| 1 | Multi-stage attack weapon target allocation method based on defense area analysis显示文摘For better reflecting the interactive defense between targets in practical combat scenarios,the basic weapon-target allocation(WTA)framework needs to be improved.A multi-stage attack WTA method is proposed.First,a defense area analysis is presented according to the targets’positions and the radii of the defense areas to analyze the interactive coverage and protection between targets’defense areas.Second,with the coverage status and coverage layer number,a multi-stage attack planning method is proposed and the multi-stage attack objective function model is established.Simulation is conducted with interactive defense combat scenarios,the traditional WTA method and the multi-stage WTA method are compared,and the objective function model is validated with the Monte-Carlo method.The results suggest that if the combat scenario involves interactive coverage of targets’defense areas,it is imperative to analyze the defense areas and apply the multi-stage attack method to weakening the target defense progressively for better combat effectiveness. | JIA Zhengrong LU Faxing WANG Hangyu | 2020 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,3: | 9 |

| 3 | Cellulose fibers-reinforced self-expanding porous composite with multiple hemostatic efficacy and shape adaptability for uncontrollable massive hemorrhage treatment显示文摘Uncontrollable hemorrhage leads to high mortality and thus effective bleeding control becomes increasingly important in the military field and civilian trauma arena.However,current hemostats not only present limitation when treating major bleeding,but also have various side effects.Here we report a self-expanding porous composites(CMCP)based on novel carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)fibers and acetalized polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)for lethal hemorrhage control.The CMC fibers with uniform fibrous structure,high liquid absorption and procoagulant ability,are evenly interspersed inside the composite matrix.The obtained composites possess unique fiber-porous network,excellent absorption capacity,fast liquid-triggered self-expanding ability and robust fatigue resistance,and their physicochemical performance can be fine-tuned through varying the CMC content.In vitro tests show that the porous composite exhibits strong blood clotting ability,high adhesion to blood cells and protein,and the ability to activate platelet and the coagulation system.In vivo hemostatic evaluation further confirms that the CMCP presents high hemostatic efficacy and multiple hemostatic effects in swine femoral artery major hemorrhage model.Additionally,the CMCP will not fall off from the injury site,and is also easy to surgically remove from the wound cavity after the hemostasis.Importantly,results of CT tomography and 3D reconstruction indicate that CMCP can achieve shape adaptation to the surrounding tissues and the wound cavities with different depths and shapes,to accelerate hemostasis while protecting wound tissue and preventing infection. | Yansen Wang Yifan Zhao Longxue Qiao Faxing Zou Yajie Xie Yudong Zheng Yong Chao Ying Yang Wei He Siming Yang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,7: | 6 |
| 4 | Optimal observation configuration of UAVs based on angle and range measurements and cooperative target tracking in three-dimensional space显示文摘This article investigates the optimal observation configuration of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) based on angle and range measurements, and generalizes predecessors' researches in two dimensions into three dimensions. The relative geometry of the UAVs-target will significantly affect the state estimation performance of the target, the cost function based on the Fisher information matrix(FIM) is used to derive the FIM determinant of UAVs' observation in three-dimensional space, and the optimal observation geometric configuration that maximizes the determinant of the FIM is obtained. It is shown that the optimal observation configuration of the UAVs-target is usually not unique, and the optimal observation configuration is proved for two UAVs and three UAVs in three-dimension. The long-range over-the-horizon target tracking is simulated and analyzed based on the analysis of optimal observation configuration for two UAVs. The simulation results show that the theoretical analysis and control algorithm can effectively improve the positioning accuracy of the target. | 5 | Genetic variations of glycinin subunit genes among cultivated and wild type soybean species显示文摘Glycinin is a predominant storage protein in most soybean accessions. It is a hexamer constituted by five major subunits, which can be classified into two groups. Group I contains G1, G2 and G3, and Group II contains G4 and G5. The genes encoding these subunits have been designated from Gy1 to Gy5, respectively. In the present study, Gy1 genomic fragments were cloned from wild accessions of sub- genera Glycine glycine, Glycine soja and a cultivar of Glycine max. Their sequences and the deduced amino acid sequences were com- pared. The residues critical for assembling of G1 subunits from the wild perennial accession were conservative. The Gy4 fragments were cloned from two wild perennial accessions and compared with that from subgenus Soja. The intron 3 of Gy4 had abundant vari- ations between the subgenera G. soja and G. glycine as well as within the subgenus G. glycine. Abundant variations existed in the dis- ordered regions 3 and 4 of G4 subunits from two wild perennial accessions. The genomic organization of glycinin genes was analyzed in 19 accessions from subgenera Soja and Glycine. The hybridization patterns were identical among the accessions of subgenus Soja. On the contrary, abundant polymorphisms existed between the accessions from subgenus Glycine. | 6 | A novel bioactive polyurethane with controlled degradation and L-Arg release used as strong adhesive tissue patch for hemostasis and promoting wound healing显示文摘Effective strategy of hemostasis and promoting angiogenesis are becoming increasingly urgent in modern medicine due to millions of deaths caused by tissue damage and inflammation. The tissue adhesive has been favored as an optimistic and efficient path to stop bleeding, while, current adhesive presents limitations on wound care or potential degradation safety in clinical practice. Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to construct multifunctional wound adhesive to address the issues. Based on pro-angiogenic property of L-Arginine (L-Arg), in this study, the novel tissue adhesive (G-DLPUs) constructed by L-Arg-based degradable polyurethane (DLPU) and GelMA were prepared for wound care. After systematic characterization, we found that the G-DLPUs were endowed with excellent capability in shape-adaptive adhesion. Moreover, the L-Arg released and the generation of NO during degradation were verified which would enhance wound healing. Following the in vivo biocompatibility was verified, the hemostatic effect of the damaged organ was tested using a rat liver hemor-rhage model, from which reveals that the G-DLPUs can reduce liver bleeding by nearly 75% and no obvious inflammatory cells observed around the tissue. Moreover, the wound care effect was confirmed in a mouse full-thickness skin defect model, showing that the hydrogel adhesive significantly improves the thickness of newly formed dermis and enhance vascularization (CD31 staining).
