1Tracking Your Browser with High-Performance Browser Fingerprint Recognition Model显示文摘As the cyber security has attracted great attention in recent years,and with all kinds of tools’(such as Network Agent,VPN and so on)help,traditional methods of tracking users like log analysis and cookie have been not that effective.Especially for some privacy sensitive users who changed their browser configuration frequently to hide themselves.The Browser Fingerprinting technology proposed by Electronic Frontier Foundation(EFF)gives a new approach of tracking users,and then our team designed an enhanced fingerprint dealing solution based on browser fingerprinting technology.Our enhanced solution plays well in recognizing the similar fingerprints,but it is not that efficient.Nowadays we improve the algorithm and propose a high-performance,efficient Browser Fingerprint Recognition Model.Our new model reforms the fingerprint items set by EFF and propose a Fingerprint Tracking Algorithm(FTA)to deal with collected data.It can associate users with some browser configuration changes in different periods of time quickly and precisely.Through testing with the experimental website built on the public network,we prove the high-performance and efficiency of our algorithm with a 20%time-consuming decrease than ever.Wei Jiang Xiaoxi Wang Xinfang Song Qixu Liu Xiaofeng Liu 2020China Communications2020,17,3:2

3Dynamic visual simulation of marine vector field based on LIC——a case study of surface wave field in typhoon condition显示文摘Line integral convolution(LIC)is a useful visualization technique for a vector field.However,the output image produced by LIC has many problems in a marine vector field.We focus on the visual quality improvement when LIC is applied in the ocean steady and unsteady flow field in the following aspects.When a white noise is used as the input in a steady flow field,interpolation is used to turn the discrete white noise into continuous white noise to solve the problem of discontinuity.The'cross'high-pass filtering is used to enhance the textures of streamlines to be more concentrated and continuity strengthened for each streamline.When a sparse noise is used as the input in a steady flow field,we change the directions of background sparse noise according to the directions of vector field to make the streamlines clearer and brighter.In addition,we provide a random initial phase for every streamline to avoid the pulsation effect during animation.The velocities of vector field are encoded in the speed of the same length streamlines so that the running speed of streamlines can express flow rate.Meanwhile,to solve the problem of obvious boundaries when stitching image,we change the streamline tracking constraints.When a white noise is used as an input in an unsteady flow field,double value scattering is used to enhance the contrast of streamlines;moreover,the'cross'high-pass filtering is also adopt instead of two-dimensional high-pass filtering.Finally,we apply the above methods to a case of the surface wave field in typhoon condition.Our experimental results show that applying the methods can generate high-quality wave images and animations.Therefore,it is helpful to understand and study waves in typhoon condition to avoid the potential harm of the waves to people's lives and property.LIU Zhendong LIU Haixing SU Tianyun JIA Zhen LI Xinfang ZHOU Lin SONG Zhuanling 2019Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2019,37,6:1
4The ubiquitin ligase Pelil inhibits ICOS and thereby Tfh-mediated immunity显示文摘T follicular helper(Tfh)cells are crucial for regulating autoimmune inflammation and protective immunity against viral infection.However,the molecular mechanism controlling Tfh cell differentiation is poorly understood.Here,through two mixed bone marrow chimeric experiments,we identified Peli1,a T cell-enriched E3 ubiquitin ligase,as an intrinsic regulator that inhibits Tfh cell differentiation.Peli1 deficiency significantly promoted c-Rel-mediated inducible T-cell costimulator(ICOS)expression,and PELI1 mRNA expression was negatively associated with ICOS expression on human CD4^(+)T cells.Mechanistically,increased ICOS expression on Peli1-KO CD4^(+)T cells enhanced the activation of PI3K-AKT signaling and thus suppressed the expression of Klf2,a transcription factor that inhibits Tfh differentiation.Therefore,reconstitution of Klf2 abolished the differences in Tfh differentiation and germinal center reaction between WT and Peli1-KO cells.As a consequence,Peli1-deficient CD4^(+)T cells promoted lupus-like autoimmunity but protected against H1N1 influenza virus infection in mouse models.Collectively,our findings established Peli1 as a critical negative regulator of Tfh differentiation and indicated that targeting Peli1 may have beneficial therapeutic effects in Tfhrelated autoimmunity or infectious diseases.Xinfang Huang Shumeng Hao Junli Liu Yuanyuan Huang Manman Liu Chunyuan Xiao Yan Wang Siyu Pei Tao Yu Jing Xu Haikun Wang Dongfang Dai Xiao Su Yichuan Xiao 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,4:1
5Prediction rule for estimating advanced colorectal neoplasm risk in average-risk populations in southern Jiangsu Province显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to establish the risk scoring system towards the advanced colorectal neoplasm(CN) risk in the average-risk populations in the southern Jiangsu Province,and to evaluate the screening efficacy.Methods:Totally 905 cases of the average-risk populations who received the colonoscopy were selected as the objective.The multivariate logistic regression analysis method was used to establish the scoring system towards the occurrence risk of the advanced tumor,and its screening efficacy was evaluated through the prediction consistency,distinguishing ability and screening accuracy.Results:The scoring system consisted of five variables,namely age,gender,coronary heart disease,egg intake and stool frequency.The results revealed that it had good prediction consistency(P=0.205) and distinguishing ability [the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was 0.75,with 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of 0.69-0.82].Thus,2.5 points was set as the screening cutoff value,and its sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were 93.8 %,47.6%,50.1%,9.1%,99.3%,1.79 and 0.13,respectively.Conclusions:The established scoring system had good screening efficacy,and can be used as the screening tool applying to the CN screening within the average-risk populations in the southern Jiangsu Province.Guochang Chen Boneng Mao Qi Pan Qian Liu Xinfang Xu Yueji Ning 2014Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2014,26,1:1

8Synergistic Balance of Strength and Corrosion Resistance in Al-Mg-Er Alloys显示文摘High-strength,corrosion-resistant,and lightweight Al-Mg alloys perform an important function in harsh coastal service environments.Corrosion resistance is generally inversely correlated with strength;hence,it is difficult to simultaneously optimize both.In this study,a low-magnesium Er-containing Al-based alloy that is stronger and more corrosion resistant than Al-based alloys have been reported.The alloy contains Er,and the precipitation of Al3 Er within a face-centered cubic matrix is obtained by a series of smelting-casting,heat treatment,and rolling processes.It is presumed that the strengthening phase of Al3 Er pinning dislocations improves alloy strength.It also increases the recrystallization temperature of cold-rolled matrix and induces the distribution of small-angle grain boundaries,thus allowing the alloy to achieve excellent environmental corrosion resistance.As a result,strength and corrosion resistance are simultaneously improved.Haifei Zhou Zhouhai Qian Mengcheng Zhou Xuebing Liu Yong Li Xinfang Zhang 2020Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,5:1
9Minimizing serrated flow in Al-Mg alloys by electroplasticity显示文摘Serrated flow under the influence of electroplasticity in Al-Mg alloys is investigated within the dynamic strain aging interpretations of the Portevin-Le Chatelier effect. 11Propagation law of hydraulic fractures during multi-staged horizontal well fracturing in a tight reservoir显示文摘A novel laboratory simulation method for modeling multi-staged fracturing in a horizontal well was established based on a true tri-axial hydraulic fracturing simulation system. Using this method, the influences of net pressure in hydraulic fracture, stage spacing, perforation parameter, horizontal stress bias and well cementation quality on the propagation geometry of multiple fractures in a tight sandstone formation were studied in detail. The specimen splitting and analogy analysis of fracturing curve patterns reveals: Multiple fractures tend to merge under the condition of high horizontal stress bias and short stage spacing with pre-existing hydraulic fractures under critical closure situation, and the propagation of subsequent fractures is possibly suppressed because of high net pressure in pre-created fractures and asymmetric distribution of fracture width. And the subsequently created fractures are situated in the induced stress decreasing zone due to long stage spacing, leading to weak stress interference, and perforation with intense density and deep penetration facilitates the decrease of initiation fracture pressure. The deflection angle of subsequent fracture and horizontal stress variation tend to be amplified under low horizontal bias with constant net pressure in fractures. The longitudinal fracture is likely to be initiated at the interface of wellbore and concrete sample with poor cementation quality. The initiation fracture pressure of the different stages increases in turn, with the largest increase of 30%. Pressure quickly declines after initiation with low propagation pressure when the transverse hydraulic fracture is formed. The pressure reduces with fluctuation after the initiation of fracture when the fracture deflects, the extension pressure is high, and the fracture formed is tortuous and narrow. 12Reconfiguring dual-phase structure with equal micro-hardness to achieve double strength with slight ductility sacrifice显示文摘The application of duplex stainless steel is severely restricted owing to its inherently low yield strength.A high yield strength of duplex stainless steel is required to address the lightweight issues and re-duce the emission of polluting gasses.Herein,excellent mechanical properties of duplex stainless steel were achieved using a flash annealing treatment to obtain austenite and ferrite phases with equal hard-ness,and the yield strength doubled without a substantial ductility sacrifice.The improvement in yield strength was caused by the grain boundary strengthening(a contribution of 60%to the yield strength)and hetero-deformation-induced strengthening(remaining 40%contribution to the yield strength)owing to the significant difference in the strain partitioning between the two phases.The high strain-hardening capability ensured ductility without a significant decrease;this correlated to the multiple microstruc-ture deformation mechanisms.These mechanisms included the synergetic deformation of the ferrite with dislocation cell formation and austenite accompanied by the sequential appearance of dislocation accumulation,stacking faults,and deformation-induced nanoscale twins and martensite.Deformation-induced multilevel stacking fault networks and high-density Lomer-Cotterll locks further improved the strain hardening response by enhancing the hetero-deformation behavior of austenite and ferrite.Xuebing Liu Mengcheng Zhou Xinfang Zhang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,10:0
13New Collision Paths for Round-Reduced SKINNY-Hash显示文摘In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet of Things(IoT),RFID tags,industrial controllers,sensor nodes,smart cards and other small computing devices are increasingly widely deployed.In order to help protect low-power,low-cost Internet of things devices,lightweight cryptography came into being.In order to launch the standard of cryptographic algorithm suitable for constrained environment,NIST started the process of lightweight cryptography standardization in 2016,and published the second round of candidate cryptographic algorithms in August2019.SKINNY-Hash in the sponge construction is one of the second round candidates,as well as SKINNY-AEAD.The tweakable block cipher SKINNY is the basic component for both of them.Although cryptanalysts have proposed several cryptanalysis results on SKINNY and SKINNY-AEAD,there is no cryptanalysis results on SKINNY-Hash.Based on the differential cryptanalysis and the method of mixed integer programming(MELP),we perform differential cryptanalysis on SKINNY-Hash.The core is to set up the inequations of the MILP model.Actually,it is hard to obtain the inequations of the substitution(i.e.S-box)obeying the previous method.By a careful study of the permutation,we partition the substitution into a nonlinear part and a linear part,then a series of inequations in the MILP model is obtained to describe the differentials with high possibilities.As a result,we propose a differential hash collision path of 3-round SKINNY-tk3-Hash.By adjusting the bit rate of SKINNY-tk3-Hash,we propose a 7-round collision path for the simplified algorithm.The cryptanalysis in this paper will help to promote the NIST Lightweight Crypto Standardization process.Xinfang Song Wei Jiang Zheng Li Lijing Liu Shenggen Wu 2020China Communications2020,17,6:0
14Synergistic Effect of Alkali Metals in Coal and Introduced CaO during Steam Gasification显示文摘The steam gasification kinetics of Zhundong raw coal and the washed coal by deionized water or hydrochloric acid with/without addition of CaO were tested by thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)at medium temperatures(650℃ to 800℃).The cation contents of potassium and sodium in samples were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer(ICP-OES).The Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area of the samples was tested by N2 adsorption,and the morphologies of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Experimental results showed that the organic sodium was the main catalyst for the gasification of the pyrolysis char,and the gasification rate of the char could be enhanced further with the introduction of CaO.The inherent alkali metals in coal and the introduced CaO showed a synergistic effect that occurred obviously above 735℃.The char conversion curves with or without CaO were fitted by the modified volumetric model(MVM).The calculated results indicated that the addition of CaO increased the pre-exponential factor obviously,but made little changes on the activation energy.It was proposed that the synergistic effect was resulted from the co-melting of the sodium and CaO,which facilitated the migration of the catalyst ions and the generation of C(O)intermediates for the gasification.LIU Yang YANG Xinfang LEI Fulin XIAO Yunhan 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,6:0

17Calculation method of proppant embedment depth in hydraulic fracturing显示文摘For the issue of proppant embedment in hydraulic fracturing,a new calculation method of embedment depth considering elastic-plastic deformation was proposed based on the mechanism of proppant embedment into rocks by combining proppant embedment constitutive equations and contact stresses on the rock-proppant system.And factors affecting embedment depth of proppant were analyzed using the new method.Compared with the elastic embedment model,the results calculated by the new method match well with the experimental data,proving the new method is more reliable and more convenient to make theoretical calculation and analysis.The simulation results show the process of proppant embedment into rocks is mainly elastic-plastic.The embedment depth of monolayer proppants decreases with higher proppant concentration.Under multi-layer distribution conditions,increasing the proppant concentration will not change its embedment depth.The larger the proppant embedment ratio,the more the stress-bearing proppants,and the smaller the embedment depth will be.The embedment depth under higher closure stress is more remarkable.The embedment depth increased with the drawdown of fluid pressure in the fracture.Increasing proppant radius or the ratio of proppant Young’s modulus to rock Young’s modulus can reduce the proppant embedment depth.CHEN Ming ZHANG Shicheng LIU Ming MA Xinfang ZOU Yushi ZHOU Tong LI Ning LI Sihai 2018Petroleum Exploration and Development2018,45,1:0
18Development of an Ultrasonic Nomogram for Preoperative Prediction of Castleman Disease Pathological Type显示文摘An ultrasonic nomogram was developed for preoperative prediction of Castleman disease(CD)pathological type(hyaline vascular(HV)or plasma cell(PC)variant)to improve the understanding and diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound for this disease.Fifty cases of CD confirmed by pathology were gathered from January 2012 to October 2018 from three hospitals.A grayscale ultrasound image of each patient was collected and processed.First,the region of interest of each gray ultrasound image was manually segmented using a process that was guided and calibrated by radiologists who have been engaged in imaging diagnosis for more than 5 years.In addition,the clinical characteristics and other ultrasonic features extracted from the color Doppler and spectral Doppler ultrasound images were also selected.Second,the chi-square test was used to select and reduce features.Third,a naïve Bayesian model was used as a classifier.Last,clinical cases with gray ultrasound image datasets from the hospital were used to test the performance of our proposed method.Among these patients,31 patients(18 patients with HV and 13 patients with PC)were used to build a training set for the predictive model and 19(11 patients with HV and 8 patients with PC)were used for the test set.From the set,584 high-throughput and quantitative image features,such as mass shape size,intensity,texture characteristics,and wavelet characteristics,were extracted,and then 152 images features were selected.Comparing the radiomics classification results with the pathological results,the accuracy rate,sensitivity,and specificity were 84.2%,90.1%,and 87.5%,respectively.The experimental results show that radiomics was valuable for the differentiation of CD pathological type.Xinfang Wang Lianqing Hong Xi Wu Jia He Ting Wang Hongbo Li Shaoling Liu 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,7:0
19Effect of Moisture Content on Melilotus suaveolens Seed Quality During Ultra-drying Storage显示文摘In order to enhance the seed storability and supply high-quality seeds for vegetation restoration in the arid and semi-arid regions in Northwest China,the effects of ultra-drying and accelerated aging on the physiological characterstics of Melilotus suaveolens seeds were studied.Melilotus suaveolens seeds were dried in a desiccator containing silica gel to 80,53,42,33,23 and 16 g·kg-1 of moisture contents(MC),respectively.The parameters of the seed quality including germination energy(GE),germination percentage(GP),relative conductivity(RC),dehydrogenase activity(DA) and α-amylase activity(AA) were determined after ultra-drying and accelerated aging.The results showed that ultra-dried seeds with 42 g·kg-1 of MC showed the minimum changes of GE and GP before and after seed aging.Moreover,ultra-dry seeds with 42 g·kg-1 of MC showed higher DA and AA,and lower RC than non-ultra-drying seeds.Therefore,ultra-drying to 42 g·kg-1 of MC was helpful for M.suaveolens seed storage.LIU Yan LIU Guangquan LI Qingmei DUAN Xinfang HOU Longyu 2011Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2011,18,1:0
20Effects of steam on CO2 absorption ability of calcium-based sorbent modified by peanut husk ash显示文摘The CO_2 absorption ability of synthetic calcium-based sorbent modified by peanut husk ash (PHA) was tested by Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer (TGA), and the effects of steam and calcination temperature were investigated. The PHA composition was analyzed by X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), the apparent morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the phases of the sorbent before and after calcination were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The addition of PHA effectively improved the cyclic stability of the calcium-based sorbent. The optimal molar ratio of SiO_2 in PHA to CaO was around 0.07. Steam had positive effect on keeping porosity of the sorbent at the chemical reaction stage, and improved its CO_2 absorption ability. Steam also reduced the diffusion resistance of the product layer, and depressed the influence of high temperature calcination. It was also found that the steam hydration after calcination was an effective way to recover the absorption ability of the sorbent, while the hydration duration of 10 min was enough.LIU Yang 2017Science China(Technological Sciences)2017,60,6:0
