵样本株 ,分年轮测定了木材基本密度和纤维长度。鹅掌楸木材基本密度径向变异模式呈“V”曲线 ,纤维长度径向变异遵从指数曲线模式 ,研究结果与Harold和Taylor等人关于北美鹅掌楸木材性状径向变异的描述基本一致。幼成龄年 -年相关分析结果表明 ,当大于等于 5个胸高处年轮时 (约相当于树龄 7a生 ) ,两性状幼成龄材相关均显著。利用鹅掌楸 15个 7a生种源材性数据平均值与 17a生人工林材性数据的前 5个年轮段数据 ,进行比较与拟合 ,2组数据在共有时段内成线性关系 ,且回归系数B1 均接近于 1,变化趋势基本平行 ,分析结果表明鹅掌楸幼成龄变异规律从整体上来说存在可比性 ,其材性早期选择是可行的。探讨了平均龄龄相关系数 (MACC)随年龄间隔 (AI)的变异趋势 :两性状MACC与年龄间隔成反比 ,即年龄间隔越大MACC越小 ,这可能源于基因表达的时间控制理论 ,这种变化关系在其他的树种研究中也被提到过。该分析结果从另一侧面阐明了鹅掌楸主要木材性状的早期选择是可行的 ,但选择年龄不宜小于 | Li Bin Gu Wanchun 李斌 顾万春 | 2002 | 林业科学2002,38,6: | 8 |

| 9 | Enhanced calcification ameliorates the negative effects of UV radiation on photosynthesis in the calcifying phytoplankter Emiliania huxleyi显示文摘The calcifying phytoplankton species,coccolithophores,have their calcified coccoliths around the cells,however,their physio-logical roles are still unknown.Here,we hypothesized that the coccoliths may play a certain role in reducing solar UV radiation(UVR,280-400 nm) and protect the cells from being harmed.Cells of Emiliania huxleyi with different thicknesses of the cocco-liths were obtained by culturing them at different levels of dissolved inorganic carbon and their photophysiological responses to UVR were investigated.Although increased dissolved inorganic carbon decreased the specific growth rate,the increased coccolith thickness significantly ameliorated the photoinhibition of PSII photochemical efficiency caused by UVR.Increase by 91%in the coccolith thickness led to 35%increase of the PSII yield and 22%decrease of the photoinhibition of the effective quantum yield(ΦPSII) by UVR.The coccolith cover reduced more UVA(320-400 nm) than UVB(280-315 nm) ,leading to less inhibition per energy at the UV-A band. | GUAN WanChun GAO KunShan | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,7: | 4 |

| 11 | Three Tiaobu Feishen therapies protect human alveolar epithelial cells against cigarette smoking and tumor necrosis factor-mlear factor-kappa B pathwayα-induced inflamation by nuc显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Tiaobu Feishen formulae(TBFS), including Bufei Jianpi formula(BJF), Bufei Yishen formula(BYF), and Yiqi Zishen formula(YZF), on inflammatory response, protease-anti-protease imbalance and collagen deposition in rats.METHODS: In present work, we used an in vitro model of cigarette smoking extract(CSE)-and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)-induced A549 cellsto examine the efficacy of BJF, BYF and YZF on the production of inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α and interleukin(IL)-8, IL-6, matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)-9, and IL-10 in CSE or TNF-ls. And their related transcripα-induced A549 celtion factors and signaling pathway were also analyzed.RESULTS: The results showed that BJF, BYF and YZF could significantly decrease the expression levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokines induced by CSE or TNF-α. Furthermore, BJF, BYF and YZF could suppress CSE-or TNF-α-induced activation of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) transcription factors and its corresponding pathways. Taken together, these data implied that BJF, BYF and YZF effectively inhibited CSE-or TNF-α-induced inflammatory response in alveolar epithelial cell, which was due to their inhibition effect on NF-κB pathways.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that the Tiaobu Feishen therapies may protect human alveolar epithelial cells against cigarette smoking and TNF-α-induced inflammation. | 14 | Optimal terminal guidance for exoatmospheric interception显示文摘In this study, two optimal terminal guidance(OTG) laws, one of which takes into account the final velocity vector constraint, are developed for exoatmospheric interception using optimal control theory. In exoatmospheric interception, because the proposed guidance laws give full consideration to the effect of gravity, they consume much less fuel than the traditional guidance laws while requiring a light computational load. In the development of the guidance laws, a unified optimal guidance problem is put forward, where the final velocity vector constraint can be considered or neglected by properly adjusting a parameter in the cost function. To make this problem analytically solvable, a linear model is used to approximate the gravity difference, the difference of the gravitational accelerations of the target and interceptor. The configuration changes of the PANI chains resulting from the doping/ dedoping procedure led to various loading amounts of Au nanoparticles. Reduction of 4-nitrophenol was chosen as the probe reaction to evaluate the catalytic activity of supported Au nanocatalysts. This paper proposes a method of using self-location for calibrating the positions of observer stations in source localization to reduce the errors of the observer positions and improve the accuracy of the source localization. The relative distance measurements of the two coordinative observers are used for the linear minimum mean square error(LMMSE) estimator. The results of computer simulations prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. | 19 | Comprehensive study on genetic pathways and parent materials of secondary biogenic gas in coalbeds显示文摘The types of substances in coal rock used by microbes,the specific ways in which microbes produce secondary biogenic gas(SBG)and whether substances exist in the coal seam for the formation of a large amount of SBG are important basic scientific issues.This paper conducts a systematic and comprehensive research study on the above issues using methods such as the isotopic tracing of gas,the analysis of coal organic geochemistry,and gas-producing simulation experiments of coal.Results show that the formation of SBG is by the microbial reduction of CO2and the SBG-producing coal seam undergoes microbial degradation.The thermogenic heavy gaseous hydrocarbons have also been degraded by microorganisms and possibly transformed into microbialoriginated CO2.A large amount of CO2,a relatively large amount of H2and a certain amount of heavy gaseous hydrocarbons may form in the thermal evolution of coal.These substances and the microbial-originated CO2and coal seam water can finally become parent materials of SBG.These components are rich in coal seams of medium–low thermal evolution,which should be the main coal seams for SBG formation and exploration. | Mingxin Tao Wanchun Wang Zhongping Li Yuzhen Ma Jing Li Xiaobin Li | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,10: | 2 |
| 20 | Robust entry guidance using multi-segment linear pseudospectral model predictive control显示文摘This paper presents a robust entry guidance algorithm for the high lift-to-drag ratio entry vehicle that employs the recently developed pseudospectral model predict control in a segmented manner. Here, the guidance commands are the longitudinal liftto-drag(L/D) and bank reversal commands, which are calculated by successively solving multiple segment linear algebraic equations. These equations are derived using the linear pseudospectral method, control parametrization and calculus of variations. The method uses orthogonal polynomials and computes the updates through a series of analytical formulae, which makes it accurate and computationally effective. Moreover, it is able to adjust the number of bank reversals by providing the precise bank reversal point so as to fully exploit the potential of lateral maneuver.The method also employs proportional navigation and polynomial guidance after the last bank reversal to meet multiple terminal constraints. High-fidelity numerical simulations with various destinations are carried out to demonstrate its applicability.
