| 1 | Geomicrobial functional groups:A window on the interaction between life and environments显示文摘Microbes are well-known for their great diversity and abundance in modern natural environments.They also are believed to pro-vide critical links among higher organisms and their associated environments.However,the low diversity of morphological fea-tures and structures of ancient microbes preserved in sediments and rocks make them difficult to identify and classify.This diffi-culty greatly hinders the investigation of geomicrobes throughout Earth history.Thus,most previous paleontological studies have focused on faunal and floral fossils.Here,geomicrobial functional groups(GFGs),or a collection of microbes featured in specific ecological,physiological or biogeochemical functions,are suggested to provide a way to overcome the difficulties of ancient mi-crobe investigations.GFGs are known for their great diversity in ecological,physiological and biogeochemical functions.In addi-tion,GFGs may be preserved as the biogeochemical,mineralogical and sedimentological records in sediments and rocks.We reviewed the functions,origins and identification diagnostics of some important GFGs involved in the elemental cycles of carbon,sulfur,nitrogen and iron.GFGs were further discussed with respect to their significant impacts on paleoclimate,sulfur chemistry of ancient seawater,nutritional status of geological environments,and the deposition of Precambrian banded iron formations. | XIE ShuCheng YANG Huan LUO GenMing HUANG XianYu LIU Deng WANG YongBiao GONG YiMing XU Rana | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,1: | 11 |
| 2 | Creep Behaviors of DA Casting and Rolling GH4169 Superalloy显示文摘After the billet of Casting and Rolling GH4169 alloy was directly aged (DA) treated at 720 ℃ and 620 ℃, creep behavior and deformed features of the alloy were investigated by means of the measurement of creep curves and microstructure observation. Results show that the DA Casting and Rolling GH4169 Superalloy displays a lower strain rate during creep and longer lifetimes under the condition of the applied stress of 700 MPa at 650 ℃ , the creep lifetimes of the alloy decrease to 127 h as temperature is elevated to 660 ℃ , and therefore the alloy exhibits an obvious sensitivity of the applied temperatures. During creep, the deformation mechanism of the alloy is thought to be the twinning deformation and slipping of dislocation within the twinning regions. Thereinto, the dislocation slipping of the single and double orientations occur within the twins. | 3 | Control allocation for a V/STOL aircraft based on robust fuzzy control显示文摘This study addresses the design of an output-feedback H-infinity and fuzzy mixed controller for an advanced vertical and/or short take-off and landing aircraft that exhibits satisfactory global stability criteria. A fuzzy logic based optimization approach is employed to solve autonomously the constrained control allocation problem by suitably adjusting the components of the output vector and finding a proper vector in the attainable moment set. | 4 | Creep Behaviors of FGH95 Powder Ni-Base Superalloy显示文摘This article makes an investigation into the creep behavior and deformation features of FGH95 powder Ni-base superalloy by means of creep curves and microstructural observation.Results show that this superalloy exposes obvious sensibility to the applied temperature and stresses in the experimental range.Microstructure of the alloy consists of γ' phase of various sizes and dispersed carbide particles precipitated in the wider crystal boundaries between the powder particles.During the creep,the deformation of the alloy occurs in the form of single-or double-oriented slipping inside the grains,and some of the finer carbide particles are precipitated near the slipping traces.The wide grain boundaries might be broken into the finer grains due to severe deformation.The deformation mechanism of the alloy during creep is thought to be the activation of dislocations of double-oriented slipping,including(1/2)<110> dislocation inside the γ matrix phase and <110> super-dislocation inside the γ' phase.The formation of the stacking faults and(1/3)<112> super-Shockleys partial dislocation configuration is attributed to the decomposition of <110> super-dislocation in the γ' phase. | Tian Sugui Liu Yang Zhou Xiaoming Zhao Zhonggang Bao Xianyu Wang Wuxiang | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4: | 6 |
| 5 | System Design and Analysis of Hydrocarbon Scramjet with Regeneration Cooling and Expansion Cycle显示文摘A new expansion cycle scheme of the scramjet engine system including a hydrocarbon-fuel-based(kerosene)regenerative cooling system and supercritical/cracking kerosene-based turbo-pump was proposed in this paper.In this cycle scbeme,the supercritical/cracking kerosene with high pressure and high temperature is formed through the cooling channel.And then,in order to make better use of the high energy of the supercritical/cracking fuel,the supercritical/cracking kerosene fuel was used to drive the turbo-pump to obtain a high pressure of the cold kerosene fuel at the entrance of the cooling channel.In the end,the supercritical/cracking kerosene from the turbine exit is injected into the scramjet combustor.Such supercritical/cracking kerosene fuel can decrease the fuel-air mixing length and increase the combustion efficiency,due to the gas state and low molecular weight of the cracking fuel.In order to ignite the cold kerosene in the start-up stage,the ethylene-assisted ignition subsystem was applied.In the present paper,operating modes and characteristics of the expansion cycle system are first described.And then,the overall design of the system and the characterisitics of the start-up process are analyzed numerically to investigate effects of the system parameters on the scramjet start-up performance.The results show that the expansion cycle system proposed in this paper can work well under typical conditions.The research work in this paper can help to make a solid foundation for the research on the coupling characteristics between the dynamics and thermodynamics of the scramjet expansion cycle system. | WU Xianyu YANG Jun ZHANG Hua SHEN Chibing | 2015 | Journal of Thermal Science2015,24,4: | 6 |
| 6 | Factors Influencing Diurnal Variations of Cloud and Precipitation in the Yushu Area of the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Using the cloud radar,ground observations,and ECMWF Reanalysis v5(ERA5)data,we investigate the factors influencing nighttime precipitation during summer in the Yushu area of the Tibetan Plateau(TP).The cloud top height(CTH),cloud base height(CBH),and liquid water content(LWC)are compared between non-precipitation and precipitation days.The results show that the average CTH on precipitation days in Yushu is below 10 km above ground level(AGL)in the daytime,whereas it exceeds 10 km AGL at night,with the maximum at 2300 BT(Beijing Time).The CBH is in-phase with the dewpoint spread.The precipitation intensity and CTH are in-phase with the LWC.The hourly averaged precipitation intensity and convective available potential energy in ERA5 reach their maximums at2100 BT,which is 3 h ahead of their observed counterparts.There is descending motion in the mid day on non-precipitation days,whereas there is ascending motion at night on precipitation days.In addition,the horizontal wind direction in the lower level(below 5000 m)shows clockwise rotation from morning to night.Wind shear occurs in the mid level of the atmosphere,accompanied by a subtropical westerly jet in the upper level.The difference in horizontal wind speed between 200 and 500 hPa is positively related to the LWC,thereby contributing to the formation of upper-level cloud. | Bangjun CAO Shihua LYU Yu ZHANG Xianyu YANG Boliang LI Liang YUAN Meilin LI | 2022 | Journal of Meteorological Research2022,36,2: | 2 |

| 13 | Text Detection and Recognition for Natural Scene Images Using Deep Convolutional Neural Networks显示文摘Words are the most indispensable information in human life.It is very important to analyze and understand the meaning of words.Compared with the general visual elements,the text conveys rich and high-level moral information,which enables the computer to better understand the semantic content of the text.With the rapid development of computer technology,great achievements have been made in text information detection and recognition.However,when dealing with text characters in natural scene images,there are still some limitations in the detection and recognition of natural scene images.Because natural scene image has more interference and complexity than text,these factors make the detection and recognition of natural scene image text face many challenges.To solve this problem,a new text detection and recognition method based on depth convolution neural network is proposed for natural scene image in this paper.In text detection,this method obtains high-level visual features from the bottom pixels by ResNet network,and extracts the context features from character sequences by BLSTM layer,then introduce to the idea of faster R-CNN vertical anchor point to find the bounding box of the detected text,which effectively improves the effect of text object detection.In addition,in text recognition task,DenseNet model is used to construct character recognition based on Kares.Finally,the output of Softmax is used to classify each character.Our method can replace the artificially defined features with automatic learning and context-based features.It improves the efficiency and accuracy of recognition,and realizes text detection and recognition of natural scene images.And on the PAC2018 competition platform,the experimental results have achieved good results. | Xianyu Wu Chao Luo Qian Zhang Jiliu Zhou Hao Yang Yulian Li | 2019 | Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,7: | 1 |

| 18 | Sorption kinetics of 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene to biochars produced at various temperatures显示文摘Sorption kinetics of organic compounds on biochars is important for understanding the retardation of mobility and bioavailability of organic compounds.Herein,sorption kinetics of 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene on biochars prepared from 200 to 700℃was investigated to explore the sorption process.Loose partition matrix and condensed partition matrix were formed at relatively low and moderate temperatures,respectively.However,biochars produced at relatively high temperatures formed rich pore structures.Therefore,sorption equilibrium time of 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene increased with increasing preparation temperature from 200 to 350℃due to the slower diffusion rate in the more condensed matrix,and then decreased when preparation temperature was higher than 400℃because of the faster adsorption rate in the greater number of pores.Linear positive relationship between matrix diffusion rates of 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene on biochars prepared at 200,250,300,350℃and H/C ratios of biochars was observed,suggesting that the inhibition of partition process was caused by the condensed matrix in biochars.Linear positive relationships between adsorption rates(i.e.,fast outer diffusion rate and slow pore diffusion rate)of 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene on biochars prepared at 400,450,550,700℃and graphite defects of biochars were observed,because the increase of graphite defects of biochars could promote the adsorption by increasing the quantity of fast diffusion channels and sorption sites.This study reveals the underlying mechanisms of sorption kinetics for organic compounds with relatively large size on biochars,which has potential guidance for the application of biochars and prediction of the environmental risks of organic compounds. | Hongxia Zhu Xianyu Liu Yuan Jiang Daohui Lin Kun Yang | 2022 | Biochar2022,4,1: | 1 |
