1Emergency material scheduling optimization model and algorithms:A review显示文摘In the emergency management of disruptions,efficient emergency material scheduling(EMS) is a key factor to save people’s lives and reduce loss.Based on the literature of EMS and related areas in recent years,the research was summarized from two aspects of EMS optimization model and algorithms.It is concluded that the EMS optimization models mainly aim at the shortest time,shortest distance,minimum cost,maximum satisfaction and fairness,etc.The constraints usually include the quantity of supply depots,relief supply and vehicles,the types of commodities,the road network conditions,the budgets and the demand forecast of emergency materials.Multi-objective model is more complex and it usually considers more than one objective.To find the optimized solution,the multiobjective model with complex constraints needs more efficient algorithms.The existing algorithms,including mathematic algorithm and heuristic algorithm,have been categorized.For NP-hard(non-deterministic polynomial hard) problems,heuristic algorithms should be designed,which mainly include genetic algorithm(GA),ant colony optimization(ACO),particle swarm optimization(PSO),etc.Based on the characteristics of the optimization model and various algorithms,appropriate algorithm or tools should be chosen and designed to obtain the optimized solution of EMS model.Finally,the development trends of EMS optimization model and algorithm in the future are proposed.Hui Hu Jing He Xiongfei He Wanli Yang Jing Nie Bin Ran 2019Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2019,6,5:11
2Petrogenesis and tectonic implications of early Paleozoic granitoids in East Kunlun belt: Evidences from geochronology, geochemistry and isotopes显示文摘The East Kunlun Orogenic Belt(EKOB) provides an important link to reconstruct the evolution of the Proto-Tethys and Paleo-Tethys realm. The EKOB is marked by widespread Early Paleozoic magmatism.Here we report the petrology, bulk geochemistry, zircon Ue Pb dating and, Lue Hf and SreN d isotopic data of the Early Paleozoic granitic rocks in Zhiyu area of the southern EKOB. Based on the zircon U-Pb dating, these granitoids, consisting of diorite, granodiorite and monzogranite, were formed during 450 -430 Ma the Late Ordovician to Middle Silurian. The diorite and granodiorite are high Sr/Y ratio as adakitic affinities, and the monzogranite belongs to highly fractionated I-type. Their(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)ivalues range from 0.7059 to 0.7085, εNd(t) values from -1.6 to -6.0 and the zircon εHf(t) values show large variations from +9.1 to -8.6 with Hf model ages(T_(DM2)) about 848 Ma and 1970 Ma. The large variations of whole-rock Nd and zircon Hf isotopes demonstrate strong isotopic heterogeneity of the source regions which probably resulted from multi-phase underplating of mantle-derived magmas. Geochemical and isotopic studies proved that the diorite and granodiorite had been derived from partial melting of heterogeneous crustal source with variable contributions from ancient continental crust and juvenile components, and the monzogranites were representing fractional crystallization and crustal contamination for arc magma. 3Carbon and oxygen isotopes analyses for the Sinian carbonates in the Helan Mountain, North China显示文摘We conducted detailed studies of the Sinian carbonates from the Helan Mountain,Ningxia by both field investigation and laboratory analyses of carbon and oxygen isotopes.The carbon isotopic compositions of the Sinian Zhengmuguan Formation shows variations with regularity in the five studied sections,theδ13C values all gradually decrease from bottom to top,with a total range from 4.51‰to 0.11‰,and the biggest negative excursion reaches up to 6.88‰.In addition,abundant macro-body fossils were also found from the Tuerkeng Formation in this study,similar to those found from the Dengying Formation in the South China Block.This observation firmly constrained the age for the Zhengmuguan and Tuerkeng formations to the Sinian period.Here we interpreted that the Zhengmuguan Formation formed during a glacial period when the extremely cold climate substantially decreased the amount of burial of organic matter in the ocean and thus led to the general negativeδ13C excursion.The increasingδ13C values in the Tuerkeng Formation dolomites imply the ending of the glacial period in the Zhengmuguan epoch,biological recovery and increase of organic matter burial in the ocean occurred during this period.Comparing our obtained carbon and oxygen isotopes of the Zhengmuguan and Tuerkeng formations with those of coeval carbonate successions from other places all over the world,the Zhengmuguang-aged glacial deposits might be deposited after the Gaskiers glaciation.This study provides important information for paleo-ocean,paleogeographic and biological evolution in the North China Block during the Ediacaran period and adds new carbon and oxygen isotopes data for the global Sinian carbon-oxygen isotopes dataset.YANG Jie ZENG ZuoXun CAI XiongFei LI ZhiYong LI TianBin MENG Fang HE WenJian 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,32:8

5Microstructure Study on Semi-solid 60Si2Mn during Compressing显示文摘The microstructure behavior and deformation mechanism of semi-solid 60Si2Mn fabricated by electromagnetic stirring under different deformation conditions during thixoforming are studied by means of Gleeble-1500 thermal-strain-stress simulator. The micro- structure of deformed 60Si2Mn and that of the non-deformed are compared. The results show that the grain size within deformation zone decreases as the amount of deformation increases or deformation temperature decreases, but deformation fate has small effect on grain size when the rate is very low. Besides, there is a critical amount of deformation to reduce grain size. 7Investigation of the Microstructure of Rolled Semi-Solid Steel显示文摘In this paper, spring steel-60Si2Mn and stainless steel-1Cr18Ni9Ti were rolled one pass in the semi-solid state. The microstructural evolution during rolling of the steels with different solid fraction was investigated. The experimental results showed that the manner of liquid and solid phases flowing and deforming was different. During rolling, most of solid phases remained in the center of the rolled specimens, while liquid phase flowed to the edge, which resulted in the macrosegregation of liquid and solid phases. 8Deep placement of nitrogen fertilizer increases rice yield and nitrogen use efficiency with fewer greenhouse gas emissions in a mechanical direct-seeded cropping system显示文摘Deep placement of nitrogen fertilizer is a key strategy for improving nitrogen use efficiency. A two-year field experiment was conducted during the early rice growing seasons(March–July) of 2016 and 2017.The experimental treatments comprised two rice cultivars: Wufengyou 615(WFY 615) and Yuxiangyouzhan(YXYZ), and three N treatments: mechanical deep placement of all fertilizers as basal dose at 10 cm soil depth(one-time deep-placement fertilization, namely OTDP fertilization);manual surface broadcast(the common farmer practice) of 40% N fertilizer at one day before sowing(basal fertilizer)followed by broadcast application of 30% each at tillering and panicle initiation stages;and no fertilizer application at any growth stage as a control. One-time deep-placement fertilization increased grain yield of both rice cultivars by 11.8%–19.6%, total nitrogen accumulation by 10.3%–13.1%, nitrogen grain production efficiency by 29.7%–31.5%, nitrogen harvest index by 27.8%–30.0%, nitrogen agronomic efficiency by 71.3%–77.2%, and nitrogen recovery efficiency by 42.4%–56.7% for both rice cultivars, compared with the multiple-broadcast treatment. One-time deep-placement fertilization reduced CH4-induced global warming potential(GWP) by 20.7%–25.3%, N2O-induced GWP by 7.2%–12.3%, and total GWP by 14.7%–22.9% for both rice cultivars relative to the multiple-broadcast treatment. The activities of glutamine synthetase and nitrate reductase were increased at both panicle-initiation and heading stages in both rice cultivars following one-time deep-placement fertilization treatment. Larger leaf area index at heading stage and more favorable root morphological traits expressed as larger total root length, mean root diameter, and total root volume per hill were also observed. 9Laminar Distribution of Neurochemically-Identified Interneurons and Cellular Co-expression of Molecular Markers in Epileptic Human Cortex显示文摘Inhibitory GABAergic interneurons are fundamental elements of cortical circuits and play critical roles in shaping network activity. Dysfunction of interneurons can lead to various brain disorders, including epilepsy,schizophrenia, and anxiety. Based on the electrophysiological properties, cell morphology, and molecular identity,interneurons could be classified into various subgroups. In this study, we investigated the density and laminar distribution of different interneuron types and the coexpression of molecular markers in epileptic human cortex.We found that parvalbumin(PV) and somatostatin(SST)neurons were distributed in all cortical layers except layer I, while tyrosine hydroxylase(TH) and neuropeptide Y(NPY) were abundant in the deep layers and white matter.Cholecystokinin(CCK) neurons showed a high density in layers IV and VI. Neurons with these markers constituted*7.2%(PV), 2.6%(SST), 0.5%(TH), 0.5%(NPY), and4.4%(CCK) of the gray-matter neuron population. Doubleand triple-labeling revealed that NPY neurons were also SST-immunoreactive(97.7%), and TH neurons were more likely to express SST(34.2%) than PV(14.6%). A subpopulation of CCK neurons(28.0%) also expressed PV, but none contained SST. 10Lodging Resistance Related to Root Traits for Mechanized Wet-Seeding of Two Super Rice Cultivars显示文摘Mechanical hill wet-seeded rice machine is beneficial for establishing and growing uniform rows of seedlings.However,there is limited knowledge regarding the effects of the establishment of furrows on growth,lodging and yield,and their relationships with root traits.In this study,field experiments were conducted during 2012 and 2013 using two super rice varieties(hybrid rice Peizataifeng and inbred rice Yuxiangyouzhan)under three furrow establishment treatments(T1,both water and seed furrows were established by the machine;T2,only seed furrows were established by the machine;and T3,neither water nor seed furrows were established by the machine).Lodging index,lodging-related traits,grain yield,above-ground dry weight and root traits were measured.The results showed that the lodging index was significantly affected by the treatments with furrows(T1 and T2).The strongest lodging resistance was detected in the mechanical hill wet-seeded rice with furrow treatment(T1)in both 2012 and 2013.Lodging resistance was strongly related to the breaking resistance.No significant difference was found in grain yield or dry weight of the mechanical hill wet-seeded rice.Therefore,the mechanical hill wet-seeded rice with furrow treatment increased rice lodging resistance,which was related to root traits.ZHANG Minghua MO Zhaowen LIAO Juan PAN Shenggang CHEN Xiongfei ZHENG Le LUO Xiwen WANG Zaiman 2021Rice science2021,28,2:3
11LanePost:Lane-Based Optimal Routing Protocol for Delay-Tolerant Maritime Networks显示文摘Ship.to.ship, ship.to.shore radio links empowered by Wi Fi, Wi MAX etc have been recently exploited to build maritime multi.hop mesh networks to provide internet services to on.ship users. However, because of the mobility of the vessels/ships and the large inter.ship distances, nodes in the maritime network are frequently disconnected, forcing data communication in the maritime mesh networks to be opportunistic and delay.tolerant. In this paper, we present Lane Post, an optimization approach for maritime delay.tolerant routing protocol. We exploit the shipping lane information to predict the rendezvous opportunities of the ships to optimize the route selection in delay.tolerant routing. In particular, we show that when the shipping lane information is available, an opportunistic routing graph(ORG) for each ship can be constructed to predict its multi.hop data routing opportunities to the other ships or to the shore. Based on the ORG, we develop an optimal route protocol(i.e., Lane Post) for each ship to minimize its delay of multi.hop packet delivery via dynamic programming. 12Transition and fracture shift behavior in LCF test of dissimilar welded joint at elevated temperature显示文摘This work focused on the low-cycle fatigue(LCF) behavior of modified 9Cr/CrMoV dissimilar welded joint at elevated temperature. Narrow gap submerged arc welding(NG-SAW) process via multi-pass and multi-layer techniques was employed to fabricate the welded joint. LCF tests at different strain amplitude range from 0.22% to 0.75% were performed at strain ratio R =-1. The two-slope behavior based on fracture location shift was presented both on the cyclic stress-strain(CSS) curve and Manson-Coffin(M-C) curve, which could be applied to predict the fatigue life more precisely especially at relatively low strain amplitude. The results indicated that the joint failed in CrMoV-base metal(BM) at relatively low strain amplitude below 0.4% while failure shifted to CrMoV-over tempered zone(OTZ) at higher strain amplitude above 0.4%. Fatigue failure occurred in CrMoV-BM at low strain amplitude could be attributed to temperature softening effect in CrMoV-BM combined with cyclic strengthening in CrMoV-OTZ. While CrMoV-OTZ with a comparable number of grain boundaries and much lower hardness than that of CrMoV-BM was deemed to be the weakest zone across the welded joint at higher strain amplitude.EBSD investigations also revealed that CrMoV-BM experienced more fatigue damage at relatively low strain amplitude, while CrMoV-OTZ accumulated more plastic strain at higher strain amplitude.Xiongfei Wang ChendongShao Xia Liu Fenggui Lu 2018Journal of Materials Science & Technology2018,34,4:2

14Characterization of an extreme alkaline-stable keratinase from the draft genome of feather-degrading Bacillus sp.JM7 from deep-sea显示文摘Bacillus sp. JM7, a strain isolated from the deep-sea of the South China Sea, was found to efficiently degrade 79.4% native chicken feather within 30 h. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that JM7 strain could gradually degrade feather by modifying the microstructure of feather keratin. A total of 25 protease genes were predicted from the draft genome of JM7 strain, among which a predicted subtilisin-like serine protease(designated as Ker02562) was further characterized for its keratinolytic activity. The recombinant Ker02562 functioned at a wide range of temperatures from 30℃ to 60℃, with an optimum at 40–50℃. Ker02562 was highly active at various pHs ranging from 5.0 to 13.0, with a maximum activity observed at pH 7.0–9.0. Remarkably, recombinant Ker02562 was stable in extreme alkaline environments(pH 10–13), which was much better than most other reported keratinases. Collectively, these favorable properties could make Bacillus sp. 17A New Genus of Fossil Cycads Yixianophyllum gen. nov. from the Late Jurassic Yixian Formation, Western Liaoning, China显示文摘A new genus of fossil Cycads, Yixianophyllum gen. nov., is reported here. The specimens were collected from the southern hill of Jinjiagou village, Toudaohezi Town, Yixian County, western Liaoning Province, China. The fossil plant-bearing bed belongs to the lower part, the Zhuanchengzi bed, of the Upper Jurassic Yixian Formation (Yixianian). The new genus in leaf shape, venation and epidermal structure shows a transitional form between Mesozoic Cycads (Ctenis, Nilssonia) and modern Cycads (Stangeria and Encephalartos). Since the features of these specimens differ from any known genera of Cycads, a new generic name Yixianophyllum is proposed for these leaves. Typical species, Yixianophyllum jinjiagouense gen. et sp. nov. is described here. 18Dynamic degradation patterns of porous polycaprolactone/β-tricalcium phosphate composites orchestrate macrophage responses and immunoregulatory bone regeneration显示文摘Biodegradable polycaprolactone/β-tricalcium phosphate(PT)composites are desirable candidates for bone tissue engineering applications.A higherβ-tricalcium phosphate(TCP)ceramic content improves the mechanical,hydrophilic and osteogenic properties of PT scaffolds in vitro.Using a dynamic degradation reactor,we estab-lished a steady in vitro degradation model to investigate the changes in the physio-chemical and biological properties of PT scaffolds during degradation.PT46 and PT37 scaffolds underwent degradation more rapidly than PT scaffolds with lower TCP contents.In vivo studies revealed the rapid degradation of PT(PT46 and PT37)scaffolds disturbed macrophage responses and lead to bone healing failure.Macrophage co-culture assays and a subcutaneous implantation model indicated that the scaffold degradation process dynamically affected macro-phage responses,especially polarization.RNA-Seq analysis indicated phagocytosis of the degradation products of PT37 scaffolds induces oxidative stress and inflammatory M1 polarization in macrophages.Overall,this study reveals that the dynamic patterns of biodegradation of degradable bone scaffolds highly orchestrate immune responses and thus determine the success of bone regeneration.Therefore,through evaluation of the biological effects of biomaterials during the entire process of degradation on immune responses and bone regeneration are necessary in order to develop more promising biomaterials for bone regeneration.Hao Wu Xinghui Wei Yichao Liu Hui Dong Zhen Tang Ning Wang Shusen Bao Zhigang Wu Lei Shi Xiongfei Zheng Xiaokang Li Zheng Guo 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,3:1
