1Mapping wetland changes in China between 1978 and 2008显示文摘Four wetland maps for all China have been produced,based on Landsat and CBERS-02B remote sensing data between 1978 and 2008 (1978,1990,2000 and 2008).These maps were mainly developed by manual interpretation and validated by substantial field investigation in 2009.Based on these maps,we analyzed the 2008 wetland distribution in China and discussed wetland changes and their drivers over the past 30 years.(i) There were about 324097 km 2 of wetlands in 2008,for which inland marshes or swamps were the most common wetland type (35%),with lakes (26%) second.Most of the wetlands were in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet,occupying about 55% of the national wetland area.(ii) From 1978 to 2008,China's wetland area continually and significantly decreased,by about 33% based on changes in the wetland map.This was in sharp contrast to the increase in artificial wetlands,which increased by about 122%.Inland marshes accounted for the main loss of total wetlands from 1978 to 2000.From 2000 through 2008,riverine and lacustrine wetlands constituted the main wetland loss.Fortunately however,the rate of wetland loss decreased from 5523 to 831 km 2 /a.(iii) The change ratio of lost natural wetlands (including inland and coastal wetlands) to non-wetlands has decreased slightly over the past 30 years.From 1978 to 1990,nearly all natural wetlands (98%) lost were transformed into non-wetlands.However,the ratio declined to 86% from 1990 to 2000,and to 77% from 2000 to 2008.(iv) All Chinese provinces were divided into three groups according to patterns of wetland changes,which could relate to the driving forces of such changes.Tibet was completely different from other provinces,as it was one representative example in which there was a net wetland increase,because of global warming and decreased human activity since 1990.Increased economic development caused considerable wetland loss in most eastern provinces,and artificial wetlands increased.NIU ZhenGuo ZHANG HaiYing WANG XianWei YAO WenBo ZHOU DeMin ZHAO KuiYi ZHAO Hui LI NaNa HUANG HuaBing LI CongCong YANG Jun LIU CaiXia LIU Shuang WANG Lin LI Zhan YANG ZhenZhong QIAO Fei ZHENG YaoMin CHEN YanLei SHENG YongWei GAO XiaoHong ZHU WeiHong WANG WenQing WANG Hong WENG YongLing ZHUANG DaFang LIU JiYuan LUO ZhiCai CHENG Xiao GUO ZiQi GONG Peng 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:51
2A Stackelberg Differential Game Based Bandwidth Allocation in Satellite Communication Network显示文摘In this paper, a Stackelberg differential game based approach is proposed to solve the bandwidth allocation problems in satellite communication network. All the satellites are divided into two groups, one has high download requirements, and the other one has low download requirements. Each satellites group has its own controller for bandwidth allocation, and can get payments from the satellites for the allocated resources. The relationships between the controllers and satellites are formed as a Stackelberg game. In our model, differential equation is introduced to describe the bandwidth dynamics for the whole satellite communication network. Combine the differential equation and Stackelberg game together, we can formulate the bandwidth allocation problems in satellite communication network as a Stackelber differential game. The solutions to the proposed game is solved based the Bellman dynamic equations. 3TAOK1 negatively regulates IL-17-mediated signaling and inflammation显示文摘Interleukin 17(IL-17)is an important cytokine that can induce tissue inflammation and is involved in the pathogenesis of numerous autoimmune diseases.However,the regulation of its signaling transduction has not been well described.In this study,we report that thousand and one kinase 1(TAOK1)functions as a negative regulator of IL-17-mediated signal transduction and inflammation.TAOK1 knockdown promotes IL-17-induced cytokine and chemokine expression and the activation of mitogen-activated protein kinases and nuclear factor-κB.We further demonstrate that TAOK1 interacts with IL-17 receptor A(IL-17RA)independent of its kinase activity,and TAOK1 dose-dependently prevents the formation of the IL-17R-Act1(nuclear factor activator 1,also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 3 interacting protein 2)complex.Consistent with this,TAOK1 deficiency exacerbates colitis in the 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid-induced experimental model of inflammatory bowel disease,likely by its promotion of the IL-17-mediated signaling pathway.TAOK1 expression is decreased in the colons of ulcerative colitis patients.In conclusion,these findings suggest that TAOK1 is involved in the development of IL-17-related autoimmune disorders.Zhaoru Zhang Zhen Tang Xianwei Ma Kai Sun Liping Fan Jie Fang Jianping Pan Xiaojian Wang Huazhang An Jun Zhou 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,8:10
4Reliability analysis of marine risers with narrow and long corrosion defects under combined loads显示文摘A marine riser, one of the most important components of offshore oil/gas transportation, needs to be designed to eliminate the risks caused by complex ocean environments, platform displacement and internal corrosion, etc. In this study, a new analytical-numerical assessment approach is proposed in order to quantitatively investigate the reliability of internally corroded risers under combined loads including axial tension and internal pressure. First, an analytical solution of the limit state function of intact risers under combined loads is obtained, which is further modified by the non-dimensional corrosion depth(d/ t) for the risers with a narrow and long corrosion defect. The relationship between d/t and limited internal pressure is obtained by finite element analysis and nonlinear regression. Through an advanced first-order reliability method(HL-RF) algorithm, reliability analysis is performed to obtain the failure probability, the reliability index and the sensitivity. These results are further verified by Monte-Carlo importance sampling. 5Steiner Tree Based Optimal Resource Caching Scheme in Fog Computing显示文摘Fog Computing is a new platform that can serve mobile devices in the local area. In Fog Computing, the resources need to be shared or cached in the widely deployed Fog clusters. In this paper, we propose a Steiner tree based caching scheme, in which the Fog servers, when caching resources, first produce a Steiner tree to minimize the total path weight(or cost) such that the cost of resource caching using this tree could be minimized. Then we give a running illustration to show how the Fog Computing works and we compare the traditional shortest path scheme with the proposed one. 6Non-Cooperative Differential Game Based Energy Consumption Control for Dynamic Demand Response in Smart Grid显示文摘In this paper, we conduct research on the dynamic demand response problem in smart grid to control the energy consumption. The objective of the energy consumption control is constructed based on differential game, as the dynamic of each users’ energy state in smart gird can be described based on a differential equation. Concept of electricity sharing is introduced to achieve load shift of main users from the high price hours to the low price hours. 7A Non-Cooperative Differential Game-Based Security Model in Fog Computing显示文摘Fog computing is a new paradigm providing network services such as computing, storage between the end users and cloud. The distributed and open structure are the characteristics of fog computing, which make it vulnerable and very weak to security threats. In this article, the interaction between vulnerable nodes and malicious nodes in the fog computing is investigated as a non-cooperative differential game. The complex decision making process is reviewed and analyzed. To solve the game, a fictitious play-based algorithm is which the vulnerable node and the malicious nodes reach a feedback Nash equilibrium. We attain optimal strategy of energy consumption with Qo S guarantee for the system, which are conveniently operated and suitable for fog nodes. The system simulation identifies the propagation of malicious nodes. We also determine the effects of various parameters on the optimal strategy. 8Degradome sequencing reveals endogenous small RNA targets in rice (Oryza sativa L. ssp. indica)显示文摘MicroRNAs(miRNAs)and small interfering RNAs(siRNAs)regulate gene expression in eukaryotes.Plant miRNAs modulate their targets mainly via messenger RNA(mRNA)cleavage.Small RNA(sRNA)targets have been extensively investigated in Arabidopsis using computational prediction,experimental validation,and degradome sequencing.However,small RNA targets are largely unknown in rice(Oryza sativa).Here,we report global identification of small RNA targets using high throughput degradome sequencing in the rice indica cultivar 93-11(Oryza sativa L.ssp.indica).One hundred and seventy-seven transcripts targeted by a total of 87 unique miRNAs were identified.Of targets for the conserved miRNAs between Arabidopsis and rice,transcription factors comprise around 70%(58 in 82),indicating that these miRNAs act as masters of gene regulatory nodes in rice.In contrast,non-conserved miRNAs targeted diverse genes which provide more complex regulatory networks.In addition,5 AUXIN RESPONSE FACTORs(ARFs)cleaved by the TAS3 derived ta-siRNAs were also detected.A total of 40 sRNA targets were further validated via RNA ligasemediated 5′rapid amplification of cDNA ends(RLM 5′-RACE).Our degradome results present a detailed sRNAtarget interaction atlas,which provides a guide for the study of the roles of sRNAs and their targets in rice.Ming ZHOU Lianfeng GU Pingchuan LI Xianwei SONG Liya WEI Zhiyu CHEN Xiaofeng CAO 2010Frontiers in Biology2010,5,1:3

10Dynamic Connectivity in Cislunar Communication Networking Based on Geosynchronous Orbit Relay Satellites显示文摘The architecture of cislunar multi-hop communication networks, which focuses on the requirements of lunar full-coverage and continuous cislunar communications, is presented on the basis of Geosynchronous Orbit (GEO) satellite network relays. According to the geographical distribution of the forthcoming Chinese Deep Space Measuring and Controlling Network (DSMCN), two networking schemes are proposed and two elevation angle optimization models are established for locating GEO relay satellites. To analyze the dynamic connectivity, a dynamic network model is constructed with respect to the time-varying characteristics of cislunar trunk links. The advantages of the two proposed schemes, in terms of the Connectivity Rate (CR), Interruption Frequency (IF), and Average Length of Connecting Duration (ALCD), are corroborated by several simulations. In the case of the lunar polar orbit constellation case, the gains in the performance of scheme I are observed to be 134.55%, 117.03%, and 217.47% compared with DSMCN for three evaluation indicators, and the gains in the performance of scheme II are observed to be 238. 22%, 240.40%, and 572.71%. 12Towards green for relay in InterPlaNetary Internet based on differential game model显示文摘InterPlaNetary Internet(IPN)plays a very important role in the exploitation of space.However,the relays in IPN are suffered from high symbol error,limited storage space,and limited available energy.To analyze the performance of the relay in IPN,in this article,we build a differential game model,where the controller is transmitting rate,and the goal is to maximize the payoff according to the symbol error rate,the storage space and the available energy in the system.By such a design,the green relays can be achieved for IPNs,which could prolong the live of the relays.Since the model is not easy to discuss,we analyze it using the Bellman theorem and then get some formulas on the trace of the optimal transmitting rate.Finally,extensive simulation results are presented to demonstrate the performance of our proposed model,which shows that by using our derived optimal transmitting rate trace,the relay’s payoff can be maximized.LIN FuHong LIU Qian ZHOU XianWei XIONG Ke 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,4:3

14Cooperative Differential Game for Model Energy-Bandwidth Efficiency Tradeoff in the Internet of Things显示文摘Internet of Things(IoT) refers to an infrastructure which enables the forms of communication and collaboration between people and things,and between things themselves.In order to improve its performance,we present a tradeoff between bandwidth and energy consumption in the IoT in this paper.A service providing model is built to find the relationship between bandwidth and energy consumption using a cooperative differential game model.The game solution is gotten in the condition of grand coalition,feedback Nash equilibrium and intermediate coalitions and an allocation policy is obtain by Shapley theory.The results are shown as follows.Firstly,the performance of IoT decreases with the increasing of bandwidth cost or with the decreasing of energy cost;secondly,all the nodes in the IoT composing a grand coalition can save bandwidth and energy consumption;thirdly,when the factors of bandwidth cost and energy cost are equal,the obtained number of provided services is an optimised value which is the trade-off between energy and bandwidth consumption.LIN Fuhong LIU Qian ZHOU Xianwei CHEN Yueyun HUANG Daochao 2014China Communications2014,11,1:3
15Historical Evolution of Mariculture in China During Past 40 Years and Its Impacts on Eco-environment显示文摘The rapid development of mariculture in China in recent decades has satisfied people's demand of seafood, and has made a great contribution to economic development. However, mariculture has also caused some negative impacts on the eco-environment. By statistically analyzing national data(as well as data for four main provinces) regarding the mariculture area and cultivation species in China since reform and opening up, the historical evolution of mariculture during the past 40 years was analyzed, the driving factors related to policy, market and technology innovation were discussed, and the potential impacts of mariculture on the coastal eco-environment were also illustrated. The statistical results indicated that the maricultural area increased radically during the past 40 years, from 1979(116.47 × 10~3 ha) to 2012(2205.65 × 10~3 ha), with an increase of nearly 20-fold. Shandong Province represented the fastest-growing region, with an increase of 31-fold. Moreover, the cultivated species had gradually become diversified. Initially, shellfish and algae were major species, and then it developed to various species including fish, and currently shellfish and crustaceans were the major species. The development of mariculture was driven by government policies, market economy and technology innovation. Rapid development of mariculture also caused significantly adverse impacts on the eco-environment of the coastal regions. For example, the sea reclamation for mariculture decreased the area and function of coastal wetlands and the contaminants originating from mariculture destroyed the coastal aquatic environment. Fortunately, the implementation of ‘13 th Five-Year Fisheries Planning' is expected to help both improve the seafood quality and reduce the contamination in coastal aquatic environment. 16DMMF: Dominant and Max-Min Fair Allocation in Satellite Networks显示文摘Resource allocation is crucial for satellite networks. In this paper, we propose a multi-resource fair allocation scheme, namely Dominant and Max-min Fair(DMMF), to efficiently and fairly allocate resources. It consists of two allocation stages, dominant resource fair(DRF) allocation stage and max-min fairness(MMF) allocation stage. The proposed DMMF scheme exhibits desirable properties, including share incentive, strategy proofness, envy freeness and Pareto optimality. 17CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells induced by viral infection reflect an activated state of conventional NK cells显示文摘Natural killer(NK) cells are important innate effectors that play a pivotal role in the defense against tumors and infections and participate in regulating adaptive immunity. Recent studies have revealed phenotypic and functional heterogeneity of NK cells.Here, using murine models of acute and chronic lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus infection, we observed that a CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cell subset emerged in the liver and other tissues, and underwent vigorous expansion following viral infection,before progressively decreasing in cell number. These viral infection-induced CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells displayed an activated and mature phenotype. Moreover, compared with liver-resident NK cells and conventional NK(cNK) cells, CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells showed increased functional competence, as evidenced by higher amounts of IFN-γ production and stronger cytotoxic capabilities during viral infection. Generation of these CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells was shown to be independent of the T-bet transcription factor. Adoptive transfer experiments revealed that c NK cells could convert into CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells following viral infection. 18Differential Game Based Link Resource Management for Next Generation Optical Network显示文摘In this paper, we investigate the link resource management problem for optical networks, to achieve the resource cost during the information transmission. We use the differential game to formulate the cost control problem for the link resource management, to minimize the resource allocation cost functions, which dynamic behaviours are described by differential equations. Each link controls its transmission bandwidth based on the Nash equilibriums of the differential game.
