4A new method of inhibiting pollutant release from source water reservoir sediment by adding chemical stabilization agents combined with water-lifting aerator显示文摘Source water reservoirs easily become thermally and dynamically stratified. Internal pollution released from reservoir sediments is the main cause of water quality problems. To mitigate the internal pollution more effectively, a new method, which combined chemical stabilization with water lifting aerator (WLA) technology, was proposed and its effciency in inhibiting pollutant release was studied by controlled sediment-water interface experiments. The results showed that this new method can inhibit pollutant release from sediment effectively. The values of mean effciency (E) in different reactors 2#-5# (1# with no agent, 2# 10 mg/L polymeric aluminum chloride (PAC) was added, 3# 20 mg/L PAC was added, 4# 30 mg/L PAC was added, 5# 20 mg/L PAC and 0.2 mg/L palyacrylamide (PAM) were added) for PO43- were 35.0%, 43.9%, 50.4% and 63.6%, respectively. This showed that the higher the PAC concentration was, the better the inhibiting effciency was, and PAM addition strengthened the inhibiting effciency significantly. For Fe2+, the corresponding values of E for the reactors 2#-5# were 22.9%, 47.2%, 34.3% and 46.2%, respectively. The inhibiting effect of PAC and PAM on Mn release remained positive for a relatively short time, about 10 days, and was not so effective as for PO43- and Fe2+. The average effciencies in inhibiting the release of UV254 were 35.3%, 25.9%, 35.5%, 38.9% and 39.5% for reactors 2#-5#, respectively. 5Genome-wide identification and cold stress-induced expression analysis of the CBF gene family in Liriodendron chinense显示文摘Cold-resistance pathways that operate in model plants such as Arabidopsis thaliana and Oryza sativa have been studied extensively.It has been found that CBF genes play an important role in plant cold resistance.Liriodendron chinense,a tree known for its graceful tree shape and widely spread in south China,has weak cold tolerance.However,little is known about its response to cold.To further study the function of L.chinense CBF gene family,we started by characterizing all members of this gene family in the L.chinense genome and their expression profiling.Phylogenetic analysis found that 14 CBF genes in L.chinense are more closely related to their homologues in woody plants and A.thaliana than those in O.sativa.Cis-acting elements and GO analysis showed that some LcCBF genes participated in the biological process of cold stress response.The transcriptomic and RT-qPCR data showed that most of LcCBF genes displayed an initially increasing and subsequently decreasing trend during cold stress course and the expression profile of each member was different.Some LcCBF genes exhibited a different abundance in callus,root,stem and leaf tissues.The structure and expression characteristics of LcCBF genes imply that they may have similar and different functions in response to cold stress conditions.The identification and analysis of LcCBF gene family have laid the foundation for future studies into L.chinense cold stress mechanisms and for the cultivation of cold-resistance cultivars.Yuanlin Guan Siqin Liu Weihuang Wu Kaiyue Hong Rongxue Li Liming Zhu Yang Liu Ye Lu Jinhui Chen Liming Yang Jisen Shi 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,6:3

7Design Aspects of Hybrid HVDC System显示文摘Hybrid high voltage direct current transmission(Hybrid HVDC)is a new type of HVDC technology developed in recent years.It combines the characteristics of large-capacity and low cost of the line commutated converters(LCC)and non-commutation failure and dynamic reactive power support of the voltage sourced converters(VSCs)in one HVDC system.It has technical advantages in the fields of unidirectional power transmission and in the application of improving the stability of multi-infeed HVDCs,giving it broad application prospects.This paper defines the basic form of hybrid HVDC first and discusses the characteristics and challenges of different hybrid HVDCs.Then,it analyzes the matching characteristics between LCC and VSC in the station-station hybrid HVDC,studies the key technologies,such as VSC topologies and control strategies for clearing the DC overhead line faults,and introduces the key technologies for analyzing and suppressing the high-frequency resonances between VSC and the power grid.In this paper,using the Wudongde UHV multi-terminal HVDC as an example,the proposed key technologies are analyzed and verified.Hong Rao Yuebin Zhou Changyue Zou Shukai Xu Yan Li Liu Yang Weihuang Huang 2021CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,3:2
8Retrograde Labeling of Adult Rat Retinal Ganglion Cells with the Flurogold显示文摘Purpose:To study the densities and distribution of retinal ganglion cells(RGC)in adult rat retinae with flurogold(FG)labeling retogradely.Methods:FG was injected to the superior colliculi(SC)and dorsal lateral geniculate nuclei(dLGN)in adult rats and the retinae were examined by fluorescence microscopy at various periods of time.Results;FG-labelled RGC were observed in the retina as early as 3days after application of FG.The labelled cells gradually increased in density,reached95%of the maximal number on days7and the maximal number on days30.The density of labelled cells was higher in the posterior pole than in the peripheral area.The fluorescence intensity in labelled cells maintained up to 60days.Conclusion:The FG retrograde labeling method is reliable and effective for quantity of RGC.Eye Science2000;16:29-33.WeiHuang YannianHui 2000眼科学报2000,16,1:1

20A Novel Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 Catalyst for NO_x Catalytic Reduction with Ammonia显示文摘The Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 catalysts with different Cu/Mo ratios were prepared by wet impregnation method, and their catalytic performance for selective catalytic reduction of NOx was studied. The results showed that Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 is a very effective catalyst for NOx catalytic reduction with ammonia, especially when Cu/Mo molar ratio is about 1.5. It not only exhibited the extremely high catalytic activity, but also showed good stability for O2. The bulk phase structure of Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 catalysts was determined by XRD technique, and the results indicated that there is a maximum dispersion for Cu species when Cu/Mo molar ratio is 1.5, and an interaction between Cu and Mo along with HZSM-5 may be present in Cu-Mo/ZSM-5, which may possibly result in a special structure favorable for the catalytic reduction of NOx over Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 catalyst.ZheLi DangLi WeiHuang KechangXie 2005Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2005,14,2:1
