1MicroRNA-324-3p Plays A Protective Role Against Coxsackievirus B3-Induced Viral Myocarditis显示文摘Viral myocarditis(VM) is an inflammatory disease of the myocardium associated with heart failure, which is caused by common viral infections. A majority of the infections are initiated by coxsackievirus B3(CVB3). Micro RNAs(mi RNAs)have a major role in various biological processes, including gene expression, cell growth, proliferation, and apoptosis, as well as viral infection and antiviral immune responses. Although, mi RNAs have been found to regulate viral infections,their role in CVB3 infection remains poorly understood. In the previous study, mi RNA microarray results showed that mi R-324-3 p expression levels were significantly increased when cells and mice were infected with CVB3. It was also found that miR-324-3p downregulated TRIM27 and decreased CVB3 replication in vitro and in vivo. In vitro, analysis of downstream signaling of TRIM27 revealed that, miR-324-3p inhibited CVB3 infection, and reduced cytopathic effect and viral plaque formation by reducing the expression of TRIM27. In vivo, miR-324-3p decreased the expression of TRIM27,reduced cardiac viral replication and load, thereby strongly attenuating cardiac injury and inflammation. 2Materials and structures for the electron transport layer of efficient and stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘The electron transport layer plays a vital function in extracting and transporting photogenerated electrons, modifying the interface, aligning the interfacial energy level and minimizing the charge recombination in perovskite solar cells. This review summarizes the recent research progress on electron transport materials of metal oxides, organic molecules and multilayers. The doped metal oxides as electron transport materials in regular perovskite solar cells show improved device performance relative to their non-doped counterpart due to enhanced electron mobility and energy level alignment. The non-fullerene organic electron transport materials with better electron mobility and tunable energy level alignment need to be further designed and developed despite their advantages of mechanical flexibility and wide range tunability. 3Impact of photosynthesis and transpiration on nitrogen removal in constructed wetlands显示文摘To determine the impact of photosynthesis and transpiration on nitrogen removal in wetlands,an artificial wetland planted with reeds was constructed to treat highly concentrated domestic wastewater.Under different meteoro-logical and hydraulic conditions,the daily changes of photo-synthesis and transpiration of reeds,as well as nitrogen removal efficiency were measured.It was found that net pho-tosynthesis rate per unit leaf area was maintained on a high level(average 19.0μmol CO_(2)/(m^(2)·s))from 10:00 to 14:00 in July 2004 and reached a peak of 21.1μmol CO2/(m2·s)when Photon Flux Density was high during the day.Meanwhile,TN and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal efficiency rose to 79.6%and 89.6%,respectively-the maximum values observed in the test.Correlation coefficient analysis demonstrated a positive cor-relation among photon flux density,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and TN and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal efficiency.In contrast,there was a negative correlation between stomatal conductance and TN and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal efficiency.Results suggest that the photosynthesis and transpiration of wetland plants have a great impact on nitrogen removal efficiency of wetlands,which can be enhanced by an increase in the photo-synthesis and transpiration rate.In addition,the efficiency of water usage by reeds and nitrogen removal efficiency could be affected by the water level in wetlands;a higher level boosts nitrogen removal efficiency.LUO Weiguo WANG Shihe HUANG Juan YAN Lu HUANG Jun 2007Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2007,1,3:2
4Two-step solvent post-treatment on PTAA for highly efficient and stable inverted perovskite solar cells显示文摘Modifying the surface of poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine](PTAA)with toluene during the high-speed spin-coating process of dimethylformamide considerably improves the wettability and morphology of PTAA and results in improvement of the crystallinity and absorption of perovskite film.The hole mobility and ohm contact have also been improved accordingly.Combined with these improved parameters,inverted perovskite solar cells with high efficiency of 19.13%and long-term stability could be achieved,which are much better than those with untreated PTAA.Importantly,our devices can keep 88.4%of the initial power conversion efficicncy after 30 days of storage in ambient air.YANG LI CHAO LIANG GAOPENG WANG JIELEI LI SHI CHEN SHIHE YANG CUICHUANG XING HUI PAN 2020Photonics Research2020,8,10:2
