| 2 | Downregulation of LINC01296 suppresses non-small-cell lung cancer via targeting miR-143-3p/ATG2B显示文摘The 5-year survival rate of lung cancer is one of the lowest among various malignant tumors.Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs),noncoding RNAs longer than 200 nucleotides,can function either as tumor suppressors or as oncogenes.The aim of this study is to investigate the function of lncRNA LINC01296 and its molecular mechanism in non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).According to the Gene Expression Omnibus database,10 differentially expressed lncRNAs in NSCLC cells and patient tissues are upregulated.LINC01296 is the one with the most significant overexpression.Knockdown of LINC01296 inhibits the growth and migration,arrests the cell cycle,and promotes the apoptosis of NSCLC cells.Knocking down LINC01296 in vivo suppresses tumor growth and metastasis.LINC01296 also acts as the sponge of miR-143-3p.Lowering the expression of LINC01296 leads to decreased expression of autophagy-related 2B,ATG2B,a target gene of miR-143-3p.Moreover,downregulation of LINC01296 promotes paclitaxel sensitivity in NSCLC.These results demonstrated that the LINC01296/miR-143-3p/ATG2B axis is crucial in promoting the development of NSCLC and paclitaxel resistance.Our study may provide new ideas for the further research of clinical chemotherapy of NSCLC in the near future. | Yanli Li Hui Zhang Jing Guo Wanqiu Li Xianyi Wang Caiyan Zhang Qiangling Sun Zhongliang Ma | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,12: | 8 |
| 3 | NDUFAB1 confers cardio-protection by enhancing mitochondrial bioenergetics through coordination of respiratory complex and supercomplex assembly显示文摘The impairment of mitochondrial bioenergetics,often coupled with exaggerated reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, is a fundamental disease mechanism in organs with a high demand for energy, including the heart. Building a more robust and safer cellular powerhouse holds the promise for protecting these organs in stressful conditions. Here, we demonstrate that NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit AB1 (NDUFAB1), also known as mitochondrial acyl carrier protein, acts as a powerful cardio-protector by conferring greater capacity and efficiency of mitochondrial energy metabolism. In particular, NDUFAB1 not only serves as a complex I subunit, but also coordinates the assembly of respiratory complexes I, II, and III, and supercomplexes, through regulating iron-sulfur biosynthesis and complex I subunit stability. Cardiac-specific deletion of Ndufab1 in mice caused defective bioenergetics and elevated ROS levels, leading to progressive dilated cardiomyopathy and eventual heart failure and sudden death. Overexpression of Ndufab1 effectively enhanced mitochondrial bioenergetics while limiting ROS production and protected the heart against ischemia-reperfusion injury. | 5 | Evaluation of the Clinical Efficacy of Full Femtosecond Laser Surgery in the Treatment of Myopia显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of full femtosecond laser surgery in the treatment of myopia patients.Methods:120 myopia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,60 patients in the observation group underwent full femtosecond laser surgery,and 60 patients in the control group underwent femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)surgery.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:10 days postoperatively and 6 months after operation,the visual acuity level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the postoperative corneal asphericity coefficient and corneal full-thickness were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate 6 months after operation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full femtosecond laser surgical treatment can improve the postoperative visual acuity of patients with myopia,enhance the corneal asphericity coefficient(Q)and corneal full-thickness,and exert significant clinical effects. | Zhigang Ma Jingwei Zhang Ning Ma Wanqiu Jiao | 2024 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2024,8,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration in Betula platyphalla显示文摘Betula platyphylla is a native tree species in northern China that has high economic and medicinal value.We developed an efficient protocol for the induction of somatic embryogenesis in B.platyphalla from immature zygotic embryos and assessed the effects of explant type,genotype,and plant growth regulators(PGRs)on embryogenic callus induction.Among the various explants evaluated,embryogenic callus was only produced from mature and immature zygotic embryos on medium with added 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D).Supplementation of 2,4-D-containing medium with cytokinins increased the frequency of embryogenic callus induction.On the 20 days after pollination,immature zygotic embryos that had been collected in mid-May yielded embryogenic tissue at the highest frequency(16.8%)when cultured on half-strength MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg L^(-1)2,4-D and 0.2 mg L^(-1)6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA).The process of proliferation of embryogenic callus,somatic embryo formation,and subsequent plantlet conversion occurred under optimal culture conditions.When regenerated plants weretransplanted to soil,95%of them developed normally and grew vigorously.This somatic embryogenesis system required 3–4 months for the regeneration of B.platyphalla plantlets from immature zygotic embryos. | Jingli Yang Da Yang Wanqiu Lü Xin Zhang Miaomiao Ma Guifeng Liu Jing Jiang Chenghao Li | 2021 | Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,3: | 0 |

| 8 | Analysis of the Efficacy of Triamcinolone Acetonide Combined with Ranibizumab in the Treatment of Fundus Diseases显示文摘Objective:To analyze the effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with ranibizumab in patients with fundus diseases.Methods:100 patients with fundus diseases admitted from January 2018 to January 2023 were selected.The patients were separated into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in the control group(treated with ranibizumab),and 50 cases in the observation group(treated with triamcinolone acetonide combined with ranibizumab).The clinical effects of both treatment regimens were compared.Results:The time taken for symptom disappearance of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher naked-eye visual acuity(4.18±0.89)compared to the control group.Besides,the observation group also had lower intraocular pressure(14.19±1.33 mmHg)and retinal thickness(283.14±3.29μm),with(P<0.05)compared to the control group.Moreover,the observation group had a lower adverse reaction rate and a higher quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of triamcinolone acetonide combined with ranibizumab treatment can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with fundus disease,improve visual acuity,intraocular pressure,and retinal thickness,with low adverse reaction rate and better prognosis and quality of life. | Wanqiu Jiao Jingwei Zhang Ning Ma Zhigang Ma | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023,7,6: | 0 |
