| 2 | Abundant heterointerfaces in MOF-derived hollow CoS_(2)-MoS_(2) nanosheet array electrocatalysts for overall water splitting显示文摘Rational coupling of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) and oxygen evolution reaction(OER) catalysts is extremely important for practical overall water splitting,but it is still challenging to construct such bifunctional heterostructures.Herein,we present a metal-organic framework(MOF)-etching strategy to design free-standing and hierarchical hollow CoS_(2)-MoS_(2) heteronanosheet arrays for both HER and OER.Resulting from the controllable etching of MOF by MoO_(4)^(2-) and in-situ sulfuration,the obtained CoS_(2)-MoS_(2) possesses abundant heterointerfaces with modulated local charge distribution,which promote water dissociation and rapid electrocatalytic kinetics.Moreover,the two-dimensional hollow array architecture can not only afford rich surface-active sites,but also facilitate the penetration of electrolytes and the release of evolved H_(2)/O_(2) bubbles.Consequently,the engineered CoS_(2)-MoS_(2) heterostructure exhibits small overpotentials of 82 mV for HER and 266 mV for OER at 10 mA cm^(-2).The corresponding alkaline electrolyzer affords a cell voltage of 1.56 V at 10 mA cm^(-2) to boost overall water splitting,along with robust durability over 24 h, even surpassing the benchmark electrode couple composed of IrO_(2) and Pt/C The present work may provide valuable insights for developing MOF-derived heterogeneous electrocatalysts with tailored interface/surface structure for widespread application in catalysis and other energyrelated areas. | Yuanjian Li Wenyu Wang Baojun Huang Zhifei Mao Rui Wang Beibei He Yansheng Gong Huanwen Wang | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6: | 2 |
| 3 | Environmental microcystin exposure triggers the poor prognosis of prostate cancer: Evidence from case-control, animal, and in vitro studies显示文摘Microcystin-leucine-arginine(MC-LR)is positively linked with multiple cancers in humans.However,the association between MC-LR and the risk and prognosis of prostate cancer has not been conducted in epidemiological studies.No reported studies have linked MC-LR exposure to the poor prognosis of prostate cancer by conducting experimental studies.The content of MC-LR was detected in most of the aquatic food in wet markets and supermarkets in Nanjing and posed a health risk for consumers.MC-LR levels in both prostate cancer tissues and serum were significantly higher than controls.The adjusted odds ratio(OR)for prostate cancer risk by serum MC-LR was 1.75(95%CI:1.21-2.52)in the whole subjects,and a positive correlation between MC-LR and advanced tumor stage was observed.Survival curve analysis indicated patients with higher MC-LR levels in tissues exhibited poorer overall survival.Human,animal,and cell studies confirmed that MC-LR exposure increases the expression of estrogen receptor-α(ERα)and promotes epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)in prostate cancer.Moreover,MC-LR-induced decreased E-cadherin levels,increased vimentin levels,and increased migratory and invasive capacities of prostate cancer cells were markedly suppressed upon ERαknockdown.MC-LR-induced xenograft tumor growth and lungmetastasis in BALB/c nude mice can be effectively alleviated with ERαknockdown.Our data demonstrated that MC-LR upregulated vimentin and downregulated E-cadherin through activating ERα,promoting migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells.Our findings highlight the role of MC-LR in prostate cancer,providing new perspectives to understand MC-LR-induced prostatic toxicity. | Chun Pan Haixiang Qin Minghao Yan Xuefeng Qiu Wenyue Gong Wenxin Luo Hongqian Guo Xiaodong Han | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,5: | 1 |

| 6 | Delay-CJ:A novel cryptojacking covert attack method based on delayed strategy and its detection显示文摘Cryptojacking is a type of resource embezzlement attack,wherein an attacker secretly executes the cryptocurrency mining program in the target host to gain profits.It has been common since 2017,and in fact,it once became the greatest threat to network security.To better prove the attack ability the harm caused by cryptojacking,this paper proposes a new covert browser-based mining attack model named Delay-CJ,this model was deployed in a simulation environment for evaluation.Based on the general framework of cryptojacking,Delay-CJ adds hybrid evasion detection techniques and applies the delayed execution strategy specifically for video websites in the prototype implementation.The results show that the existing detection methods used for testing may become invalid as result of this model.In view of this situation,to achieve a more general and robust detection scheme,we built a cryptojacking detection system named CJDetector,which is based on cryptojacking process features.Specifically,it identifies malicious mining by monitoring CPU usage and analyzing the function call information.This system not only effectively detects the attack in our example but also has universal applicability.The recognition accuracy of CJDetector reaches 99.33%.Finally,we tested the web pages in Alexa 50K websites to investigate cryptojacking activity in the real network.We found that although cryptojacking is indeed on the decline,it remains a part of network security threats that cannot be ignored. | Guangquan Xu Wenyu Dong Jun Xing Wenqing Lei Jian Liu Lixiao Gong Meiqi Feng Xi Zheng Shaoying Liu | 2023 | Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,5: | 0 |

| 10 | A hybrid optimization approach for the heterogeneous vehicle routing problem with multiple depots cooperative operation显示文摘With the challenge of great growing of transport diversity for the automobile enterprises, the heterogeneous vehicle routing problem with multiple depots, multiple types of finished vehicles and multiple types of transport vehicles in finished vehicle logistics(HVRPMD) is modelled and solved. A multi-objective optimization model for HVRPMD is presented considering loading constraints to minimize the total cost and minimize the number of transport vehicles. Then a hybrid heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization(GA-PSO) is developed. Moreover, a case study is used to evaluate the effectiveness of this algorithm. By comparing the GA-PSO algorithm with the traditional GA algorithm, the simulation results demonstrate the proposed GA-PSO algorithm is able to better support the HVRPMD problem in practice. | 11 | Optical,Radiative and Chemical Characteristics of Aerosol in Changsha City,Central China显示文摘Industrial pollution has a significant effect on aerosol properties in Changsha City,a typical city of central China.Therefore,year-round measurements of aerosol optical,radiative and chemical properties from 2012 to 2014 at an urban site in Changsha were analyzed.During the observation period,the energy structure was continuously optimized,which was characterized by the reduction of coal combustion.The aerosol properties have obvious seasonal variations.The seasonal average aerosol optical depth(AOD)at 500 nm ranged from 0.49 to 1.00,single scattering albedo(SSA)ranged from 0.93 to 0.97,and aerosol radiative forcing at the top of the atmosphere(TOA)ranged from−24.0 to 3.8 W m^−2.The chemical components also showed seasonal variations.Meanwhile,the scattering aerosol,such as organic carbon,SO42−,NO3−,and NH4+showed a decrease,and elemental carbon increased.Compared with observation in winter 2012,AOD and TOA decreased by 0.14 and−1.49 W m^−2 in winter 2014.The scattering components,SO42−,NO3−and NH4+,decreased by 12.8μg m^−3(56.8%),9.2μg m^−3(48.8%)and 6.4μg m^−3(45.2%),respectively.The atmospheric visibility and pollution diffusion conditions improved.The extinction and radiative forcing of aerosol were significantly controlled by the scattering aerosol.The results indicate that Changsha is an industrial city with strong scattering aerosol.The energy structure optimization had a marked effect on controlling pollution,especially in winter(strong scattering aerosol). | Xiaoyan WU Jinyuan XIN Wenyu ZHANG Chongshui GONG Yining MA Yongjing MA Tianxue WEN Zirui LIU Shili TIAN Yuesi WANG Fangkun WU | 2020 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2020,37,12: | 0 |
