Mineralization Patterns and Conditions of Lateritic Gibbsite Bauxite in Guinea显示文摘After the exploration and research of Lateritic-Gibbsite bauxite for years in Guinea, based on factors such as paleoclimate, paleogeography and parent rocks, the laterization and bauxite mineralization process of lateritic gibbsite bauxite in Guinea were analyzed. The mineralization conditions and topography were favorable for the formation of bauxite deposits on the West Africa craton of NW Africa, especially in Guinea. Through chemical and phase analysis for mineralogy and petrology of different mining area in BOKE-SANGAREDI of Guinea, the mineralization characters of different minerals were analyzed. Due to the paleoclimate and paleogeographical conditions, the parent rocks were leached of certain major elements, such as Si, K, Na, Ca and Mg. However, some elements, such as Al, Fe, and Ti, became relatively concentrated. Based on composition analyses of the bauxite and surrounding rocks, the laterization and bauxite mineralization processes are evaluated in the Boke-Sangaredi area of Guinea. | Rongliang Zhang Enpu Gong Guoku Wang Weiya Peng | 2018 | Advances in Geoscience2018,2,1: | 2
Aromatic inorganic acid radical显示文摘Stable radicals are challenging to prepare due to their intrinsic high reactivity.Herein, three trisphenolamine radicals were readily synthesized and exhibited unexpected thermal/electrochemical stability and semiconductor property. These three nitroxide radicals could be considered as a class of aromatized nitro groups or HNO3 derivatives. The closed-shell nitro-like and open-shell nitroxide resonance structure contribute to their outstanding stability.Furthermore, the tunable ground states, extremely low band gap and p-type charge transport properties were systematically investigated.More importantly, the work presents the concept of aromatic inorganic acid radical(AIAR)and aggregation-induced radical(AIR)mechanism to understand the intrinsic structureproperty relationship of these radicals. In addition,we provide a novel strategy for the design of stable and low bandgap radicals for organic electronics, magnetics, spintronics, etc. | Jiawen Zhou Weiya Zhu Miao Zeng Qingqing Yang Ping Li Linfeng Lan Junbiao Peng Yuan Li Fei Huang Yong Cao | 2019 | Science China Chemistry2019,62,12: | 1
逆行交锁髓内钉动力化治疗股骨同种异体骨移植术后骨不愈合一例报道及文献回顾(英文)显示文摘Intercalary allograft reconstruction offers a joint-sparing reconstructive option, but nonunion is a devastating complication. In this article,we want to share our experience of proper dynamization of interlocking intramedullary nail for nonunion after proximal femoral intercalary allograft reconstruction. In this report,a 19-year-old girl was diagnosed proximal femoral fibroblast osteosarcoma(Enneking IIb).After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, she underwent proximal femoral intercalary allograft reconstruction fixed by retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail.At her follow-up point of one year postoperatively, nonunion was observed in the proximal host-allograft junction. Therefore she underwent the second surgery of dynamization of the interlocking intramedullary nail. After 12 months' partial and full weight bearing exercise, bone union occurred. Our early observations show that dynamization of interlocking intramedullary nail can still be a useful means to treat nonunion of hostallograft junction if the local condition of the host and allograft bone are good enough. | Li Min Jing Peng Hong Duan Hui Zhang Weiya Wang Chongqi Tu | 2013 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2013,12,3: | 1
TaANR1-TaMADS25 module regulates lignin biosynthesis and root development in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)显示文摘Common wheat is a staple food for 35%of the global population, therefore increasing wheat yield in an ever-changing environment is essential for food security in the present day(Peng et al.,2011).Root system is responsible for water and nutrient acquisition, thus crucial for competitive fitness and crop yield in challenging environments(Karlova et al.,2021;Liu et al.,2022).Over the past decades, extensive research has focused on identifying genes accountable for root growth and development in plants(Rogers and Benfey,2015).However,only a limited number of genes have been cloned in wheat(Li et al.,2021). | Weiya Xu Yongming Chen Bin Liu Qiuyuan Li Yilan Zhou Xuanshuang Li Weilong Guo Zhaorong Hu Zhenshan Liu Mingming Xin Yingyin Yao Mingshan You Huiru Peng Zhongfu Ni Jiewen Xing | 2023 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,11: | 0
The TaTCP4/10-B1 cascade regulates awn elongation in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)显示文摘Awns are important morphological markers for wheat and exert a strong physiological effect on wheat yield. The awn elongation suppressor B1 has recently been cloned through association and linkage analysis in wheat. However, the mechanism of awn inhibition centered around B1 remains to be clarified. Here,we identified an allelic variant in the coding region of B1 through analysis of re-sequencing data;this variant causes an amino acid substitution and premature termination, resulting in a long-awn phenotype.Transcriptome analysis indicated that B1 inhibited awn elongation by impeding cytokinin-and auxinpromoted cell division.Moreover,B1 directly repressed the expression of TaRAE2 and TaLks2,whose orthologs have been reported to promote awn development in rice or barley.More importantly,we found that TaTCP4 and TaTCP10 synergistically inhibited the expression of B1,and a G-to-A mutation in the B1 promoter attenuated its inhibition by TaTCP4/10.Taken together, our results reveal novel mechanisms of awn development and provide genetic resources for trait improvement in wheat. | Wensheng Ke Jiewen Xing Zhaoyan Chen Yidi Zhao Weiya Xu Lulu Tian Jinquan Guo Xiaoming Xie Dejie Du Zihao Wang Yufeng Li Jin Xu Mingming Xin Weilong Guo Zhaorong Hu Zhenqi Su Jie Liu Huiru Peng Yingyin Yao Qixin Sun Zhongfu Ni | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,4: | 0
Air Stable Chalcogen-Doped Rubicenes with Diradical Character显示文摘Air stable diradicaloid polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH)materials possess unique electronic and magnetic properties for various applications. In general, long conjugated distances between two radical centers are required to improve the air stability, thereby complicating the synthetic procedures.Herein, the chalcogen containing rubicenes(O-,S-,and Se-rubicenes)were systematically investigated to understand the chalcogen effects on chalcogen-rubicene physicochemical properties.Impressively, these rubicenes presented unprecedented diradical characterwithin one simple benzene ring and excellent air stabilities.Theirdiradicalcharacterweremanifested by single-crystal X-ray studies,variable-temperature nuclear magnetic resonance, and electron spin resonance.Furthermore, the nucleus independent chemical shifts andthe anisotropy of the induced currentdensity calculations revealed that the formation of diradical was caused by a pro-aromaticity driving force.Importantly, the diradical character of rubicenes are visualizedbyFractionalOccupationNumberWeighted Electron Density(FOD)plots, which present high NFOD values from 1.651 to 1.830.This contribution provided distinctive insights into the structure and property relationship of PAH diradicals. | Liangzhuo Ma Song Wang Yuan Li Qinqin Shi Wenbin Xie Hao Chen Xin Wang Weiya Zhu Lang Jiang Runfeng Chen Qian Peng Hui Huang | 2022 | CCS Chemistry2022,4,12: | 0
