| 2 | RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF VIRTUAL PROTOTYPE OF RUNNING GEARS FOR RAILWAY VEHICLE显示文摘Virtual prototype is an important idea to resolve design problems of railway vehicle. A different development method,which is based on national product and autonomous development,and would like to reflect the specialty of railway vehicle development in China,is presented. According to the developing process of railway vehicle,the research contents and developing method are pointed out. The integration between CAD and performance analysis software on dynamics and strength is mainly considered. In CAD environment,the properties for dynamics computing are extracted directly from the model and exported with model. This method can avoid data losing caused by model rebuilding in CAE software,and increase the direct dependence of product CAD. Then the vehicle model with properties will be used for real-time dynamics and kinematics analysis and simulation. Therefore,the strength of the parts can be analyzed. The results of dynamics and strength analysis will be fed back to optimize the design model. All operations are dispatched by a control platform,and all data are managed according to the principle of PDM. | 4 | Size,morphology,and composition of lunar samples returned by Chang'E-5 mission显示文摘This study focuses on the physical and chemical properties of surficial lunar regolith(LR)samples returned from the Moon by the Chang’E-5(CE-5)mission.Insights regarding the effect of a new sampling geological site on the surficial lunar sample CE5 C0400 were illustrated using nondestructive techniques such as laser diffractometry coupled with image analysis,X-ray computed tomography,and field emission scanning electron microscopy equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy,and Xray diffraction combined with Rietveld refinement.From the characterization analyses,the CE-5 sampling site in the northeastern Oceanus Procellarum on the Moon yields a unique collection of relatively regular-shaped and fine basalt-dominated particles.The median grain size D_(50) is(55.24±0.96)μm,falling within the relatively low end of the range of the Apollo lunar returned samples.The coefficient of uniformity C_(u)of 15.1 and the coefficient of curvature C_(c)of 1.7 could classify CE5 C0400 to be well-graded.The minerals in CE5 C0400 comprise approximately 44.5%pyroxene,30.4%plagioclase,3.6%olivine,and6.0%ilmenite.There is a relatively low content of approximately 15.5%glass phase in the CE-5 lunar sample.From the results,we deduce that the CE-5 LR structure could have mainly resulted from micrometeoroid impacts to achieve such a high level of maturity. | Hui Zhang Xian Zhang Guang Zhang Keqi Dong Xiangjin Deng Xiaosong Gao Yaodong Yang Yuan Xiao Xiao Bai Kaixin Liang Yiwei Liu Wenbin Ma Shaofan Zhao Ce Zhang Xiaojing Zhang Jian Song Wei Yao Hong Chen Weihua Wang Zhigang Zou Mengfei Yang | 2022 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,2: | 4 |
| 5 | The lifestyle transition of Arthrobotrys oligospora is mediated by microRNA-like RNAs显示文摘The lifestyle transition of fungi,defined as switching from taking organic material as nutrients to pathogens,is a fundamental phenomenon in nature.However,the mechanisms of such transition remain largely unknown.Here we show microRNA-like RNAs(milRNAs)play a key role in fungal lifestyle transition for the first time.We identified milRNAs by small RNA sequencing in Arthrobotrys oligospora,a known nematode-trapping fungus.Among them,7 highly expressed milRNAs were confirmed by northern-blot analysis.Knocking out two milRNAs significantly decreased A.oligospora’s ability to switch lifestyles.We further identified that two of these milRNAs were associated with argonaute protein QDE-2 by RNA-immunoprecipitation(RIP)analysis.Three of the predicted target genes of milRNAs were found in immunoprecipitation(IP)products of QDE-2.Disruption of argonaute gene qde-2 also led to serious defects in lifestyle transition.Interestingly,knocking out individual milRNAs or qde-2 lead to diverse responses under different conditions,and qde-2 itself may be targeted by the milRNAs.Collectively,it indicates the lifestyle transition of fungi is mediated by milRNAs through RNA interference(RNAi)machinery,revealing the wide existence of miRNAs in fungi kingdom and providing new insights into understanding the adaptation of fungi from scavengers to predators and the mechanisms underlying fungal infections. | Xinglai Ji Heng Li Weihua Zhang Jiai Wang Lianming Liang Chenggang Zou Zefen Yu Shuqun Liu Ke-Qin Zhang | 2020 | Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,4: | 4 |
| 6 | Nobiletin downregulates the SKP2-p21/p27-CDK2 axis to inhibit tumor progression and shows synergistic effects with palbociclib on renal cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective:Natural extracts,including nobiletin,have been reported to enhance the efficacy and sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs.However,whether and how nobiletin affects tumor growth and progression in renal cell carcinoma(RCC)are still unclear.Methods:Cell proliferation,cell cycle and apoptosis analyses,colony-formation assays,immunoblotting analysis,and q RT-PCR analysis were performed to investigate how nobiletin affected RCC cell proliferation in vitro.The nude mouse model was used to test the efficacy of nobiletin alone or in combination with palbociclib.Results:Nobiletin inhibited cell proliferation by inducing G1 cell cycle arrest and cell apoptosis in RCC cells.Mechanistically,nobiletin decreased SKP2 protein expression by reducing its transcriptional level.The downregulated SKP2 caused accumulation of its substrates,p27 and p21,which further inhibited the activity of the G1 phase-related protein,CDK2,leading to inhibition of cell proliferation and tumor formation.A higher SKP2 protein level indicated less sensitivity to the CDK4/6 inhibitor,palbociclib.A combination of nobiletin and palbociclib showed a synergistic tumor inhibition in vitro and in an in vivo model.Conclusions:Nobiletin downregulated the SKP2-p21/p27-CDK2 axis to inhibit tumor progression and showed synergistic tumor inhibition effects with the CDK4/6 inhibitor,palbociclib,on RCC,which indicates a potential new therapeutic strategy. | Tingting Chen Liu Liu Yonghong Zou Xiaoyan Hu Wenfeng Zhang Tao Zhou Xi Luo Weihua Fu Jie Xu | 2021 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,1: | 3 |

| 8 | Calcium-dependent protein kinase CPK32 mediates calcium signaling in regulating Arabidopsis flowering time显示文摘Appropriate flowering time is critical for the reproductive success of plant species.Emerging evidence indicates that calcium may play an important role in the regulation of flowering time.However,the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear.In this study,we demonstrate that calcium-dependent protein kinase 32(CPK32) regulates flowering time by affecting the alternative polyadenylation of FLOWERING CONTROL LOCUS A(FCA) and altering the transcription of FLO WERING LOCUS C(FLC),a central repressor of flowering time.The knockdown of CPK32 results in an obvious late flowering phenotype and dramatically enhanced FL C transcription.CPK32 interacts with FCA,and phosphorylates the serine^(592)of FCA in a Ca^(2+)-dependent manner.Moreover,the ratio of abundance of the FCA transcripts(FCA-D and FCA-P) changes significantly in the cpk32 mutant,which subsequently affects FLC expression and consequently regulates floral transition.The present evidence demonstrates that CPK32 modulates flowering time by regulating FCA alternative polyadenylation and consequent FL C expression. | Xidong Li Limei Chen Li Yao Junjie Zou Jie Hao Weihua Wu | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,1: | 2 |

| 10 | The clinicopathological and immuohistochemical analysis of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas:report of 9 cases显示文摘Objective:To investigate the clinical features,pathological characteristics and immunophenotype of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas(SPTP).Methods:Nine surgically treated cases of SPTP were retrospectively reviewed.Hematoxylin and Eosin(HE) staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to analyze all cases,and the general clinical data was collected.Results:Six patients were asymptomatic except for a palpable mass.Two patients complained of vague-epigastric pain.One patient appeared jaundice.The tumor was encapsulated and solid tissues alternately with cystic tissues.Histologically,the histological structure of solid portion was pseudopapillary with a fibrovascular core.Tumor cells were uniform and medium-sized which were arranged in sheets ets or nests or pseudopapillary patterns.Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that SPTP proved positive in vimentin(9/9 cases),AAT(9/9 cases),NSE(9/9 cases),ACT(7/9 cases),CK20(2/9 cases),CgA(1/9 cases),S-100(3/9cases),PR(4/9cases),Syn(3/9 cases) and CD56(5/9cases),negative in CEA and ER.Conclusion:SPTP is a tumor predominantly occurring in young women frequently without special symptoms.This tumor has various characteristical histological patterns with different immunophenotype. | Shaoqin Chen Shengquan Zou Qibao Dai Peisheng Huang Weihua Cai Hong Li | 2007 | Journal of Nanjing Medical University2007,21,6: | 2 |

| 12 | Involvement of a cytoplasmic glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase GapC-2 in low-phosphate-induced anthocyanin accumulation in Arabidopsis显示文摘Phosphorous is one of the essential mineral elements for plant growth and development.Typically, the shoots of plant seedlings usually turn a dark-brown or purple colour under low-Pi stress. Using protein 2-D gel and peptide mass fingerprinting mapping (PMF) methods, a cytoplasmic glyceralde-hyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase GapC-2 was identified as a low-Pi responsive protein in Arabidopsisplants. Expression of AtGapC-2 protein was significantly decreased after 4 d of low-Pi stress. Two in-dependent T-DNA insertion lines of GapC-2 gene (At1g13440) showed a hypersensitive phenotype inresponse to low-Pi stress compared with wild type plants, while the transgenic complementation linesof the mutants showed a similar phenotype to the wild type.
