1SlMYB75,an MYB-type transcription factor,promotes anthocyanin accumulation and enhances volatile aroma production in tomato fruits显示文摘Genetic manipulation of genes to upregulate specific branches of metabolic pathways is a method that is commonly used to improve fruit quality.However,the use of a single gene to impact several metabolic pathways is difficult.Here,we show that overexpression of the single gene SlMYB75(SlMYB75-OE)is effective at improving multiple fruit quality traits.In these engineered fruits,the anthocyanin content reached 1.86mg g−1 fresh weight at the red-ripe stage,and these SlMYB75-OE tomatoes displayed a series of physiological changes,including delayed ripening and increased ethylene production.In addition to anthocyanin,the total contents of phenolics,flavonoids and soluble solids in SlMYB75-OE fruits were enhanced by 2.6,4,and 1.2 times,respectively,compared to those of wild-type(WT)fruits.Interestingly,a number of aroma volatiles,such as aldehyde,phenylpropanoid-derived and terpene volatiles,were significantly increased in SlMYB75-OE fruits,with some terpene volatiles showing more than 10 times higher levels than those in WT fruits.Consistent with the metabolic assessment,transcriptomic profiling indicated that the genes involved in the ethylene signaling,phenylpropanoid and isoprenoid pathways were greatly upregulated in SlMYB75-OE fruits.Yeast one-hybrid and transactivation assays revealed that SlMYB75 is able to directly bind to the MYBPLANT and MYBPZM cis-regulatory elements and to activate the promoters of the LOXC,AADC2 and TPS genes.The identification of SlMYB75 as a key regulator of fruit quality attributes through the transcriptional regulation of downstream genes involved in several metabolic pathways opens new avenues towards engineering fruits with a higher sensory and nutritional quality.Wei Jian Haohao Cao Shu Yuan Yudong Liu Juanfang Lu Wang Lu Ning Li Jianhui Wang Jian Zou Ning Tang Chan Xu Yulin Cheng Yanqiang Gao Wanpeng Xi Mondher Bouzayen Zhengguo Li 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:39
2Mass Transfer during Hematitization and Implications for Uranium Mineralization in the Zoujiashan Deposit,Xiangshan Volcanic Basin显示文摘The Zoujiashan uranium deposit in the Xiangshan ore field is the largest volcanic-related uranium deposit in China.Hematite-and fluorite-type ores are the predominant mineralization styles.Hematitization in the Xiangshan ore field is closely associated with uranium mineralization,mainly occurring as hematitized rocks enclosing fluorite-type vein ores developed in pre-ore illitized porphyritic lava.Detailed petrographic and mass balance calculation studies were conducted to evaluate the mechanisms for uranium precipitation and mass transfer during hematitization.Petrographic observations suggest that in the hematitized rocks,orthoclase is more altered than plagioclase,and quartz dissolution is common,whereas in the illitized rocks,pyrite commonly occurs within the altered biotite grains,and chlorite grains are locally found.Mass balance calculations indicate that Na2O and U were gained,K2O,Ca O and Si O2were lost,whereas Fe2O3-t remained more or less constant during hematitization.These observations suggest that the hydrothermal fluids were Na-and U-rich and Ca-K-poor,and the Fe2+used for hematitization was locally derived,most likely from biotite,pyrite and chlorite in the host rocks.The Fe2+is inferred to have played the role of reductant to precipitate uranium,and calculation indicates that oxidation of Fe2+provided by host rocks is sufficient to form ores of economic significance.Consequently,the hematite-type ore is interpreted to be generated by the reaction between oxidized ore fluids and reduced components in host rocks.The development of calcite and pyrite in the fluorite ores suggests that perhaps mixing between the U-rich fluid and another fluid carrying reduced sulfur and carbon may have also contributed to uranium mineralization,in addition to temperature and pressure drop associated with the veining.Teng Deng Guoxiang Chi Xiongjie Zhang Zenghua Li Deru Xu Shengmiao Li Pengfei Du Pei Shang Shaohao Zou Wanpeng Zhou Ke Xu Hai Yan MaWen Zhengpeng Ding 2022Journal of Earth Science2022,33,2:0
3Depth estimation using an improved stereo network显示文摘Self-supervised depth estimation approaches present excellent results that are comparable to those of the fully supervised approaches,by employing view synthesis between the target and reference images in the training data.ResNet,which serves as a backbone network,has some structural deficiencies when applied to downstream fields,because its original purpose was to cope with classification problems.The low-texture area also deteriorates the performance.To address these problems,we propose a set of improvements that lead to superior predictions.First,we boost the information flow in the network and improve the ability to learn spatial structures by improving the network structures.Second,we use a binary mask to remove the pixels in low-texture areas between the target and reference images to more accurately reconstruct the image.Finally,we input the target and reference images randomly to expand the dataset and pre-train it on ImageNet,so that the model obtains a favorable general feature representation.We demonstrate state-of-the-art performance on an Eigen split of the KITTI driving dataset using stereo pairs.Wanpeng XU Ling ZOU Lingda WU Yue QI Zhaoyong QIAN 2022Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2022,23,5:0
4An Empirical Analysis of Regional Disparity of Financial Exclusion Based on Types and Levels of Financial Institution显示文摘We make an empirical analysis of regional characteristics of influence factors of financial exclusion by using the data of types and levels of financial institutions in China from 1998 to 2012. The study shows that the number of financial institutions continues to increase,but with uneven distribution; the density of financial institutions increases steadily and the gap between the eastern regions and the Midwest is huge; the commercial banks of the eastern regions account for the highest proportion but the rate of basic outlets of the commercial bank is low,the rate of basic outlets of the rural institution bank is relatively higher,and the proportion of the Midwest rural banks is high. Even though the financial exclusion eases,large differences still exist in different areas and the situation is rather critical in rural areas,especially the financial exclusion in western rural areas is the worst. The economic development level,area scale,government expenditure,personal savings level,per capita consumption and educational level have different effects on financial exclusion.
