1Design and experiments of an active isolator for satellite micro-vibration显示文摘In this paper, a soft active isolator(SAI) derived from a voice coil motor is studied to determine its abilities as a micro-vibration isolation device for sensitive satellite payloads. Firstly,the two most important parts of the SAI, the mechanical unit and the low-noise driver, are designed and manufactured. Then, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the SAI is built, and a dynamic analysis is conducted. Furthermore, a controller with a sky-hook damper is designed. Finally,results from the performance tests of the mechanical/electronic parts and the isolation experiments are presented. 2Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Pulse MIG Welded 6061/A356 Aluminum Alloy Dissimilar Butt Joints显示文摘The microstructure and mechanical properties of pulse metal inert-gas(MIG) welded dissimilar joints between 4 mm thick wrought 6061-T6 and cast A356-T6 aluminum alloy plates were investigated. The tensile strength of the joints reached 235 MPa, which is 83% of that of 6061 aluminum alloy, and then decreased with the increase of travel speed while keeping other welding parameters constant. The microstructure, composition and fractography of joints were examined by the optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA). Grain boundary liquation and segregation occurred in the partially melted zone(PMZ) on 6061 aluminum alloy side, and brittle Fe-rich phases were observed in partially melted zone on A356 aluminum alloy side. The minimum microhardness appeared in heat-affected zone(HAZ) near A356 aluminum alloy substrate. 4Design and feedforward control of large-rotation two-axis scan mirror assembly with MEMS sensor integration显示文摘As a key component of electro-optical systems, a Two-axis Scan mirror AssemblY(TSAY) is usually used for Line-of-Sight(LOS) precision pointing, tracking, scanning, and stabilizing. Therefore, it is necessary for a TSAY to have a large angular range, high dynamic characteristics, and small mirror surface distortion. Furthermore, vibration from carriers of electro-optical systems, such as spacecraft and airplanes, is inevitable, so it is critical to guarantee the control accuracy of a TSAY under vibration. In this paper, a TSAY prototype is designed and developed. To increase the control bandwidth, structural topology optimization is applied to the TSAY’s elliptical mirror to reduce the moment of inertia, meanwhile keeping surface flatness. A flexible hinge is adopted to achieve a large angular range. To suppress the angular perturbation caused by the base linear vibration, an adaptive feedforward loop with base-integrated Micro-Electro-Mechanical System(MEMS) accelerators is constructed to enhance the TSAY’s feedback loop. Simulation and experimental results show that the TSAY prototype’s two-axis mechanical angular ranges are more than ±3.2°, the mirror surface flatness Root Mean Square(RMS) value is better than 0.04 k, and the closed-loop bandwidth is beyond 330 Hz. These are suitable for most applications. 5Influence of cosmic radiation on lymphocyte micronucleus,serum lipid peroxide and antioxidation capacity in aircrew members显示文摘This study looks into the influence of cosmic radiation at high altitudes on human bodies. Results reveal that the cytokinesis-block micronuclei (CBMN) and conventional cultured micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes, serum levels of lipid peroxide, superoxide dismutase, and the total antioxidation capacity by chemical colorimetry all increased significantly in aircrew members. There exists a linear relationship between the CBMN and the average annual effective doses of radiation received or the average annual flying hours. With both of them, a trend shows that the serum lipid peroxide levels increase as well. Either the lipid peroxide or CBMN can sensitively reflect the recent changes in flight load. 7Comprehensive evaluation of the metabolic effects of porcine CRTC3 overexpression on subcutaneous adipocytes with metabolomic and transcriptomic analyses显示文摘Background:Meat quality is largely driven by fat deposition,which is regulated by several genes and signaling pathways.The cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)-regulated transcriptional coactivator 3(CRTC3)is a coactivator of cAMP response element binding protein(CREB)that mediates the function of protein kinase A(PKA)signaling pathway and is involved in various biological processes including lipid and energy metabolism.However,the effects of CRTC3 on the metabolome and transcriptome of porcine subcutaneous adipocytes have not been studied yet.Here,we tested whether porcine CRTC3 expression would be related to fat deposition in Heigai pigs(a local fatty breed in China)and Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire(DLY,a lean breed)pigs in vivo.The effects of adenovirus-induced CRTC3 overexpression on the metabolomic and transcriptomic profiles of subcutaneous adipocytes were also determined in vitro by performing mass spectrometry-based metabolomics combined with RNA sequencing(RNA-seq).Results:Porcine CRTC3 expression is associated with fat deposition in vivo.In addition,CRTC3 overexpression increased lipid accumulation and the expression of mature adipocyte-related genes in cultured porcine subcutaneous adipocytes.According to the metabolomic analysis,CRTC3 overexpression induced significant changes in adipocyte lipid,amino acid and nucleotide metabolites in vitro.The RNA-seq analysis suggested that CRTC3 overexpression alters the expression of genes and pathways involved in adipogenesis,fatty acid metabolism and glycerophospholipid metabolism in vitro.Conclusions:We identified significant alterations in the metabolite composition and the expression of genes and pathways involved in lipid metabolism in CRTC3-overexpressing adipocytes.Our results suggest that CRTC3 might play an important regulatory role in lipid metabolism and thus affects lipid accumulation in porcine subcutaneous adipocytes.Jiaqi Liu Jie Li Wentao Chen Xintao Xie Xingang Chu Teresa G.Valencak Yizhen Wang Tizhong Shan 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,3:2

17Theranostic nanosystem mediating cascade catalytic reactions for effective immunotherapy of highly immunosuppressive and poorly penetrable pancreatic tumor显示文摘The dense desmoplastic stroma and immunosuppressive microenvironment of pancreatic cancer hinder the penetration of drugs and induce a considerable resistance to conventional chemoradiotherapy. Although nanomedicine has recently shown attractive potential in cancer immunotherapy, it remains a great challenge to achieve efficient drug delivery and potent immune activation.Here, a stimuli-responsive nanosystem, comprising superparamagnetic iron oxide nanocrystals and nitric oxide(NO) donors,was developed for in-situ triggered catalytic cascade reaction to produce abundant free radicals and remodel the anti-tumor immunity. The nanosystem was activated in the tumor microenvironment to produce NO which dilated the tumor vasculature for efficient drug delivery, and the iron oxide nanocrystals catalyzed the reaction of NO to generate reactive oxygen-nitrogen species(RONS) with high cytotoxicity. 18Outstanding performances of graphite||NMC622 pouch cells enabled by a non-inert diluent显示文摘Although high salt concentration electrolyte(HCE)can construct effective Li F-rich interphase film and solve the interphasial instability issue of graphite anode,its high cost,high viscosity and poor wettability with electrode materials limit its large-scale application.Generally,localized high concentration electrolyte(LHCE)is obtained by introducing an electrochemically inert diluent into HCE to avoid the above-mentioned problems while maintaining the high interphasial stability of HCE with graphite anode.Unlike traditional inert diluents,1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluropropyl ether(TTE)with electrochemical activity is introduced into propylene carbonate(PC)-based HCE to obtain LHCE-2(1 M LiPF_(6),PC:DMC:TTE=1:1:6.1)herein.Experimental and theoretical simulation results show that TTE participates in the oxidation decomposition and film-forming reaction at the NCM622 cathode surface,conducting a cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI)rich in organic fluorides with excellent electron insulation ability,high structural stability and low interphasial impedance.Thanks to the outstanding interphasial properties induced by LHCE-2,the graphite||NMC622 pouch cell reaches a capacity retention of 80%after 500 cycles at 1 C under room temperature.While at sub-zero temperatures,the capacity released by the cell with LHCE-2 electrolyte is significantly higher than that of HCE and conventional EC-based electrolytes.Meanwhile,the LHCE-2 electrolyte inherits the advantages of TTE flame-resistant,thus improving the safety of the battery.Qinqin Cai Hao Jia Guanjie Li Zhangyating Xie Xintao Zhou Zekai Ma Lidan Xing Weishan Li 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,6:1
