| 1 | Geochemical and isotopic characteristics of volcanic rocks from the northern East China Sea shelf margin and the Okinawa Trough显示文摘Volcanic rocks both from the northern East China Sea (NECS) shelf margin and the northern Okinawa Trough are subalkaline less aluminous,and lower in High Field Strength Elements (HFSE).These rocks are higher in Large Ion Lithophile Elements (LILE),thorium and uranium contents,positive lead anomalies,negative Nb-Ta anomalies,and enrichment in Light Rare Earth Elements (LREE).Basalts from the NECS shelf margin are akin to Indian Ocean Mid-Ocean Ridge Basalt (MORB),and rhyolites from the northern Okinawa Trough have the highest 207 Pb/ 204 Pb and 208 Pb/ 204 Pb ratios.The NECS shelf margin basalts have lower 87 Sr/ 86 Sr ratios,ε N d and σ 18 O than the northern Okinawa Trough silicic rocks.According to 40 K– 40 Ar isotopic ages of basalts from the NECS shelf margin,rifting of the Okinawa Trough may have been active since at least 3.65–3.86 Ma.The origin of the NECS shelf margin basalt can be explained by the interaction of melt derived from Indian Ocean MORB-like mantle with enriched subcontinental lithosphere.The basalts from both sides of the Okinawa Trough may have a similar origin during the initial rifting of the Okinawa Trough,and the formation of basaltic magmas closely relates to the thinning of continental crust.The source of the formation of the northern Okinawa Trough silicic rocks was different from that of the middle Okinawa Trough,which could have been generated by the interaction of basaltic melt with an enriched crustal component.From the Ryukyu island arc to East China,the Cenozoic basalts have apparently increasing trends of MgO contents and ratios of LREE to Heavy Rare Earth Elements (HREE),suggesting that the trace element variabilities of basalts may have been influenced by the subduction of the Philippine Sea plate,and that the effects of subduction of the Philippine Sea plate on the chemical composition of basaltic melts have had a decreasing effect from the Ryukyu island arc to East China. | ZENG Zhigang YU Shaoxiong WANG Xiaoyuan FU Yongtao YIN Xuebo ZHANG Guoliang WANG Xiaomei CHEN Shuai | 2010 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2010,29,4: | 19 |

| 4 | Analysis of promoter activity reveals that GmFTL2 expression differs from that of the known Flowering Locus T genes in soybean显示文摘Regulation of flowering is one of the key issues in crop yield. The Floiuering Loews T(FT) gene is a well-known florigen, which integrates various signals from multiple flowering-regulation pathways to initiate flowering. We previously reported that there are at least six FT genes(GmFTLl-6) in soybean displaying flowering activity. However, the individual functions of genes GmFTLl-6 remain to be identified. In this study, we cloned the GmFTL2 promoter(GmFTLpro) from soybean(Glycine max) cultivar Tianlong 1 and analyzed its motifs bioinformatically and its expression patterns using both a transgenic approach and quantitative RT-PCR(qRT-PCR). In GmFTLpro::GUS transgenic lines, GUS signals were enriched in cotyledons, hypocotyledons, pollen, embryos, and root tips in a photoperiod-independent manner. qRT-PCR confirmed the GUS reporter results. | 5 | Exosomal S100A4 derived from highly metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma cells promotes metastasis by activating STAT3显示文摘Intercellular cross-talk plays important roles in cancer progression and metastasis.Yet how these cancer cells interact with each other is still largely unknown.Exosomes released by tumor cells have been proved to be effective cell-to-cell signal mediators.We explored the functional roles of exosomes in metastasis and the potential prognostic values for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Exosomes were extracted from HCC cells of different metastatic potentials.The metastatic effects of exosomes derived from highly metastatic HCC cells(HMH)were evaluated both in vitro and in vivo.Exosomal proteins were identified with iTRAQ mass spectrum and verified in cell lines,xenograft tumor samples,and functional analyses.Exosomes released by HMH significantly enhanced the in vitro invasion and in vivo metastasis of low metastatic HCC cells(LMH).S100 calcium-binding protein A4(S100A4)was identified as a functional factor in exosomes derived from HMH.S100A4r,ch exosomes significantly promoted tumor metastasis both in vitro and in vivo compared with S100A4^(rich) exosomes or controls.Moreover,exosomal S100A4 could induce expression of osteopontin(OPN),along with other tumor metastasis/stemness-related genes.Exosomal S100A4 activated OPN transcription via STAT3 phosphorylation.HCC patients with high exosomal S100A4 in plasma also had a poorer prognosis.In conclusion,exosomes from HMH could promote the metastatic potential of LMH,and exosomal S100A4 is a key enhancer for HCC metastasis,activating STAT3 phosphorylation and up-regulating OPN expression.This suggested exosomal S100A4 to be a novel prognostic marker and therapeutic target for HCC metastasis. | Haoting Sun Chaoqun Wang Beiyuan Hu Xiaomei Gao Tiantian Zou Qin Luo Mo Chen Yan Fu Yuanyuan Sheng Kaili Zhang Yan Zheng Xudong Ren Shican Yan Yan Geng Luyu Yang Qiongzhu Dong Lunxiu Qin | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,6: | 1 |

| 11 | Gulong shale oil enrichment mechanism and orderly distribution of conventional–unconventional oils in the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation,Songliao Basin,NE China显示文摘Through the study of organic matter enrichment,hydrocarbon generation and accumulation process of black shale of the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the Songliao Basin,the enrichment mechanism of Gulong shale oil and the distribution of conventional–unconventional oil are revealed.The Songliao Basin is a huge interior lake basin formed in the Early Cretaceous under the control of the subduction and retreat of the western Pacific plate and the massive horizontal displacement of the Tanlu Fault Zone in Northeast China.During the deposition of the Qingshankou Formation,strong terrestrial hydrological cycle led to the lake level rise of the ancient Songliao Basin and the input of a large amount of nutrients,resulting in planktonic bacteria and algae flourish.Intermittent seawater intrusion events promoted the formation of salinization stratification and anoxic environment in the lake,which were beneficial to the enrichment of organic matters.Biomarkers analysis confirms that the biogenic organic matter of planktonic bacteria and algae modified by microorganisms plays an important role in the formation of high-quality source rocks with high oil generation capability.There are four favorable conditions for the enrichment of light shale oil in the Qingshankou Formation of the Gulong Sag,Songliao Basin:the moderate organic matter abundance and high oil potential provide sufficient material basis for oil enrichment;high degree of thermal evolution makes shale oil have high GOR and good mobility;low hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency leads to a high content of retained hydrocarbons in the source rock;and the confinement effect of intra-layer cement in the high maturity stage induces the efficient accumulation of light shale oil.The restoration of hydrocarbon accumulation process suggests that liquid hydrocarbons generated in the early(low–medium maturity)stage of the Qingshankou Formation source rocks accumulated in placanticline and slope after long-distance secondary migration,forming high-quality conventional and tight oil reservoirs.Light oil generated in the late(medium–high maturity)stage accumulated in situ,forming about 15 billion tons of Gulong shale oil resources,which finally enabled the orderly distribution of conventional–unconventional oils that are contiguous horizontally and superposed vertically within the basin,showing a complete pattern of“whole petroleum system”with conventional oil,tight oil and shale oil in sequence. | ZHANG Shuichang ZHANG Bin WANG Xiaomei FENG Zihui HE Kun WANG Huajian FU Xiuli LIU Yuke YANG Chunlong | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5: | 0 |

| 13 | Simulation study on performance of a dual-source hybrid heat pump unit with alternative refrigerants显示文摘To solve the problems of single heat source heat pump systems in severe cold regions,a dual-source hybrid heat pump unit(DSHHPU)is proposed.The mathematical models of the DSHHPU when charging R134a or its alternative refrigerants R32,R290 and R600a were established respectively,and the performance was simulated and analysed.The results showed that the four refrigerants have different performance characteristics in different aspects.In heat pipe mode,the heating capacity and evaporating pressure of R32 are 36.94%and 59.94%higher than those of R134a.The heating capacity and evaporating pressure of R290 are 5.73%and 22.99%lower than those of R134a.The heating capacity and evaporating pressure of R600a are 43.29%and 68.08%lower than those of R134a.In vapour compression heating mode,the discharge temperature of R32,R290 and R600a are 184.88,72.98 and 66.44%of that of R134a.The coefficient of performance(COP)of R32,R290 and R600a are 72.65,111.59 and 117.94%of that of R134a.Finally,the effects of radiation intensity and ambient temperature on key performance parameters of the different refrigerants were analysed.The research results provide a reference for research on refrigerant replacements for multi-heat source composite heat pump systems. | Chenguang Bai Zongwei Han Haotian Wei Xiaomei Ju Xinwei Meng Qi Fu | 2020 | Energy and Built Environment2020,1,1: | 0 |
| 14 | Sequence and Bioinformatics Analysis on MSTN Gene of the Hybrid Grouper Derived from(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus×Epinephelus polyphekadion)显示文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to investigate the sequence structure and function of Myostatin(MSTN)gene in the hybrid grouper(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus,♀×Epinephelus polyphekadion,♂).[Methods]Genetic DNA samples were extracted from the caudal fins of the hybrid grouper and its parents to amplify their MSTN genes.Then,MSTN gene sequences were analyzed using bioinformatics tools to predict their protein structures and functions.[Results]The hybrid grouper and its parents shared the same MSTN gene structure,consisting of three exons and two introns.Nucleotide sequence of the gene could be translated into 376 amino acids,including an N-terminal signal peptide,a proteolytic processing site(RXXR motif),and nine conserved cysteine residues at C-terminal,which were the typical features of transforming growth factor beta(TGF-β)superfamily proteins.Alignment of protein sequence showed that MSTN was highly conserved between the hybrid grouper and its parents.Especially,exon 3,an important functional domain,exhibited a sequence similarity of 100%among them.In addition,four variable amino acid residues were detected in exon 2 at positions 141,153,185 and 186 in the hybrid grouper,but they did not affect the secondary structure of the protein.[Conclusion]These results will provide molecular information for future investigation on the growth and heterosis of hybrid grouper species,and on the roles of MSTN gene in regulating the growth traits of the hybrid grouper. | Liu CAO Pan CEHN Youhua ZHANG Xiaomei FU Hai Huang | 2023 | Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,3: | 0 |

| 16 | A semantic segmentation-based underwater acoustic image transmission framework for cooperative SLAM显示文摘With the development of underwater sonar detection technology,simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM)approach has attracted much attention in underwater navigation field in recent years.But the weak detection ability of a single vehicle limits the SLAM performance in wide areas.Thereby,cooperative SLAM using multiple vehicles has become an important research direction.The key factor of cooperative SLAM is timely and efficient sonar image transmission among underwater vehicles.However,the limited bandwidth of underwater acoustic channels contradicts a large amount of sonar image data.It is essential to compress the images before transmission.Recently,deep neural networks have great value in image compression by virtue of the powerful learning ability of neural networks,but the existing sonar image compression methods based on neural network usually focus on the pixel-level information without the semantic-level information.In this paper,we propose a novel underwater acoustic transmission scheme called UAT-SSIC that includes semantic segmentation-based sonar image compression(SSIC)framework and the joint source-channel codec,to improve the accuracy of the semantic information of the reconstructed sonar image at the receiver.The SSIC framework consists of Auto-Encoder structure-based sonar image compression network,which is measured by a semantic segmentation network's residual.Considering that sonar images have the characteristics of blurred target edges,the semantic segmentation network used a special dilated convolution neural network(DiCNN)to enhance segmentation accuracy by expanding the range of receptive fields.The joint source-channel codec with unequal error protection is proposed that adjusts the power level of the transmitted data,which deal with sonar image transmission error caused by the serious underwater acoustic channel.Experiment results demonstrate that our method preserves more semantic information,with advantages over existing methods at the same compression ratio.It also improves the error tolerance and packet loss resistance of transmission. | Jiaxu Li Guangyao Han Shuai Chang Xiaomei Fu | 2024 | Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,33,3: | 0 |
