| 1 | Sedimentary architecture models of deepwater turbidite channel systems in the Niger Delta continental slope,West Africa显示文摘This paper studied an architecture model of turbidite channel systems based on the shallow- layer high resolution 3D seismic information in the deepwater area in the Niger Delta continental slope, West Africa as a prototype model. Different types of channel systems were identified and the corresponding architecture models were established. The controlling factors, evaluation criteria and spatial distribution of different channel systems were analyzed. This study shows that turbidite channel systems of West Africa could be classified into three types; confined, semi-confined and unconfined, according to the condition of canyon and the levees on both sides. On one hand, along the transport direction, channel system evolves from confined to unconfined. Within channel systems, channel complexes, including two types of incised and enveloped, are the most important reservoir bodies. On the other hand, there is a channel complex evolution from incised to enveloped vertically. The geological factors exert impacts of different levels on the architecture of the turbidite channels in different sedimentary systems or even within the same system. | Liu Li Zhang Tingshan Zhao Xiaoming Wu Shenghe Hu Jialiang Wang Xing Zhang Yikai | 2013 | Petroleum Science2013,10,2: | 16 |
| 2 | Effects of nano-pore system characteristics on CH4 adsorption capacity in anthracite显示文摘This study aims to determine the effects of nanoscale pores system characteristics on CH4 adsorption capacity in anthracite.A total of 24 coal samples from the southern Sichuan Basin,China, were examined systemically using coal maceral analysis, vitrinite reflectance tests, proximate analysis, ultimate analysis,low-temperature N2 adsorption-desorption experiments, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)analysis, and CH4 isotherm adsorption experiments. Results show that nano-pores are divided into four types on the basis of pore size ranges:super micropores (<4 nm),micropores (4-10 nm),mesopores (10-100 nm),and macropores (>100 nm).Super micropores, micropores, and mesopores make up the bulk of coal porosity, providing extremely large adsorption space with large intemal surface area. This leads us to the conclusion that the threshold of pore diameter between adsorption pores and seepage pores is 100 nm.The 'ink bottle'pores have the largest CH4 adsorption capacity, followed by semi-opened pores, whereas opened pores have the smallest CH4 adsorption capacity which indicates that anthracite pores with more irregular shapes possess higher CH4 adsorption capacity.CH4 adsorption capacity increased with the increase in NMR porosity and the bound water saturation.Moreover,CH4 adsorption capacity is positively correlated with NMR permeability when NMR permeability is less than 8 ×10^-3 md.By contrast, the two factors are negatively correlated when NMR permeability is greater than 8 × 10^-3 md. | Chang'an SHAN Tingshan ZHANG Xing LIANG Dongchu SHU Zhao ZHANG Xiangfeng WEI Kun ZHANG Xuliang FENG Haihua ZHU Shengtao WANG Yue CHEN | 2019 | Frontiers of Earth Science2019,13,1: | 2 |

| 4 | A Review of Formation Mechanism Study on Reservoirs with Tilted Oil-water Contacts显示文摘The distribution characteristics of the oil-water contact are the basis for the reservoir exploration and development and reserves evaluation. The reservoir with a tilted oil-water contact has a unique formation mechanism, and the understanding of its distribution and formation mechanism will directly affect the evaluations for the reservoir type, well deployment, selection of well pattern and type, determination of test section, and reserves evaluation. Based on the analysis of reservoir characteristics, petrophysical properties and geological structure in 40 reservoirs worldwide with tilted oil-water contacts, the progress of the research on the formation mechanisms of titled oil-water contacts is summarized in terms of the hydrodynamic conditions, reservoir heterogeneity, neotectonic movement and oil-gas exploitation. According to the formation mechanism of tilted oil-water contacts and the needs of exploration research, different aspects of research methods are summarized and classified, such as the calculation of equipotential surfaces for oil and water in the formation, analysis of formation pressure and analysis of reservoir physical properties and so on. Based upon statistical analysis, it is suggested that the degree of the inclination of the oil-water contact be divided based on the dip of oil-water contact(DipTOWC). The tilted oil-water contact is divided into three categories: large dip(DipTOWC≥55 m/km), medium dip(4 m/km≤DipTOWC<55 m/km), and small dip(DipTOWC<4 m/km). The classification and evaluation method can be combined with structure amplitude and reservoir property. The formation mechanism of domestic and international reservoirs with tilted oil-water contacts are summarized in this paper, which have important significance in guiding the exploration and development of the oilfield with tilted oil-water contacts, reserves evaluation, and well deployment. | WANG Sufen ZHANG Tingshan ZHOU Jixian HU Yu | 2017 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,1: | 1 |
| 5 | Liposome-coated CaO_(2)nanoblockers for enhanced checkpoint blockade therapy by inhibiting PD-L1 de novo biosynthesis显示文摘The blocking of the immune checkpoint pathway with antibodies, especially targeting to programmed death-1/programmed death ligand-1(PD-1/PD-L1)pathway,was currently a widely used treatment strategy in clinical practice. However, the shortcomings of PD-L1 antibodies were constantly exposed with the deepening of its research and their therapeutic effect was limited by the translocation and redistribution of intracellular PD-L1.Herein,we proposed to improve immune checkpoint blockade therapy by using liposomes-coated CaO_(2)(CaO_(2)@Lipo)nanoparticles to inhibit the de novo biosynthesis of PD-L1.CaO_(2)@Lipo would produce oxygen and reduce hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)level,which then downregulated the expression of PD-L1.Our in vitro and in vivo results have confirmed CaO_(2)@Lipo promoted the degradation of HIF-1αand then downregulated the expression of PD-L1 in cancer cells for avoiding immune escape.Furthermore,to mimicking the clinical protocol of anti-PD-L1 antibodies+chemo-drugs,CaO_(2)@Lipo was combined with doxorubicin(DOX)to investigate the tumor inhibition efficiency. We found CaO_(2)@Lipo enhanced DOX-induced immunogenic cell death(ICD)effect, which then promoted the infiltration of T cells, strengthened the blocking effect, thus provided an effective means to overcome the traditional immune checkpoint blockade treatment. | Ruijun Che Dandan Han Fei Wang Huifang Liu Miao Fan Hongyu Yan Tingshan Xiao Zhaoshuo Wang Xiaohan Zhou Xueyi Wang Kaihan Zhang Caiwen Ou Jinchao Zhang Zhenhua Li | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,5: | 0 |
