| 1 | Facile Synthesis of Porous Carbon Nitride Spheres with Hierarchical Three-Dimensional Mesostructures for CO_(2) Capture显示文摘Porous carbon nitride(CN)spheres with partially crystalline frameworks have been successfully synthesized via a nanocasting approach by using spherical mesoporous cellular silica foams(MCFs)as a hard template,and ethylenediamine and carbon tetrachloride as precursors.The resulting spherical CN materials have uniform diameters of ca.4μm,hierarchical three-dimensional(3-D)mesostructures with small and large mesopores with pore diameters centered at ca.4.0 and 43 nm,respectively,a relatively high BET surface area of~550 m^(2)/g,and a pore volume of 0.90 cm^(3)/g.High-resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM)images,wide-angle X-ray diffraction(XRD)patterns,and Raman spectra demonstrate that the porous CN material has a partly graphitized structure.In addition,elemental analyses,X-ray photoelectron spectra(XPS),Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR),and CO_(2) temperature-programmed desorption(CO_(2)-TPD)show that the material has a high nitrogen content(17.8 wt%)with nitrogen-containing groups and abundant basic sites.The hierarchical porous CN spheres have excellent CO_(2) capture properties with a capacity of 2.90 mmol/g at 25℃and 0.97 mmol/g at 75℃,superior to those of the pure carbon materials with analogous mesostructures.This can be mainly attributed to the abundant nitrogen-containing basic groups,hierarchical mesostructure,relatively high BET surface area and stable framework.Furthermore,the presence of a large number of micropores and small mesopores also enhance the CO_(2) capture performance,owing to the capillary condensation effect. | Qiang Li Jianping Yang Dan Feng Zhangxiong Wu Qingling Wu Sung Soo Park Chang-Sik Ha Dongyuan Zhao | 2010 | Nano Research2010,3,9: | 24 |
| 2 | Dry/wet climate zoning and delimitation of arid areas of Northwest China based on a data-driven fashion显示文摘The division of arid areas is important in water and land resources management, planning and for a long-term agricultural, economic and social planning. Northwest China(NW) dominates the main arid areas in China. There is thus a need to adopt adequate concepts relative to the scope of arid areas of NW China and identify its climate types and characteristics. In this study, we analyzed climatic data over the last 30 years(1981–2010) from 191 stations in three provinces and three autonomous regions of NW China. The factor-cluster analysis tech- nique(FC), an objective and automated method was employed to classify the dry/wet climate zones. The traditional methods with predefined thresholds were adopted for providing a comparison with FC. The results showed that the wet/dry climate zones by FC were mainly distributed along mountains, rivers and desert borders. Climate-division boundaries relied heavily on the major terrain features surrounding the grouped stations. It also showed that the climate was dry in the plain sandy areas but relatively wet in the high mountain areas. FC method can reflect the climate characteristics more fully in NW China with varied and complicated topography, and outperform the tradi- tional climate classifications. Arid areas of NW China were defined as four climate types, including five resultant classes in FC classifications. The Qinling and Da Hinggan Mountains were two important boundaries, besides main administrative boundaries. The results also indicated that there are some differences between two traditional clas- sifications. The precipitation moved and fluctuated to an extent, which confirmed that climate change played an important role in the dry/wet climate zoning, and the boundaries of dry/wet climate zones might change and migrate with time. | 4 | Carbon nanotube glycol nanofluids: Photo-thermal properties, thermal conductivities and rheological behavior显示文摘The efficiency and effectiveness of solar energy capture and storage are to a large extent functions of the heat transfer and storage capacity of the medium used. This paper investigates the potential of using carbon nanotube (CNT)-glycol nanosuspension as such a medium, prepared by freeze drying-ultrasonic dispersing after oxidation treatment with HNO 3 . The influences of the mass fraction of CNTs glycol nanofluids and temperatures on photo-thermal properties, thermal conductivities and rheological behavior were investigated. The results show that CNTs with oxidation treatment exhibited good dis- persing performance. Strong optical absorption of the CNTs glycol nanofluids was detected in the range of 200-2500 nm. At room temperature, 18% enhancement was found in the photo-thermal conversion efficiency of the 0.5% mass fraction CNTs glycol nanofluids in comparison to the basic fluids, without significant increase in viscosity. | 5 | Construction of robust coupling interface between MoS2 and nitrogen doped graphene for high performance sodium ion batteries显示文摘As a layered inorganic material,MoS2 has recently attracted intensive attention as anode for sodium ion batteries(SIBs).However,this anode is plagued with low electronic conductivity,serious volume expansion and sluggish kinetics,resulting in capacity fading and poor rate performance.Herein,we develop an interface engineering strategy to substantially enhance the sodium storage performance of MoS2 by incorporating layered MoS2 into three dimensional N-doped graphene scaffold.The strong coupling-interface between MoS2 and N-doped graphene scaffold can not only stabilize the MoS2 structure during sodium insertion/extraction processes,but also provide plenty of anchor sites for additional surface sodium storage.The 3D MoS2@N-doped graphene composite as anode for SIBs performs an outstanding specific capacity of 667.3 mA h g^-1 at 0.2 A g^-1,a prolonged stability with a capacity retention of 94.4%after 140cycles and excellent rate capability of 445 mA h g^-1 even at a high rate of 10 A g^-1.We combined experiment and theoretical simulation to further disclose the interaction between MoS2 and N-doped graphene,adsorption and diffusion of sodium on the composite and the corresponding sodium storage mechanism.This study opens a new door to develop high performance SIBs by introducing the interface engineering technique. | Yun Qiao Jiawei Wu Xiaoguang Cheng Yudong Pang Zhansheng Lu Xiangdong Lou Qingling Li Jin Zhao Shuting Yang Yang Liu | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9: | 3 |
| 6 | Soil temperature estimation at different depths,using remotely-sensed data显示文摘Soil temperatures at different depths down the soil profile are important agro-meteorological indicators which are necessary for ecological modeling and precision agricultural activities. In this paper, using time series of soil temperature(ST) measured at different depths(0, 5, 10, 20, and 40 cm) at agro-meteorological stations in northern China as reference data, ST was estimated from land surface temperature(LST) and normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) derived from AQUA/TERRA MODIS data, and solar declination(Ds) in univariate and multivariate linear regression models. Results showed that when daytime LST is used as predictor, the coefficient of determination(R^2) values decrease from the 0 cm layer to the 40 cm layer. Additionally, with the use of nighttime LST as predictor, the R^2 values were relatively higher at 5, 10 and 15 cm depths than those at 0, 20 and 40 cm depths. It is further observed that the multiple linear regression models for soil temperature estimation outperform the univariate linear regression models based on the root mean squared errors(RMSEs) and R^2. These results have demonstrated the potential of MODIS data in tandem with the Ds parameter for soil temperature estimation at the upper layers of the soil profile where plant roots grow in. However, low tumor targeting, low water solubility and a high tendency to aggregate appear to significantly restrict the compound's application in tumor treatment. Conjugating Pc with peptide ligands could be a useful strategy for alleviating these problems. | 12 | Vojta and Bobath combined treatment for high risk infants with brain damage at early period显示文摘BACKGROUND: In the process of early screening and interventions to high risk infants with brain damage, the occasion and choosing methods of interventions and the combined application of different interventions are still at the exploratory phase. OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of early intervention using Vojta and Bobath combined treatment in high risk infants with brain damage, and investigate the effect of early rehabilitation on the prognosis. DESIGN: A randomized controlled comparative observation. SETTING: Daqing Oil Field General Hospital of Heilongjiang Province. PARTICIPANTS: Eighty-four high risk infants younger than 1 year were selected from the Department of Pediatrics, Daqing Oil Field General Hospital of Heilongjiang Province from October 2005 to October 2006, including 52 boys (62%) and 32 girls (38%). The treatment started at the age of 0–3 months in 11 cases (13%), 4–6 months in 28 cases (33%), 7–9 months in 35 cases (42%), and 10–12 months in 10 cases (12%). Infants with at least two of the followings were enrolled, including 7 Vojta abnormal postural reflexes, slow or disorder of motor development, increase of muscular tension, postural abnormality, primary reflection residual and CT/MRI abnormalities. Informed consents were obtained from their guardians. The 84 infants were randomly divided into treatment group (n =42) and control group (n =42). METHODS: All the children were intravenously injected with cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection or cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection, 10 times as a course for 2–5 courses; Besides, the infants in the treatment group also received early rehabilitative training of Vojta and Bobath combined treatment, once a day, 40 minutes per time, 5 times a week followed by a 2-day rest, 1 month as a course, and totally 2–5 courses. The Vojta method was to facilitate the automatic regulation by reflexlocomotion. Bobath method was to inhibit abnormal posture but facilitate the normal one, thus it is also called neurodevelopmental therapy realized by reflex inhibition and facilitation. The rehabilitation was evaluated clinically using Gesell Development Schedules (GDS) after the courses when the infants were 1 year old. GDS included five aspects of adaptive behavior, gross motor, refine motor, speech, individual-social behavior. The developmental quotient (DQ) could be calculated according to their development. DQ=developmental age/actual age×100, < 85 points was taken as abnormal; The higher the DQ value, the better the development. ② Evaluation of efficacy: Cured: Developmental order reached normal or generally normal, abnormal posture disappeared, muscular tension ameliorated, symmetric limbs' motor function, free movement, normal intelligence, powerful reaction, and clear speech. Significant effect: Developmental order tended to normal, abnormal posture disappeared incompletely, muscular tension ameliorated incompletely, transient pause in the flexion and extension of limbs, good reaction, and improved intelligence. Effective: Developmental order improved to a certain degree, muscular tension ameliorated, limbs' motor function and posture improved as compared with before treatment, but still under control, intelligence improved a little. Invalid: No obvious changes before and after treatment. Total significant effective rate=(cured cases+cases of significant effect)/total cases ×100%. ③ The enumeration data and measurement data were compared with chi-square test and t test respectively. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Clinical efficacy and GDS results at 1 year old in both groups. RESUTLS: All the 84 infants were involved in the analysis of results. ① Efficacy: The total significant effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (93%, 74%, χ2=4.2, P < 0.05). ② Results of GDS evaluation: The DQ values of individual intercourse and social adaptation in the treatment group (93.57±11.23, 95.13±9.32) were higher than those in the control group (88.27±10.18, 90.10±10.67, t =2.267, 2.301, P < 0.05); The DQ values of gross motor, fine motor and speech in the treatment group (90.78±10.20, 98.63±9.23, 93.69±11.31) were higher than those in the control group(84.32±11.33, 87.80±8.61, 85.52±10.61, t =2.746, 5.560, 2.746, P < 0.01). The interventional effects on each functional area were significant, especially the gross motor, fine motor and speech. | 19 | Effects of a polyamine inhibitor on the microstructure and macromechanical properties of hydrated shale显示文摘China is rich in shale gas resources,however,wellbores in shale gas reservoirs are frequently unstable.This has a serious impact on the shale gas drilling cycle.Polyamine,a common additive in water-based shale drilling fluids,can effectively inhibit shale hydration.However,there is a lack of quantitative research on the effect of polyamine inhibitors on the microstructure and macromechanical properties of shale.Therefore,this study investigated those issues via a systematic hydration experiment carried out on shale from the Longmaxi Formation.The results show that microfractures are created and expand during shale hydration,that they also connect to form a complex microfracture network,and that 3%polyamine inhibitors(polyamine solution with volume fraction of 3%)can effectively inhibit their evolution.The ultrasonic velocities and UCS of the Longmaxi shale are significantly anisotropic;the former first increases and then decreases with the laminae angle,reaching its maximum when the laminae angle is 30°.The UCS of the shale is highest and lowest,respectively,when the laminae angles are 0°or 90°and 30°.In general,these UCS appear as a'U'pattern,high on two sides with a dip in the center.Polyamines can effectively inhibit both the expansion of shale and the reduction of P-wave and S-wave velocities,the UCS,and elastic modulus.The UCS of a shale sample was reduced by 28%e40%after immersion for 96 h in water,compared to 2%e20%after immersion in a 3%polyamine inhibitor for the same amount of time.The inhibiting effect of the polyamine was remarkable. | Yunlei Hu Xiangchao Shi Qingling Li Leiyu Gao Feng Wu Gang Xie | 2022 | Petroleum2022,8,4: | 0 |
| 20 | Complete genome sequence of Lactobacillus fermentum 9-4,a purine-degrading Lactobacillus probiotic isolated from Chinese fermented rice-flour noodles显示文摘Lactobacillus fermentum 9-4 is a purine-degrading probiotic firstly isolated from traditional fermented rice-flour noodles with special characteristics of southern China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.L.fermentum 9-4 could efficiently reduce the purine contents in foods with excellent purine-nucleoside assimilation and purine-metabolizing enzymatic activities.Crude cell lysate of L.fermentum 9-4 showed strong purine degradation abilities on nucleosides including inosine,guanosine,and purines including xanthine and uric acid,indicating a complete purine metabolic pathway to degrade purine substances to allantoin.In this study,the whole genome of L.fermentum 9-4 was sequenced.Its genome consisted of a 2085632 bp circular chromosome without plasmid.The GC content of circular chromosome was 51.25%,including 2089 coding sequences(CDs),15 rRNA operons and 59 tRNA coding genes.Genetic analysis showed that at least 5 protein coding genes were related to purine lowering ability.In addition,neither toxic virulence factor nor drug resistance gene was identified by searching the virulence factor database and drug resistance gene database,suggesting good safety of L.fermentum 9-4.The results showed that L.fermentum 9-4 has a good potential for the development and utilization as a purine-degrading probiotic for low-purine foods. | Tiantian Gao Lianghua Lu Qingling Wu Chenghua Wang | 2023 | Journal of Future Foods2023,3,2: | 0 |
