1Infl uence of structural parameters on dynamic characteristics and wind-induced buffeting responses of a super-long-span cable-stayed bridge显示文摘A 3D finite element(FE) model for the Sutong cable-stayed bridge(SCB) is established based on ANSYS. The dynamic characteristics of the bridge are analyzed using a subspace iteration method. Based on recorded wind data, the measured spectra expression is presented using the nonlinear least-squares regression method. Turbulent winds at the bridge site are simulated based on the spectral representation method and the FFT technique. The influence of some key structural parameters and measures on the dynamic characteristics of the bridge are investigated. These parameters include dead load intensity, as well as vertical, lateral and torsional stiffness of the steel box girder. In addition, the influence of elastic stiffness of the connection device employed between the towers and the girder on the vibration mode of the steel box girder is investigated. The analysis shows that all of the vertical, lateral and torsional buffeting displacement responses reduce gradually as the dead load intensity increases. The dynamic characteristics and the structural buffeting displacement response of the SCB are only slightly affected by the vertical and torsional stiffness of the steel box girder, and the lateral and torsional buffeting displacement responses reduce gradually as the lateral stiffness increases. These results provide a reference for dynamic analysis and design of super-long-span cable-stayed bridges.Wang Hao Chen Chunchao Xing Chenxi Li Aiqun 2014Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2014,13,3:5
2Design,preparation and measurement of protein/CNTs hybrids:A concise review显示文摘With the development of nanobiotechnology, the carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and protein hybrids system has attracted an increasing attention for great potential application in nanotechnology, medicine, smart materials, light industry, and biology. In this review, the main preparation processes, impact factors, measurement of interactions and potential applications of CNTs/protein are presented from the aspect of experiments.Meanwhile, the proper forces detection methods are illustrated comprehensively to complete the quantitative measurement.Atomic force microscope(AFM)and surface force apparatus(SFA)experiments are described in detail to confirm the powerful function in measuring the interaction forces. In addition, the impact of different protein structures(amino acid residues,αHelix, polypeptide chain, and assembled subunits)on interactions between CNTs and protein is presented and different amino acid residues may intervene largely on interactions.Owing to the relatively little knowledge about the structure, function, and spatial orientation of proteins interaction with CNTs surface,we assume that the key problem is how to prepare CNTs and protein specimen with unique structure(such as the variation of secondary and tridimensional structure of protein or the single CNTs)to investigate the interaction forces instead of the designed, preparation, and detection methods.Xing Zhou Jian Su Chenxi Wang Changqing Fang Xinyu He Wanqing Lei Chaoqun Zhang Zhigang Huang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,11:3

6Concentrations and classification of HCHs and DDTs in soil from the lower reaches of the Jiulong River, China显示文摘Soil is an important source to other environ- mental media and organisms for organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) bioaccumulation. Twenty-four representative sur- face soil samples were collected from the lower reaches of the Jiulong River, China, in 2009. The concentrations of hexachlorocyclohexane isomers (HCHs) ranged from 0.38 to 39.52 ng.g~, with a mean value of 9.51 ng.g-~. The concentrations of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes (DDTs) and their metabolites were within the ranges of 0.94-700.99 ng. gl, with a mean value of 71.17 ng. g-1. The concentrations of HCHs and DDTs in the soil were lower than the first grade level (50 ng. g-a) of the Chinese Environmental Quality Standard (GB 15618-1995). Hier- archical Cluster Analysis (HCA) and Pearson's bivariate Correlations Analysis (PCA) were used to analyse the distribution and contamination levels of OCPs in this region. The results showed that DDTs were the major contaminants and there were no significant correlations between various OCPs concentrations and the total organic carbon (TOC) contents. A significant positive correlation was observed between HCHs and DDTs (p 〈 0.01), which indicates that HCHs and DDTs may have similar sources and fate in the study area.Jiaquan ZHANG Shihua QI Xinli XING Lingzhi TAN Wei CHEN Ying HU Dan YANG Chenxi WU 2012Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2012,6,2:0
