Higher alcohol synthesis over Cu-Fe composite oxides with high selectivity to C_(2+)OH显示文摘Cu-Fe composite oxides were prepared by co-precipitation method and tested for higher alcohol synthesis from syngas. The selectivity to C2+OH and C6+OH in alcohol distribution was very high while the methane product fraction in hydrocarbon distribution was rather low, demonstrating a promising potential in higher alcohols synthesis from syngas. The distribution of alcohols and hydrocarbons approximately obeyed Anderson-Schulz-Flory distribution with similar chain growth probability, indicating alcohols and hydrocarbons derived from the same intermediates. The effects of Cu/Fe molar ratio, reaction temperature and gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) on catalytic performance were studied in detail. The sample with a Cu/Fe molar ratio of 10/1 exhibited the best catalytic performance. Higher reaction temperature accelerated water-gas-shift reaction and led to lower total alcohols selectivity. GHSV showed great effect on catalytic performance and higher GHSV increased the total alcohol selectivity, indicating there existed visible dehydration reaction of alcohol into hydrocarbon. | Zhenghong Bao Kang Xiao Xingzhen Qi Xinxing Wang Liangshu Zhong Kegong Fang Minggui Lin Yuhan Sun | 2013 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,1: | 10
MAP3K2 augments Th1 cell differentiation via IL-18 to promote T cell-mediated colitis显示文摘T cell-mediated immunity in the intestine is stringently controlled to ensure proper immunity against pathogenic microbes and to prevent autoimmunity,a known cause of inflammatory bowel disease. However, precisely how T cells regulate intestine immunity remains to be fully understood. In this study,we found that mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 2(MAP3K2)is required for the CD4^(+)T cell-mediated inflammation in the intestine.Using a T cell transfer colitis model,we found that MAP3K2-deficient naïve CD4^(+)T cells had a dramatically reduced ability to induce colitis compared to wild type T cells. In addition, significantly fewer IFN-γ-but more IL-17A-producing CD4^(+)T cells in the intestines of mice receiving MAP3K2-deficient T cells than in those from mice receiving wild type T cells was observed.Interestingly, under well-defined in vitro differentiation conditions,MAP3K2-deficient naïve T cells were not impaired in their ability to differentiate into Th1,Th17 and Treg.Furthermore, the MAP3K2-regulated colitis severity was mediated by Th1 but not Th17 cells in the intestine. At the molecular level,we showed that MAP3K2-mediated Th1 cell differentiation in the intestine was regulated by IL-18 and required specific JNK activation.Together, our study reveals a novel regulatory role of MAP3K2 in intestinal T cell immunity via the IL-18-MAP3K2-JNK axis and may provide a novel target for intervention in T cell-mediated colitis. | Ningbo Wu Dongping Chen Hongxiang Sun Jianmei Tan Yao Zhang Tianyu Zhang Yuheng Han Hongzhi Liu Xinxing Ouyang Xiao-Dong Yang Xiaoyin Niu Jie Zhong Zhengting Wang Bing Su | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,3: | 3
Generation of human hepatocytes from extended pluripotent stem cells显示文摘Dear Editor,Human pluripotent stem cells have great potential for application in regenerative medicine,as they permit the generation of different lineages of functional cell types via directed differentiation.1 However, application of conventional human pluripotent stem cells is limited due to several factors, including heterogeneity in pluripotency, differentiation bias, relatively slow proliferation, and poor single-cell survival.2 Toovercome these problems. | Qiming Wang Da Sun Zhen Liang Junyi Wang Xinxing Zhong Yulin Lyu Junning Cao Zhongqing Lin Yuanyuan Du Zhenchuan Miao Shichun Lu Cheng Li Jun Xu Yan Shi Hongkui Deng | 2020 | Cell Research2020,30,9: | 1
Multi-factor Fusion POI Recommendation Model显示文摘In the context of the rapid development of location-based socialnetworks (LBSN), point of interest (POI) recommendation becomes an importantservice in LBSN. The POI recommendation service aims to recommendsome new places that may be of interest to users, help users to better understandtheir cities, and improve users’ experience of the platform. Although the geographicinfluence, similarity of POIs, and user check-ins information have beenused in the existing work recommended by POI, little existing work consideredcombing the aforementioned information. In this paper, we propose to makerecommendations by combing user ratings with the above information. Wemodel four types of information under a unified POI recommendation frameworkand this model is called extended user preference model based on matrixfactorization, referred to as UPEMF. Experiments were conducted on two realworld datasets, and the results show that the proposed method improves theaccuracy of POI recommendations compared to other recent methods. | Xinxing Ma Jinghua Zhu Shuo Zhang Yingli Zhong | 2020 | 国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2020,,2: | 0
β-decay Study of Tz=-3/2Proton-rich Nucleus 29S显示文摘The exotic decay of nuclei far from the stability has recently become a hot topic of nuclear structure research. The nuclide 29S is not well investigated in the A=4n+1,Tz=-3/2series of strong+β-delayed proton precursors. The decay schemes of these nuclei are characterized | ZHONG Fupeng XU Xinxing LIN Chengjian WANG Jiansong LI Zhihuan YANG Lei MA Nanru WANG Dongxi WEN Peiwei SUN Lijie WU Hongyi LUO Diwen WU Chenguang JIANG Ying LIU Yang ZANG Hongliang LIANG Pengfei LI Pengjie LI Xiaojing ZHAO Qingqing SHI Guozhu MA Junbing MA Peng YU Gongming Dipikap Patel BAI Zhen YANG Feng JIA Huiming ZHANG Huanqiao WANG Jianguo YANG Yanyun MA Weihu HU Qiang JIN Shuya ZHOU Xiaohong LI Ren HOU Dongsheng LIU Minliang HU Zhengguo MA Xinwen YANG Weiqing GAO Zhihao DUAN Fangfang YU Yuechao WANG Yufeng WANG Peng ZHOU Qingwu CUI Danteng WANG Xiang HU Liyuan PAN Min ZHANG Gaolong WANG Xiaoyu | 2017 | Annual Report of China Institute of Atomic Energy2017,,1: | 0
Systematic Study of Experimental Fusion Barrier Based on Wong Formula显示文摘Coulomb barrier is the critical point between repulsive Coulomb potential and attractive nuclear potential in central collisions.Nuclear force plays the decisive role in inner barrier region, and the external barrier region is dominated by the Coulomb force. This barrier is usually named as fusion barrier(for light and medium mass heavyion systems)or capture barrier(heavy systems)when taking into account other effects, such as the quasi-fission or fission.
MUSTA:MUltilayer Silicon Telescope Array for Study of Elastic Scattering and Breakup Reaction of Weakly Bound Nuclei at Energy near Coulomb Barrier显示文摘Nowadays the reaction mechanism study of weakly bound nuclei has been one of the frontier problems of nuclear physics. For weakly bound nucleus, the nuclear force and Coulomb force is so weak that in the process of interaction with target nucleus, weakly bound nucleus may breakup into small pieces easily, and such breakup effect can bring some unconventional physical phenomena to weakly bound nucleus near the drip line:such as halo/skin structure, the disappearance of old magic number and the appearance of new magic number, etc.
Breakdown of effective-medium theory by a photonic spin Hall effect显示文摘Effective-medium theory pertains to the theoretical modelling of homogenization, which aims to replace an inhomogeneous structure of subwavelength-scale constituents with a homogeneous effective medium. The effective-medium theory is fundamental to various realms, including electromagnetics and material science, since it can largely decrease the complexity in the exploration of light-matter interactions by providing simple acceptable approximation.Generally, the effective-medium theory is thought to be applicable to any all-dielectric system with deep-subwavelength constituents, under the condition that the effective medium does not have a critical angle,at which the total internal reflection occurs. Here we reveal a fundamental breakdown of the effective-medium theory that can be applied in very general conditions:showing it for deep-subwavelength all-dielectric multilayers even without a critical angle. Our finding relies on an exotic photonic spin Hall effect, which is shown to be ultrasensitive to the stacking order of deep-subwavelength dielectric layers, since the spin-orbit interaction of light is dependent on slight phase accumulations during the wave propagation. Our results indicate that the photonic spin Hall effect could provide a promising and powerful tool for measuring structural defects for all-dielectric systems even in the extreme nanometer scale. | Shuaijie Yuan Xinxing Zhou Yu Chen Yuhan Zhong Lijuan Sheng Hao Hu Hongsheng Chen Ido Kaminer Xiao Lin | 2023 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,11: | 0
Novel CoP/CoMoP_(2) heterojunction with nanoporous structure as an efficient electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution显示文摘The exploration of new heterojunction materials is of great significance in reducing the cost of existing noble metal catalysts and thus realizing the large-scale application of electrocatalytic hydrolysis technology.Herein,a novel CoP/CoMoP_(2) heterojunction was synthesized and served as a hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)electrocatalyst. The heterojunction has morphology of nanoporous structure, which is conducive to exposing more active sites and facilitating bubbles transport. The charge distribution is optimized by a strong interface interaction between CoP and CoMoP_(2).The catalyst’s conductivity and the adsorption properties of the intermediates have both been enhanced.CoP/CoMoP_(2) demonstrates excellent HER activity with an overpotential of 93.6 mV at 10 mA∙cm^(-2),which is competitive with the reported performance of analogous electrocatalysts. This work provides insights into the development of innovative phosphide-based heterojunction electrocatalysts. | Lili Zhang Xinxing Shi Aijiao Xu Wenwu Zhong Jitang Zhang Shijie Shen | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,5: | 0
A Monochromophoric Approach to Succinct Ratiometric Fluorescent Probes without Probe-Product Crosstalk显示文摘Ratiometric probes facilitate quantitative studies via self-calibration and are cherished for bioimaging.Often,a small probe-product spectral separation leads to crosstalk, but the rational development of ratiometric probes with zero probe-product crosstalk remains challenging.Harnessing the recent progress on photophysical modulation of xanthenoid fluorochromes,we propose a powerful and versatile probe design principle, that is,“bridging-group modification,”and developed totalROX,a robust probe for monitoring the total cellular oxidative capacity. | Kai Xin Xinxing Li Yinghua Guo Youhuan Zhong Jungang Wang Haotian Yang Jie Zhao Chunlei Guo Yunxia Huang Zuhai Lei Yi-Lun Ying Xiao Luo Haolu Wang Xuhong Qian Wen Yang Xiaowen Liang Youjun Yang | 2021 | CCS Chemistry2021,3,8: | 0
