1Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network (SAGIN) for 6G: Requirements, Architecture and Challenges显示文摘As the fifth-generation(5G)mobile communication network may not meet the requirements of emerging technologies and applications,including ubiquitous coverage,industrial internet of things(IIoT),ubiquitous artificial intelligence(AI),digital twins(DT),etc.,this paper aims to explore a novel space-air-ground integrated network(SAGIN)architecture to support these new requirements for the sixth-generation(6G)mobile communication network in a flexible,low-latency and efficient manner.Specifically,we first review the evolution of the mobile communication network,followed by the application and technology requirements of 6G.Then the current 5G non-terrestrial network(NTN)architecture in supporting the new requirements is deeply analyzed.After that,we proposes a new flexible,low-latency and flat SAGIN architecture,and presents corresponding use cases.Finally,the future research directions are discussed.Huanxi Cui Jun Zhang Yuhui Geng Zhenyu Xiao Tao Sun Ning Zhang Jiajia Liu Qihui Wu Xianbin Cao 2022China Communications2022,19,2:11
2Comparative metabolic profiling of Vitis amurensis and Vitis vinifera during cold acclimation显示文摘Vitis amurensis is a wild Vitis plant that can withstand extreme cold temperatures.However,the accumulation of metabolites during cold acclimation(CA)in V.amurensis remains largely unknown.In this study,plantlets of V.amurensis and V.vinifera cv.Muscat of Hamburg were treated at 4℃ for 24 and 72 h,and changes of metabolites in leaves were detected by gas chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectrometry.Most of the identified metabolites,including carbohydrates,amino acids,and organic acids,accumulated in the two types of grape after CA.Galactinol,raffinose,fructose,mannose,glycine,and ascorbate were continuously induced by cold in V.amurensis,but not in Muscat of Hamburg.Twelve metabolites,including isoleucine,valine,proline,2-oxoglutarate,and putrescine,increased in V.amurensis during CA.More galactinol,ascorbate,2-oxoglutarate,and putrescine,accumulated in V.amurensis,but not in Muscat of Hamburg,during CA,which may be responsible for the excellent cold tolerance in V.amurensis.The expression levels of the genes encodingβ-amylase(BAMY),galactinol synthase(GolS),and raffinose synthase(RafS)were evaluated by quantitative reverse transcription-PCR.The expression BAMY(VIT_02s0012 g00170)and RafS(VIT_05s0077 g00840)were primarily responsible for the accumulation of maltose and raffinose,respectively.The accumulation of galactinol was attributed to different members of GolS in the two grapes.In conclusion,these results show the inherent differences in metabolites between V.amurensis and V.vinifera under CA.Fengmei Chai Wenwen Liu Yue Xiang Xianbin Meng Xiaoming Sun Cheng Cheng Guotian Liu Lixin Duan Haiping Xin Shaohua Li 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:3
3Clinical Prediction Models for Hepatitis B Virus-related Acute-on-chronic Liver Failure:A Technical Report显示文摘Background and Aims:It is critical but challenging to predict the prognosis of hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure(HBV-ACLF).This study systematically summarized and evaluated the quality and performance of available clinical prediction models(CPMs).Methods:A keyword search of articles on HBV-ACLF CPMs published in PubMed from January 1995 to April 2020 was performed.Both the quality and performance of the CPMs were assessed.Results:Fifty-two CPMs were identified,of which 31 were HBV-ACLF specific.The modeling data were mostly derived from retrospective(83.87%)and single-center(96.77%)cohorts,with sample sizes ranging from 46 to 1,202.Three-month mortality was the most common endpoint.The Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver consensus(51.92%)and Chinese Medical Association liver failure guidelines(40.38%)were commonly used for HBV-ACLF diagnosis.Serum bilirubin(67.74%),the international normalized ratio(54.84%),and hepatic encephalopathy(51.61%)were the most frequent variables used in models.Model discrimination was commonly evaluated(88.46%),but model calibration was seldom performed.The model for end-stage liver disease score was the most widely used(84.62%);however,varying performance was reported among the studies.Conclusions:Substantial limitations lie in the quality of HBV-ACLF-specific CPMs.Disease severity of study populations may impact model performance.The clinical utility of CPMs in predicting short-term prognosis of HBV-ACLF remains to be undefined.Xia Yu Yi Lu Shanshan Sun Huilan Tu Xianbin Xu Kai Gong Junjie Yao Yu Shi Jifang Sheng 2021Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,6:3

5Development of key additives for organoclay-free oil-based drilling mud and system performance evaluation显示文摘Traditional oil-based drilling muds(OBMs) have a relatively high solid content, which is detrimental to penetration rate increase and reservoir protection. Aimed at solving this problem, an organoclay-free OBM system was studied, the synthesis methods and functioning mechanism of key additives were introduced, and performance evaluation of the system was performed. The rheology modifier was prepared by reacting a dimer fatty acid with diethanolamine, the primary emulsifier was made by oxidation and addition reaction of fatty acids, the secondary emulsifier was made by amidation of a fatty acid, and finally the fluid loss additive of water-soluble acrylic resin was synthesized by introducing acrylic acid into styrene/butyl acrylate polymerization. The rheology modifier could enhance the attraction between droplets, particles in the emulsion via intermolecular hydrogen bonding and improve the shear stress by forming a three-dimensional network structure in the emulsion. Lab experimental results show that the organoclay-free OBM could tolerate temperatures up to 220 ?C and HTHP filtration is less than 5 m L. 6Bioresponsive immune-booster-based prodrug nanogel for cancer immunotherapy显示文摘The combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy motivates a potent immune system by triggering immunogenic cell death(ICD), showing great potential in inhibiting tumor growth and improving the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(ITM). However, the therapeutic effectiveness has been restricted by inferior drug bioavailability. Herein, we reported a universal bioresponsive doxorubicin(DOX)-based nanogel to achieve tumor-specific co-delivery of drugs. DOX-based mannose nanogels(DM NGs) was designed and choosed as an example to elucidate the mechanism of combined chemo-immunotherapy. As expected, the DM NGs exhibited prominent micellar stability, selective drug release and prolonged survival time, benefited from the enhanced tumor permeability and prolonged blood circulation. We discovered that the DOX delivered by DM NGs could induce powerful antitumor immune response facilitated by promoting ICD. Meanwhile, the released mannose from DM NGs was proved as a powerful and synergetic treatment for breast cancer in vitro and in vivo, via damaging the glucose metabolism in glycolysis and the tricarboxylic acid cycle. 7Applying nanotechnology to boost cancer immunotherapy by promoting immunogenic cell death显示文摘Tumor immunotherapy,especially immune checkpoint blockade(ICB),has revolutionized the cancer field.However,the limited response of tumors to immunotherapy is a major obstacle.Tumor immunogenic cell death(ICD)is a death mode of tumor cells that can promote tumor immunity.ICD can induce strong an-titumor immune responses through the ectopic exposure of calreticulin on the plasma membrane surface and the release of the non-histone nuclear protein high-mobility group box 1(HMGB1),ATP,and in-terferon(IFN),thus activating an adaptive immune response against dead cell-associated antigens and enhancing the therapeutic effect of tumor immunotherapy.Chemotherapy,radiotherapy,photothermal therapy,magneto-thermodynamics therapy,nanopulse stimulation,and oncolytic virus therapy can all induce a strong antitumor immune response by ICD.In addition,the application of nanotechnology can precisely target drug delivery and improve the efficacy of immunotherapy.Here we introduce the basic concepts and molecular mechanisms underlying the induction of ICD.Then,we summarize and discuss the progress in the application of nanotechnology in immunotherapy to promote ICD.Finally,we attempt to define the challenges and future directions in this area to extend the benefits of ICD to a broader patient population.Lvqin Fu Xianbin Ma Yuantong Liu Zhigang Xu Zhijun Sun 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,4:1

9Fabrication of a Hydrophobic Hierarchical Surface on Shale Using Modified Nano-SiO_(2)for Strengthening the Wellbore Wall in Drilling Engineering显示文摘Wellbore stability is essential for safe and efficient drilling during oil and gas exploration and development.This paper introduces a hydrophobic nano-silica(HNS)for use in strengthening the wellbore wall when using a water-based drilling fluid(WBF).The wellbore-strengthening performance was studied using the linear swelling test,hot-rolling recovery test,and compressive strength test.The mechanism of strengthening the wellbore wall was studied by means of experiments on the zeta potential,particle size,contact angle,and surface tension,and with the use of a scanning electron microscope(SEM).The surface free energy changes of the shale before and after HNS treatment were also calculated using the contact angle method.The experimental results showed that HNS exhibited a good performance in inhibiting shale swelling and dispersion.Compared with the use of water,the use of HNS resulted in a 20%smaller linear swelling height of the bentonite pellets and an 11.53 times higher recovery of water-sensitive shale—a performance that exceeds those of the commonly used shale inhibitors KCl and polyamines.More importantly,the addition of HNS was effective in preventing a decrease in shale strength.According to the mechanism study,the good wellbore-strengthening performance of HNS can be attributed to three aspects.First,the positively charged HNS balances parts of the negative charges of clay by means of electrostatic adsorption,thus inhibiting osmotic hydration.Second,HNS fabricates a lotus-leaf-like surface with a micro-nano hierarchical structure on shale after adsorption,which significantly increases the water contact angle of the shale surface and considerably reduces the surface free energy,thereby inhibiting surface hydration.Third,the decrease in capillary action and the effective plugging of the shale pores reduce the invasion of water and promote wellbore stability.The approach described herein may provide an avenue for inhibiting both the surface hydration and the osmotic hydration of shale.Xianbin Huang Jinsheng Sun He Li Ren Wang Kaihe Lv Haichao Li 2022Engineering2022,8,4:1

13A high-temperature resistant and high-density polymeric saturated brine-based drilling fluid显示文摘Three high-temperature resistant polymeric additives for water-based drilling fluids are designed and developed:weakly cross-linked zwitterionic polymer fluid loss reducer(WCZ),flexible polymer microsphere nano-plugging agent(FPM)and comb-structure polymeric lubricant(CSP).A high-temperature resistant and high-density polymeric saturated brine-based drilling fluid was developed for deep drilling.The WCZ has a good anti-polyelectrolyte effect and exhibits the API fluid loss less than 8 mL after aging in saturated salt environment at 200°C.The FPM can reduce the fluid loss by improving the quality of the mud cake and has a good plugging effect on nano-scale pores/fractures.The CSP,with a weight average molecular weight of 4804,has multiple polar adsorption sites and exhibits excellent lubricating performance under high temperature and high salt conditions.The developed drilling fluid system with a density of 2.0 g/cm^(3)has good rheological properties.It shows a fluid loss less than 15 mL at 200°C and high pressure,a sedimentation factor(SF)smaller than 0.52 after standing at high temperature for 5 d,and a rolling recovery of hydratable drill cuttings similar to oil-based drilling fluid.Besides,it has good plugging and lubricating performance.HUANG Xianbin SUN Jinsheng LYU Kaihe DONG Xiaodong LIU Fengbao GAO Chongyang 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5:0
14Analysis of Influencing Factors of Pine Wood Nematode Disease in Lu an City Based on GIS显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to figure out the distribution of Monochamus alternatus in the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City and to provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future.[Methods]The factors influencing the number of epidemic small classes and infected plants in all counties and districts of Lu'an City were analyzed by GIS method,and the number of worms and wormholes of M.alternatus inside and outside the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City were investigated on the spot.[Results]There were 98,40,54,781,193,268 and 34 epidemic small classes of pine wood nematode disease,and 7241,6099,9532,39161,11079,49876 and 4853 infected plants in Yu'an District,Jin'an District,Yeji District,Shucheng County,Huoshan County,Jinzhai County and Huoqiu County,respectively.Pine wood nematode disease in Lu'an City mostly occurred in Huoshan County,Shucheng County and Jinzhai County,with relatively high altitude,paddy soil,the annual precipitation higher than 2062 mm,and the annual average temperature lower than 16.2℃.The number of diseased plants of pine wood nematode disease was positively correlated with altitude and annual precipitation,and was negatively correlated with annual average temperature.The number of worms and wormholes in pine wood nematode infected wood was very small at different altitudes,stump heights and stump diameters.[Conclusions]The pine wood nematode infected wood can be differentially processed after stump treatment,and stumps can be peeled.The results will provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future.Juanjuan HU Hao SONG Gao LIU Yongquan CHENG Yehan YAN Xianrong WANG Xianbin SUN Bangxing HAN 2023Plant Diseases and Pests2023,14,4:0
15Engineering prodrug nanomicelles as pyroptosis inducer for codelivery of PI3K/mTOR and CDK inhibitors to enhance antitumor immunity显示文摘Aberrant activation of oncogenic signaling pathways in tumors can promote resistance to the antitumor immune response.However,single blockade of these pathways is usually ineffective because of the complex crosstalk and feedback among oncogenic signaling pathways.The enhanced toxicity of free small molecule inhibitor combinations is considered an insurmountable barrier to their clinical applications.To circumvent this issue,we rationally designed an effective tumor microenvironment-activatable prodrug nanomicelle(PNM)for cancer therapy.PNM was engineered by integrating the PI3K/m TOR inhibitor PF-04691502(PF)and the broad spectrum CDK inhibitor flavopiridol(Flav)into a single nanoplatform,which showed tumor-specific accumulation,activation and deep penetration in response to the high glutathione(GSH)tumoral microenvironment.The codelivery of PF and Flav could trigger gasdermin E(GSDME)-based immunogenic pyroptosis of tumor cells to elicit a robust antitumor immune response.Furthermore,the combination of PNM-induced immunogenic pyroptosis with antiprogrammed cell death-1(a PD-1)immunotherapy further boosted the antitumor effect and prolonged the survival time of mice.Collectively,these results indicated that the pyroptosis-induced nanoplatform codelivery of PI3K/m TOR and CDK inhibitors can reprogram the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and efficiently improve checkpoint blockade cancer immunotherapy.Qichao Yang Xianbin Ma Yao Xiao Tian Zhang Leilei Yang Shaochen Yang Mengyun Liang Shuo Wang Zhizhong Wu Zhigang Xu Zhijun Sun 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,7:0
16Characterizing Flight Delay Profiles with a Tensor Factorization Framework显示文摘In air traffic and airport management,experience gained from past operations is crucial in designing appropriate strategies when facing a new scenario.Therefore,this paper uses massive spatiotemporal flight data to identify similar traffic and delay patterns,which become critical for gaining a better understanding of the aviation system and relevant decision-making.However,as the datasets imply complex dependence and higher-order interactions between space and time,retrieving significant features and patterns can be very challenging.In this paper,we propose a probabilistic framework for highdimensional historical flight data.We apply a latent class model and demonstrate the effectiveness of this framework using air traffic data from 224 airports in China during 2014–2017.We find that profiles of each dimension can be clearly divided into various patterns representing different regular operations.To prove the effectiveness of these patterns,we then create an estimation model that provides preliminary judgment on the airport delay level.The outcomes of this study can help airport operators and air traffic managers better understand air traffic and delay patterns according to the experience gained from historical scenarios.Mingyuan Zhang Shenwen Chen Lijun Sun Wenbo Du Xianbin Cao 2021Engineering2021,7,4:0

18METTL14 is a chromatin regulator independent of its RNA N^(6)-methyladenosine methyltransferase activity显示文摘METTL3 and METTL14 are two components that form the core heterodimer of the main RNA m^(6)A methyltransferase complex(MTC)that installs m^(6)A.Surprisingly,depletion of METTL3 or METTL14 displayed distinct effects on stemness maintenance of mouse embryonic stem cell(mESC).While comparable global hypo-methylation in RNA m^(6)A was observed in Mettl3 or Mettl14 knockout mESCs,respectively.Mettl14 knockout led to a globally decreased nascent RNA synthesis,whereas Mettl3 depletion resulted in transcription upregulation,suggesting that METTL14 might possess an mA-independent role in gene regulation.We found that METTL14 colocalizes with the repressive H3K27me3 modification.Mechanistically,METTL14,but not METTL3,binds H3K27me3 and recruits KDM6B to induce H3K27me3 demethylation independent of METTL3.Depletion of METTL14 thus led to a global increase in H3K27me3 level along with a global gene suppression.The effects of METTL14 on regulation of H3K27me3 is essential for the transition from self-renewal to differentiation of mESCs.This work reveals a regulatory mechanism on heterochromatin by METTL14 in a manner distinct from METTL3 and independently of m^(6)A,and critically impacts transcriptional regulation,stemness maintenance,and differentiation ofmESCs.Xiaoyang Dou Lulu Huang Yu Xiao Chang Liu Yini Li Xinning Zhang Lishan Yu Ran Zhao Lei Yang Chuan Chen Xianbin Yu Boyang Gao Meijie Qi Yawei Gao Bin Shen Shuying Sun Chuan He Jun Liu 2023Protein & Cell2023,14,9:0
19Inspired heat shock protein alleviating prodrug enforces immunogenic photodynamic therapy by eliciting pyroptosis显示文摘Despite immunotherapy involving immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have revolutionized cancer therapy,the clinical efficacy is limited due to ICI resistance.Pyroptosis is a gasdermin-mediated programmed cell death that enhances responses to ICIs.However,nontargeted elicitation of pyroptosis may induce systemic side effects and toxicity.Therefore,we reasonably design and construct a tumor-specific prodrug that combines the heat shock protein 90 inhibitor tanespimycin(17-AAG)with the photosensitizer chlorin e6(Ce6)to induce pyroptosis,by utilizing the high glutathione level in the tumor microenvironment.The released Ce6 and 17-AAG produce reactive oxygen species by laser triggering,which induces gasdermin E-mediated pyroptosis.Furthermore,17-AAG reduces myeloid-derived suppressor cells and sensitizes tumors to anti-programmed death^(-1)(PD-1)therapy.Thus,our prodrug strategy achieves tumor-targeted pyroptosis to suppress tumor growth,thereby improving the response to anti-PD-1 therapy and extending the survival of 4T1 breast tumor-bearing mice.Consequently,this pyroptosis-based prodrug represents a novel strategy for enforcing immunogenic photodynamic therapy.Junjie Zhou Xianbin Ma Hao Li Derun Chen Liang Mao Leilei Yang Tian Zhang Wei Qiu Zhigang Xu Zhi-Jun Sun 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:0
20A data-driven method for estimating the target position of low-frequency sound sources in shallow seas显示文摘Estimating the target position of low-frequency sound sources in a shallow sea environment is difficult due to the high cost of hydrophone placement and the complexity of the propagation model.We propose a compressed recurrent neural network(C-RNN)model that compresses the signal received by a vector hydrophone into a dynamic sound intensity signal and compresses the target position of the sound source into a GeoHash code.Two types of data are used to carry out prior training on the recurrent neural network,and the trained network is subsequently used to estimate the target position of the sound source.Compared with traditional mathematical models,the C-RNN model functions independently under the complex sound field environment and terrain conditions,and allows for real-time positioning of the sound source under low-parameter operating conditions.Experimental results show that the average error of the model is 56 m for estimating the target position of a low-frequency sound source in a shallow sea environment.Xianbin SUN Xinming JIA Yi ZHENG Zhen WANG 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,7:0
