1Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) T790M mutation identified in plasma indicates failure sites and predicts clinical prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer progression during first-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy: a prospective observational study显示文摘Introduction:Plasma circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)is an ideal approach to detecting the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)T790M mutation,which is a major mechanism of resistance to first-generation EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)therapy.The present study aimed to explore the association of ctDNA-identified T790M mutation with disease failure sites and clinical prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods:Patients who progressed on first-generation TKIs were categorized into failure site groups of chest limited(CF),brain limited(BF)and other(OF).Amplification refractory mutation system(ARMS)and droplet digital PCR(ddPCR)were used to identify the T790M mutation in ctDNA.Prognosis was analyzed with Kaplan-Meier methods.Results:Overall concordance between the two methods was 78.3%.According to both ARMS and ddPCR,patients in the OF group had a significantly higher rate of T790M mutation than did patients in the BF and CF groups(P<0.001),and a significantly higher T790M mutation rate was also observed in OF-group patients than in those in the CF and BF groups(P<0.001).AZD9291 was found to be an excellent treatment option and yielded the longest survival for T790M+patients in all groups who had progressed on EGFR-TKIs;for other treatments,the prognosis of T790M−patient subgroups varied.Conclusions:The present study demonstrates that T790M mutation in ctDNA is associated with failure sites for NSCLC patients after EGFR-TKI therapy and indicates that both failure site and T790M mutational status greatly influ-ence treatment selection and prognosis.Shirong Zhang Lucheng Zhu Bing Xia Enguo Chen Qiong Zhao Xiaochen Zhang Xueqin Chen Xufeng Chen Shenglin Ma 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:12
2Major advances in studies of the physical geography and living environment of China during the past 70 years and future prospects显示文摘The natural environment provides material essentials for human survival and development. The characteristics,processes, regional differentiation and forcing mechanisms of the elements of the natural environment(e.g. geomorphology,climate, hydrology, soil, etc.) are the main objects of research in physical geography. China has a complex natural environment and huge regional differentiation and therefore it provides outstanding reserach opportunities in physical geography. This review summarizes the most important developments and the main contributions of research in the physical geography and human living environment in China during the past 70 years. The major topics addressed are the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the evolution of its cryosphere, the development of fluvial systems, the acidification of the vast arid region of the Asian interior, variations in the monsoon and westerly climate systems on multiple timescales, the development of lakes and wetlands, the watershed system model, soil erosion, past human-environment interactions, biogeography, and physical geographic zonality. After briefly introducing international research developments, we review the history of research in physical geography in China, focusing on the major achievements and major academic debates, and finally we summarize the status of current research and the future prospects. 4Tree species classification using deep learning and RGB optical images obtained by an unmanned aerial vehicle显示文摘The diversity of tree species and the complexity of land use in cities create challenging issues for tree species classification.The combination of deep learning methods and RGB optical images obtained by unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) provides a new research direction for urban tree species classification.We proposed an RGB optical image dataset with 10 urban tree species,termed TCC10,which is a benchmark for tree canopy classification(TCC).TCC10 dataset contains two types of data:tree canopy images with simple backgrounds and those with complex backgrounds.The objective was to examine the possibility of using deep learning methods(AlexNet,VGG-16,and ResNet-50) for individual tree species classification.The results of convolutional neural networks(CNNs) were compared with those of K-nearest neighbor(KNN) and BP neural network.Our results demonstrated:(1) ResNet-50 achieved an overall accuracy(OA) of 92.6% and a kappa coefficient of 0.91 for tree species classification on TCC10 and outperformed AlexNet and VGG-16.(2) The classification accuracy of KNN and BP neural network was less than70%,while the accuracy of CNNs was relatively higher.(3)The classification accuracy of tree canopy images with complex backgrounds was lower than that for images with simple backgrounds.For the deciduous tree species in TCC10,the classification accuracy of ResNet-50 was higher in summer than that in autumn.Therefore,the deep learning is effective for urban tree species classification using RGB optical images.Chen Zhang Kai Xia Hailin Feng Yinhui Yang Xiaochen Du 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,5:3
5Study on the PTX Parameters and Fractal Characteristics of Ore-Forming Fluids in the East Ore Section of the Pulang Copper Deposit,Southwest China显示文摘In this paper,the east ore section of the Pulang porphyry copper deposit is selected as the research object.The micro-thermometer and laser Raman spectroscopic technique are utilized to study the parameters of ore-forming fluids such as pressure,temperature,and compositions.In the meantime,the fractal models,including the perimeter-area(P-A)model and number-size(N-S)model,are introduced to quantify the shape of fluid inclusions,and distinguish the stages of ore-forming fluids,respectively.The results show that the types of fluid inclusions are diversified,namely two-phase liquid-rich type,two-phase vapor-rich type,three-phase CO2-rich type,three-phase halite-bearing type and pure liquid type.The fluids of main mineralization stage are characterized by medium-high temperature(170.2–421.4°C),medium-high salinity(9.3 wt.%–33.3 wt.%),and low density(0.73–1.06 g/cm3).With the migration and evolution,the temperature,salinity,and pressure of ore-forming fluids gradually decrease,while the density of fluids increases.The liquid-phase compositions mainly include H2O,and the vapor-phase compositions consist of H2O,CH4,N2,and CO2,indicating the characteristics of reducing fluids and the mixing of atmospheric precipitation.In general,the characteristics of ore-forming fluids in the east ore section are similar to those of the first mining area,suggesting that the ore-forming fluids in the east ore section may not migrate from the first mining area.And the east ore section may be a relatively independent metallogenic system.Moreover,the fractal analysis results demonstrate that the shape of fluid inclusions formed in the same hydrothermal activity features self-similarity.The DAPvalues of fluid inclusions in B veins,ED veins,andD veins are 1.04,1.06 and 1.10,respectively,showing a gradually increasing trend from the main stage to the late stage of mineralization.Meanwhile,the shape of fluid inclusions ranging from B veins to D veins becomes increasingly irregular.It also reveals that the homogenization temperature satisfies fractal distribution with four scale-invariant intervals,suggesting that all B veins,ED veins,and D veins have experienced at least four hydrothermal activities.Compared with histogram,the N-S fractal model is able to describe the distribution characteristics of the ore-forming fluids’homogenization temperature more precisely.Therefore,it presents a potential tool for the stage division of ore-forming fluids.This research provides information about the characteristics of ore-forming fluids in the east ore section of the Pulang porphyry copper deposit,which is beneficial for further exploration in this region,and the extension of the application of fractal models in the study of fluid inclusions.However,further testing of fractal models on the fluid inclusion study is warranted to fully determine the universality.Qinglin Xia Tongfei Li Li Kang Shuai Leng Xiaochen Wang 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,2:2

8Secure Transmission in Satellite-UAV Integrated System Against Eavesdropping and Jamming:A Two-Level Stackelberg Game Model显示文摘Aiming at the physical layer security(PLS)secure transmission existing in the information backhaul link of the satellite-UAV integrated(SUI)network,a two-layer Stackelberg game model(TSGM)that can resist full-duplex(FD)eavesdropping and jamming attacks is proposed.The confrontation relationship between the UAV network and the attacker is established as the first layer Stackelberg game.The source UAV adjusts its own transmission power strategy according to the attacker’s jamming strategy to resist malicious jamming attacks.The internal competition and cooperation relationship in UAV network is modeled as the second layer Stackelberg game,and the optimal cooperative UAV transmits jamming signal to the attacker to resist malicious eavesdropping attacks.Aiming at the“selfishness”of UAV nodes,a price incentive mechanism is established to encourage UAV to actively participate in cooperation,so as to maximize the advantages of cooperative communication.For the proposed TSGM,we construct the utility function and analyze the closed equilibrium solution of the game model,and design a three-stage optimal response iterative(TORI)algorithm to solve the game equilibrium.The simulation results show that the proposed TSGM can effectively increase the utility of the source UAV and improve the enthusiasm of cooperation compared with other power control models.Chengjian Liao Kui Xu Hongpeng Zhu Xiaochen Xia Qiao Su Nan Sha 2022China Communications2022,19,7:0
9A comprehensive modification enables the high rate capability of P2-Na_(0.75)Mn_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)O_(2) for sodium-ion cathode materials显示文摘The Na^(+)/vacancy ordering can effectively affect the electrochemical behavior of P2-type cathode material.In this work we proposed an integrated strategy by attaining a high Na content,In^(3+) doping in conjunction with NaInO_(2) coating in the P2-Na_(0.75)Mn_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)O_(2) which can inhibit the sodium vacancy order,smooth the electrochemical curve,and enhance the structural stability and rate capability.A combination of X-ray diffraction analysis and DFT calculation indicate that the In(3+) ions in the Na layer serve as'pillars”to stabilize the layered structure,especially for high current density charging.The P2-Na_(0.75)Mn_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)In_(0.02)O_(2) with an impressive sodium content exhibits a remarkable reversible capacity of 109.6 mAh g^(-1),superior rate capability capacity of 79.8 mAh g^(-1)at 20 C,and 85%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 5 C.This work demonstrates an efficient approach for the comprehensive optimization of sodium ion cathode materials.Xiaochen Feng Yong Li Qinhao Shi Xuan Wang Xiuping Yin Jing Wang Zhonghong Xia Haiyan Xiao Aibing Chen Xinxin Yang Yufeng Zhao 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:0
10Using GMOSTNet for Tree Detection Under Complex Illumination and Morphological Occlusion显示文摘Trees are an integral part of the forestry ecosystem.In forestry work,the precise acquisition of tree morphological parameters and attributes is affected by complex illumination and tree morphology.In order to minimize a series of inestimable problems,such as yield reduction,ecological damage,and destruction,caused by inaccurate acquisition of tree location information,this paper proposes a ground tree detection method GMOSTNet.Based on the four types of tree species in the GMOST dataset and Faster R-CNN,it extracted the features of the trees,generate candidate regions,classification,and other operations.By reducing the influence of illumination and occlusion factors during experimentation,more detailed information of the input image was obtained.Meanwhile,regarding false detections caused by inappropriate approximations,the deviation and proximity of the proposal were adjusted.The experimental results showed that the AP value of the four tree species is improved after using GMOSTNet,and the overall accuracy increases from the original 87.25%to 93.25%.Zheng Qian Hailin Feng Yinhui Yang Xiaochen Du Kai Xia 2020国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2020,,1:0
11Joint power control and passive beamforming optimization in RIS-assisted anti-jamming communication显示文摘Due to the openness of the wireless propagation environment,wireless networks are highly susceptible to malicious jamming,which significantly impacts their legitimate communication performance.This study investigates a reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)assisted anti-jamming communication system.Specifically,the objective is to enhance the system’s anti-jamming performance by optimizing the transmitting power of the base station and the passive beamforming of the RIS.Taking into account the dynamic and unpredictable nature of a smart jammer,the problem of joint optimization of transmitting power and RIS reflection coefficients is modeled as a Markov decision process(MDP).To tackle the complex and coupled decision problem,we propose a learning framework based on the double deep Q-network(DDQN)to improve the system achievable rate and energy efficiency.Unlike most power-domain jamming mitigation methods that require information on the jamming power,the proposed DDQN algorithm is better able to adapt to dynamic and unknown environments without relying on the prior information about jamming power.Finally,simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms multi-armed bandit(MAB)and deep Q-network(DQN)schemes in terms of the anti-jamming performance and energy efficiency.Yang LIU Kui XU Xiaochen XIA Wei XIE Nan MA Jianhui XU 2023Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2023,24,12:0
12Robust DOA estimation and tracking for integrated sensing and communication massive MIMO OFDM systems显示文摘In this paper,we propose a robust direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimation and tracking scheme for a massive multiple input multiple output(MIMO)orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing(OFDM)system using integrated sensing and communication(ISAC).First,a frame structure is designed to enable integrated DOA estimation and tracking,as well as data transmission.Then,coherent combining and multipath combining methods are proposed as pilot signal preprocessing methods for robust DOA estimation and tracking.Finally,for ISAC massive MIMO-OFDM systems,a fast Fourier transform(FFT)algorithmbased robust DOA estimator design is proposed,including a preamble-based initial DOA estimation scheme and an embedded pilot-based DOA tracking scheme.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed robust DOA estimation and tracking method can obtain accurate DOA estimation even when the signal-tonoise ratio is low.Furthermore,the estimation performance outperforms the conventional multiple signal classification(MUSIC)and estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance technique(ESPRIT)methods.Kui XU Xiaochen XIA Chunguo LI Wei XIE Jie LIU Rangang ZHU Huasen HE 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,10:0
13Acid-switchable nanoparticles induce self-adaptive aggregation for enhancing antitumor immunity of natural killer cells显示文摘Deficiency of natural killer(NK)cells shows a significant impact on tumor progression and failure of immunotherapy.It is highly desirable to boost NK cell immunity by upregulating active receptors and relieving the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.Unfortunately,mobilization of NK cells is hampered by poor accumulation and short retention of drugs in tumors,thus declining antitumor efficiency.Herein,we develop an acid-switchable nanoparticle with self-adaptive aggregation property for co-delivering galunisertib and interleukin 15(IL-15).The nanoparticles induce morphology switch by a decomposition-metal coordination cascade reaction,which provides a new methodology to trigger aggregation.It shows self-adaptive size-enlargement upon acidity,thus improving drug retention in tumor to over 120 h.The diameter of agglomerates is increased and drug release is effectively promoted following reduced p H values.The nanoparticles activate both NK cell and CD8+T cell immunity in vivo.It significantly suppresses CT26 tumor in immune-deficient BALB/c mice,and the efficiency is further improved in immunocompetent mice,indicating that the nanoparticles can not only boost innate NK cell immunity but also adaptive T cell immunity.The approach reported here provides an innovative strategy to improve drug retention in tumors,which will enhance cancer immunotherapy by boosting NK cells.Xiangshi Sun Xiaoxuan Xu Jue Wang Xinyue Zhang Zitong Zhao Xiaochen Liu Guanru Wang Lesheng Teng Xia Chen Dangge Wang Yaping Li 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,7:0
14A behavior-aware SLA-based framework for guaranteeing the security conformance of cloud service显示文摘As cloud computing technology turning to mature,cloud services have become a trust-based service.Users'distrust of the security and performance of cloud services will hinder the rapid deployment and development of cloud services.So cloud service providers(CSPs)urgently need a way to prove that the infrastructure and the behavior of cloud services they provided can be trusted.The challenge here is how to construct a novel framework that can effective verify the security conformance of cloud services,which focuses on fine-grained descriptions of cloud service behavior and security service level aggreements(SLAs).In this paper,we propose a novel approach to verify cloud service security conformance,which reduces the description gap between the CSP and users through modeling cloud service behavior and security SLA,these models enable a systematic integration of security constraints and service behavior into cloud while using UPPAAL to check the performance and security conformance.The proposed approach is validated through case study and experiments with real cloud service based on Open-Stack,which illustrates CloudSec approach effectiveness and can be applied on realistic cloud scenario.Xiaochen LIU Chunhe XIA Tianbo WANG Li ZHONG Xiaojian LI 2020Frontiers of Computer Science2020,14,6:0
