4Detection of a longitudinal defect in a pipe based on guided circumferential waves techniques显示文摘Based on elasticity theory, the multi-modes and disperse characteristics of guided circumferential waves in a pipe were investigated theoretically and experimentally, the dispers ecurves of guided circumferential waves were gotten by numerical calculations. The relationships between the angle of beam transducer, frequency and guided circumferential modes were analyzed by our guided wave experiment system. Then single guided circumferential mode was excited in the pipe (O.D 88.8 mm, I.D 80.8 mm). An artificial longitudinal defect (25×1×0.7 mm) on the surface of the pipe was detected by use of the single guided circumferential wave. The results show that single guided circumferential mode can be excited in the pipe by choosing special frequency and special angle beam transducer, similar to the excitation of Lamb wave in a plate, and it can be used to find the longitudinal defect on a pipe surface.LILongtao HECunfu WUBin 2005Chinese Journal of Acoustics2005,24,2:2

6Differential SW16.1 allelic effects and genetic backgrounds contributed to increased seed weight after soybean domestication显示文摘Although seed weight has increased following domestication from wild soybean(Glycine soja) to cultivated soybean(Glycine max), the genetic basis underlying this change is unclear. Using mapping populations derived from chromosome segment substitution lines of wild soybean, we identified SW16.1 as the causative gene underlying a major quantitative trait locus controlling seed weight.SW16.1 encodes a nucleus-localized LIM domaincontaining protein. Importantly, the GsSW16.1 allele from wild soybean accession N24852 had a negative effect on seed weight, whereas the GmSW16.1 allele from cultivar NN1138-2 had a positive effect. Gene expression network analysis,reverse-transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and promoter-luciferase reporter transient expression assays suggested that SW16.1 regulates the transcription of MT4, a positive regulator of seed weight. The natural variations in SW16.1 and other known seed weight genes were analyzed in soybean germplasm. The SW16.1 polymorphism was associated with seed weight in 247 soybean accessions, showing much higher frequency of positive-effect alleles in cultivated soybean than in wild soybean. Interestingly,gene allele matrix analysis of the known seed weight genes revealed that G. max has lost 38.5%of the G. soja alleles and that most of the lost alleles had negative effects on seed weight. 20A comprehensive review on metallic biomaterials for airway stenosis repair显示文摘In recent years,the incidence of airway stenosis in respiratory diseases increases year by year.Among many treatment methods,tracheal stent implantation is a very effective way.Metallic stents have been the first choice for tracheal stent implantation due to their excellent mechanical properties,low rate of migration,and minimal effect on the ciliary movement of the trachea.In this paper,the research progress of metal tracheal stents is introduced in detail from three aspects of mechanical properties,degradation properties,and biocompatibility,including traditional inert metallic tracheal stents and new degradable metallic tracheal stents,and its future research and development are prospected:although the current research on biodegradable metal tracheal stents is still in its infancy,with only some studies of magnesium-based,iron-based,and zinc-based tracheal stents,they are considered as the best material for preparing future metal tracheal scaffolds considering their biodegradability and biocompatibility.Huafang Li Wubin Wu Xiwei Liu Cuie Wen 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,21:0
