1Wire electrochemical machining with axial electrolyte flushing for titanium alloy显示文摘Titanium and its alloys have found very wide application in aerospace due to their excellent characteristics although their processing is still a challenge. Electrochemical machining is an important issue in the fabrication of titanium and titanium alloys. Wire electrochemical machining (WECM) is mainly used for workpiece cutting under the condition of different thickness plates. It has a great advantage over wire electro-discharge machining, which is the absence of heat-affected zone around the cutting area. Moreover, the wire electrode in WECM could be used repetitively because it is not worn out. Thus, much attention has been paid to WECM. The effective way of removing electrolysis products is of importance to WECM. In this paper, the axial electrolyte flushing is presented to WECM for removing electrolysis products and renewing electrolyte. The Taguchi experiment is conducted to optimize the machining parameters, such as wire feedrate, machining voltage, electrolyte concentration, etc. Experimental results show that WECM with axial electrolyte flushing is a promising issue in the fabrication of titanium alloy (TC1). 2Electrochemical machining of burn-resistant Ti40 alloy显示文摘This study investigates the feasibility of using electrochemical machining(ECM) to produce critical aeroengine components from a new burn-resistant titanium alloy(Ti40), thereby reducing costs and improving efficiency relative to conventional mechanical machining.Through this, it is found that an aqueous mix of sodium chloride and potassium bromide provides the optimal electrolyte and that the surface quality of the Ti40 workpiece is improved by using a pulsed current of1 k Hz rather than a direct current.Furthermore, the quality of cavities produced by ECM and the overall material removal rate are determined to be dependent on a combination of operating voltage, electrolyte inlet pressure, cathode feeding rate and electrolyte concentration.By optimizing these parameters, a surface roughness of 0.371 lm has been achieved in conjunction with a specific removal rate of more than 3.1 mm3/A?min.Xu Zhengyang Liu Jia Zhu Dong Qu Ningsong Wu Xiaolong Chen Xuezhen 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,4:6

5Genetically modified CD7-targeting allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy with enhanced efficacy for relapsed/refractory CD7-positive hematological malignancies:a phase I clinical study显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cell therapy against T cell malignancies faces major challenges including fratricide between CAR-T cells and product contamination from the blasts.Allogeneic CAR-T cells,generated from healthy donor T cells,can provide ready-to-use,blast-free therapeutic products,but their application could be complicated by graft-versus-host disease(GvHD)and host rejection.Here we developed healthy donor-derived,CD7-targeting CAR-T cells(RD13-01)with genetic modifications to resist fratricide,GvHD and allogeneic rejection,as well as to potentiate antitumor function.A phase I clinical trial(NCT04538599)was conducted with twelve patients recruited(eleven with T cell leukemia/lymphoma,and one with CD7-expressing acute myeloid leukemia).All patients achieved pre-set end points and eleven proceeded to efficacy evaluation.No dose-limiting toxicity,GvHD,immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity or severe cytokine release syndrome(grade≥3)were observed.28 days post infusion,81.8%of patients(9/11)showed objective responses and the complete response rate was 63.6%(7/11,including the patient with AML).3 of the responding patients were bridged to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.With a median follow-up of 10.5 months,4 patients remained in complete remission.Cytomegalovirus(CMV)and/or Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)reactivation was observed in several patients,and one died from EBV-associated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Expansion of CD7-negative normal T cells was detected post infusion.In summary,we present the first report of a Phase I clinical trial using healthy donor-derived CD7-targeting allogeneic CAR-T cells to treat CD7^(+)hematological malignancies.Our results demonstrated the encouraging safety and efficacy profiles of the RD13-01 allogeneic CAR-T cells for CD7^(+)tumors.Yongxian Hu Yali Zhou Mingming Zhang Houli Zhao Guoqing Wei Wengang Ge Qu Cui Qitian Mu Gong Chen Lu Han Tingting Guo Jiazhen Cui Xiaoyan Jiang Xiujun Zheng Shuhui Yu Xiaolong Li Xingwang Zhang Mingxi Chen Xiuju Li Ming Gao Kang Wang Cheng Zu Hao Zhang Xiaohong He Yanbin Wang Dongrui Wang Jiangtao Ren He Huang 2022Cell Research2022,32,11:2
6Structural and Sedimentary Characteristics of Hydrocarbon-Rich Sags in Lacustrine Sub-Basin of Half Graben Type, Pearl River Mouth Basin, South China Sea显示文摘Pearl River Mouth Basin undergoes complex tectonic evolution processes and forms lacustrine,transitional and marine sediments.Drilling shows that there exist large petroleum reserves in the hydrocarbon-rich sags of Pearl River Mouth Basin,South China Sea.To reduce the risk,the exploration,structural and sedimentary characteristics of the hydrocarbon-rich sags should be identified and described.Drilling,seismic,and microfossil data are integrated to interpret the structural and sedimentary evolution of the hydrocarbon-rich sags in Pearl River Mouth Basin.By analyzing the tectonic and sedimentary evolutionary characteristics,three conclusions may be drawn:1、The present regional tectonic characteristics of the PRMB are formed by mutual interactions of the Eurasian Plate,Pacific Plate,Philippine Plate and Indian Plate.During the Paleocene to early Eocene and late Eocene and early Oligocene,the PRMB is at the rifting stage.During the late Oligocene,the PRMB was at the rifting-depression transitional stage.After the Oligocene,the PRMB is at the depression stage.2、Tectonic conditions control the sedimentation process in the hydrocarbon-rich sags.During the lacustrine sedimentation stage,synsedimentary faults and intense faulting control the sedimentation.During the transitional sedimentation stage,weak fault activity influences the deposition process in the hydrocarbon-rich sags.During the marine sedimentation stage,weak fault activity and depression activity control the deposition process in the hydrocarbon-rich sags.3、Tectonic evolution affects the deposition process.The lacustrine,transitional and marine sedimentation corresponds to different tectonic conditions.The lacustrine sedimentation is formed under fault activity during the rifting stage.The transitional sedimentation is formed under weak fault activity during the late rifting stage.The marine sedimentation is formed under weak fault activity and depression activity during the rifting-depression and depression stages.4、The half graben is beneficial for the formation of lacustrine source rocks,which is responsible for the hydrocarbon-rich sag.Therefore the half graben mode contributes to the hydrocarbon-rich sags.Lei He Xiaolong Wang Ningbo Cai Jie Qu Xiong Zhu Daomao Lin 2019Open Journal of Yangtze Oil and Gas2019,4,3:1

14Temperature-sensitive and solvent-resistance hydrogel sensor for ambulatory signal acquisition in“moist/hot environment”显示文摘To realize continuously and stably work in a“moist/hot environment”,flexible electronics with excellent humid resistance,antiswelling,and detection sensitivity are demanding.Herein,a solvent-resistant and temperature-ultrasensitive hydrogel sensor was prepared by combining MXene and quaternized chitosan(QCS)with the binary polymer chain.The strong electrostatic interaction between the QCS chain and the poly(acrylic acid)(PAA)network endows the hydrogel stability against solvent erosion,high temperature,and high humidity.The strong dynamic interaction between MXene and polymer matrix significantly improves the mechanical properties and sensing(strain and temperature)sensitivity of the hydrogel.The hydrogel strain sensor exhibits a high gauge factor(5.53),temperature/humidity tolerance(equilibrium swelling ratio of 2.5%at 80℃),and excellent cycle stability,which could achieve a remote and accurate perception of complex human motion and environment fluctuation under aquatic conditions.Moreover,the hydrogel sensor exhibits impressive thermal response sensitivity(-3.183%/℃),ultrashort response time(<2.53 s),and a low detection limit(<0.5℃)in a wide temperature range,which is applied as an indicator of the body surface and ambient temperature.In short,this study broadens the application scenarios of hydrogels in persistent extreme thermal and wet environments.Xinyu Qu Hanjun Sun Xiaolong Kan Bing Lei Jinjun Shao Qian Wang Wenjun Wang Zhenhua Ni Xiaochen Dong 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
15Multifunctional AIE Molecules Possessing Long-lasting Room Temperature Phosphorescence, Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence and Dual-mode Mechanochromism显示文摘Two simple donor-acceptor multifunctional pure organic light-emitting molecules[(9H-carbazol-9-yl)(4-hydroxyphenyl)-methanone(CzMP)and(4-hydroxyphenyl)(10H-phenothiazin-10-yl)methanone(PTZMP)]with distinct aggregation-induced emission(AIE)properties were synthesized.Surprisingly,CzMP showed a long room temperature phosphorescence lifetime(>900 ms),and PTZMP exhibited triple emission of prompt fluorescence(PF),room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)and thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF).Furthermore,CzMP effectively responded to mechanical external forces and solvent fumigation,exhibiting dual-mode mechanochromic luminescence(MCL)including multiple fluorescence color shifts and phosphorescence switching.Time-dependent density functional theory(TDDFT)calculations were investigated to explain different luminescence properties of the two molecules,and the single crystal of CzMP was obtained and analyzed to demonstrate the unique molecular stacking pattern and strong intermolecular interactions in close association with phosphorescence emission.The multifunctional luminescent properties of the emitters explored in this work could be more effectively applied to a wide range of applications,such as information encryption and anti-counterfeiting.ZHANG Xiaokun LI Xiaolong WANG Zonghao BAI Lulu QU Hongmei XU Songlin 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,6:0
16RoBGP:A Chinese Nested Biomedical Named Entity Recognition Model Based on RoBERTa and Global Pointer显示文摘Named Entity Recognition(NER)stands as a fundamental task within the field of biomedical text mining,aiming to extract specific types of entities such as genes,proteins,and diseases from complex biomedical texts and categorize them into predefined entity types.This process can provide basic support for the automatic construction of knowledge bases.In contrast to general texts,biomedical texts frequently contain numerous nested entities and local dependencies among these entities,presenting significant challenges to prevailing NER models.To address these issues,we propose a novel Chinese nested biomedical NER model based on RoBERTa and Global Pointer(RoBGP).Our model initially utilizes the RoBERTa-wwm-ext-large pretrained language model to dynamically generate word-level initial vectors.It then incorporates a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory network for capturing bidirectional semantic information,effectively addressing the issue of long-distance dependencies.Furthermore,the Global Pointer model is employed to comprehensively recognize all nested entities in the text.We conduct extensive experiments on the Chinese medical dataset CMeEE and the results demonstrate the superior performance of RoBGP over several baseline models.This research confirms the effectiveness of RoBGP in Chinese biomedical NER,providing reliable technical support for biomedical information extraction and knowledge base construction.Xiaohui Cui Chao Song Dongmei Li Xiaolong Qu Jiao Long Yu Yang Hanchao Zhang 2024Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,3:0

18Aptamer-induced in-situ growth of acetylcholinesterase-Cu_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)hybrid nanoflowers for electrochemical detection of organophosphorus inhibitors显示文摘Enzyme-inorganic hybrid nanoflowers(HNFs)have shown excellent sensing capabilities due to their large specific surface area as well as the simplicity and mildness of the preparation process.However,coupling HNFs to electrodes to fabricate a uniform and controllable enzymatic electrochemical sensing interface remains a challenge.Here,we proposed an aptamer-induced insitu fabrication strategy for preparing an HNF-based electrochemical sensor with ideal performance.Central to this strategy is the introduction of acetylcholinesterase(AChE)-specific binding aptamer(Apt),which induces the in-situ growth of AChE-copper phosphate(Cu_(3)(PO_(4))_(2))HNFs on the surface of carbon paper(CP).In addition,a dense gold nanoparticle(AuNP)layer was electrodeposited on the CP for anchoring Apt and further extending the electroactive surface area.The prepared AChECu_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)HNF/Apt/AuNP/CP biosensor exhibited a wide detection range from 1 to 107 pM for the four organophosphorus inhibitors,including isocarbophos,dichlorvos,methamidophos,and parathion,with detection limits down to 0.016,0.028,0.071,and 0.113 pM,respectively.With the reactivation of pralidoxime chloride,the electrode can still recover 98.1%of the response after five times of repeated use.In real sample detection,the biosensor achieved high recoveries from 96.45%to 100.13%.The detection target may be extendable to other AChE inhibitors(e.g.,drugs for Alzheimer’s disease).This study demonstrates for the first time the feasibility of using aptamers as an inducer to fabricate an electrochemical enzyme sensing interface in-situ.This strategy can be used to fabricate other enzyme-based biosensors and therefore has broader applications.Limin Yang Linjiao Qu Xiaolong Zhang Mingming Li Zhen Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,10:0
