1Novel Recombinant Seneca Valley Virus Isolated from Slaughtered Pigs in Guangdong Province显示文摘Dear Editor,Since the first outbreak in Brazil in 2015,Seneca Valley virus(SVV)associated with porcine idiopathic vesicular disease,has shown increasing geographic distribution.Cases of SVV have been reported from several countries including the United States(US),Colombia,Thailand,Canada,and China(Pasma et al.2008;Zhang et al.2015;Sun et al.2017;Wu et al.2017;Liu et al.2018;Saeng-Chuto et al.2018).SVV was first identified in the US in 2002 and is the only member of the genus Senecavirus in the family Picomaviridae(Hales et al.2008;Leme et al.2017).The SVV genome contains a large open reading frame(ORF)encoding a polyprotein,which is cleaved into various mature viral proteins including the leader protein(L),structural proteins(VP1,VP2,VP3,and VP4),and non-structural proteins(2A,2B,2C,3A,3B,3C,and 3D)(Hales et al 2008).Structural proteins bind to their receptor,anthrax toxin receptor 1,to mediate viral invasion and stimulate specific immunity of the host(Jayawardena et al.2018).Non-structural proteins such as 3C suppress innate immune responses by degrading interferon regulatory factor 3(IRF 3)and IRF7 and inhibit the activation of RIG-1,TBK1,and TRAF3 through deubiquitination(Xue et al 2018).Jianxin Liu Yunfeng Zha Huizi Li Yanwei Sun Fuguang Wang Rong Lu Zhangyong Ning 2019Virologica Sinica2019,34,6:7

6In vitro and in vivo evaluation of improved EGFR targeting peptide-conjugated phthalocyanine photosensitizers for tumor photodynamic therapy显示文摘Phthalocyanine(Pc) is one of the most promising photosensitizer candidates because of its strong absorption(extinction coefficient ε > 10~5 LmoI ~1 cm^1) at long wavelengths and strong singlet oxygen generation abilities(a singlet oxygen quantum yield of approximately 50%). However, low tumor targeting, low water solubility and a high tendency to aggregate appear to significantly restrict the compound's application in tumor treatment. Conjugating Pc with peptide ligands could be a useful strategy for alleviating these problems. Here, to further optimize the structures of peptide-conjugated zinc Pcs for PDT therapy, we finely tuned the hydrophilicity of the modified Pc aromatic macrocycle with varied length of polyethylene glycol(PEG) and added an extra PEG linker and an extra glutamic acid between the Pc ring and the peptide ligand to reduce the influence of the ligand on the Pc aromatic ring.Among the synthesized conjugates, Pc-3 showed greatly improved targeting towards tumors and abolished inoculated tumors with only a single PDT treatment in a subcutaneous xenograft tumor model,making this approach a promising therapeutic agent for the treatment of cancer.Qingle Chen Yanhong Ma Jisi Zhao Mei Zhao Wenjing Li Qian Liu Li Xiong Wenjie Wu Zhangyong Hong 2018Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,7:1

94-11 Determination of Target Thickness and Luminosity from Beam Energy Losses at HIRFL-CSRe Internal Target显示文摘The experiments with an internal target at a storage ring have many advantages. However, it is difficult to determine the absolute cross section of a reaction where luminosity cannot be simply established through macroscopic measurements. Here we present an experimental determination of the effective target thickness from the beam energy losses at the internal target in HIRFL-CSRe. 114-18 Single and Double Electron Capture by Fast Xe54+ from Kr and Xe显示文摘When an energetic highly charged ion (HCI) collides with an atom, the target electrons may be captured by theprojectile ion, either radiatively or non-radiatively. During a radiative electron capture (REC), a target electronis transferred to the projectile accompanying with a photon emission, which carries away the excess energy andmomentum. During a non-radiative electron capture (NRC), the energy and momentum conservations are ensuredby the target nucleus[1]. If the captured electrons are populated in excited states, photons maybe emitted duringthe following stabilization processes, and therefore the X-ray spectrum can provide information about the initialpopulation. However, if a solid target is employed, the single-collision condition cannot be ensured when consideringthe capture processes, as well as strong background will be produced[2]. 124-19 Double K-shell Ionization of Kr Induced by Swift Xe54+ Ions显示文摘Double K-shell ionization of atoms by collisions with charged ions is one of typical two-electron processes andattracts considerable attention both in term of basic theory and experiment. Radiative de-excitation of the doubleK-shell vacancy states of atoms leads to the emission of so called K X-ray hyper-satellites (Kh,Kh . . . )[1], whichgives us the insight into the decay modes of multiply ionized ions as well as the ionization processes during ion-atomcollisions. 15基于HOPG的广角高效X射线晶体谱仪显示文摘In collisions between fast heavy ions and atoms,the strong Coulomb field of one of collision partners can cause inner-shell multiple-ionization of the second one[1].The high-resolution measurements of emitted X-rays in the collision are one of the most effective methods to study the multivacancy configurations in atoms or ions as well as the dynamics of the multiple ionization process.The energy shifts of X-rays from states with different vacancy configuration could be large[2].For example,the energy of the argon K hypersatellite and satellite line is between 2.9 and 3.8 keV,and the energy shift causing by per L hole is close to 20 eV[3].In order to simultaneous detection of the emitted X-rays over a wide energy range,thus avoiding the problem of changing the angle of crystal and position of the CCD in one collision system,a wide-angle and high-efficiency X-ray spectrometer based on flat HOPG(Highly Oriented Pyrolytic Graphite)crystal was developed.Due to X-ray from multi-ionized atoms.Shao Caojie Yu Deyang Wang Wei Yang Bian Liu Junliang Xue Yingli Zhang Mingwu Song Zhangyong Cai Xiaohong 2018IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2018,,1:0
16离子与不同气体靶原子碰撞中的K壳双电离研究显示文摘In collisions between energetic heavy ions and atoms,the strong Coulomb field of one of collision partners can cause double K-shell ionization of the second one.In previous work we have studied the mechanism of double K-shell ionization in krypton atom by bare xenon under different perturbation strengths κ=Zp/vp,where Zp is the charge of the projectile and vp is its velocity in atomic units.The measured double-to-single K-shell ionization cross-section ratio is proportional to the perturbation strengthin the rough region of κ<1,but shows less rapidly increasing when κ>1[1].In order to further investigate such process in a wide rang of perturbation strength,an experiment focusing on K-shell ionization of ions was carried out at HIRFL-CSR in 2017.Ni19+ions with a energy of 95 MeV/u were stored in CSRe to interact with hydrogen,argon,krypton and xenon target,respectively.The X rays produced in collisions of the ions with the target were detected by two Silicon Drift Detectors(SDD)mounted at 35◦and 60◦observation angles with respect to the ion beam direction.Shao Caojie Yu Deyang Wang Wei Yang Bian Liu Junliang Xue Yingli Zhang Mingwu Song Zhangyong Cai Xiaohong 2017IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2017,,1:0

18Changes in paddy cropping system enhanced economic profit and ecological sustainability in central China显示文摘In China,the traditional early and late season double rice(DR)system is declining accompanied by the fast increase of two newly developed cropping systems:ratoon rice(RR)and rice-crawfish(RC).Three methodologies:economic analysis,emergy evaluation and life cycle assessment(LCA)were employed to evaluate the economics and sustainability of this paddy cropping system change.Economic analysis indicated that the income and profit of the RC system were far larger than those of RR and DR.The income to costs ratio of RR and RC increased by 25.5 and 122.7%compared with that of DR,respectively.RC had the highest emergy input thanks to increasing irrigation water,electricity,juvenile crawfish and forage input while RR showed a lower total emergy and nonrenewable emergy input,such as irrigation water,electricity,fertilizers and pesticides than DR.The environmental loading ratios decreased by 16.7-50.4%when cropping system changed from DR to RR or from DR to RC while the emergy sustainability indexes increased by 22.6-112.9%.The life cycle assessment indicated lower potential environmental impacts of RR and RC,whose total environmental impact indexes were 35.0-61.0%lower than that of DR.Grain yield of RR was comparable with that of DR in spite of less financial and emergy input of RR,but RC had a much lower grain yield(a 53.6%reduction compared to DR).These results suggested that RR is a suitable cropping system to achieve the food security,economic and environmental goals.ZHOU Yong YAN Xiao-yuan GONG Song-ling LI Cheng-wei ZHU Rong ZHU Bo LIU Zhangyong WANG Xiao-long CAO Peng 2022Journal of Integrative Agriculture2022,21,2:0
