2The Pengguan tectonic dome of Longmen Mountains, Sichuan Province:Mesozoic denudation of a Neoproterozoic magmatic arc-basin system显示文摘Neoproterozoic igneous and metamorphic complexes occur as tectonic domes in the Longmen Mountains of the western margin of the Yangtze Block, and are important in reconstructing the Rodinian supercontinent and constraining the timing and mechanism of tectonic denudational processes. The Pengguan dome consists of granitic intrusions and metamorphic rocks of the Huangshuihe Group and is tectonically overlain by ductilly deformed Sinian to Paleozoic strata. The plutonic intrusions consist of granites with abundant amphibolite enclaves. New LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating yielded an emplacement age of 809±3 Ma and a protolith age of 844±6 Ma for the granite. The granitic rocks have geochemical signatures typical of A-type granites, indicating their formation under an extensional environment, by melting of newly formed tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite (TTG) rocks. A detachment fault, characterized by variable ductile shear deformation of S-C fabric and ESE-ward kinematics, separates the Pengguan dome from the Sinian-Paleozoic cover. 40Ar/39Ar dating of muscovite from the mylonite in the detachment fault of the dome demonstrates that ductile deformation occurred at ~160 Ma. 4A new discrete Fourier transform randomness test显示文摘The randomness of random number generators(RNGs) is important for the reliability of cryptographic systems since the outputs of RNGs are usually utilized to construct cryptographic parameters.Statistical tests are employed to evaluate the randomness of the RNG outputs. The discrete Fourier transform(DFT) test is an important test item of the most popular statistical test suite NIST SP800-22. In the standard NIST DFT test and related improved studies, there exist accuracy and efficiency issues. First, the bit sequences generated by known good RNGs have a high probability to be rejected when the sequences are long or the sequence number is large, due to the deviation between the actual distribution of the test statistic values and the assumed normal distribution. Second, the long test time and high memory consumptions of the complex DFT test algorithm also affect its practicability. To solve these problems, we propose a new DFT test method for long sequences(106 or more bits). Different from the previous DFT test methods focusing on making the distribution of the test statistic values closer to the normal distribution, we reconstruct the statistic to follow the chi-square distribution. Our experiment result shows that our method has higher reliability in the two-level test, and could effectively reduce the test time and the memory consumptions.When applying our method on randomness test, the test efficiency has been increased to about 4 times for 106-bit sequences and 7 times for 107-bit sequences. 5Crystal-KMC: Parallel Software for Lattice Dynamics Monte Carlo Simulation of Metal Materials显示文摘Kinetic Monte Carlo(KMC) is a widely used method for studying the evolution of materials at the microcosmic level. At present, while there are many simulation software programs based on this algorithm, most focus on the verification of a certain phenomenon and have no analog-scale requirement, so many are serial in nature. The dynamic Monte Carlo algorithm is implemented using a parallel framework called SPPARKS, but it does not support the Embedded Atom Method(EAM) potential, which is commonly used in the dynamic simulation of metal materials. Metal material — the preferred material for most containers and components — plays an important role in many fields, including construction engineering and transportation. In this paper, we propose and describe the development of a parallel software program called Crystal-KMC, which is specifically used to simulate the lattice dynamics of metallic materials. This software uses MPI to achieve a parallel multiprocessing mode, which avoid the limitations of serial software in the analog scale. Finally, we describe the use of the parallel-KMC simulation software Crystal-KMC in simulating the diffusion of vacancies in iron, and analyze the experimental results. 6Degradation of organic matterin the sediments of Hongfeng Reservoir显示文摘In this work, the distribution of organic carbon, DNA and lipids in the sediments of Hongfeng Reservoir were described in addition to SO42? profile in pore water. The con- tents of organic carbon in the sediments range from 23.3 to 76.8 mg·g?1, with the peak value appearing at the depth of 8 cm bellow the sediments water interface (SWI), and tend to decrease gradually with sedimentation depth. The concentra- tions of SO42? decreased from 40.50 mg·L?1 to 12.00 mg·L?1 at SWI in top 4 cm sediment, and was kept at 12.0 mg·L?1 bel- low that depth. Newly produced organic carbon can be con- served as long as 14 years in the sediments. The contents of DNA were relatively high in top 9 cm surface sediments, as revealed by agarose gel images, close to those of organic car- bon and sulphate reduction index (SRI). 13Combined nanosuspensions from two natural active ingredients for cancer therapy with reduced side effects显示文摘Tumor drug resistance and systemic side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs are the main reasons for the failure of cancer treatment.In recent years,it was found that some natural active ingredients can reverse MDR and regulate body immunity to enhance the efficacy and reduce toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs.In this paper,a new nanosuspensions,HCPT and QUR hybrid nanosuspensions(HQ-NPs),was prepared by the microprecipitation-high pressure homogenization method to reverse tumor drug resistance,reduce toxicity,and increase therapeutic efficacy.The in vitro investigation results showed that HQ-NPs had a unique shape(particle size was about 216.3±5.9 nm),changed crystalline,and different dissolution rates compared with HCPT-NPs and QUR-NPs,which is attributed to the strong intermolecular forces between HCPT and QUR as indicated by the results of the molecule dock.It was verified that the HQ-NPs could double the retention of HCPT in cells and enhance the cytotoxicity to A549/PTX cells in vitro tests compared with HCPT-NPs.We also found that HQ-NPs can significantly enhance the accumulation of HCPT in tumor sites,improve the antitumor activity of HCPT,and protect the immune organs and other normal tissues(P<0.01),compared with HCPT-NPs.Therefore,hybrid nanosuspensions can offer promising potential as the drug delivery system for HCPT and QUR to increase the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the toxicity of HCPT.Yonghui Qiao Zhihao Wei Tingting Qin Rufeng Song Zhiqiang Yu Qi Yuan Juan Du Qingbing Zeng Lanlan Zong Shaofeng Duan Xiaohui Pu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,9:1
14Sequence-Oriented Stochastic Model of RO-TRNGs for Entropy Evaluation显示文摘Ring oscillator-based true random number generators(RO-TRNGs) are widely used to generate unpredictable random numbers for cryptographic systems.Entropy is usually adopted to quantitatively measure the unpredictability of a TRNG. There have been several stochastic models such as the time-oriented and phaseoriented ones built to evaluate the entropy of ElementaryRO-TRNGs with single oscillator. However, these models are not suitable for the TRNGs composed of multiple oscillators(Multiple-RO-TRNGs), which can obtain more randomness and higher throughput. Considering this,we propose a sequence-oriented stochastic model for the entropy evaluation of RO-TRNGs, named the first-order stationary Markov source model. This model is extensible for the Multiple-RO-TRNGs. Based on that, we present a detailed method to determine the entropy of Multiple-ROTRNGs. 16Effects of Different Picking Time and Different Geographical Provenances on Oil Content of Camellia oleifera显示文摘This paper studied effects of different picking time and different geographical provenances on oil content of Camellia oleifera. The results showed that different picking time had significant effects on the oil content of cold dew seeds and frost's descent seeds. With the delay of picking time,the oil content of cold dew seeds,frost's descent seeds,dry seeds and oil content of seed kernels were significantly increased.There was a significantly positive correlation between the oil content of fresh fruit of cold dew seeds and frost's descent seeds and the dry seed yield of fresh seeds and the oil content of fresh fruit( P < 0. 05),and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0. 85. Besides,the oil content of seed kernels of cold dew seeds was closely correlated with the seed yield of fresh seeds,oil content of fresh fruit,and oil content of fresh seeds. In the process of C. oleifera breeding,the thin coat,high seed yield and high oil content can be taken as the key research directions for future breeding. The oil content of ordinary C. oleifera seeds in 18 counties( cities) was 36. 42%-63. 33%,indicating that there were significant differences in the oil content of C. oleifera in different geographical provenances. In conclusion,according to the study of different picking time,the recommended picking time of cold dew seeds in Hunan area is around October 10,while the best picking time of frost's descent seeds is about October 30. The oil content of C. oleifera fruit in different geographical provenances is quite different.
