| 1 | Study on determining of reinforced concrete false roof strength and design of reinforcement based on reliability theory显示文摘Study on efficient mining of the steep incline and fractured ore-bodies in Yongshaba mine of Guizhou Kailin Group shows that ore-body is fractured and difficult to support the roadways in-vein.After research of the actual conditions about the ore-bodies,we have made the initial decision to adopt reconstruction of roof downward sublevel cut-and-fill mining.The men work safely under the false roof supporting the top plate.However,the difficult problem is how to determine the strength of the false roof.In this case,the method based on reliability theory has been put forward.Combined with elastic mechanics and field practice,when practical value of reliable probability is 90 %,the value of the false roof strength has been calculated,and the study shows that stope span greatly influences the false roof strength.With the strength of artificial roof,the reasonable reinforcement design ensures the false roof which can supply the demand of strength under large span and load. | Fan Wenlu Li Xibing Hu Guohong | 2012 | Engineering Sciences2012,10,5: | 2 |

| 3 | Pervasive hybridization during evolutionary radiation of Rhododendron subgenus Hymenanthes in mountains of southwest China显示文摘Radiations are especially important for generating species biodiversity in mountainous ecosystems.The contribution of hybridization to such radiations has rarely been examined.Here,we use extensive genomic data to test whether hybridization was involved in evolutionary radiation within Rhododendron subgenus Hymenanthes,whose members show strong geographic isolation in the mountains of southwest China.We sequenced genomes for 143 species of this subgenus and 93 species of four other subgenera,and found that Hymenanthes was monophyletic and radiated during the late Oligocene to middle Miocene.Widespread hybridization events were inferred within and between the identified clades and subclades.This suggests that hybridization occurred both early and late during diversification of subgenus Hymenan thes,although the extent to which hybridization,speciation through mixing-isolation-mixing or hybrid speciation,accelerated the diversification needs further exploration.Cycles of isolation and contact in such and other montane ecosystems may have together promoted species radiation through hybridization between diverging populations and species.Similar radiation processes may apply to other montane floras in this region and elsewhere. | Yazhen Ma Xingxing Mao Ji Wang Lei Zhang Yuanzhong Jiang Yuying Geng Tao Ma Liming Cai Shuangquan Huang Pete Hollingsworth Kangshan Mao Minghui Kang Yiling Li Wenlu Yang Haolin Wu Yang Chen Charles C.Davis Nawal Shrestha Richard H.Ree Zhenxiang Xi Quanjun Hu Richard I.Milne Jianquan Liu | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,12: | 1 |

| 5 | Strategies to improve the fluorescent signal of the tripartite sfGFP system显示文摘Bimolecular fluoresce nee compleme ntati on(BiFC)is a popular method used to detect proteinprotein interactions.For a BiFC assay,a fluorescent protein is usually split into two parts,and the fluoresce nee is recovered upon the in teracti on between the fused proteins of interest.As an elega nt extensi on of BiFC,a tripartite superfold green fluoresce nt protein(sfGFP)system that has the advantages of low background fluorescence and small fusion tag size has been developed.However,the tripartite system exhibits a low fluorescence signal in some cases.To address this problem,we proposed to in crease the affinity betwee n the two parts,G1-9 and G11,of the tripartite system by adding affinity pairs.Among the three affinity pairs tested,LgBiT-HiBiT improved both the signal and sign a I-to-noise(S/N)ratio to the greatest exte nt.More strikingly,the direct covalent fusion of G11 to G1-9,which converted the tripartite system into a new bipartite system,enhanced the S/N ratio from 20 to 146,which is superior to the bipartite sfGFP system split at 157/158 or 173/174.Our results implied that the 10th p-strand of sfGFP has a low affinity and a good recovery efficiency to construct a robust BiFC system,and this concept might be applied to other fluorescent proteins with similar structure to construct new BiFC systems. | Jing Shen Wenlu Zhang Chunyang Gan Xiafei Wei Jie Li Yuxue Sun Yi Yuan Xuefei Cai Quanxin Long Jing Cui Haitao Guo Ailong Huang Jieli Hu | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,9: | 0 |
