Exploring porous zeolitic imidazolate frame work-8(ZIF-8)as an efficient filler for high-performance poly(ethyleneoxide)-based solid polymer electrolytes显示文摘Nano Research volume 13,pages2259–2267(2020)Cite this article 277 Accesses 1 Altmetric Metrics details Abstract The incorporation of inorganic fillers into poly(ethyleneoxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)is well known as a low-cost and effective method to improve their mechanical and electrochemical properties.Porous zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)is firstly used as the filler for PEO-based SPEs in this work.Due to the introduction of ZIF-8,an ionic conductivity of 2.2×10^−5 S/cm(30℃)is achieved for the composite SPE,which is one order of magnitude higher than that of the pure PEO.ZIF-8 also accounts for the broader electrochemical stability window and lithium ion transference number(0.36 at 60℃)of the composite SPE.Moreover, the improved mechanism of ZIF-8 to the composite SPE is investigated by zeta potential and Fourier transform infrared spectrograph characterizations. The stability at the composite SPE/lithium interface is greatly enhanced. The LiFePO4||Li cells using the composite SPE exhibit high capacity and excellent cycling performance at 60℃,i.e.,85%capacity retention with 111 mA·h/g capacity retained after 350 cycles at 0.5 C.In comparison, the cells using the pure PEO show fast capacity decay to 74 mA·h/g maintaining only 68 capacity. These results indicate that the PEO-based SPEs with ZIF-8 are of great promise for the application in solid-state lithium metal batteries. | Zhiwen Lei Jinlai Shen Weide Zhang Qingrong Wang Jun Wang Yonghong Deng Chaoyang Wang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,8: | 5
Substantial transition to clean household energy mix in rural China显示文摘The household energy mix has significant impacts on human health and climate,as it contributes greatly to many health-and climate-relevant air pollutants.Compared to the well-established urban energy statistical system, the rural household energy statistical system is incomplete and is often associated with high biases.Via a nationwide investigation, this study revealed high contributions to energy supply from coal and biomass fuels in the rural household energy sector, while electricity comprised∼20%.Stacking(the use of multiple sources of energy)is significant, and the average number of energy types was 2.8 per household.Compared to 2012,the consumption of biomass and coals in 2017 decreased by 45%and 12%,respectively,while the gas consumption amount increased by 204%.Increased gas and decreased coal consumptions were mainly in cooking, while decreased biomass was in both cooking(41%)and heating(59%).The time-sharing fraction of electricity and gases(E&G)for daily cooking grew, reaching 69%in 2017,but for space heating, traditional solid fuels were still dominant, with the national average shared fraction of E&G being only 20%.The non-uniform spatial distribution and the non-linear increase in the fraction of E&G indicated challenges to achieving universal access to modern cooking energy by 2030,particularly in less-developed rural and mountainous areas. In some non-typical heating zones, the increased share of E&G for heating was significant and largely driven by income growth, but in typical heating zones, the time-sharing fraction was<5%and was not significantly increased, except in areas with policy intervention. The intervention policy not only led to dramatic increases in the clean energy fraction for heating but also accelerated the clean cooking transition.Higher income, higher education, younger age, less energy/stove stacking and smaller family size positively impacted the clean energy transition. | Guofeng Shen Rui Xiong Yanlin Tian Zhihan Luo Bahabaike Jiangtulu Wenjun Meng Wei Du Jing Meng Yuanchen Chen Bing Xue Bin Wang Yonghong Duan Jia Duo Fenggui Fan Lei Huang Tianzhen Ju Fenggui Liu Shunxin Li Xianli Liu Yungui Li Mu Wang Ying Nan Bo Pan Yanfang Pan Lizhi Wang Eddy Zeng Chao Zhan Yilin Chen Huizhong Shen Hefa Cheng Shu Tao | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,7: | 4
Aboveground biomass and its spatial distribution pattern of herbaceous marsh vegetation in China显示文摘Herbaceous marsh is the most widely distributed type of marsh wetland ecosystem, and has important ecological functions such as water conservation, climate regulation, carbon storage and fixation, and sheltering rare species. The carbon sequestration function of herbaceous marsh plays a key role in slowing climate warming and maintaining regional environmental stability.Vegetation biomass is an important index reflecting the carbon sequestration capacity of wetlands.Investigating the biomass of marsh vegetation can provide a scientific basis for estimating the carbon storage and carbon sequestration capacity of marshes.Based on field survey data of aboveground biomass of herbaceous marsh vegetation and the distribution data set of marsh in China,we analyzed the aboveground biomass and its spatial distribution pattern of herbaceous marsh on a national scale for the first time. The results showed that in China the total area of herbaceous marsh was 9.7×10^(4) km^(2),the average density of aboveground biomass of herbaceous marsh vegetation was 227.5±23.0 g C m-2(95%confidence interval, the same below),and the total aboveground biomass was 22.2±2.2 Tg C(1 Tg=1012 g).The aboveground biomass density of herbaceous marsh vegetation is generally low in Northeast China and the Tibetan Plateau, and high in central North China and coastal regions in China. In different marsh distribution regions of China, the average biomass density of herbaceous marsh vegetation from small to large was as follows:temperate humid and semi-humid marsh region(182.3±49.3 g C m^(-2)) | Xiangjin SHEN Ming JIANG Xianguo LU Xingtu LIU Bo LIU Jiaqi ZHANG Xianwei WANG Shouzheng TONG Guangchun LEI Shengzhong WANG Chuan TONG Hangqing FAN Kun TIAN Xiaolong WANG Yuanman HU Yonghong XIE Muyuan MA Shuwen ZHANG Chunxiang CAO Zhichen WANG | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,7: | 4
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2-induced multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)-induced multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children(MIS-C)is a life-threatening illness that has been reported in the United States and Europe. It affects multiple organ systems and often requires patient admission to an intensive care unit.Although some features of MIS-C overlap with Kawasaki disease,MIS-C is more common among older children and adolescents, more often affects cardiovascular and gastrointestinal systems, and more frequently presents with elevated inflammatory markers.Rapid and complete clinical recovery is possible in nearly all patients following immunomodulation therapy. Thus far,MIS-C pathophysiology and long-term prognosis are not sufficiently clear;further studies are needed. | Zhiguan Feng Yanmin Bao Yonghong Yang Yuejie Zheng Kunling Shen | 2020 | Pediatric Investigation2020,4,4: | 3
China Antihypertensive Trial in Acute Ischemic Stroke II (CATIS-2): rationale and design显示文摘Backgrounds Increased blood pressure(BP)for patients who had an acute ischaemic stroke is associated with poor functional outcome, however the optimal timing of antihypertensive therapy is unknown.Aims We aim to compare early antihypertensive treatment to delayed antihypertensive treatment for reducing the risk of composite major disability and mortality at 3 months in acute ischaemic stroke.Design The China Antihypertensive Trial in Acute Ischemic Stroke II(CATIS-2)trial is a multicentre,randomised,open-label,blinded-endpoints trial that will be conducted in 100 hospitals in China. The primary outcome is the composite of death and major disability(modified Rankin Scale score≥3)at 3 months of randomisation.Antihypertensive treatment will be received immediately after randomisation in the early treatment group, aimed at average systolic BP by 10%-20%reduction within the first 24 hours, and achieving an average BP level of<140/90 mm Hg within 5 days.Patients in the delayed treatment group will discontinue any antihypertension medications for the first 7 days of randomisation, and will receive antihypertensive therapy achieving a BP goal of<140/90 mm Hg after 7 days. Conclusion The CATIS-2 trial will be testing the hypotheses that early BP lowering leads to improved functional outcome without any other harms, and developing clinical guidelines of the BP management for patients who had an acute ischaemic stroke. | Liping Liu Yilong Wang Xuewei Xie Dacheng Liu Aili Wang Penglian Wang Suwen Shen Chongke Zhong Yufei Wei Tan Xu Yuesong Pan Yong Jiang Xia Meng David Wang Yonghong Zhang Jiang He Yongjun Wang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2: | 3
Genomic and Phenotypic Diversity of Carbapenemase-Producing Enterobacteriaceae Isolates from Bacteremia in China: A Multicenter Epidemiological, Microbiological, and Genetic Study显示文摘Carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae(CPE) isolates are recognized as one of the most severe threats to public health. However, the population structure and genetic characteristics of CPE isolates among bloodstream infections(BSIs) are largely unknown. To address this knowledge gap, in this study,we included patients with clinically significant BSIs due to Enterobacterales isolates, recruited from 26 sentinel hospitals in China(2014–2015). CPE isolates were microbiologically and genomically characterized, including their susceptibility profiles, molecular typing, phylogenetic features, and genetic context analysis of carbapenemase-encoding genes. Of the 2569 BSI Enterobacterales isolates enrolled, 42(1.6%) were carbapenemase-positive. Moreover, among the 2242 investigated isolates, 1111(49.6%) extendedspectrum β-lactamase(ESBL)-producing isolates were identified in Escherichia coli(E. coli), Klebsiella pneumoniae(K. pneumoniae), Proteus mirabilis(P. mirabilis), and Klebsiella oxytoca. Whole genome sequencing analysis showed the clonal spread of K. pneumoniae carbapenemase(KPC)-2-producing K. pneumoniae sequence type(ST) 11 and New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase(NDM)-5-producing E. coli ST167 in our collection. Plasmid analysis revealed that carbapenemase-encoding genes were located on multiple plasmids. A high prevalence of biofilm-encoding type 3 fimbriae clusters and yesiniabactin-associated genes was observed in K. pneumoniae isolates. This work demonstrates the high prevalence of ESBLs and the wide dissemination of CPE among BSI isolates in China, which represent real clinical threats. Moreover, our findings first illustrate a more comprehensive genome scenario of CPE isolates among BSIs. The clonal spread of KPC-2-producing K. pneumoniae ST11 and NDM-5-producing E. coli ST167 needs to be closely monitored. | Beiwen Zheng Hao Xu Lihua Guo Xiao Yu Jinru Ji Chaoqun Ying Yunbo Chen Ping Shen Huiming Han Chen Huang Shuntian Zhang Tao Lv Yonghong Xiao | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,5: | 2

Numerical solution of a mathematical model for water wavesin large coastal areas显示文摘Based on the evolution equation for water waves, a mathematical model for wave propaga tion in large mild - slope areas is derived. The model is solved by the finite difference method with the staggered grid system. The computational results are in good agreement with experimental data and show that the model can obtain better results with relatively coarser grids. The model can be used to simulate water wave propagation in large coastal areas and can be efficiently solved without much programming effort. | Zheng Yonghong Shen Yongming Xia Jin | 2000 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2000,19,4: | 0
